Whos That .........Pokemon?
Twilight woke up in what looked to be a empty space with stars all around her, knowing from her studies that this was a mindscape a projection of somepony's mind that only them and select few they trusted could enter. But that raised a question to her mind who's was it? The answer came in the form of a voice that she heard from all directions, like the entire mindscape was talking.
"Oh child how hurt you must be. You must be tired from using so much of your magic. Here sit down and we can talk." The voice spoke in a warm, motherly, soothing tone. Twilight looked around for some place to sit but didn't see anywhere she could. "Hmm? Oh of course silly me there's no were to sit. Here let me fix that." And with that a small mahogany table and two dark oak chairs just... shimmerd into existence along with somepony new, an alicorn.
Her mane was a mix of white and black strands running through it and her coat was a flaming scarlet color, her cutie mark however was what interested Twilight the most. It was a circle that was split in half with a wavy line. One half was white with a black dot inside while the other half was the reverse.
Twilight felt something deep down, a warm calming feeling. It was like her magic was telling her this mare could be trusted. She decided to listen to her and sat down. "Who... who are you?" She voiced he curiosity. "I've never heard of any other alicorns other then Luna, Candance and Her ."
The mystery mare giggled before replying very cryptically "You are just like I thought you would turn out to be." Twilight was very confused at that comment, this mare knew her? "Who are you?" She asked again her mind ablaze trying to figure this out.
"Would you like some lavender tea? That is your favorite correct?" The mare asked, once again dodging Twilight's question. How had she known that? Twilight thought to herself, wondering just who this was. "Y-yes please if you don't mind." She nervously responded. After she said that a nice cup of her favorite tea just sort of... appeared in front of her.
Taking a sip of the tea Twilight found that it tasted exactly like her family recipe, making her even more confused. "How did you know my family recipe? Its been in my family for a good twenty generations." Twilight asked getting quite tired of the mare dodging her questions.
"In do time all will be answered and more." The mare replied once again dodging her question. "But I can tell you my name is Scarlet, Scarlet Harmony and that I made the Elements Of Harmony ." Twilight which had been drinking her tea at the time had just preformed the most glorious spit take in history. "Sorry" She stated. "What do you mean you made the elements?"
"My dear I mean just that, I created them and then put my mind and soul into the main element of magic, your element." Scarlet replied with a hint of pride in her voice. "I have watched you of the course of your adventures and your more recent... trial. I must say I never thought that the other element bearers would do something like this, I'm sorry for not helping you sooner." Scarlet replied with teary eyes.
"You mean your the one who strengthened my magic?" Twilight asked and Scarlet just nodded. "Well thank you for helping me when you did. But how did you know my family's secret tea recipe?" Twilight repeated her question from earlier.
Scarlet sighed heavily before saying a sentience the Changed twilight's life forever. "Because little one you are my decedent. Yes you are royalty as is your family that is the reason you live so close to the castle in canterlot. Its also why Celestia took you as a student, because you are related to the creator of the elements, no pony left in your family knows this however." She replied but before Twilight could say anything else Scarlet spoke again. "As for the tea recipe, who do you think came up with it?." She smiled... which then faded away as Twilight fainted on the spot.
While she waited for Twilight to wake up, Scarlet contemplated what to do next she wasn't sure what part of the multiverse they had landed in, she sighed remembering the days when she went reality hoping for fun. She remembered meeting so many races, both good and bad, but she also remembered a very specific multiverse she visited one were the animals had very strong control over the elements of nature. She even got to meet the goddess of that reality, she could't exactly remember her name, but she did remember that she was a very kind god, one who loved her creations. Scarlet always wondered what ever happened to that reality.
Her thoughts were interrupted by something or someone trying to gain access to her mindscape, something very powerful yet at the same time very familiar. Scarlet gasped as she had just remembered the name of that very kind goddess. At that exact same time a large four legged creature with a pure white coat, gold accents and a giant gold ring around its belly formed in her mindscape and spoke.
"Scarlet? Scarlet is that you? Oh scarlet its been millenna since we last met, how are you?" The titanic creature asked its high pitched voice clearly showing that it was female.
Scarlet was dumbfounded and very happy, because twilight had transported them to some were she never thought she would be able to return to, and to a very old friend. "Arceus? Arcues is that you? Oh I never thought I would see you again!" She squealed, her voice full of joy.

Arceus was incredibly bored. She hadn't had anything to do for millennium, her thoughts started to drift back to that one goddess she used to play around with when she was younger, she had also had a great sense of order and balance in her mind and she always stood up for the weaker, she even befriended a young aegislash who had recognized her as a very important individual and seeing how she was a goddess to her world and so the king shield pokemon was very sad when she had to finally leave, Arceus kept in touch with her asking how the young pokemon was doing and what not, however the pokemon was extremely lonely and eventually stopped answering her, though she still checked in on her every once in a while, seeing how the now very old ghost pokemon was still waiting for her master.
She was just thinking of going to see her again when she suddenly found her senses overflown with a very distinct energy, one that she hadn't felt in millennia. One that she never thought she would ever see again... she then remembered that one young goddess's name. She felt tears in her eyes as she remembered the fun they had together. She gathered her power and went into her old friend's mind.
The second she was in, Arceus felt something... off. She wasn't sure what but something felt wrong, she could feel confusion and great sadness, but there was also... well she wasn't quite sure how to describe it, it felt as if someone's soul was at war with it self. Something was very wrong. Coming in to her friends mind she saw Scarlet sitting there in a black colored leather couch but there was someone else with her. Sitting beside her was a purple unicorn. She had a similar aura signature to scarlet, leading her to believe they were related in some form.
"Scarlet? Scarlet is that you? Oh scarlet its been millennia since we last met, how are you?" She boomed, not yelling but not exactly speaking at a normal volume either.
"Arceus? Arcues is that you? Oh I never thought I would see you again!" Scarlet squealed, her voice full of joy. But arceus could detect a hind of sadness in her undertone, she never was good at hiding her emotions.
"I've been doing good, but I must ask who is this pony? Your aura's are so similar yet... different at the same time." Arceus questioned. She could tell that something had happened something akin to soul crushing.
Scarlet sighed before answering. "Well she is my decedent and her life was great, that is up until an hour ago anyways." Her voice echoed with sadness and rage. She then presided to tell arceus of the events that had transpired, and by the end of her story arceus was in a near blind rage at what had happened to the poor mare.
"THEY DID WHAT?" She screamed at the top of her lungs, taking on a sort echo effect that made it all the more terrifying. ""You stay here I will go have a nice little chat with them, and then they will learn the meaning of suffering" She threatened her voice taking on qualities of the royal canterlot voice.
"Arcy no!" Scarlet yelled. "At least not yet." She stated. Her worry of what arceus might do to them starting to rise drastically.
"NO! I say we intervene now! Universe dammit, the god's code has kept us from interfering in the mortal world for to long and I'm sick of it!" She screeched, her eyes glowing a godly white as her rage started to radiate off of her in golden waves, the entire mindscape was starting to shake from the goddess's rage.
"Arcy SHUT UP!" Scarlet's own voice taking on the same echo that arceus's had. Arceus stood there shocked, in the entire time they had known each other scarlet had not even once gotten truly mad at her "We will go over there soon but not now, we will let cooler heads prevail understand?"
Arcy grumbled a bit before answering "Fine but the second she wakes up were going over there got it?" She pushed, not going down with out a fight.
"Deal" Scarlet huffed, knowing that was the best she would get. "So, how has old aegislash been since I last saw her?" She questioned remembering the loyal king shield pokemon and how she was always by her side were ever she went.
"Hmm oh old slashy? Oh she's been fine dear still kicking after all this time though seeing how shes a ghost type it doesn't surprise me. So tell me did you ever hookup with that unicorn stallion you kept droning on and on and on about what was his name again?" Arceus teased her long time friend.
Scarlet's cheeks became a even more scarlet looking color if that was even possible. "H-hu-huh? Oh you mean Astral Plain? Oh um yeah we got to-together, why do you a-ask?" She stuttered.
"Oh come on scarlet you know I'm just teasing." Arceus stated plainly, the two were ripped from there conversation when a certain purple unicorn started to rouse from her slumber.
"Uggg what happened and why does my head hurt so much?" Twilight groaned, her head feeling like she had been in the middle of a stampede. She turned to face scarlet before opening her eyes and beginning to speak. "Hmm oh right I remember now your Scarlet Harmony right? The original alicorn and my-my-my ancest-" She stopped mid-sentence as she saw a giant bipedal creature with a gold ring around its belly and a gold face plate that covered her mouth. Her mind just sorta stopped for a minute before it kick started again "Wha-w-w-w-wha-what are you?" She just stammered, her mind was do the one thing it hadn't done since she tried to understand pinkie's powers, it was drawing a blank.
"So this is the poor girl who's been banished? I can see the resemblance between you two, oh Astral Plain would be proud to know that she was his descendant." Arceus stated, further confusing twilight even more. What does one of my early ancestors have to do with this? She remembered her father telling her of a unicorn near the roots of her family tree, one that was more gifted in magic then even star swirled the bearded, and how he had helped establish unicornia the long lost unicorn nation that was around before the three races decided to live together.
"Oh Arcy I think you may have broke her with that comment" Scarlet giggled. It was fun to see that the trait of blanking out when presented with something one couldn't explain still ran in the family. It was one of the reasons she fell in love with Astral in the first place. "Anyways Arcy since your much calmer and now that twilight dear has woken up shall we pay dear old Solaris Astrolis a visit " Her voice becoming clearly strained with fake calm towards the end of her sentence.
"Yes lets pay them a 'friendly' visit shall we? Twilight dear are you coming with us or no?" Arceus's voice seemed to echo with an aura of authority twilight had only heard previously in the royal canterlot voice.
"Wha..t? Huh oh yeah uh were are we going?" She questioned. The pair of gods looked at her for a second then at each other and again at her then fell to the floor laughing hysterically. With tears in her eyes scarlet got up and calmed her self down enough to speak.
"Oh deary isint that obvious?" She asked "Were going to have a little 'talk' with your ahemm mentor ".........

Two Goddesses And A Chaos Spirit?
"I'm sorry what?" Twilight asked still in quite the shock from the answer she got to her question.
"Oh don't play dumb, I know you heard me quite well. As such shall we go?" Scarlet stated impatiently. She was starting to get agitated and worried, worried because every second they waist is another second Arceus could use to come with more ideas of punishment. "Arcy?" Arceus looked over at her with a puzzled look on her face. "Well your the one with daughters that controls space and time." Scarlet simply stated.
"Wait so you mean to tell me that the alicorn goddess can't do a level 5 dimension transfer? Well that is very intriguing." She teased and getting quite the kick out of it too.
"Haha real funny, you know I'm not good at transferring between dimensions. Don't you remember the first time we met?" She yelled completely forgetting twilight was there.
"Oh yeah.. Ha oh for the love of mew that was funny, didn't it take Dialga, Palkia and Giratina together to get you back in the correct order?" Arceus asked trying holding back a laugh while Scarlet's face became a much deeper red. "Come on you know I'm just playing, so shall we?" She simply asked as she prepared to cross over to Equestria's reality...
In the royal canterlot gardens it was calm and peaceful no sounds except for the wind and the birds chirping.
"YOU DID WHAT?" The voice of a quite... shall we say pissed light pink alicorn resounded though out the palace grounds. Though if you were to see said pony now she would be radically more different then normal, her coat was a far darker and she had a visible anger emanating from her, but what was the most disturbing was her eyes... They were black and yet not at the same time in her eyes small specks of white were scattered about, it was like looking at Luna's night sky.
To say it unnerved Celestia would be a grave understatement, in fact she was feeling something she hadn't for a very very long time... fear. Pure unrivaled fear, she felt like a filly again, scared at the sound of thunder only there was no mother or father to comfort her. She stepped back fearing what the rage fueled alicorn could do, she needed to be calmed down but it wouldn't be easy seeing how she wouldn't even look at Shining Armor. But before she could think of something to say she heard a voice one that sent chills up her spine...
"Oh yes Tia you have certainly screwed up this time haven't you?" Celestia could hardly believe it, was he truly free? She felt herself shiver as she knew that even if she, Luna and Cadence were to band together they would stand no chance against him. "Hmm well at least Lulu didn't do anything to harm the poor mare's soul" Then a section of empty space in the middle of the room turned a pitch back color still there yet not. After a few seconds it finally faded leaving discord floating there however before he could get another word in near the entrance to the room, a massive set of double doors appeared they were just as tall as the room yet for some reason look taller as if the space around the door was being stretched.
The doors themselves were made of two different materials one was made of jet black ebony and the other of an alabaster white ivory and was intricately engraved pictures of god like beasts with extremely rare and precious materials like gold, silver, diamonds and even platinum, which made rarity almost drool at how ornate they were, on the arch above the two masterful works of art engraved in what looked to be a blend of ebony and ivory melted down then fused together, were the words The Origin Gate. Just below those words was another picture of a legendary looking monster again made of a fusion of ebony and ivory, it had the body structure of a pony, for the main body anyway, its legs were very slim and its feet looked as though it shouldn't even be able to stand with them being so narrow. The depicted beast also had a ring around its belly and this part was engraved with gold, were its eyes were supposed to be were instead two blood red diamonds.
The doors suddenly flung open violently before the beast who's picture was at the top of the door walked through, its face plate closed and its eyes blood red. Celestia was taken aback by this creatures sudden appearance, and it left her confused as to why it was here before she could ask the strange creature any thing though Discord said something first.
"Arceus! How have you been deary?" Discord asked his voice filled with his arrogant nature. Arceus? Who in the name of tartarus is that? What on Equis is going on here? Celestia thought even more confused now than before.
"Hmm? Oh its you ." The newly named Arceus growled at the chaos spirit. The creature's voice made Celestia think it was a female. "I thought I told you no a millennia ago, I wasn't interested then and I'm still not now!" She snapped before her eyes glowed a white that made Celestia scared once again, her eyes were just like twilight's own eyes were a heavenly white. A sort of wave of energy pushed out from her before impacting Discord and sending him into the wall with a sickening Crunch .
"Playing hard to get again I see, well no mater I will get you yet!" Discord moaned in pain. Cuts and bruises covering his whole body and his lion paw dislocated in about three different places. He also looked like he had a few broken ribs but she wasn't sure. It almost made Celestia feel sorry for him, almost.
"Really Arcy were all of these theatrics really necessary?" A new voice rang from the other side of the giant creature, once again female. This time two figures walked out of the gate both ponies this time regular sized as well. One of the figures stayed hidden by the light so nopony could see what they looked like while the taller one kept walking forward, When the pony had finally become visible celestia grew even more confused.

Celestia also noticed she was an alicorn, this troubled her as her, Luna and Cadence were the only ones she knew of unless.... No it couldn't be. Could it? She stood there shell shocked watching as the mysterious alicorn walked up to twilight's previous friends and spoke.
"Hmm so your the ones the elements chose after Celestia and Luna? Not bad, not bad at all I must say you are quite the embodiment of them." She spoke her tone motherly and calming but her body posture telling that she was angry but not at them. She then walked over to Luna and Cadence Before speaking again. "Oh Luna all that time trapped in your mind by Nightmare moon must have been torture, but honestly dear there's no need to torture your self with nightmares every night." Luna just stood there shocked that this mare had found out about the tantabus. "and you dear" she turned to Cadence, "You have been through so much I'm sorry that your wedding had to end on such a Sour note." She then looked at Shining Armor who shrank back in fear. "Thou who would go against thy own flesh and blood, thou disgusts me!" She shouted letting her anger show.
Then however she turned to Celestia. "And finally Celestia" She stopped to take a deep breath before giving her living hell. "WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU?, YOU, THE FORMER ELEMENT OF MAGIC, KINDNESS AND, LOYALTY! DO YOU HAVE ANY IDEA WHO YOU HAVE PISSED OFF TODAY? DO YOU?" She screamed her eyes taking on the same night sky quality that Cadence's did. Her voice was already loud but it was also further increased by a much more powerful version of the royal canterlot voice. Before the mare could say anything else the giant beast from before, Arceus, spoke trying to calm her down.
"Ok now Scarlet just calm down and take a deep breath ok? Calm down." She said sweat dropping, while using telekinesis to hold her back. The newly named Scarlet snapped just as Arceus took hold of her with her telekinesis. Her front hooves reaching for Celestia's neck like some sort of wild animal clawing at its prey's jugular.
"LET ME AT HER DAMMIT! ARCEUS PUT ME DOWN RIGHT NOW! I SWEAR TO THE UNIVERSE IF YOU DON'T PUT ME DOWN RIGHT THIS SECOND-" This went on for about ten minuets as the creature decided to let the mare get it out of her system. The mare took a deep breath before finally calming down. "All right all right I'm done venting alright?" she asked before Arceus finally let her go. "What do you have to say for you self?" She spoke still quite angry, but calm enough for her eyes to turn back to normal.
Just as Celestia was about to say something she was cut off again"No no no not to me to her." She said while pointing at the other figure in the doorway. "Hmmm? Oh come now deary, your ancestor has done so much for you today at least come and accept her apology." She spoke in a quite aggravated tone. It was at this time the figure started to come closer it took five steps before flashing in a familiar magenta light. The figure was now face to face with Celestia and what she saw shocked her to the core. It was Twilight alright but she had changed. Her eyes had also changed like Cadence's with a starry night look to them but that was not all. Now sprouting from her back were a set of lavender wings fully spread out....

Oh this is gonna be good! Yes I know I'm gonna get complaints about her being an alicorn. But let me say this I do plan on her fighting legendary pokemon so I though she could use some help.

Author's Note
Before I start this chapter I would like to say a few things. First is thanks so much for everyone's feedback its been a huge morale booster and that I want to give a big shout out to Sonic Rainboom Dash, Commander Darklight, J-Wolf7 and BronyPonyMan. Thanks guys! Also I would like to ask you all something. You have probably noticed that I put a romance tag on this story. The reason I'm saying this because your going to determine who its going to be between. The two routes you can choose from is Ash X Twilight (huh Ashlight not a bad OC name actually... dibs) or my personal preference Ash and some of the legendaries and normal Pokemon and Twilight with a very specific legendary, one who is young and is a water type if I remember correctly. Please put your preference in the comments, remember every vote counts! Also I have gotten some complaints dealing with the wait time and length of the chapters an all I can say is that I don't actually have access to a computer at my house but I go to my mother's workplace or my grandmother's house were I can use one, so that and that hopefully I'm gonna get around to redoing the first chapter. Oh and before I forget please comment what Pokemon you want Twilight to have down below! Anyways I have dragged on for far too long so enjoy!
A Fallen Star And The Sun's Regret
"Twilight!" Seven voices resounded through out the throne room with glee. Though the voice of Shining Armor was not among them, as he was currently passed out at the sight of his sister's... change and her rage. As the sounds of hooves grew closer, Twilight let out a commanding roar that made them stop in they're tracks and tremble in fear. Arceus saw this however and saw it as strange, Did she just use Screech? She thought to herself in amazement, but before she could think of something to say the guards, both solar and lunar, barged into the room an leveled their spears at Twilight as soon as they saw she was face to face with Celestia.
"Halt!" One of them commanded with power and pride in his voice. Before starting to sweat. But not from fear no, the room it was actually getting quite hot in the room, almost as if it were a giant oven. Scarlet and Arceus were confused as to were it was coming from until they looked over at Twilight. Her coat was now white with a hint of orange in it and her mane and tail were literally flames. But what was possibly more frighting to Arceus, was not that visible heat was emanating from her but that it was not hitting her friends, Luna or Cadence. D-Di-Did she just use heat wave and then control who it affected? Arceus's mind was ablaze with confusion and panic. Does this mean she can use pokemon moves or is it some kind of magic? She looked over at Twilight horn, but it wasn't lit up with magic and this deeply troubled her. How? How is this possible? No one in this reality should be able to use pokemon moves! She thought. After a few minuets the temperature went back to normal. While Twilight had gone back to normal the strangeness continued to get weirder from then on.
"Leave us!" Twilight spoke her voice filled with a power and passion rarely seen before in Equestria. Her eyes had changed once again. Now they were a shining white and they were radiating with an almost unnatural power. "Begone!" She commanded, her voice echoing around the room before a wall of purple light pushed the guards out of the room and closed the door. "Now with those nuisances out of the way I can finally deal with you " She spat with venom at Celestia. She walked back over to her and stood eye to eye with her, before saying some thing no one in the room expected. "You, me, duel now, or are you to scared ?" Twilight taunted as she teleported to the other side of the room, she then addressed her friends. "You guys may want to move." Which they did happily.
Battle music
Twilight then turned to Celestia. "You may have the first move if you would like." She offered. Celestia was stunned at this, she was letting the immortal goddess of the sun, have the first shot?
"Very well Twilight Sparkle, if you want to lose this duel quickly then who am I to disappoint you." She stated calmly before gathering a tremendous amount of power in her horn, then sending a beam of gold energy at her former apprentice. But twilight just stood there not even attempting to dodge or block the attack in anyway, shape or form. Just before the wave hit her Twilight's eyes glowed once more before a barrier of a strange green energy formed in front of her. The beam hit the barrier before dissipating into nothing. All that were present were stunned but one, Arceus, for very different reasons then the others. Th-That was protect! She was getting more and more confused by the second.
Twilight's eyes glowed once again before a sphere of blue energy formed in front of her. Within seconds it was as big as a pony, when it reached that size Twilight fired it directly at Celestia who barely managed to put up a magical shield in time. The ball of energy struggled to over come the shield made by the alicorn, but soon the shield began to crack at the edges before shattering in to a thousand golden pieces with a thundering explosion. Before the smoke full cleared Twilight charged another attack. This time a beam of purple energy was fired from her open maw. It hit Celestia dead center of her chest, the force throwing her through the stone wall behind her and down into the streets below.
Celestia hit the ground with a sound akin to a thunderclap, as the dust began to settle the white and battered form of Princess Celestia rose from a crater, still alive but very tired. Scratches and bruises covered her body but due to her alicorn durability it didn't mind her to much. A crowd of ponies surrounded her with eyes widened in shock. With a powerful flap of her wings she took flight, a gale of wind and dust rose from her crashing place. She set her eyes on the castle, before being taken aback by what she saw coming towards her.
Battle music 2
It was Twilight or at least she thought it was. This 'Twilight' had much darker fur and the light purple streak in her mane and tail was replaced with a blood red one. Her body was radiating a black aura. Her eyes once again now a glowing white but this time there was something... off about them. This time her eyes were... well the only word Celestia could think of was otherworldly. The radiated a sense of power and ferocity she hadn't seen since... No it couldn't be, could it? "Why? Why is their magic signatures so similar?" Celestia asked aloud to no pony in particular. Well If I can keep her in the air I should have the advantage. Shes new to her wings and hasn't had much use with them yet. 'Twilight' then did some thing that confused Celestia, she flew straight up. Twilight went up a few hundred thousand feet before stopping, she then started to dive straight at Celestia. A mach come started to form around her as she grew fast and faster. She was about a half way from Celestia the the mach cone broke in an explosion of black, leaving a luminescent picture of her cutie mark behind her. Twilight speed towards Celestia even faster then before but then something unexpected happened...
A second mach cone had formed around Twilight. There was another explosion of color before Twilight turned into a golden comet heading straight for Celestia. Celestia was stunned, not only had Twilight pulled of a Star Burst or what Rainbow called the Sonic Rainboom but she had pulled of the more advanced version... The Golden Nova. The attack hit Celestia in the side sending her crashing back into the castle, Celestia crashed through her throne and smacked against the floor...
Twilight flew through the hole in the wall and landed next to Celestia, her current form making her friends gasp in shock and horror. No.... Why does Twilight's magic signature remind me of her? Luna thought in fear.
"Now its time to end this Celestia." 'Twilight' said as she started charging an ever growing ball of darkness.
"NO! If she releases that attack she'll kill her." Arceus exclaimed, worry and fear starting to creep into her voice
Luna, Cadence, Shining Armor, and the rest of her friends looked on in horror as they saw their friend about to kill Celestia and there was nothing they could about it. Even the alicorn that introduced herself as Scarlet was looking on with a look of fear in her eyes. It looked like the ball of darkness was just about finished when all of a sudden Twilight let a terrifying yell and started shaking violently as white light started to escape her body. "NO! I will not disappear! Not when I am so close to my revenge! I may have failed corrupting Luna completely but I will not be denied my revenge again!" Twilight yelled as more and more light started escaping her body.
Finally after a few seconds the light grew almost too bright for anyone to look at directly when with a tremendous bang Twilight Exploded into a shower of light and smoke. D-did she just use self destruct Arceus thought as he and Scarlet looked on with the others at the where Twilight once stood. Everyone looked on in stunned silence to where once stood an enraged alicorn now only an empty crater with nothing remaining but a few lavender feathers remained. The silence was broken at once by a single sob triggering a cascade of tears of everypony.
"TWILIGHT!!!" They cried when they finally realized that the pony they looked up to had just gone evil, claimed that she was was the one who turned Luna into Nightmare Moon, and that just exploded right in front of them was gone for good... or so they thought as after a few minutes of non-stop crying the door that Scarlet and Arceus came through slowly opened again and out stepped a tired looking, lavender, familiar looking alicorn and stopped after looking around for a bit and said what everyone was thinking "Uh... What happened."
Author's Notes continued: Hey everyone real quick before I end this chapter I wanna give another big shout out to Sonic Rainboom Dash who has helped me out with a lot of upcoming ideas and also for sending in the after battle ending. Alright alright before you start raging at me for A: taking this long and B: completely deleting two chapters during writing well it was not going the the original direction I wanted it to so now I'm doing a bit of a rewrite. Anyways on with the fic! Sorry this one took so long guys! *Quick note this chapted took much much longer than expected because I was stuck on this one part and I eventually scraped it and made a small work around so sorry for the large wait!
"TWILIGHT!!!" They cried when they finally realized that the pony they looked up to had just gone evil, claimed that she was was the one who turned Luna into Nightmare Moon, and that just exploded right in front of them was gone for good... or so they thought as after a few minutes of non-stop crying the door that Scarlet and Arceus came through slowly opened again and out stepped a tired looking, lavender, familiar looking alicorn and stopped after looking around for a bit and said what everyone was thinking "Uh... What happened?"
Arceus was about to try and come up with an answer but she was cut off by another voice, a voice that belonged to someone who would better understand what was going on. Behind Twilight was the legendary pokemon of dreams, Cresselia with her blue duck shaped body with no legs or wings, having pink tufts on her chest area and crescent shaped wings circling her and having a pink bulge on her head along with a crescent shape figure that came down over her head. Rarity started drooling at the sight of her before realizing she was in public and then she promptly cleaned herself up.
"I believe I can help with that." Cresselia spoke her voice soft and flowing like honey. Everypony in the room instantly felt more at ease as she spoke. "Mother Arceus it has been some time since we last saw each other are you doing well?" The dream weaving pokemon asked the goddess.
Arceus was quick to respond with "Yes my daughter I am doing very well. I trust that this isn't a social visit?" The goddess inquired.
"No I'm afraid not mother, you see during your long absence brother disappeared for a time but when he came back he was... different . It was like he was someone else entirely at first I merely thought he was taking you leaving harder than the rest of us but recently he has become colder. He is no longer the same brother I used to play tag with in the gardens or play pranks on uncle Giratina with. He... scares me. He has become so uncaring that is until a few months ago. He became caring again but only for a short time. He took the hit from a both aunt Palkia and uncle Dialga to save a town of humans, it caught me off guard as that was only something he would do before he disappeared but when I talked to him about it later he was just as cold as before." The dreamweaver shook her head before continuing. "Anyways as to the explanation of what happened I believe it was brother, two hours ago he started to become agitated and then he ran off in the direction of the hall of dimensions. I tried to follow him but he knocked me unconscious before I could do so." Cresselia ended her speech tears starting to form in her eyes.
"Oh honey" Arceus spoke her words filled with compassion and empathy. She pulled Cresselia closer to her with her physic grip and nuzzled her. "Now listen, once we get back and get Twilight settled in I'm going to go talk to him ok? Now now no more tears." Letting Cresselia out of her physic hold and then turned and walked over to Celestia and Luna beckoning Scarlet to come with her, Arceus then pulled them aside and used her telepathy to talk to them in private.
"Now I want to propose something to you two on behalf of my dimension." Arceus stated over the link, completely dumbfounding the three alicorns she was linked with.
"What did you have in mind?" Celestia asked still somewhat skeptical of the goddess who not fifteen minutes ago barged into her throne room and brought a pissed off alicorn goddess with her.
"What I'm proposing is that you let Twilight and maybe even her friends if they want to go with her, come to my world and let them sort out their feelings about all of this for around two months or so and then if the want to stay they can if not they can go but should the like to go between the worlds at any time we let them. So how about it?" The goddess questioned.
"Tia I think we should let Twilight make this decision herself but I think it would be beneficial for her to think things out somewhere else." Luna stated adding her opinion.
Celestia wasn't sure what was best to do but her sister's advice convinced her that it should be Twilight's choice, she spoke aloud this time. "Twilight would you please come here we need to discuss something with you." She spoke not really sure what she was going to say.
"Yes Miss Solaris?" Twilight spoke in a rather informal tone with a grin appearing on her face when Celestia flinched at the use of her real name. Celestia then preceded to explain the decision to her former student at the end of the explanation Twilight just kinda stood there staring off into space thinking, her brain trying to process all of the information just given to her. Which gained a giggle from Scarlet who had up until this point had been rather quiet which in turn earned her a sort of blank look of confusion from the two princesses.
"What? Oh you forgot about me didn't you? Well I'm sure you want to know who I am so I'll might as well explain this while we're waiting for young Twilight to become functional again, trust me we have a while to wait I swear Astral Plain would get just like this all the time but it's nice to see that little quirk in his decedent." Scarlet spoke reminiscing about her long lost husband with almost the same look as Twilight.
"Astral Plain? You knew the first king of the old unicorn empire?" Celestia and Luna asked at the same time both alicorns now filled with curiosity.
"Knew him? I was married to him! Ah I still remember the first time we met. He had wanted to get out of the palace without being treated like a king and was wearing a disguise spell to do so of course I had one on as well as being an alicorn tends to make one stand out, he bumped into to me at the coffee shop and it was love at first sight, ah those were the days." Scarlet responded still not looking at anything but blank space with the same expression on her face the whole time, Scarlet then shook her head before continuing. "Anyways I'm getting off track, as I said I was married to Astral and when he eventually passed away I ruled on for some time before I stepped down to allow our son Shadow Spark to become the new king before I left the kingdom many years later, I kept tabs on my descendants of course visiting them in a dream or even sometime talking to them in person when they were in need of help." Scarlet continued her eyes tearing up at some of the memories. It was at this point the other ponies in the room (And Discord) wandered over to the group of goddesses to listen to what was going on.
It was also at this point that yet another figure floated out from the doorway though neither the ponies nor the legendary pokemon seemed to notice. This one was a small bipedal looking pink furred creature with a long tail. It looked around for a little while it noticed Scarlet and then sprinted forward at breakneck speeds before tackling the alicorn to the ground.
"AUNT SCARLET! IT'S BEEN SO LONG SINCE I SAW YOU!" The pink ball of energy (not pinkie) screamed like a child given candy in a female voice before nearly choking the poor alicorn into unconsciousness and yet through all of this Twilight still stared off into the distance completely unfazed by any of this.
"MEW! What did I say about tackling people!" Arceus cried out using her psychic grip to her damnedest to get the little ball of sugar/caffeine/or possibly some form of drugs (Arceus wasn't sure which one it was or which was worse). Arceus was also confused as to who Mew's aunt was and where she was? "Mew, I know that you want to see your aunt and cousin, but I don't see them," She said looking around along with the other ponies. If one would have looked at Scarlet then they might have noticed a small smirk apper on her face.
"It seems Mew never told you that she asked the Creation Trio to send her to me for a few weeks shortly after your imprisonment." Scarlet stated dumbfounding the pokemon goddess. "Anyways mewy I was just about to explain to everyone about how I created the Elements Of Harmony, you remember that?" She questioned Mew.
"I sure do auntie! Remember I helped make that Tree Of Harmony remember!" Mew asked flying in circles around Scarlet, this drew gasps from both Celestia and Luna whom had both visited the tree many many years ago. Mew's rambling went on for about an hour and a half before the little ball of energy was finally tired out (and fell asleep on the back of Scarlet) during which time Twilight's mind had some what pulled itself together and she had reached her conclusion.
"Arceus I think I've made my decision I'm going with you at least for a little while." Twilight stated giving her answer to the pokemon before turning and speaking to her friends "Girls you are not going to come with me do you understand?" Twilight surprisingly snarled with an unusual amount of anger. "I.. I just need to be alone for a while ok?"
"Sure thing sugarcube take as much time as ya need alright?" Applejack spoke for the rest of the Main Six before they could respond. "But if yall need us just ask and we'll be there got it?"
"Maybe in a while but for now... I'll think about it" Twilight finished still uncertain about this whole thing.
"Now since I didn't get to finish my story nor my introduction allow me to finish it." Scarlet stated before jumping back into her story. "Let me see where was I? Oh yes! Now I remember the Elements Of Harmony yes. As I said I am the one that created them along with a little help from Mew. It was almost ten thousand years ago that I created them and then put my soul and mind inside the element of magic as a way to sort of keep tabs on the users." Scarlet continued her eyes once again staring off into space as the memories of that time came back to her. Scarlet shook her head before speaking again.
"Anyways long story short I am Scarlet Harmony, First Alicorn, the one who made this planet and its inhabitants, with Arceus's help of course, creator of the Elements Of Harmony, wife to Astral Plain, first king of the old Unicorn Empire, First queen to the Unicorn Empire and ancestor to current day bearer of the Element Of Magic Twilight Sparkle." Scarlet finished, her many titles causing many gasps for various reasons from everypony in the room.
"Twilight you're the descendant from an alicorn queen?" Rarity squealed her eyes sparkling with inspiration.
"Not just any alicorn the first alicorn." Scarlet stated reminding all of them of that one detail her face plastered with a huge grin. "Anyways now that my story is finished we should get going. Bye!" Scarlet laughed her horn already glowing with magic as she was about to take Twilight and Spike in her grip.
"WAIT!" Twilight exclaimed causing Scarlet to stop dead in her tracks. "We haven't even gotten ready yet!" This caused the ancient alicorn to let them go and blush in embarrassment.
"Sorry Twi I just got really excited to see an... old friend from long ago. Please go and get ready I shall wait for you here." Scarlet spoke her voice sounded depressed but only for a second before she covered it up. Twilight didn't notice this and turned around to go and get Spike and help the others get ready. Celestia however pulled her aside to talk with her in private. They walked in silence until they reached a balcony overlooking the valley below, it was about time for Luna to raise the moon but Celestia's sister had decided to make the sky varying shades of of amber, orange and red hues all mixed together, the sight was breathtaking, all the while the sun was on the horizon on one side of the sky and the moon directly opposite it on the other.
"Dearest Twilight I... I am sorry for what I did, it was wrong of me to overreact to what I thought was just stress even though now I see that something was wrong Cadence had seemed... odd but I thought it was just pre-wedding jitters or something, but to think that she had been replaced with a fake seemed almost impossible, I should have trusted you and I'm sorry that I didn't listen to you. I just wanted to say Don't ever let someone tell you, you can't do something. Not even me, if you have a dream you have to protect it. Some ponies can't do things themselves, they want to tell you that you can't do it. If you want something in this world, go get it period. " Celestia finished her voice filled with sadness and grief from her decision, she didn't know what she had been thinking to do something like that it was her own personal student saying these things and she hadn't believed her in any form at all. Celestia's ears perked up at what Twilight responded.
"Physical wounds can be treated without much difficulty, but emotional wounds are not so easy to heal." Twilight spoke not even looking at her former mentor her eyes just staring off into the afternoon sky thinking. Twilight then turned her head to look at her mentor before continuing. "I may not be angry with you anymore princess but that doesn't mean I forgive you." She finished her voice devoid of any emotion. Then Twilight turned around and walked away to go and get ready for the trip to a new world.
POV:Twilight
As I walked away from my former mentor I felt a terrible pain in my head like somepony was squeezing my skull as hard as they could. I dropped to the ground before I heard a voice.
Yess I can feel ssso much power in you young sssparkle. You will be an excellent sssubject. But I will let you have your fun for now young one but remember that I will alwaysss be watching. Hahahahaha! and then suddenly the pain stopped and my body moved on its own as my mind tried to comprehend what had just happend.
It had taken around five hours for Twilight (now accompanied by spike) to get her things in order with packing and what not. Two ponies, a dragon and three pokemon were now in front of the doorway making sure they had everything they needed.
"Food? Water? First Aid kit? Sleeping bags?" Twilight questioned Spike who had a scroll in one hand and a pen in the other.
"Check, check, check and check!" The little drake replied checking off the boxes as he went along the paper.
"Well then I guess we're ready to go!" Twilight beamed her mind racing at the new adventure they were about to embark on. "Ready Spike?" His response was an expected yes. "Wait Arceus are we going to be staying with you or did you have somepony in mind for us to stay with?" Twilight asked the pokemon goddess only just now thinking of where they were all going to stay for two months or so.
"Oh don't worry Twilight I know just the person for you to stay with during your time in my world." Arceus replied her face plastered with a giant fucking grin and with that they all stepped through the doorway...
POV:???
Darkness... That is all I am able to see, all I can feel. It overloads my senses and I am powerless to stop it. I know HE is here watching, waiting for his opportunity to strike and keep me trapped for eternity. He approached me many years ago after mother's disappearance, he was darkness more powerful than anything I had ever seen. He was... persuasive, he gave me power, so much power! But I sadly didn't know the full cost of this deal, he took control of me after a week because he was so much more damn powerful than me. I have sat in darkness for centuries now, not being able to do anything but think and wait for my time to take back control like I did a few months ago. I could now sense the evil in him, evil worse than those humans like Giovanni by a hundred times over. I am afraid, I am... cold so cold…

Great song! Anyways yes this chapter is finally done so now we can get to the actual world of intrest, the pokemon world! Yay! I'll give you two guesses as to who Arceus has in mind.
