The Master of Blades
Dreams and a victory?
Previous ChapterNext ChapterPeace, that was what i felt, my body was at peace as i sat in the grassy plains, wind was carefuly brushing my hair and beard, my sword was stabed in the ground beside me, and i knew this was a dream, but by Thrall's babymakers i will make this dream worth it.
"Who are you stranger, and why do you radiate with such foul magic?"
I would have swiched the scene to siege of ogrimmar for invading my mind but lets tag along
"My name is Yorimmu, I am the blademaster of the horde and chieftain of the Bloodwrath clan, As a wachook i was born and raised amongst fel orcs, the blademasters of the clan I was born in have a tradition to drink and infuse themselves and their blades with fel energies" I said a little too much didn't I?
"You speak of fel magic, yet that magic isn't known in equestria, care to explain" You asked for it.
"The horrors of fel magic can't be explained, but I can show you." Please say no.
"I would like you to share the horors of your mind with me, I have been in countless brutal battles and emerged victorious, I am pretty sure i will be able to withstand whatever you saw" You have NO idea.
"Fine, alltough I myself hate to remind myself of those horors, but to satisfy your curiosity..." I said as i switched to most horrid scene in my memory.
My blade was hungering as my warband was standing atop of the hill and waiting to strike at the wretched humans, the burning blade's finest warriors were at my disposal.
"Warlord, the warband is ready and waiting, we await only your command" The fel grunt said to me.
I smirked " Now, my warriors, SHOW THESE WRETCHES THE TRUE POWER OF THE BURNING LEGION AND THE BURNING BLADE CLAN!!!" I yelled as all of us charged downhill towards the encampment.
Warcries sounding within the entire hill. Soon we reached the camp of the humans and they weren't prepeared as we clashed forces and all hell ensued. My blade mercylessly slashing trough any humans approaching Me. I soon saw the commander of the encampment and lept up to get to him. I slashed ar his neck and decapitated him. "VICTORY FOR THE BURNING LEGION!!!" I bellowed holding the commander's head by its hair and thrusting it high into the air for all to see. After that, grassy hills with a slow breeze, my former dreamscape.
"There, that was rhe influence of fel magic, grants great power, yet makes you a slave to the daemons."
I said and arose, picking up my sword.
"YOU SERVED THE DAEMONS?!?" She yelled and got into a battle stance.
"It was not our choice, for the warlock Gul'dan tricked our warchief and soon after all of the horde into drinking the foul blood, think of us as you wish, but, should any harm come to my fellow orcs, I promise, I will end whoever tries." I stated "Now, out of my head, I wish for my own peace."
As I sat down, she looked at me for a little longer and finally got to the point.
"The student of my sister reported of strange acrivity of green, bipedal beings around everfree, whoever entered into thet forest, never came out, or did come, but in pieces." This caught my interest
"Of our location, in which direction is this... Everfree?" I asked If i'm correct, there might be my brethren there, and judging by her story, they are probably influenced by daemons.I tought
" If I arrive there the killing might stop." I added
"Might..." She said suspiciously " That is a strong might, how do I know you won't betray us?" She asked... Figures. "You don't, the beasts you encountered are indeed of my clan, horde's finest warriors, but they are infected by the daemonic blood once again. I might be able to reason with them once I find them." I retorted
"You said that the daemons are controlling them, how do you think you can reason with them?" She asked
"Our shamans can purge the daemonic blood within their veins, therefore I can take them back into the clan and we won't ever again bother you." I said, she still looked suspicious. To be honest, I would be too. I am new to her after all.
"Alright, travel southwest of where you are. You will end up in the Everfree." Well then... That was easier than it was suppose to be. something smells and I haven't eaten any beans these days.
"My warriors and I are going to be heading there in the morning." I said and woke up to a grunt yelling "We're under attack!!" I shot up to my feet and exited my hut. Outside was hell remade. Flaming arrows and boulders were flying all over the place. I didn't waste time as I ordered my warriors to take cover. Some of our shamans started shattering the boulders at my command. This gave us time to reajust, arrows were still falling but our cover did well to protect us.
I started weighing the options but alas I heard something akin to small explosions. Gunshots, beasts howling and finaly the arrows stopped raining. These were our hunters and marksmen.
"To arms, and let us help our brethren!!" I yelled loudly and we began our counterattack. We began charging at the allready scattered enemy and some of them started running. The fight was won with a few casualties and minor losses, as well as a giant kill count and several prisoners. We gathered their supplies and brought them to our camp. "Now whelp, tell me why did you attack us without provocation, and who and what in the great wide world of Azeroth are you?" I asked the leader.
"Go buck yourself, beast!!" The one next to him yelled
"Ahh, now I like this one, He has some spine!" I bellowed causing some others to do the same.
"Now speak, my patience is running short." I said glaring at the leader.
He responded with a glare of his own and a few words." Unprovoked? What are your people doing killing innocent ponies in the everfree?" He asked
"They don't have their will anymore, a deamon has corrupted them." I simply answered.
"And you expect me to belive you?" He asked, huh, taught he would say that.
"Since I am a kind orc, I will leave you alone... For now, but cross us again and you will taste my steel. Blindfold them, and release their legs they get to go unharmed." I said
After we did that, we began to march for the so called everfree. Only spirits know what awaits us there.
In the dark, a figure laughed darkly. Then with a low grumbling voice said:-Soon, blademaster, soon. We will meet again." The figure said as the flames on its head began to flare up.
