The other part my head probably made a dent in, was as hard a stone. My first action was to shoot forward and grab my head from the pain. When I did this, I ended up hitting something else. Good news was that it was soft, bad news was that if was some chicks over sized breast. Her furry breast. I barely registered that since my head felt like a rocket slammed into it and was a dud. Next thing to happen without realizing it was that I got blasted into a wall, hard. I may have coughed up some blood while I was hunched over. Hard to say when you're trying to figure out what happened. "Private Armor, what do you think you are doing?" Came a voice that sounded like my mom when I broke my arm. "P-Princess, I was trying to protect you from that thing." I could practically feel the practiced salute this guy was most likely giving. "Somepony bring a healer here immediately." I was too busy trying to make sure my everything was still where they were anywhere other than the floor. "Don't worry, I'll get you help soon, just hold on." This time she (I'm guessing by the voice) was closer, trying to keep me calm. This is how I responded. "Ooooh." It wasn't a kill me already type of pain. No, this was a either get me a bucket or get back. "Shh, it's okay. You're going to be okay." She said in a soothing voice, rubbing my back and easing the urge to throw my intestines all over her. I started looking up to see who my new 'friend' was. Imagine my surprise when I see two mountains staring me in the face. They were connected to something I was familiar with. An anthro princess Celestia. Guess that was shiny boy she was talking to. Wait, Shining Armor just blasted me with magic and it hurt. Ah crap. Celestia's eyes widened when she saw my face, it was only for a second, but I saw it! I think. "You're not a pony." I just barely managed to groan out my own observation. "And you're not human." "Hoo-min?" "Please don't say it like that." I could already feel my eyebrow twitching. She was about to respond when the doctor came into the room at that moment. "I'm here princess, who's hurt?" The doc sounded like a mare. I'm not really sure what happened next since my eye's started to drop. Whatever they were saying was nothing more than mumbles at this point. "Okay let's see what the hell is going on." I was currently in a dream, or a coma, hard to tell when you can't ask. The most recent events started playing out in front of me. Before you ask, I'm a very lucid dreamer. I just can change the dream at all. I had gone to my first con simply because my little brother decided to drag me to it. We went from booth to stand to whatever. He eventually found some guy dressed as the merchant from Resident Evil. My brother just glared at the man, simply because he hates the game. I was more interested in what he was selling. Truth be told I knew of a few stories online that started with him as the reason why someone ended up in a MLP:FIM universe with whatever they bought from the guy. Before you go jumping to conclusions, I only watched the show since I had nothing better to do. I am not a brony. I'm more a fan of the reviewers and the fan-fiction writers than the actual show. Way more entertaining in my opinion. I was looking through was the cloaked man had to offer, and saw some stuff I wouldn't mind having. Yang's ember celica, a power ranger morpher, some other random stuff from my childhood. Then I found something that I wanted badly. An Omnitrix, a blue one at that. I wanted it since I always found the idea of leading a secret life fighting of the bad guys interesting. I had asked how much it was and the merchant said ten. I expected a thousand to come after that, but it never did. I figured if it was only worth ten bucks, then it must have been a piece of junk. But it wasn't like I was going to wear it outside or pretend it was the real thing. It was more a memento as far as I cared. I paid the guy. Reached out for it and, of course, it jumped to my left arm. Next thing I know I'm falling into the lap of a princess. Then headbutt her giant mounds. Great times. It's at that point that everything stops, indicating that everything that happened next isn't going to be remembered when I wake up. "So I just became a displaced, with an omnitrix. This is going to be fun." I steer awake and open my eyes, and in typical hospital fashion, the white walls and bright lights hurt my eyes. I guess it doesn't matter where you go, hospitals are filled with sadistic jerks. I start looking around to see if I can find anyone else. The only thing I found was some magic versions of medical equipment. The heart monitor was just a crystal the pulsed with light. I just turned my head to the door and wait for whoever is going to walk in. In order I'm thinking Celestia, pinkie, twilight. Celestia first since I have no idea where in the timeline I am. As well as the fact that it was the princess that I landed on. The door opens and in walks Celestia, knew it. She is currently in a sundress, standing about 9 ft tall. Large wings on her back and a long horn sticking out of her head. I'm almost six feet tall. So she's a giant anthro pony princess, good to know. Her chest size, my head with room to spare. She has her caring smile on, but her eyes show bits of confused and concerned. "Good to see you're awake. I am princess Celestia, may I know who you are?" Well now I don't have to explain how I know her name. No idea how she'll react to her just being a show for little girls. "... I'm Alex." Can't seem to remember my last name, or middle. At least I get to keep MY name. "Alex? Well Alex I have some bad news for you." Saw this coming, The whole we can't send you... Wait, I never said anything. So what could the bad news be about? "The magic used to heal you had some unexpected effects." She then started to explain in a very scientific way. Now I know where Twilight gets it. "Um, could you explain it in a way that doesn't require a college degree?" If you thinks twilight's bad, then celestia makes her sound like a cave-mare. "Oh, yes, sorry about that. The short of it is that you've become younger than you were when you arrived." I look down and see I'm about ten years old. I can feel my eye twitching again. With the thoughts running through my head and the omnitrix on my arm. Begin the panic attack and end with the deconstruction of Canterlot. Maybe I can concentrate it to just the stuck up nobles Celestia must have sense my freak out, because the next thing I knew I was wrapped up in both her arms and her giant feather dusters. "Shh, shh, it's okay." "N-no it's n-not." I was so much crying as I was hyperventilating. Screw the paper bag someone get me a... whatever's better than a paper bag. "It's okay, I got you. Let it out." She, I don't know, cooed to me? I could feel her hand rubbing my head, but it felt, no wait, that's her muzzle. We were like that for at least an hour. Considering I normally last for most of the day when I panic, that says a lot about her. Once I had calmed down enough I asked if she could leave me alone for a while. She hesitated at first, but left anyway, saying something about checking in on a student. I just sat there and start to count down with my fingers. Once I hit zero, the door cracked open enough for me to see Celestia peering in. The crack she made would have been enough to see half my face, or all of it since I was now ten. After I was sure she was gone, I started fiddling with my omnitrix, Hopefully I can turn myself back. Knock knock "Come in." I said weakly. I had been messing with the watch, but nothing happened, at all. The normal green/red light was just black, like some kind of hibernation mode for the thing. The door opens and in walks the princes, with a few ponies behind her. I could already tell who they were just from looking at two of them. "Alex I would like for you to meet the Sparkle family." There were four ponies in total, all unicorns, and you know this stuff. Velvet and Night Light seemed concerned. Shiny boy was glaring at me. Twilight was peering out from behind the princess's legs, she had a look of confusion on her. "Hey." It was half hearted, but I wasn't feeling all there anyways. Next thing I know, Twilight is pulling a Pinkie. She's in my face and speaking at an incredible speed. Twilight gets picked up in Celestia magic and slightly scolded for her actions. I just stayed in my emotionally dead state. "So what am I supposed to do now?" I was more asking myself than others. I figured either Celestia had something in mind and brought the Sparkles with her for that reason, or she was going to have Shining apologize and Twilight wanted to come with. I already knew I wasn't going to live with them, I decided that for myself. Little is known about Twilight's parents, Shining seems to hate me, and Twilight would try experimenting on me if I wasn't careful. "I was thinking that you could stay here in the castle and learn with Twilight as a student of mine." "...Sure, why not."Didn't think it was going to be this once. Hopefully she won't expect me to start calling her 'mom.' So now I'm stuck in anthro Equestria, with a useless omnitrix ripoff, going to deal with a filly Twilight, and having Celestia watch over me. I'm screwed. //-------------------------------------------------------// And so it begins //-------------------------------------------------------// And so it begins It has been eight years since I first arrived in Equestria. The princess has been making sure I've been okay since the whole age regression thing. Shining Armor has made the rank of captain of the royal guard. Still don't like the guy. Twilight has calmed down with the constant questions and experiments. I've been trying to get the omnitrix to start working. For whatever reason the thing won't turn on. It is now three days until Luna makes her return. I'm not sure if I should stay out of this, or get involved. I'm not really concerned with what the future will be like. Just my being here will be enough to throw off the timeline. I get an idea that may just work. Only problem is that I have to lie to the face of a thousand year old politician.  May the odds be ever in my favor. I leave my room and start navigating my way towards the throne room. About half an hour later, I find the dam entrance to the dam throne room that's most likely filled with god dam nobles. I been here for eight years and they're still trying to buy me for whatever. I walk in and see Princess with her mask on pretending to listen to someone about tearing down a school house for a pool. He was more complaining about how the school kids were loud and obnoxious and how the school should be taken down because it is disturbing his beauty sleep. I decided to give Celestia a hand with this guy. I've done it before and I think that's the reason most nobles don't like me. Fun little fact for you: The gender ratio is one stallion for every six to nine mares. It varies on where you live. Most noble stallions are married into their position, so they think they are the cream of the crop. "I got a question for you, smart guy." I'm not sure what his name was, but he was just some background pony, so I don't think he's important. He turns around and glares at the sight of me. "Oh, and what would that be?" "Where do you plan to move the schoolhouse to? It's not like you can just tear it down and expected all those fillies and colts to just not go to school. Now that I think about it, who do you expect to pay for this? It's not like you can expect the Princess to pay for your problems and not pay her back. That would be a major loss to the national treasure." I say all this and walk right up the princess with a smug grin. Once next to her, I turn around and see how badly he's reacting to this. Check "You are just a beast, so I don't expect you to understand." Bad move smart guy. "Actually, He does bring up a good point Jet Set. How do you plan on repaying the crown?" Jet Set decided to respond with his impression of a fish. Mate. He played it off as an over sight and, with a glare at me, left. "Thank you for the help Alex, I was just about to have the guard take him away. Now, was there something you needed?" She asked me. "Yeah I was wondering if if would be okay for me to head out to a forest for a couple of weeks?" She went to respond, but I cut her off. "Before you say anything, I just need some time to get away from the magic and nobles." "And where will you be going?" She asked with a raised eyebrow. "The Everfree Forest." I stated like it was no big deal. She clearly didn't share my opinion. "I don't think that would be a wise idea." "Oh, and you know any other place in Equestria that doesn't have the weather controlled by Pegisi? Besides, I won't travel far into the woods. Just enough so I can get away from it all." We continued to talk about my plans, but I managed to wear her down with the fact Day court was still going on. That's right, I sped up one meeting only to put her behind by ten. I seem to like ten's, must come with the watch. After I had gotten permission I left the throne room through the back. Don't feel like have those damn nobles yelling at me and calling me a beast. If I could go Wild Mutt then I would show them just what kind of animal I am. I was walking down an empty hall, making my way back to my room when it happened. The Omnitrix turned on. I could see that the dial face was lit up blue like the rest of the watch. I hurried my way back into my room. Shutting and locking the door, as well as covering the windows so no one would see me go alien. I sat on the end of my bed and popped the dial face up. I started scrolling trough the aliens to see who I should turn into first. I was disappointed when I saw I only had ten. Ten, ten, ten. The next thing that get's a number will have sixty seven. The list of my aliens were as followed: Goop Wildmutt Humungousaur Heat Blast Big Chill Diamond Head Chromastone Grey Matter Jetray ... Oh... Shit... That's not good. The last one on the list was the reason Cannonbolt made it into the opening theme to begin with. Yep, I got Ghostfreak, looks more like his first form rather than the ugly one. Hope I don't have to worry about him being a problem. Wait, if it took this long for the watch to charge, what would happen if I went alien? Eh, one way to find out. With that, I turn the dial to heat blast and push it down. Before you ask, the first alien in the pilot episode had Heat Blast as the first one. Also In Alien Force it was Swamp Fire, then Ben went ultimate Swampfire in Ultimate Alien. SO I'll stick to the tradition of using a living flame thrower as my first transformation. "Heat Blast! Alright, it worked. Hey, even my voice sounds like it's from the show, I think. Wait... What's that smell?" I turn around and realize I'm still on my bed as a living fire ball. "Crud!" With that I jump off the bed onto the stone floor. "Oh man, Celestia's going to kill me." "Maybe going Heat Blast wasn't the best idea." Beep. Beep. Beeoop. with a flash the watch times out on me changing me back. "Since when does the watch only last a couple of minutes? Wait, why do I sound like Big chill?" I look down and see that I am in fact the frozen phantom. I start checking the omnitrix to make sure it's not broken. "What is wrong with this stupid thing?" After a couple of minutes of nothing, I decide to start packing some stuff up for my trip. All the basic, clothes, flask, knife, etc. I may hold the most advance technology on my wrist, but I don't trust this think to not turn me into Grey Matter in timber wolf territory. Seriously, that's just asking For Murphy's law to kick in. "Okay, am I forgetting anything?" Then comes a knock at the door. "Hey Alex, the princess sent us to go with you." Came the voice of mare. "..." i forgot about the guards. If they see me like this, there's no telling what they'll do. "... Alex, you in there?" Another mare asked, then she started to try to open the still locked door. "Come on Alex, open up before I smash this door down." I don't doubt that. the two guards are most likely the same ones the princess assigned to protect me at all times. One was an earth pony by the name Barricade while the other was a unicorn that goes by Star Shifter. "I'm done waiting, time to smash." Came Barricade's voice followed by some heavy slams to the door. Not good, I gotta hide and fast. I dive under the bed and hear the doors give way. "You know, I could have just used magic to open that, right?" "Now where's the fun in that. Okay Alex, fun's over let's... Why do I smell smoke?" "Looks like somepony was trying to start a fire with Alex's bed. We better report this." I peek out from under the bed and find two sets of white hooves in front of me. "Think we should start looking for Alex?" "Knowing him, he's probably just lost in the castle halls again." "Then how do you explain the packed bag with his stuff  in it?" I mentally face palmed at that. "Does it matter? Let's just go report in, then find that moron." After the two left the room, I faced through the bed and stood up. Note to self, smack those two later. I finish packing the last of my stuff and try to think of a way to get the watch working right. An idea pops into my head about what to do about Luna's return. First thing I got to do is talk to the princess about what she's doing. "Might as well go talk to her like this. No wait, the guards are looking for me right now so they might think I did something to myself. Better wait until tonight." Beep. Beep. "Great, now who am I gonna turn into." Beeoop. I look in down at myself and see I'm back to my 'normal' self. I look down at the watch to see the light is black again. "Guess that means that I'm not going-" The dial/face turns to blue again, showing that it's ready for the next use."-What else is this thing going to do, blow up? I just had to buy the defective blue model, didn't I." After grabbing my stuff and finding the guards, we had gotten on to the train and headed for Ponyville. Once we got there, it was getting close to sunset. Barricade and Star decided to spend the night in a motel. I wanted to just get to the Ever-free as soon as possible. Shifter tried to persuade me, but Barricade decided to just grab me and carry me to the inn. Now those two are sleeping in the only two bed in the room and I'm stuck on the ground, jerks. Since both of them are asleep right now, I figure now is a good time to change and talk to the princess. I step outside and dial up Jetray. After the flash wears off I look into my semi-transparent reflection in the window to see Jet Ray's face staring back. With a slight smile, I take off back towards Canterlot. I make sure to stay low to the ground since I don't want to change aliens and fall to my death. I make it all the way to the side of the castle without any problems. "Now, how to get-" Beep. Beep. Beeoop. "-What the, oh great, I'm  Big Chill again. Well, at least I didn't go humungousaur and smash everything below me."  With my experience with this alien, I phase my way throughout the walls. Heading straight for Celestia's personal chambers. It took me a while to find her room. What do you want from me this castle is more maize than palace. Once I got there I stayed intangible/invisible as to not jump into a bad situation can be made out as  a threat. The only thing I found was the princess city by her window looking at the moon. Why am I not surprised. I float myself down to the ground and turn my wings into a cloak. "You are not fooling me, assassin. Show yourself." She wasn't looking in my direction when she said that. Her knowing I was there was no surprise, but the fact she thought I was an assassin. I was expecting something more about how she's never seeing Big Chills race before. I went visible again and responded. "I think you misunderstand princess, I am no assassin." "Then tell me who you are and why you are here." She's still not looking at me. "My name is Big Chill and I would like to talk to you about something important. Face to face." I narrow my eyes at the last part. She gives a sigh and starts to turn around, only to freeze when she sees me. Next thing I know I'm slammed into a wall. "What are you! Why are you here!" Seeing Celestia pissed is almost enough to make me shit ice cubes. Well, what else would Necrofriggian shit when scared shitless, diamonds? I took a few calming breaths, since freaking out would get me nowhere with this psycho pyro princess. "I am a Necrofriggian and, as I had said a moment ago, I am here to talk." "This had better be important or I will burn you, bug." She narrowed her eyes at me. I could feel my eye twitching from the bug comment. I am so going to freeze those giant flanks latter for that. "It is about the return of the mare in the moon." I could feel her magic grip tighten at that. "What about her?" She said through her teeth. At this point, it was starting to feel pain, so I pulled out my wild card in the conversation. "You're starting to hurt me." She only gave a 'good' and an increase in the pressure as a response. "So this is how you would treat a pony if they had a question about your sister? By hurting them?" That got her. I felt her magic loosen and her glare was replaced with her mask. The magic never went away, but I knew she had no reason to trust me. Beside I could just phase through it, I think. "And I thought Rath had a temper. Would you mind dropping me? my nose itches." "Sorry." "It's understandable. Not like you ponies see something like me very often. Now about your sisters return." I could see something in her eyes, but I'm not sure what it was. "What is it you want to know?" She raised an eyebrow at me, like this was some kind of test. "Do you have a plan for when she comes for you, or are you just going to put her back into the moon again?" "I have... an idea." "... You're going to send your student out to retrieve the elements of harmony and have her use them." I stated like it was a common known fact. Complete with a deadpan look. She just looked at me with a wide eyed expression. I decided to fill in some blanks before she could magic me again. "Before you ask, your student's mark is a starburst, the same symbol used for magic. Last I checked, magic was a part of the elements, correct?" She could only nod dumbly. Oh how I enjoy breaking Celestia's brain. "I'll try to help them get to the elements." I was now that Celestia snapped out of it. "Wait, them?" "You don't really think she can do it alone, do you?" She gave me a sheepish smile for that one.  I take a look outside and see that it's only a couple of hours before sun up. "Sorry to cut this meeting short, but I must be going." I said as I start to walk towards her balcony. Then the glass doors shut and locked in front of me. "What makes you think I'm going to let you leave?" She asked as her horn started to glow. "Who said I was staying?" I countered as I crossed my arms. "I am a princess of Equestria, alicorn, and monarch of the sun. I think I can stop you just fine." She gave me a cocky grin. "Oh, really. Well then, have you seen this one? Now you see me-" I went intangible and started flying back towards Ponyville. "-Now you don't." I turned around to see her on the balcony, looking everywhere for me. Guess magic doesn't work as long as I'm intangible. Good to know. The next morning, the three of us headed out to the Ever-free bright and early. I was lagging behind because of my little trip to Canterlot. I was woken up a little after I got back by a letter sent to my guards. Apparently they were supposed to keep an eye out for a large blue bug thing that can become invisible and is immune to magic while invisible. My guards seemed a little confused by this, but they decided that the three of us would show up at the celebration for added security. I turn my head towards Canterlot and see something that might be the chariot twilight and spike arrived in. So they're on there way here now, better not let either one know I'm here. Twilight might try to shrug her task off onto me if she got the chance. Everyone is gathered inside of the town hall. My guards went off to report in, so I'm over in a corner watching the moon. The mare in the moon is still there and the stars are moving closer to her by the second. I can see all the girls from where I am. Also, the CMC are sitting next to each other right now. How have those three have not met before Diamond Tiara's cutie-whatever is beyond me. Because I already know what's going to happen, I'm just going to give the sparknotes version. Mayor Mare presents Princess Celestia, who isn't there. Rarity comes out and says she's gone. Collective gasp. Hear Twilight mutter 'oh no.' Look up at the moon and... Yep, Luna's free. Cue the evil laugh and the arrival of the evil Nightmare Moon. Fade to commercial, and that's a wrap. Sorry, couldn't resist. And now, back to the show. Nightmare is still laughing. Bla bla bla. All the guards try to rush her, only to be blasted away. Rainbow tries to rush in while AJ holds her back with her teeth... Moving on. Nightmare gives her lines, Twilight gives hers, they go back and forth for a bit, Nightmare gives the 'Night will last FOREVER! Hahaha.' She turns to smock and is out of sight. Everyone starts to panic and Twilight takes off to the library. With the other five close behind. Guards seem to be taking care of there own, so I despise to follow the girls. I make it to the library at the point where Pinkie finds the guide. "How did you find it so quickly?" "It was under E." "Twilight, what's going on?" Gotta play ignorant like ponies do on a daily biases. Next thing I know is I'm slammed into a wall with an angry Rainbow Dash in my face. What is with ponies and pinning me to walls? It's not even heat season yet. "What are you? You're not a pony, are you a spy?" Rainbow blurted out, slamming me into the wall a bit with each question. "Rainbow didn't we just go through this a second ago?" Apple Jack said from behind her pissed friend. "Are you kidding AJ? This thing isn't even a pony." "I'm right here you know." "Alex? Shouldn't you be back at the castle?" Twilight said moving Rain-jerk away from me. "Need some time away from it all. Also, Isn't there a reason you came in here? Say for example Someone trying to bring ever lasting night!" That got them back on track. Twilight reads of the element stuff and we make our way to the forest. We get there and, of course the girls make While the girls are having their little freak out, I start to walk off into the forest. I'm about three feet from the tree line when I feel myself grabbed and pulled away from it. I look behind myself and and stare at the one who has yet to let go of me. "Sorry Alex, but I can't let you go in there." Twilight said. "And why not? You're planning on going in there and I'm in way better shape than you are." I said as I turned to face her all the way. "Alex, you know magic already has a strange effect on you. If Nightmare Moon is as strong as Princess Celestia, then there's no telling what she could do to you. I know you don't like it, but please, Alex, just go back to town." Twilight practically beg me. She has always been concerned about me ever since she got a little too curious about what magic does to me. It wasn't a fun experience for me, enough said. "... Fine, but if you chicken out, I'll kick your ass." I could see the other girls were shocked at my language. I just turned and walked back to town before any of them could say anything. As I walked back, I could feel a smirk forming on my face. To bad you never said anything about staying in town, Twilight. Besides, who needs magic when you got Humungousaur. The six mares started making their way into the forest. They were on edge from the unnatural woods around them. "So... none of you have been here before?" "Heavens no. Just look at it's dreadful." The white unicorn responded. "And It ain't natural. Folks say it don't work the same as Equestria." The orange earth pony added. "What's that supposed to mean?" The purple unicorn asked, slightly scared by what she is hearing. "No pony knows~" Said a blue Pegasus, trying to scare the others. Getting three to look scared , one to look interest? and the last to glare. "You know why?" "Rainbow, quit it."But it was in vain as the Pegasus stalks towards the three sacred mares. "Because everypony who has come in, has never, come, OUT!" CRACK Just as she said that the ground beneath them gave out, sending those without wings sliding down the side of the cliff. The four letting out a collective scream as they went. "Oops. I guess turning into Humungousaur right now wasn't a good idea." The giant reptile (I think) said has he scratched the back of his neck. After changing into the giant beast, He had lost his balance and cause a small earthquake. "At least I know where they are now." I look over the side of the mountain and see AJ telling Twilight to trust her. This is something that has always bugged me. If Applejack knew Dash and Fluttershy were below Twilight, then why didn't she say that instead of asking her to just trust her? If I was in Twilight's position I would be asking what made her so sure. Beep. Beep. Beeoop. Oh great who did I- why does everything look green and red? And... What's that smell? I look around, or try to, when I realize what's going on. "Raa rar rrrrraa." Translation: "I'm now WildMutt." "Rrrr arr rrraaar arr." Translation: "Where's that manticore at?" With that I start running off to a cliff side and 'see' the at the bottom. I can feel my... gills flex? and notice something shooting toward the sleeping man eater. For those who don't know this, Manticore means man eater, I think. Thinking quickly, I use my new found jumping ability to get between the manticore and ghost nightmare. I can't think of a better name for that form right now. I know that it's just one thorn in it's paw, but that was a show for little girls, this is not that show. I took whatever magic Nightmare used, which was only one thorn to my side. Before you say anything, that sucker hurt me as much as a wasp sting, and I'm allergic to bee's. I start thrashing about, trying to dislodge the thorn in my side, but it just wouldn't come out. I keep smashing the ground and let off a massive roar. "It doesn't matter, we gotta get past him." I heard Twilight say behind me. I turn my head to one side and 'see' six moving blobs. I'm in too much pain right now to really care, so I slam my front paws in their direction, trying to get them to keep their distance. I am rewarded with a kick to the muzzle. "Take that you ruffian." I'm a bit surprised that it was rarity that hit me, and it made me mad. I proceeded to roar again right in her face. I could see her mane fly back from the force. I think I even gave her Derby's eyes for a second. Maybe that's why her eye's are like that. "My Hair!" She then jumps in the air and runs away as I let of a slight growl. I think I heard a soft wait, but the pain from the thorn and Rarity's kick wouldn't let me think straight. I just started chasing her when something landed on my back. "Yeehaw! Get along little doggies!" You want a rodeo? Welcome to the Vulpimancer edition! I start jumping around, trying to dislodge my unwanted passenger. Again, I hear a soft wait, and again, I don't pay attention. I finally throw her of my head, so I take this chance to catch my breath. Another wait sounds off, I I start thinking someone's chanting it. Next thing I know My whole vision is filled with red. I raise my right arm and proceed to bitch slap whatever is in front of me, knocking away all the red at once. "Rainbow!" I let of a soft growl and 'see some movement by the bottom of the figures. I respond by getting into attack position. I don't care anymore! This pain is getting worse all of you are attacking me! Just like all those damn ponies do! I see five charging me. Well four, the far right one is hopping. Once all five get half way, Someone screams wait and the five, four stop. The bouncing one just hops in place. One starts approaching me and I ready myself to 'Hulk Smash!' this one into paste. "Shh shh. It's okay. I feel something nuzzle me, so I lower myself and turn to the side. "Oh you poor poor little baby." Not. One. Word. "Little?" "Know this might hurt for just a second." That sounded way to happy for my liking. Next thing I know I feel a sharp pain through my entire body. I grab Fluttershy, cause who else would this be, Diamond Tiara? And roar right in her face. "FLUTTERSHY!" All the pain disappears in an instance, so I show my appropriation for the help. Yes, I'm nuzzling a pony as a savage alien dog, don't judge me. "Oh you're just a little of baby kitty aren't you? Yes you are, yes you are." And there goes my man card. I set down the pony and take off into the words again. I only go far enough so I know they can't see me. "How did you know about the thorn?" "I didn't, sometimes we all just need to be shown a little kindness." Beep. Beep. Beeoop. "Thank god I'm back to, wait... And now I'm Ghostfreak. Great." I didn't have to intervene in any way when it came to both Pinkie and Rarity. I was tempted to get back at Rarity for that kick she gave me. She was at least three feet away from where I hit the ground. Why she had to attack me is beyond me. Although I may or may not have cut off that damn serpent mustache, he should be glad I didn't go after the other side and his hair to. I never did like him, it just got worse with the 100th episode. I'm scouting around and seen a few timber-wolves staying close by. They have been following the girls since they crossed the river, but have yet to make any kind of threat. Maybe they're waiting for one to break off from the rest. Won't matter if I get Heat Blast next. I can see the gorge just up ahead. Of course Twilight isn't looking where she is going, so I float down below where she's going to fall. Can't be too careful when it comes to that pony. Luckily there's at least one pony looking in front of the group. Thank you Applejack. Let's see, bridge is out. I could fix that myself, but that would get in the way of the whole 'Trial of Loyalty.' Better to just go invisible and fly over with Dash to make sure she doesn't do something stupid. Fly over behind dash and see the 'totally not a rip off of the wonderbolts,' shadow bolts coming towards us. Great, these three. At least this will be to easy to fix if it goes wrong. I float behind Dash's head ready to whisper sweet nothing's if she shows even the slightest sign of betraying her friends.For the record, I have no idea what sweet nothing's even means. It just sounds funny to put  in. "... We're the best Aerial team in the Everfree forest. And soon we'll be the greatest in all Equestria. But first we need a captain." Dash's face could light up the night sky when she heard that. Of course they start working Dash's ego and of course she says yes. Dash's asks for a moment to tie the bridge off, but the Faker-bolts give the classic line. "NO! It's them or us." Judging from Rainbow's look, I'd say she didn't see that coming. "Rainbow, what's taking so long?! Rainbow, don't listen to them." Okay how did moving some clouds to block line of sight muffle sound? I look back over to Dash and find her struggling with this. Okay, I've seen enough. Time for some ghostly intervention. "Don't tell me you going to abandon your friends. For what, a team you never heard of? They call themselves the fastest in the Ever-free. The only reason they have that title is because they're the ONLY team in here. Oh, and the soon to be in all of Equestria part, that will be by default if Nightmare Moon isn't stopped. If you do this, then you're betraying more than just your friends, you're betraying all of Equestria. A bit cruel, maybe. But I've screwed with the timeline this much, might as well go all the way. "You." The middle one looks more psycho killer happy, then we're gonna win happy. The other two are more like cardboard cutouts. "Thank you, for the offer I mean." Dash goes over and ties up the rope in half a second, pony magic, don't question it. "But I'm afraid I'm going to have to say no." And with that she heads back over to her friends. I look over to the shadow bolts and find them turn to gas. The gas merges and slithers away. I'm not kidding, that's really what it did. Speed this up a bit so you know what's happening. They cross the bridge and find the five rocks inside the castle. Twilight starts her magic thing, while the other waits outside. Que the nightmare tornado, Twilight jumping in, and flash they're gone. Girls come in and start looking around. They see the nightclub in the building next store and rush over. Beep. Beep. Beeoop. "Okay, who am I this time?" I say with a sigh. I look down at my hands and find a purple stone like object there. "Chromastone, huh. At least it's not Grey Mat-nope, not gonna say it. No way am I about to tempted this stupid watch into changing me into something else. Especially if I'm about to fight an insane alicorn of the night." I continue to make my way towards the... I don't know, standoff? Sure, let's go with that. The standoff between Twilight and Nightmare moon. I run up the steps, following right behind the girls. They're so focused on helping Twilight that they don't notice me. I get to the top of the stairs and see the mane 6 focused on each other while Twilight starts listing of what their elements are. Since they're distracted, Nightmare decides to take advantage of their ignorance, and attack them. Now's as good a time as any to test if the energy absorbing ability Chromastone has works with magic. I jump out and get between Nightmare and the girls just as she releases a blast of powerful magic. I get hit and feel myself get pushed back by the force of it. Other than that I feel fine, not great, but fine none the less. I can see the shocked look on Nightmares face, I can't help but grin at that. At this point the girls are in formation and about to blast the nightmare once and for all. Only problem is that Nightmare doesn't want to stick around. She tries to use her magic for something, but I just blast her before she can do anything. The rainbow comes down on her while she's still dazed. Once she snaps out of it, she realizes it's too late to do anything. "NOOOOO! NOOOOOOOOOO!" Que. the big white flash and they're all unconscious. Well, that sucked. I was hoping for a more of a fight than that. Eh, no big deal, maybe Chrysalis and Sombra will be more of a fight. Not Discord, no telling what that guy's magic would do to me or my aliens. I take one last look around, and everyone is unconscious. I look down at the omnitrix, which has yet to timeout again. Lastly, I cast my gaze towards the full moon still in the sky "So what now?" (Because this was a pain in the ass, I'm doing the sparknotes thing again. If you don't like it, leave. I have tried to write it out, only for it to come out as crap.) The thing in the shadow was actually Nyx. Well not Nyx, but a filly Nightmare Moon. They just look about the same to me. I tried to keep the girl calm while the other were screaming for her head. Celestia tried to out right attack her the first second she saw her. I was still Chromastone through the whole thing, so I was able to keep the damage to a minimum. I started talking and got them to calm down in listen. Learned some interesting stuff on how this works. Luna was feeling envious, lonely, angry, scared, and a whole lot of other emotions. On the day Luna became Nightmare was the first day Nightmare came to be. From what I understand of it was that it was more of a split personality thing than it was evil spirit taking over Luna. When the girls were saying that Nightmare should be destroyed, I stated that the Elements themselves separated Luna and Nightmare from each other. They didn't seem to understand what I was trying to say. Eventually I got fed up with them wanting to 'punish her.' I grabbed a decorative sword off a wall in the next room over, held it out, and told them to do it. They just looked at me confused. "You want her punished? Then take the sword and kill both her and Luna." This got them to freak at what I was telling them to do. I explained that if they wanted to hurt a being because she was born to handle all of Luna negative emotions, then they had to kill the one who was responsible for feeling like that in the first place. They tried to say that it was all Nightmares fault, but I kept reminding them that she only came into existence because neither Luna or Celestia talked about what was going on. They are both in the wrong. for what happened. I basically explained my own theory on the matter. Luna wanted attention, but didn't want to speak out. Her anger and jealousy got to her and the personalities switched. Celestia only tried to talk to her sister once before she gave up and stuck them in the moon. In the end Luna threw a temper tantrum since no one showed as much attention to her as they did to Celestia. I'm not sure if the girls agreed to what i was saying, but I got them to accept nightmare all the same. Now we just need a new name for the filly. The girls wanted me to return with them, but there was no way I was about to risk timing out in front of all the girls. I pulled the oldest trick in the book. I pointed behind the ponies and asked "Um, is than an alicorn stallion?" The fact that I said that like I was confused was probably what got the princesses to fall for it. While they all looked, I took of through a window and made a break for it. I could hear the troll song playing in my head as I ran. I could hear them screaming for me to come back, mainly Twilight, Rainbow, and Pinkie. I didn't turn head back to them and none of them tried to catch me. Beep. Beep. Beeoop. "Which alien am I this... I sound like my human self." I look down at myself and, sure enough, I'm actually human again. I cast my gaze over to the watch and find the light is off. I start walking again and find a path that goes from ponyville to the castle. I start following it back towards the castle. "Okay, first time I changed I was Heat Blast for a couple of minutes, then I turned into Big Chill. The next time I was Jetray for about an hour then into Big Chill. This time I went from Humungousaur to Wildmutt, then Ghostfreak, and lastly Chromastone." I glare down at the watch. "What the fuck is wrong with you?" "Alex?" I look up and find the girls all looking at like I'm crazy, except Celestia and Twilight. Those two are looking at me with concern and disappointment. "What are you doing here? You should be back in town." Twilight said. Damn, I thought I had more time to figure out a convincing lie. Well time to improvise. "I was going to the castle to check on you girls. You've been there all night. So what's the news on Nightmare Moon?" Technically, none of that was a lie. I was going to check out what they had planned for my alien forms, they hadn't been back to town since they left, an the last thing was a serious question. I wanted to make sure they didn't just lock her in Tartarus while I was gone. "Do not worry Alex. The situation with Nightmare Moon has been resolved." Celestia said, trying to dance around my question. Oh no you don't. You are not getting away that easily. "So then what happened to your sister?" I asked with a raised eyebrow. They all looked shocked at what I said. This is a bit risky, but I've already showed old sun butt that I'm smarter than ponies realizes. "How did you know Nightmare Moon was actually my sister." She said hiding the small amount of surprises. I could just say that the mare in the moon legend starts with saying there are TWO sisters and the end says one becomes a nightmare while the other takes control of both the sun and the moon. But there is another opening she just left for me. I throw a smirk right at her. "Funny, I don't remember saying anything about who your sister is." I can tell she's mentally face palming right now. "Anyway, where is she?" I look down to the princess's legs and see both Luna and Nightmare. At least she still okay, but she looks terrified. Dammit girls, what did you do? I walk over behind Celestia and see Luna curiously looking at me, Nightmare on the other hand looks ready to take off as fast as a bat out of hell. I need down so I'm closer to eye level with them. They're both about the same height, somewhere between four to five feet. As gentle as I can, I start talking to them. "High there, I'm Alex. Can you tell me who you two are?" Luna is the first to respond in the ROYAL CANTERLOT VOICE, or at least she tries to. It was a lot more like a kid throwing a tantrum. "We art Princess Luna! Raiser of the Moon! And Protector of Dreams!" Any louder and she would make a Nuclear Bomb would sound like Fluttershy. Nightmare, really need a different name for this kid, just tried to hide herself behind Celestia again. "This filly has lost some of her memory and is very scarred because of it." Celestia 'explained.' Amnesia? You've been alive for more than a thousand years and that's the best excuse you got? Weak. "Okay, so what's her name?" "..." "... Really." I look towards the rest of the girls, none of which want to make eye contact. With a heavy groan at their stupidity, I fill in the blank myself. "How about Astral." That gets them. I look over to Nightmare, now known as Astral, and see that she seems to like the name. She has that small smile but isn't looking at me. We proceed to walk back to town. On the way Luna and Astral are asking me questions left in right. Astral seems to have calmed down, a little too fast if you ask me. Luna keeps criticizing me for not acting like a 'proper stallion.' I asked what that was, but the almighty cake gobbler covered her mouth in an intense. That is never a good sign. Neither is how she whispered into little Lulu's ear how things have changed since old times. We got back to town and the first thing to happen was Pinkie screaming for a party. Next thing I know there is a party going on. I know Pinkie is considered the MLP version of Deadpool without the graphic stuff, but that doesn't give her the right to do something like that without at least on complaint. Everyone in town comes in, bla bla bla, anyone who saw that episode knows what happened. And off to the side, Twilight seems to be pondering the mystery of life. "Why so glum my faithful student? Are you not happy that your quest is complete, and you can return to your studies in Canterlot?" I see that all knowing smirk on her face again. I swear she plans everything out. It's no wonder she's so dumbfounded when she meets a different alien than the last. "That just it. Just when I learn how wonderful it is to have friends, I have to leave them." I would be bang my head  for how stupid she's being, but that would ruin these ponies feels. That is a bad idea all together. "Spike, take a note please." He pulls the thing out of his ass, that's the only place I think he keeps them. Or Pinkie gave it to him. "I, Princess Celestia, hereby decree that the unicorn, Twilight Sparkle, shall take on a new mission for Equestria. She must continue to study the magic of friendship. She must report to me her findings, in her new home in ponyville." And start the group hug. "Oh thank you Princess Celestia. I'll study harder than ever before." And that is where lesson zero got it's plot line. This is exciting. Are you excited? Cause I'm excited. I've never been so excited. Well, except the time I went *deep inhale noise* But I mean really. Dammit Pinkie, stop breaking the fourth wall!
