Chapter One-The Introduction
Late into the night a man on the back of a creature known as a Pidgeot sneaks out of it. He had bags slung over his shoulders, filled with money. The Pidgeot is a creature known as a Pokemon. Pokemon are powerful creatures that fight alongside people.
"Wait! Stop!" A sandy haired boy yells. He rushes on to the scene, followed closely by a woman on a colossal motorcycle, both wearing bulky police uniforms, looks of determination all across their faces.
Both pull small, red, white, and spherical items called Pokeballs from their pockets, throwing them into the air. Pokemon appear out of them in blinding flashes.
"Go Arcanine!" The woman yells.
Arcanine is sleek and slim. It is a fierce fiery red dog. It has scars on it's face and large muscles in it's legs.
"Go Eevee! Let's make some memories!"
The Eevee on the other hand is like chihuahua with a white scarf. She's not the strongest member of the boy's team. Nor sneakiest. Not even the cutest. But this creature was the first Pokemon he ever got, and that means more than anything else to the moody and overly sentimental boy.
The criminal dismounts from the Pidgeot, smiling cockily. "Well, lookie here, some random cops."
"He's an idiot, isn't he?" He gives his partner his classic I'm-a-twelve-year-old-stuck-in-a-grown-man's-body smile.
"Mac, keep it too the work." She says, examining her nails, ignoring his smile.
"Brave bird!" The criminal yells. The Pidgeot starts to glow a light blue, like a disco light in a liberal person's dance club. He zooms forward with a loud 'SWISH'. The air seems to snap and crackle as he draws near.
"Aha. Looks like he's going straight for the big boy moves." The Eevee nods, as she lets out a 'chirp' of sorts in agreement.
"Yeah. Let's hope we can use the recoil damage to our advantage." She turns to Arcanine. "Retaliate!"
The Arcanine lunges at the Pidgeot, running along the ground, jumping into the air at the last moment. Their attacks hit one another in a blinding light show. Dust flew.
Mac can't see, leaving him to just look blindly about. "Eevee?"
Eevee's ears perk up, she jumps onto his back, knocking him face first onto the ground.
The dust quickly clears and Mac pulls himself up. He holds Eevee in his arms. "Thanks comrade, although I find all that a bit unnecessary."
Eevee shrugs, blushing slightly. "Eevee Eevee Eevee.."
"NO!"
Mac adverts his attention from his partner for a millisecond. The other trainer stands next to Arcanine, who is laying on his side. "I need you to get up! Please! Please!"
The Arcanine's eyes are wide open. He sees something that no one else sees: the shadow of a yellow unicorn.
"Oh. Poor thing. Comrade, could you take down Pidgeot with double edge, or something else, maybe? I'll leave it up to you."
"Eevee!"
"That's the spirit!"
Eevee runs forward, energy filling her to the brim. A strange energy that she's never felt before. Huh, is this what it's like to evolve? Maybe I could impress Mac with that and take down some more criminals while I'm at it, she thinks, but deep down inside she doesn't buy into that.
Eevee jams her eyes shut, pushing herself through it.
She waits. A minute passes. Then another. The dust keeps on flying.
She opens her eyes again. The world is spinning dizzyingly, glowing a light blue.
Eevee just stares, bewildered. Is this a random attack from a far off physic type Pokemon? Eevee doesn't know. She dosen't have a clue.
Then everything turns black.

Eevee slowly opens her eyes. Everything is blurry. She wonders where Mac is.
The room is quite large, the walls dyed light blue and purple. In one corner there's a desk with a typewriter on it. A typewriter? What's with that? There's PCs, computers, and Pokeballs, and this random guy uses a typewriter!? Mac would've given him the benefit of the doubt, and if you must, you'll do it too. A piece of paper sticks out of the top of it. Eevee can only read the top of it: A Review Of Canterlot Carrousel's Newest Dresses.
The room's one and only door is flung open and a creature soars over to Eevee's side. It looks somewhat like a Garchomp. A cute cuddly Garchomp that isn't overly powerful.
It has the head of a chicken and the body of lizard with large bat like wings, and it also has sunglasses on. Maybe this is just a new Pokemon. The professors are always finding those, and I'm in a Pokecenter that's in a new town. Yeah, that'd explain this.
"Who are you?" Eevee says with a slight cocking of her head. The thing is with Pokemon, they can talk, but humans can only hear parts of it.
"Ah. You're probably actually wondering 'what am I, not 'who am I'. I'm a cockatrice. And you're in a world full of ponies."
Eevee cocks her head even more to the left. "What? Do you mean ponies, like as in Ponytas and Rapidashes?"
The cocatrice rolls her eyes. "Fashion Plate told me not to be so candid. The thing is sweet heart," She hands her a photo that was moments ago tucked underneath a wing, "We're in another universe. A universe with Ponyta like creatures. Some of them can do things with their horns, others can cultivate the earth, and even others still can fly. They even have these things called alicorns that can do all three."
Eevee gulps. It's a crazy explanation but it's the only thing that she can believe right now. "Why are we here?"
The cockatrice shrugs. "Heck if I know. Maybe some random group of criminals did this. Oh, I probably should tell you a bit about myself. The name's Clara Mayson. I was once a trainer but now I'm this, and I'm the best. Well, I hope I am."
"And who's Fashion Plate?"
"I'm Fashion Plate!" The door bursts open again and a young adult marches in. He could easily pass as a model, except for a couple of things. Number one: Two blue pony ears sprout from his head. Number two: A blue horn is right in front of the ears. And number three: A gray pony tail sticks out from his rump. It all comes together making him look like a cosplayer from a magical girl anime.
Eevee blinks twice. This weird human can hear me!? How?
The cockatrice laughs. "Look honey, I couldn't believe it the first time either. He has magic. Lots and lots of magic."
Eevee takes in a long deep breath. "This is a lot to process."
Fashion Plate smiles calmly, placing a hand on her shoulders. "I know, right! We'll help you get used to this, we promise."
"Guess we probably shouldn't tell you immediately that Fashion Plate was once a magical unicorn?'
Eevee smiles nervously. "Well, no matter what, I'm going to go get a nap. I feel tired."

Way off in the distance Discord sits on a couch in his own pocket dimension, munching away at popcorn while he watches a horrible movie.
The door suddenly bursts open and a Pokemon known as a Gothorita enters.
Discord just stares at it. He could do so many things to stop it, but he's so startled. "Who are you?"
"Discord, I am hereby here to bring you to-"
Discord scoffs. "Seriously? Taken in to who? Is this some sort of late April fools prank? Is Twilight acting all salty again? Is this how the new dragon lord treats the draconequus in town?"
"No, you're being brought in by Princess Celestia."
"Celestia! CELESTIA! Why?"
"You shoved two universes into one. You transformed many people, ponies, and Pokemon into different creatures."
Discord points at the Gothorita. "What in all of Equestria are you talking about!!"
"You're the only individual with the power. You're one of the few people that wasn't transformed!" Discord starts chuckling and after a matter of moments it becomes ruckus laughter, yet the Gothorita just puts handcuffs on him and drags the draconequus out while he's still laughing like a lunatic.

Chapter Two-Discord/Hunter J/Arceus
Discord is dragged into the princesses' throne room in Canterlot, the Gothorita holding his lion paw. Celestia sits on the big throne while Cadence and Luna stand expectantly next to her.
She stares straight at the Gothorita. "Thanks Flash Sentury."
Discord stares at the Gothorita. "FLASH! Flash? That's you! Twilight's favorite stallion. You look different! More girly!" He smiles cockily.
Flash raises up one of his arms, raising Discord up into a physic grasp. "Don't you dare say that! No matter what I'll protect the princesses and by extension, my pride! I'm not a girl!"
Discord snaps his fingers and the physic grasp disappears, letting him fall to the ground with a light 'thud'. "Okie dookie! Nice try with the physic grasp, but I think you need to train a bit more."
"Discord!" Luna yells. "We have a task at hand, is that not clear!"
Flash nods. "I'm going to go. Good luck with him. Be careful." He then turns around and leaves.
Celestia sighs. "Discord, I'm going to need to get you to talk to Twilight and her friends in a interrogation room."
"What!" Discord's eyebrows raise up quickly. "You pretty pony princess have an interrogation room?"
Cadence smiles. "If Celestia has some dungeon rooms in here, she definitely also has at least one interrogation room. Either way, you're going in it."
She walks over to him, dragging him over to the interrogation room. She opens up the door and lets Discord in. She then leaves with flaps of her wings.
Discord sits at the desk in the room. The main six stand right in front of him, angry expressions on their faces.
Discord smiles nervously. "I assume I'm in big trouble. What's wrong now?"
Pinkie leaps right in front of him, her super serious expression on her face. "You don't know! You don't know! What a likely story!" She gives him the evil eye and then steps back.
"Discord, you seriously don't know what's happening?" Fluttershy says. "There's all these innocent creatures known as Pokemon here against their will. And some ponies here have turned into Pokemon!" She lifts up a creature that looks like a ball of trash. It's a Trubbish. "Look what's happened to Angel!"
She bursts into tears, Applejack wraps a comforting arm around her, giving Discord her own calmer version of Pinkie's evil eye.
Twilight nods. "Yeah. That could work. I really need to learn more about these creatures. They're kinda like dragons, there's barely any information on them."
"Well, if you were too let me out of this room I'd be more than willing to call in some favors. I have some..special friends."
Pinkie frown becomes even more fiercer. "Last time you brought a special friend he ate a bunch of gems and almost ruined the entire Grand Galloping Gala!"
Rainbow Dash nods. "Pinkie Pie has a point."
Twilight nods, chewing her lower lip. "I'm going to trust Discord on this one. I'm going to let him out today."

Hunter J lays in the middle of a dark forest. She feels different. Really different.
This isn't the first time she's changed form. When she had died a while ago trying to tract down an annoying boy by the name of Ash Ketchum she turned into a Yamask. And now she's a unicorn. A light gray unicorn with her long spiky light purple mane and tail in a braid.
The Vanillite (Hunter J immediately assumes his name is Colress) stands up. "Van van van Vanillite?"
She sighs. "You might as well just come with me. I better do some investigating." She starts walking off and the little ice type hobbles after her.
She spins around, eyes wide open. "I couldn't understand you.. That must mean that I'm not a Pokemon anymore! I can actually talk to people. I can get them to do my bidding!" She prances around, laughing like an obviously evil super villain. This is the first time forever that she has felt happiness.
Colress just facepalms, shaking his head. "Van.. Van.."
She runs in a circle around him. Her horn then suddenly glows, picking him up. Startled, she then immediately drops him. "Oh my sweet Arceus! I have magic! I have magic!"
"Indeed you do." Someone says, trotting on to the scene. It's a unicorn stallion, entirely obscured by dark clothing. Two figures are by his side, one a female trainer with pony ears and a tail, also in dark clothing. And the other one, a physic pig Pokemon called Grumpig.
He laughs. "There's no need to attack, Ms. J. I'm just going to take you in."
"A likely story! I'll kill you right where you stand!" Colress starts walking towards them. She wheels on him, her horn glows and she makes him topple onto his back. A wave of exhaustion fills her to the brim. She falls down, she can't breathe. She can't breathe. She gasps again, and again, and again. Her legs shake uncontrollably.
The stallion walks over to her. "Ms. J, you should've listened to your Vanillite. I'm still going to take you in."

Arceus is the strongest Pokemon. Some even call him a god. He could call down thunder. He could start a sandstorm. He even has his own special move called Judgement.
Well, right now he can't do all that. Right now, he's a dull white earth pony. The only things that make him stand out is his dirt brown mane and tail. The only reason he has those two different colors is probably because of the item called the Earth Plate that a previous master gave him.
They finally come up to a sign that reads: 'Appleloosa'. The unicorn's horn glows and a loud sound fills the air.
An earth pony named Octavia suddenly runs up to them. "You know Vinyl, there's more ways then one to call your girlfriend." She hands Vinyl a white board and marker.
She starts writing. 'Yeah. I found an random earth pony. We probably should help him.'
Arceus grabs the board. 'Yes, you should help me. I was once a Pokemon, that's what you call those creatures that are currently here. I'm probably the strongest one. I need to talk to your leader.'
Octavia nods. "That's what these new creatures are called? I've only seen one of them. We normally live in Ponyvile but to put it in short, our couples therapist thought we needed a vacation and Vinyl randomly suggested Appleloosa."
Rolling her eyes Vinyl grabs the marker and board with her magic. 'Yeah, yeah, yeah, Octi, get to the point! Come up with a way so that we can get him over to Celestia!'
Octavia nods, staring at Arceus. "Although I don't know why I should help you.."
Arceus slams a hoof against the ground and Octavia is knocked onto the dirt. Vinyl's jaw drops as she rushes over to her side, helping her to her hooves.
'Get me a car! Wore case, I'll do all this on my own. I'll protect my precious Pokemon in any way possible. I won't let some random couple of weird talking Ponyta like creatures get in my way!'
"C-car? What's that?" She then shakes her head. "No matter. Whatever it is, don't let Vinyl take control of it."
'Good. We should probably find one quickly, after all our universes have collided, it shouldn't be too hard.'

Chapter Three-Trevor/The CMC/Starlight And Trixie
Trevor was once a boy with large orange hair, but now he's a Honedge, a sword shaped Pokemon. He floats next to his friends. His friend Shauna's legs are longs pony ones and she has wings attached to her back. Another one of his friends, Tierno is a large earth pony. As for his last friend Calem, he's perfectly fine.
They've been walking for a long while through a big forest. They're all tiered and hungry.
Shauna kicks a rock. "I'm so hungry! I don't understand any of this!" She flaps her new wings, gliding for a millisecond. "Sure, I like the wings and all, but I don't know where my Pokemon are! Heck, we haven't even seen a single Pokemon in days!" She then points upwards. "Well, except for this random Honedge who keeps on following us!"
A shrill sound suddenly pierces the air.
The four friends all look at each other.
Two members of the royal guard run to them with a small fire cat in front of them known as Litten. Litten jumps from rock to rock, while the guards have to navigate around them.
Shauna and Calem raise their hands up in defense, Tierno freezes in place, and Trevor rushes forward.
Trevor panics, sending out a move called Fury Cutter. "HON!"
One of the guards stumbles and falls with a thud. He screams loudly.
The other guard throws a spear, Shauna easily deflects it by swinging in her pegasi wings in the way. It cracks in two, harmlessly falling to the ground.
Calem lunges forward, knocking that guard to the ground. "I'm sorry good sir, but you mustn't hurt my friends." He wraps his arms around the guard's neck.
"HON!" Trevor suddenly yells in warning.
Litten leaps at Calem, nocking him off the guard. He stares down at him with an angry snarl. Flames edge around his mouth.
Tierno rushes over to the guard, bitting a chink in his armor, starting to drag it off.
"NO!" Shauna yells at the Litten, running at it. She brings up one of her legs, punting it into the air as it soars off into the distance. It falls down into bush with another 'thud'.
Everything is silent for a quick moment before everything launches itself back into a wild panic.
Shauna starts yelling. "Calem? Tierno?" The two of them run over to her side.
Tierno slams a hoof against the ground. "I used my quick dance move and knocked the two guards out! We should be good! Really really good!"
Shauna hugs Calem. "Oh, I'm so glad you're okay!"
Calem nods. "I'm just afraid we acted rashly."
Everyone is quiet again.
"RWRROOOM!" A loud sound of a car fills the air, interrupting their silence. A car rolls up in front of them. The doors open up and three ponies exit, a earth pony with a dull grey coat named Octavia, a pony with a spiky blue mane named Vinyl, and a white earth pony named Arceus with a white board and marker in his mouth.
Octavia glances around. "Well, it looks like a changeling rampage came through here."
Shauna's eyes widen. "Changelings?"
Calem lowers his eyes. "Well, there's a way to explain this, don't worry."

Hiding in the highest branches of a tree there's a cat like creature known as Espeon and a bipedal creature that looks like a poison dart frog creature known as Toxicroak. The Espeon wears a dark cloak and holds a book in a physic grasp.
Down below the CMC sit at a table, chatting and drinking their cold lemonade.
"Ghetsis, I just don't get your thinking. Why do you want to hurt these fillies?" The Toxicroak.
Ghetsis slams the book shut, turning to the Pokemon. "You idiotic little creature! I feel awful and this is the only way out. That stupid bat pony just had to bite me!"
"How do you think these fillies will help you?" The Toxicroak says, tilting his head in confusion.
Ghetsis growls, slamming Toxicroak down with a slashing of his tail. "You idiot! The book says: 'Take the innocence of youth and burn and rip it to shreds, that's the solution to a bat pony bite.'"
Toxicroak rolls his eyes. "The book is old. It could easily be wrong."
Ghetsis turns to leap off the branch. "Do you really think I care?"

Starlight and Trixie sit together in a cabin right outside the Crystal Empire. A board game is laid out in front of them that they've been playing for hours.
"Do you honestly think you can beat Trixie!" Trixie says as she pumps a hoof into the air happily.
Starlight rubs her chin. "Hmm." A smile then suddenly appears on her face, as she levitates a piece. "Aha! Girlfriend, it looks like I just destroyed you!"
Trixie stares dumbfounded for a moment or two. She then growls. "NO!" With some simple levitation magic she flips the board.
Pieces are everywhere, in the two mare's manes, on the ground, and even on the bookcases jammed into the very back corners of the cabin.
Trixie blinks. "Sorry. Trixie shouldn't be so quick to act."
Starlight shrugs. "It's nothing, I'm used to ponies yelling at me."
Trixie nods. "Either way, this weekend together has been so much fun! Trixie cannot believe Twilight actually let us do-"
"HELP! HELP!" Someone suddenly yells from outside.
"Who in all of Equestria interrupted Trixie?"
Starlight runs to the door. "Well, either way we need to go help them. This must be an emergency!"
And with that, the two mares run out of the room and into the cold outdoors.
