The walls of the isolation chamber had become strewn with drawings from its many inhabitants. Somepony had even draw a lewd drawing of a mare's rear end. I tried not to think about what that picture was probably used for. But then my mind drifted as it tended to do in here. How many days had it been? I'd slept very little, eaten even less. My ribs were even beginning to show.
I rolled over onto my belly and started to count the tiles again. Twenty two just like the last time.My stomach began to rumble Where were the guards? They normally slid food through a latch on the door. It was hard to tell time in here. When they put me back with the other prisoners was an ongoing question in my mind. I tried not to think an mindlessly started to preen my feathers. When the door to the cell swung wide open. I stared at the now open portal, waiting for a guardpony. But none came. I stood from my bunk and slowly approached the door, peaking my head into the hallway. It was empty. I left the cell. It was dead silent, the only sounds being the soft clop clop of my troting and the creaking of the airships insides.
I rounded a corner and found myself face to face with a stallion in jet black armor. Not one of the guards. He looked suprised, and reached for something at his side. Without thinking I threw myself at him and wrestled him to the floor. He yelled and tried to bring up a hoof to strike me. I reached for the weapon he had tried to drawn, but was rolled over onto my back. The stallion pinned me to the ground.
"Sentry 9 requesting backup. Its on of the prisoners!" He yelled into a radio on his shoulder.
"Who are you? Where are the other prisoners?" I asked.
The Stallion just laughed and tightened his grip. Only one option remained. I swung my foreleg into his crotch. The reaction was immediate. He jumped in pain letting me get to my hooves. While he was still incapacitated I jumped and flew as high as I could in the small hallway. He looked up just in time to see my hoof meet his face. The stallion droped to the ground unconcious.
