Gun fire raged the battle field as cries of pain struck out like lightning hitting the ground as gunfire ceased for a moment before starting again. Blood splattered the earth as bombs were dropped ceasing the fire as the chinese were wiped off the map of Alaska as the Alicornition islands were blew apart into pieces as radiation coated Alaska. The snow that coated the land was tampered as all the poor life forms not to make it to a stable or somewhere to stay safe was immediately frozen. Soon their frozen bodies cracked into frozen shards of ice as the final stable closed it sealed, its inhabitants inside as the stable generators kicked on..

I was in the lunch court sitting boredly as it was the same food they served a salad again with plain chips. I wish we had a n flavor or something but it works. “What chu doin Specs?” A familiar stallion said as he sat next to me as I looked back at him. “Nothing really. Just eating I guess..” I said a bit boredly as I waved my hoof around. “Your eating late again? You need to stop doing this Specs… You know your mom hates it when you do this..” he said in a parenting tone.
I just moved my hoof around as I soon got up threw my food away as I looked at Draco. Hey, it may not be his name but still.. “So who won the game today?” I said while looking at Draco.
“I ended up losing my two caps and you only won one..” He said a bit disappointed. “Hey better than losing some, and who won?” I said a bit annoyed as he didn’t answer my question.
“Oh er Cayden won again.. Got away with 15 caps.” He said while looking away as I face hoofed. “Why is he always winning?” I said as Draco and I walked down to the security level while having a conversation about trains. Soon we came across where Cayden was working as he was cleaning a 10mm pistol and a few riot shields. “What do you guys want?” He said a bit annoyed. “Why are you so irritated Cady?” Draco said in a taunting voice as I just stifled a giggle. Cayden only sighed while trying to calm down. “Can you just please stop calling me that?!” He said a bit calmed down but still obviously annoyed as Draco laughed. “Sure… So we were thinking of going down to the basement and playing some poker and we came to ask if you would want to come.” He said with a wave of a hoof.
“Wait what?” I said a bit confused as I wasn't told about this. “Yea we talk about this Specs.” Draco said trying to be persuasive as I just shook my head. “No we didn't?” Cayden started giving a confused look. “Er… Sure.. I’ll go, just let me lock up the armory.” He said before as me and Draco just nodded as we waited for him to lock down. Cayden casually locked the cases and ammo boxes as he soon walked out before closing the door and locking it before nodding. “Ready.” I just nodded as Draco led me and Cayden down there’s too the basement as no other pony was down there as Spark Plug finished the generator a few hours ago as a table was sent up with a few caps on it as we walked over to it and sat down as Draco took out the cards.
“So blackjack, poker or go fish?” Draco and I said blackjack as Cayden said go fish as we smirked at him. “Over ruled, blackjack it is!” We both said as I got the cards set up as I passed out two cards to both Draco and Cayden than myself. “How about we down a little wager.. Say.. twenty caps?” Draco said while taking out a bag of caps as Cayden though before taking his caps out and putting them in the middle as I soon followed suit. I soon waited for them to flip their cards over to look at them. “Hit me.” Draco said as I gave him another card as Cayden put his card face down as he smirked, “Hit me again.” Draco said once again as I gave him a card and smirked before getting a groan and putting his card downs revealing Ace of hearts, a king, a nine of clubs and a 5 of spades as he was 4 off as Cayden revealed his cards as he had a king of hearts and a queen of spades as I laughed a bit before revealing my cards. “You guys lost.” I said while looking at both Cayden and Draco groan as I had a Ace of spades and a jack of clubs. “Twenty one exactly!” I did a weird celebration as I brought all the caps to me as I made out with 60 caps including mine.
“I demand a rematch!” Cayden said a bit furiously as he put his hooves down. “Nope.” I said while grinning ear to ear as Draco had his face on the table as he sighed deeply. I soon put the cards away as I put the caps into my stable suit pocket and happily trotted away before waving as I made my way back to my dorm..

I grudgingly got up as I looked at my pockets to see it empty of caps as I only sighed. “Damn… That was a week's pay to…” Soon a idea came to mind as she thought about stealing some caps from the family with both mare parents and one filly as she soon shook her head. No… I'm not gonna steal just for some caps. Just play it cool Cayden… They said to themselves as they looked at Draco to see he already left as he soon got up. “And great… they left without helping me put it away..” He said getting annoyed and frustrated as he shoved the table back with a loud bang as a crack snapped a small piece of the table off as Cayden cursed loudly. “God Dang it!” The yelled as no pony could luckily hear him from down there as he rushed up stairs while closing the door to the basement. He soon made himself to the armory as he opened up the armory while looking at the multiple racks of weaponry as he took a combat shotgun and a 10mm pistol as he put a riot shield on his back with a gas mask as his temper got to him...
