Sunburst's nostrils flared as he took a deep sniff of the delicious aroma wafting from the delectable sweet treat before him. Black Forest gâteau with extra whipped cream, studded with glazed cherries. He adjusted the chef's hat on his head and smiled proudly as he looked over his creation. He was sorely tempted to just sink his teeth into it there and then, but he resisted the urge. This particular cake was for somepony very special to him... somepony who he knew was waiting impatiently in the living room.

"Sunburst, come on!" a voice called out. "I'm out of cupcakes, here! Are you almost done?"

Sunburst chuckled. As if on cue.

"I am now, Starlight, sweetie!" he called back. "Just give me a second." Taking the plate holding the cake in his magical aura, he dusted a bit of flour off his wizard's cloak and trotted out of the kitchen and down the hall, towards the living room. He pushed the door open with a hoof. Inside the room was an assorted mess of spell books, astrological charts, alchemy equipment, and all the other flotsam and jetsam one would expect to find in a wizard's home... even if Sunburst wasn't technically a wizard. And in the middle of it all, resting on a chaise longue, was his old childhood friend and now the love of his life, Starlight Glimmer.

When Starlight had moved in with Sunburst, she'd known he was something of an enthusiast when it came to magic, but she hadn't known anything about his prowess in baking until he offered to bake her some muffins one night. Not wanting to appear rude, she'd accepted, before taking her first bite. Sunburst still remembered how her eyes had widened in startled delight, before she wolfed down the muffins with her eyes squeezed shut, making joyous little noises in her throat as she did so. Afterwards, she'd demanded to know why Sunburst hadn't told her about his talent for baking sooner, and Sunburst had truthfully responded that it had slipped his mind.

After that, Sunburst baking treats for Starlight had become a regular part of their routine. Sunburst loved watching Starlight eat his baking almost as much as Starlight loved to eat it herself. Inevitably, Starlight's indulgence had started to go to her belly, hips and rump. As the weeks and months passed, Starlight grew outward more and more with every delectable pastry she shoved down her throat. Not that Starlight cared. As far as she was concerned, it was a small price to pay to continue eating Sunburst's goodies.

As she continued to spread out, Sunburst found himself loving her new figure more and more. He had to fight to keep his hooves off her growing belly and plot when they were in public, and couldn't keep himself off her when they were at home. For her part, Starlight loved the attention, and grew to love her new weight as well, even if it did cause a few... issues in the bedroom. After Sunburst had been taken to the hospital with a broken pelvis, they'd resolved to be more careful about physical intimacy, but that didn't mean they couldn't show their love in other ways... like the belly rubs Starlight had grown so fond of. And of course, the feedings.

Starlight—all three hundred pounds of her—smiled seductively at Sunburst, placing a hoof on her soft, gelatinous gut. Even that slight touch was enough to send her belly and rolls off wobbling tantalisingly. Looking at her, Sunburst thought again of just how much he loved her.

Starlight's proudest feature was undoubtedly her belly, a big, soft pink sphere of smooth fat, dented slightly in the middle by the horizontal slit of her belly button. The rest of her was no slouch, either—accompanying her big gut was an economy-sized rear end, her cutie mark blown up to the proportions of a small poster. A pair of jiggly love handles rested in the fold between her rump and her belly, and were joined by soft rolls of fat all along her back. Her cheeks were round and plump, giving her a cherubic appearance that was almost heart-stoppingly cute.

Sunburst smiled warmly and walked over to her, leaning in for a deep kiss, their tongues probing and dancing around each other. When they pulled apart, Sunburst nuzzled her plump cheek.

"Sorry about the wait, sweetheart," he smiled. "Hopefully it was worth it."

Starlight giggled, her body wobbling as she did so. "Sunburst, your baking is always worth it. Now hurry up, I'm starving here."

"Aww," Sunburst chuckled, levitating the cake just above Starlight's nose. "Is my little mare hungry?"

Starlight moaned. "Sunburst, quit teasing," she whined.

"You know what you have to do," Sunburst grinned.

"But..." Starlight protested.

"Beg for it, and the cake is yours."

Sunburst smiled smugly, only for his eyes to widen as the cake was enveloped in a different aura. Her horn glowing, Starlight chuckled. "Didn't think that one through, did you?"

Sunburst laughed along with her. "Okay, you win. Eat up, girl."

As if Starlight needed a second invitation! She immediately leaned forward and took a big bite, leaving a jagged hole in the cake's edge as she chewed happily, eyes closed in pleasure. The bite was so large that her muzzle was already covered in chocolate.

"Mmm," she moaned, licking her lips in an attempt to get at the stray crumbs and chocolate which adorned them. "Sunburst, you've done it again."

She opened her eyes to take another bite... and was surprised to see Sunburst already holding a slice out for her.

"Room for one more?" he asked, winking as he nodded at the couch.

Starlight laughed. "I think you could just about squeeze on."

"Even better..." Sunburst clambered atop Starlight's belly, his hooves sinking into the mass of flesh around her stomach. Once again, he was amazed by just how good she felt. So soft and warm... like a living, breathing mattress. He smiled widely as he dug his hooves deep into her fat, wriggling down as much as he could in an attempt to hug as much of her as possible.

"Comfy?" Starlight asked.

"Mmmhmm," Sunburst responded dreamily.

Starlight smiled at him with half-lidded eyes. "Then feed me," she said softly.

Sunburst obliged. Using his magic, he carefully levitated out a slice and passed it over to Starlight's lips. In response, her mouth opened and she took a bite from the slice. She chewed slowly, almost lazily, savouring her meal as much as Sunburst was savouring the pleasure of feeding his marefriend.

No sooner had one slice been swallowed than Sunburst had moved on to feeding her the next one. This time, Starlight plucked off a cherry with her teeth, swallowing it with a deft flick of her tongue. Sunburst blushed deeply as he watched, causing Starlight to giggle once more.

"You're really enjoying this, aren't you?" she asked.

"Heh, not as much as you're enjoying it, I bet," Sunburst smiled.

"Oh, you're right there," Starlight said softly, raising a hoof and running it through his unkempt mane. "You know how much I love to eat, Sunny. How much I love eating... getting bigger and fatter all the time..."

Sunburst bit his lip. "Uh-huh?"

"Oh, yes." Starlight paused to take another mouthful of cake. "With you there feeding me, watching me grow, stuffing me full of delicious cakes and pies all day long..."

"I thought you didn't like teasing!" Sunburst protested, desperately trying to keep his 'little wizard' under control.

"I don't like being teased," Starlight clarified. "I didn't say anything about doing the teasing myself."

Sunburst shook his head, and shoved another slice of cake in her mouth. "Don't talk. Just eat."

And so she did. For the next few minutes, Sunburst fed her in companionable silence, occasionally drawing a laugh out of her by leaning down and nuzzling her belly button. It might have been his imagination, but he could have sworn that he could feel Starlight's belly swelling slowly beneath him, as all the calories in the cake were converted into even more fat. He could certainly feel and hear her stomach gurgling as she ate.

Eventually, there was nothing left on the cake but crumbs. Starlight let out a happy sigh as she licked her lips and Sunburst kneaded her gut, before they leaned towards each other for another kiss.

"Full?" Sunburst asked, once they broke apart.

Starlight raised a hoof to her mouth and let out a little burp, before smiling. "For now."

"I don't know if I told you this already, Starlight," Sunburst said softly, as he snuggled down into her belly, "but I love you more than anything."

Starlight smiled as she ran a hoof through Sunburst's mane. "I love your baking, too."

"Excuse me?"

"I said, I love you, too."

The two lovers laughed as they cuddled up to one another.
