To save a Lunar Wing

‎"How could I let this happen?" Shadow Heart questioned himself as he walked through the streets of Ponyville seeking help. It wasn't that long ago that his beloved sister Lunar Wing was taken from him by the Changelings he felt so powerless against them and the guilt was eating away at his heart. He made a promise to their mother that he would always protect her and that he wouldn't let no harm come to her. "So much for that promise,Lunar I will get you back no matter what it takes"

He continued his walk his heart weighing heavy as memories flooded back to him.

Deep within the Changelings hideout a young filly started to awake and what she saw put panic and fear into her heart. "Where am I? What is this place?" The young filly tried to get up to move but found that she couldn't move her legs due to some odd green goo that held her legs in place. Tears started to stream down her face all she wanted to do was spend the next few days with her older brother but now it seems that wouldn't be happening anytime soon.

She looked down to see her flower crown "That's right I was picking some flowers for big brother" She murmmered to herself remembering what had happened before she was taken away.

Lunar Wing was on her way to meet Shadow Heart it was dark and she was running late "Oh man I'm so busted" She turned down a corner only to be stopped by a dead end. "Oops I seemed to have stumbled upon a dead end" But before she could turn to leave dizziness started to overcome the young filly making her pass out dropping the flower crown she had made for her brother. Little did she know that she was being followed by a group of Changelings. "Our Queen shall be pleased" The leader of the group spoke up putting the young filly over his shoulders.

As they started to fly away with their prize possesion a beam of light sent one of them to the flying into a wall. "Let my sister go you freaks" Shadow Heart stood there eyes flaring with anger he never liked the Changelings and for them to take his sister that was the final straw. The group just laughed and sent their own blasts of energy towards the colt knocking him to the ground. "Lunar I will save you"

"Please big brother hurry" She continued to cry silently hoping her brother would come.

Laughter could be heard echoing off the walls which only frightened Lunar more. "What do you want with me?" She looked around at the creatures that seemed to close in on her. "We're going to use your powers to fuel our queen the love you hold for your brother is the strongest we've ever encountered. You shall make a fine meal for our queen" The laughter grew more sinister with each word that was spoken.

Shadow Heart was currently with Twighlight since she was the only one in Ponyville who knew about his sister and what had happened to her. "No worries we'll get Lunar back I just know we will" She gave him a reassuring smile letting him know how sincere she was being. "I hope so Twigh I can't even begin to imagine how scared and alone she must be feeling right now. I can't believe I let her get taken so easily I should've done more to protect her I should've been there by her side" He almost started to cry but quickly held the tear back he wouldn't cry infront of others.

Twighlight walked over and gave him a small hug "Hey it's going to be alright we"ll find her" She let him go smiling. "Your right Twigh I shouldn't be moping around like this instead I should be working on a way to resuce her. I just hope they haven't harmed her yet" Because if that happened nothing would be able to save them from his wrath not even their precious queen.

Shadow heart spent most of his day thinking up plans to save his little sister he would need the help of his friends to stop The Changeling's maybe if they all worked together they would be able to defeat the queen but what if they failed what would happen to Lunar then?
