The little alicorn buzzed her wings in annoyance. “I must concur, mother, I’ve heard this tale before and there is no proof it ever happened. Only in the story books of the old library” Spoke Icy Heart. She was much older than her sister and took great pride in the fact she read every book in old Canterlot library. Spectrum Dash sighed. “Really now, girls, I assure you it’s all true.” the little gray alicorn colt next to her nodded. Icy Heart nodded and said, “of course mother” ,the younger one, Fire Star, pouted and Spectrum continued. They ruled together but their rule was not perfect. during their time as rulers, our land was attacked many times but the princess came out on top saving Equestria many times over, But due to how much it happened, this time, is called the era of war. During another short time of peace the younger princess, Luna took notice that no one enjoyed her night. She grew to hate her sister and this hatred would boil over the next 100 years. After so long the night princess even stopped talking to her sister. the nightmare forces took over the mind of the night princess. she attacked her sister and refused to lower the moon. they fought and nightmare moon was banished. After nightmare moon was defeated this started the era of peace. Not much happened in the era of peace hence, it's named. There were 1000 years of peace harmony and happiness for Equestria. This era stopped when nightmare moon returned. Once again blah blah blah nothing to add here just filling up space. After she was defeated by the newly recovered elements of harmony. This sparked a new era for this land called the era of harmony. During this, any advisories of the princess return and all were defeated until the time of king Sombra “MOM how could that have possibly happened king Sombra became nothing but ice and shadow,” said fire her sister gave her a glare “what's wrong with ice and shadows” hissed icy heart. “ N-nothing,” said fire. “as I was saying” their mom continued King Sombra nearly took over Equestria when he returned long after the rest of the crystal empire. War soon broke out and the elements were unable to do their job. Sombra used mind control on his unwilling soldiers. Celestia herself led her army to battle. With war heroes like rainbow dash shining armor and  the war was won but just barely. Over half of our great country was destroyed a barren wasteland. The princess ,like Celestia and luna and the princess of love herself cadence died all but one he daughter flurry heart. We all know flurry hear and as past ruler who still alive today now ruling the land in the frozen north but no many ponied know she was raised in the zebra lands by one whose only name we have to go by is ‘the doctor’ after returning to our great nation she brought a land of scavengers and raiders into a strong country again. She ruled the land for millions of years  moving the sun and the moon alone as queen flurry heart. She lived alone and ruled alone building the nation up from the ground. She reclaimed center lot and cloudsdale ponyville  and most Equestria. The nation was only 3/4ths as big as it was but still it was something to call Equestria, but she was alone but she grew tired of it. One day she noticed a (literally) sparkling stallion he was a crystal  unicorn with a rainbow in his mane and his name was starlights. As soon as flurry laid eyes on him she was immediately attracted and slightly confused crystal ponies were rare outside their newly reformed kingdom in the frozen north.flurry decided to speak with this stallion. Spectrum paused to check the time it was late. The sun should be down my now.”all right my little ponies” She said standing and closing the book. “Time for the sunset” fire star shot up and jumped up and down. “Can I do it, mom, maybe I'll get my cutie mark! Icy hear got hers from the moon I could get mine from the sun!” spectrum laughed. “Alright dear just for today” said. Fire star’s magic strained and she pulled the sun down. She didn’t notice when her sister started helping her. The sun set below the horizon and icy heart rose the moon. Fire star was jumping up and down “my flank! my flank! MOOOOM lookit!” the small alicorn giggled and proudly displayed her mark. It was a blazing star. A fire star. Spectrum smiled “wonderful,” she said. She walked back to where they were reading and scooped up the small gray alicorn colt in her magic. He had fallen asleep. “Girl we'll keep reading tomorrow ok” fire star turn the face her mother “OK” her and her sister exclaimed. They returned to moving the stars into the right patterns by the window. Spectrum chuckled and walked out of the room. //-------------------------------------------------------// BUT MOOOM //-------------------------------------------------------// BUT MOOOM Icy hear awoke the next day right before sunrise as she always does. And got up combed her mane brushed her teeth and went to wake her sister. When she got the fire star’s room she nudged her sister gently. When she didn’t wake and picked her up with her magic and proceed to drop her on the floor. Fire start woke with a confused squeak. She shook her head and stood. “WHAT WAS THAT FOR!” she yelled. Icy smiled and spoke “time for sunrise sun butt” fire star looked at her own flank “sun butt really that's the best you came up with?” she asked “you can do better than that” icy shrugged and picked up her sis again. She placed her on her back and ran back to her room and to the balcony. Fire star forgot her annoyance as the thought of holding the sun in her magic again. Her small horn glowed brightly as she rose it (with only a little help this time) “YAY I DID IT I DID ALL BY MYSELF” icy nodded smiling. Together the two fillies walked to the dining hall for breakfast their mom was already there with their younger brother and father. Their dad was a light colored unicorn with a black mane. As there were eating their food their mom spoke to then. “Today we’re going to keep up our history lesson” the girls looked up. Icy heart smiled. “Of course mother,” she replied. Fire stare looked mad “BUT MOOOM” she whined “I was gonna have flying practice today and-and lots of other stuff c’mon” Spectrum glared at her daughter “no buts lets go" Spectrum dash stood and walked out of the room to go to the study. icy hear followed as well with fire and their younger brother grim. he could barely walk and so icy picked him on and placed him on her back. They settled down in the study and Spectrum dash picked up the book and kept reading from where they left off. When flurry spoke with him the town hit it off quite well and after a few weeks of seeing each other, they dated and after years, they were married as king and queen of Equestria. “Awww,”said icy. “Ewww”’ said fire. “But mooooom colts are gross” fire whined
