Pokemon: Emerald Pony Version

LITTLEROOT TOWN

Sweetie Belle was going to Professor Sparkle's Lab to get a Pokedex for whenever she needs info about a Pokemon she knows very little about, as well as some Pokeballs for whenever she wants to capture a Pokemon. Sweetie Belle wore a Pokeball bow on her head, as well as a saddlebag for carrying stuff; her baby Swablu resting in her bag. When she got to the lab, she was surprised to find that Twilight wasn't there; Spike was.

"Where's Twilight?"

"She's out doing fieldwork, for longer than she said she'd be though..."

"Maybe I can go get her?"

"Go ahead, Sweetie Belle"

ROUTE 101

When Sweetie Belle went to Route 101, she was surprised to find that Twilight was having trouble with a wild Poochyena.

"Will you just calm down already!?"

She kept trying to use levitation to calm Poochyena down.

"You! Sweetie Belle! There are some Pokeballs in my bag!"

There was a bag on the ground next to Sweetie Belle; she levitated a Pokeball out of the bag and threw it in the direction of Poochyena.

Go, Mudkip!

"What moves does Mudkip know?"

"He knows Tackle and Water Gun."

Mudkip used Water Gun!

Poochyena Fainted!

Mudkip gained 68 experience points!

Mudkip is level 6!

"Phew! Thanks a bunch, Sweetie Belle! Let's get back to the lab."

PROFESSOR SPARKLE'S LAB

"Mudkip seems to have liked you with that battle, perhaps you can take him with you."

"Actually, I already have a Pokemon."

Swablu woke up and stuck its head out; it was a Golden Swablu.

"Woah, that Swablu's a different color! Although, it's not the first Pokemon of a different color."

"What do you mean?"

"There isn't really a term for it, but I've seen a few Pokemon with different color schemes on them; very rare."

"No term? I can come up with one: 'Shiny Pokemon'!"

"But anyways, I see no reason why you can't also take Mudkip."

Sweetie Belle recieved Mudkip!

"You can also give your Pokemon a nickname if you want."

"A nickname? Okay, I've got it! Swablu, I'm calling you 'Chirutarisu'. And Mudkip, I'm calling you 'Rugaji'."

They were both happy with their new nicknames.
