Equestria Girls: The Atlas Chronicles

Monday, Noon.

Sunset Shimmer and Atlas packed their things for the first sleepover party at Pinkie Pie's house. Atlas was so excited, he couldn't stop jumping up and down no matter how many times Sunset tried to get him to relax. Sunset was a little excited as well. Not only will she be spending Hearths Warming with her friends again, but it will be the first Hearths Warming she will be spending with Atlas as well.

They both headed to the car and drove off. During the drive to Pinkie's house, Atlas still couldn't stop thinking about the party. "I bet there will be cake, pizza, games, and other cool stuff." said Atlas.

"I am pretty sure Pinkie Pie has some bigger plans, judging by how she likes to party." said Sunset. They got to Pinkie's house and see that they are the first ones there. Pinkie Pie lets them in and head to her room. As Atlas enters Pinkie's room, his eyes widened and jaw dropped. Her room was like a party paradise. There was a giant cake and other desserts next to a giant stack of Pizza. She had a big TV with awesome looking game consoles next to it. Balloons were floating and ribbons were hung up.

"This is so cool!" said Atlas. He walks over to the table with the party treats and licks his lips by the sight of all the pizza, soda, and cakes. He is about to grab one of the treats when all of a sudden, Sunset Shimmer slaps his hand. "ow!" Said Atlas. He rubs his hand and looks at Sunset with a frown.

"Wait until the others arrive! It isn't a party without them!" said Sunset. Atlas nodded his head. Soon, the doorbell rang. Pinkie goes downstairs to answer it. The other girls were all at the door and had excited faces on them. Pinkie lets them in and they all head over to her room as well. Dash was the first to get their by her rainbow speed. "This party is gonna be awesome!" She says.

Everyone was in their pajamas and having their own types of fun. Pinkie Pie was on her computer updating her status on MyStable. Sunset and Sci -Twi were discussing about Sunsets Journal that sends messages to Princess Twilight. Fluttershy and Rarity were taking a selfie to post on InstaPony. Rainbow Dash and Applejack were playing Pony Combat VI on Pinkie's Game Station 4. Atlas is watching them with excitement while eating a doughnut and some pizza on Pinkie's bed. Applejack was full of confidence while Rainbow was having a nervous look. Just as Rainbow's fighting character was about to be beaten by Applejack's fighting character, she slams her hand on the game console, restarting it.

"Hey! I was about to beat you!" said Applejack

"HA! I doubt it!" said Rainbow, as she spins her game controller with just one finger.

"Cheater!" said Atlas.

"Hey! I am not a cheater!" said Rainbow.

"Cheater, cheater! Pumpkin eater! I can do better! Let me have a try!" Atlas said as he tried to grab for the controller. Rainbow Dash teased him by pulling it out of his reach.

"Try and take it from me little shrimp!" Rainbow teased. Atlas got up from the bed and tried to grab the controller. Rainbow stood up and just held the controller up high, way out of Atlas' reach. Atlas then tries to wrestle Rainbow down in order to get the controller, but was unsuccessful. Rainbow gains the upper hand and puts him to the ground. Atlas lies on his stomach while Rainbow sits on his back in victory.

"Hey! Get off me!" said Atlas as pounded his fists on the floor.

"Naaah! Besides, you may be a shrimp, but you make a pretty good butt pillow. Hahahaha!" Rainbow laughed

"Rainbow, get off him!" said Sunset.

"Uugh...Fine!" said Rainbow. She gets off Atlas and gives him a rough hair rub while smirking. Atlas stands up and rubs himself off with a frown on his face. He sits back on the bed and crosses his arms. Rarity and Pinkie Pie sits next to him and puts there hands on his shoulders.

"Atlas, darling, don't be so mad. Rainbow Dash is just being Rainbow Dash. She always plays around like that." said Rarity. Pinkie then starts whispering in his ear. " Pssst. Between you and me, I actually won a slumber party wrestling match against Rainbow. She cried a little." Pinkie and Atlas then started to giggle. The thought of Rainbow Dash, the toughest Athlete in school, losing a wrestling match to Pinkie Pie was just hilarious.

"Hey! What are you guys talking about?" asked Rainbow. Atlas and Pinkie stopped giggling.

"Ummm...nothing!" said Pinkie. Rainbow looked at them with a suspicious look for a bit and went back to playing video games with Applejack.

"Hey Atlas, I want you to try my new treats." Pinkie held up a small cake that looked like a thick cinnamon roll with purple frosting and rainbow sprinkles. She shoves the small cake his mouth, leaving a little bit of the frosting and sprinkles on his lips. Atlas chews the cake for a bit and swallows. "I call it the PheNOMNOMenons, my most sweetest cakes ever! What do you think of them?

Atlas mouth started to water. They tasted so sweet and delicious. All of a sudden, his eyes and body started to make a bright glow. He began to float in the air. All of the girls stopped what they were doing and looked toward him. Their jaws dropped.

"Uhhh...Sunset, what is going on?" Rainbow said with a look of panic.

"I have no idea! But whatever it is, get down!" Sunset screamed. All girls lay down on the floor, covering their heads. Atlas suddenly turns into a orb of light and starts bouncing of the walls like crazy. Everything the orb touched got damaged. After 30 seconds, the orb crashes into one of the walls and Atlas turns back to normal. He lands on the bed, burnt up and dizzy.

Sunset gets up from the floor and comes to his aid. "Atlas! Are you alright? Speak to me!" she said. Atlas shakes his head and his eye widen. All of his memories are starting to come back.

"Sunset...I am starting to remember everything now!"

DOOM Mercenaries were scouting the Everfree Forest, searching the tree Princess Alyssa described to Doomsday after her electroshock torture. A big oak tree with a red ribbon tied to one of the branches. Orders were being shouted and the Mercenaries were on high alert. A few teams have scattered around the forest. One team spotted tracks and followed them. The tracks led to a tree. There was a red ribbon tied to one of the branches. The target location has been found, but Atlas was nowhere in sight. Mercenaries scanned the tree and prints that shows that someone was there recently.

One of the Mercenaries radioed in a report. "Target location has been found. Repeat. Target location has been found. All units, regroup!" Within half an hour, all of the teams were regrouped at the oak tree.

"The boy isn't here." Said a mercenary. The others searched the area, but there was no other trace of Atlas.

"Lets head back to headquarters men! We must report this to Doomsday." said another Mercenary. They all headed to their militarized jeeps and head back to DOOM Corp.

Atlas was telling the girls everything on who and what he was, and where he came from once he got his memory back. He was royal prince of a powerful race called the Marelantians. They were inhabitants of the legendary city called Marelantis. His mother was named Princess Alyssa and his dad was the Almighty powerful King Sauron. He was a king beloved by his subjects, bringing peace and prosperity to his empire.

One day, a powerful Demon and his monstrous army of darkness attacked the Empire without any form of warning, destroying it and killing all of the inhabitants. The Marelantian Army did all they could to stop it, but were no match against the demons. Screams were heard as the demons disintegrated each Marelantian with one touch.

The royal family and remaining soldiers were cornered in their castle, with no escape out of the empire as the demons of darkness surrounded it. The king had one last idea that could save his family. He opened up a portal to the human world and tells Alyssa and Atlas to go inside as he will stay with his men to fend off the demons. Once the demons broke down the barricaded doors, Doomsday, the demon ruler, used a powerful spell that instantly killed King Sauron's men at an Instant. Sauron charges at Doomsday with his sword and tries to slash him, but once he does, his sword breaks, leaving him defenseless. Doomsday uses the same spell on Sauron, disintegrating him. Alyssa and Atlas watched in horror as the King disintegrated in front of them, turning into a pile of black dust. Atlas runs to his father's ashes, despite Alyssa trying to stop him. Doomsday then blasts him with a gold beam, knocking him unconscious.

That is all he could remember.

"I am so sorry Atlas." said Sunset as she hugged him. The others had shocked and worried faces. They knew his father was dead, but what about his mother?

"Wait, what happened to your mom Atlas?" asked Rainbow.

"I don't know what happened to her. I woke up under a tree when I appeared in this world, but I do hope she is alright." Atlas said with concern.

"Ah think we should all hope for the best of her." said Applejack. The others agreed.

"Sorry I messed up your room Pinkie Pie. I guess I ruined your party." Atlas said with a guilty look.

"Awww don't worry Atlas! It will take more than you bouncing off walls to ruin MY parties!" Pinkie said Happily. She pick him and gave him another spine crushing hug. Atlas hugged back, while trying his best to breathe.  She then put him down and brought out a huge radio system that looked like it was meant for rave parties.

"Come on everyone! Lets PARTY!!" She switches it on and everyone started dancing in the ray of colorful lights, except for Atlas. He wasn't much of a dancer, so all he could was watched them with a smile on his face while the others partied.

Everybody except for Sunset Shimmer was asleep. Sunset was having a bit of trouble sleeping because she kept on thinking about Atlas. Now that he has his memories back, it doesn't really seem to help much except learn of his origin. He was unconscious when he came into this world, which means he still can't remember how he got here. Even if he remembered how he got here, how will he get back, and what would be the point of him going back home? His world was destroyed and his father was killed by those demons of darkness. He still doesn't know what happened to his mother. In this case, Atlas has nothing left in his life for right now. Sunset did make a promise to him that she will take care of him and be his new family, and she was going to keep that promise.

Sunset sat up from her sleeping bag and scanned the room. Fluttershy was sleeping on her right. Sci Twi was sleeping on her left. Applejack and Rarity were sleeping near a corner in the room. Pinkie Pie, Atlas and Rainbow Dash were sleeping on Pinkie's bed. Rainbow dash was sleeping on the right side, pinkie was sleeping on the left side, and Atlas was sleeping in the middle. Everyone was snoring softly as they slept.

Sunset Shimmer opened her journal and started writing to Princess Twilight.

Dear Twilight,

You are not going to believe what happened at Pinkie's slumber party. Atlas revealed more of his powers and got his memory back after eating a very sugary treat, which Pinkie calls a PheNOMNOMenon. Once he ate it, he turned into some kind of magical orb and started bouncing off the walls. After 30 seconds, he turned back to normal after slamming into the wall one last time. He then started remembering who he was and where he came from. Unfortunately, he doesn't know how he got here. Please write back to me as soon as you get this message.
