Chapters Misunderstanding
I turn on my radio and hear the ads then the first song starts playing as I grab my air-soft vest and start to to load it up with small box of water proof match, water filter straw, tablets to filter out the water, allergy pills, my phone and iPod charger, zippo lighter, lighter fluid, multi-tool, mini flash light, batteries, and my large canteen. Then I grab my large pack and load it with a few cloths, snacks, drinks, and spices. At least I'm head as I put my new FNAF hat and and strap on my old military survival knife and hatched, ending it by send my friends a text, telling them that I'm head. I start to turn stuff off and wait outside in the early dawn for them- "Please hurry up." -checks my pockets to make sure I have everything before locking my door
After a short time my ride comes as I get in the car and chat with my friends as we went to the camp site. Once we park we step out and walk along the trail soon I feel nature calling me.
"I'll catch up with you guys, gotta take a leak." I said as I go behind a tree and undoes my pants as I let it out.
Once done I head along the trail as I notice a thick fog coming down and making its away around the area. "Damn it." I try to find my way around. "Hey guys!?"... Nothing as I sigh and keep walking, then trip as I feel myself falling down a steep hill as I brace myself. As the fog weakens as I notice the color of the trees and the looks of them. It is as if I just enter a completely different forest but looks like it came out of some odd cartoon. I see a path and get on it as I look around this darkish area as I pick a direction and start walking.
I see some tracks on the ground and it looks like horses and some dogs been thought here but what I find odd is what looks like a really large feline paw. "What the hell." I keep walking as I look around and see a clearly up head a long with some stone road. I look at my phone and see that I have no bars or a signal of any kind.
I am amazed by what I'm seeing. Its what left of a castle, I head in to look around as I see plants are growing on it and thinking about what could make such large holes all over the place. I see glass stain windows but all of them are too broken for me to make out what they look like. Another thing that gotten my curiosity is a statue of what I'm pretty sure is an alicorn in armor. After looking around some more I find a armory, all the weapons are too old to use but the armory suits seem to be made for little people and ponies for some odd reason but the whole time I feel as if something doesn't want me here. I shrug it off as I head out and go along the path.
After what felt like an hour of walking I come across what looks like some small village in some European country. I see some colorful things moving around in town as I walk closer to it as I smile a bit then screams as they move around quickly and hear what sounds like doors and wooden windows being slammed close. Once in town I look around, its a ghost town now as I feel uneasy. "HEY MONSTER!" I heard someone said in a raspy tomboyish voice. I turn to it and see a blue blur then I feel something jerking me to the side and out of its way as I see a blue pony with wings and rainbow hair and tail. I start running as I hear heavy pounding foot steps after me. "Hi I'm Pinkie Pie! Whats your name!?" a pink blur right in front of me as I hit it and roll over it and onto the ground. I get up as I drop my pack, thinking about getting it I see some more ponies after me as I forget about it and keep on running. I see a open window as I leap thought it and hide in a dark corner as I pant a bit.
"I swear it came thought this way." I heard said in the southern accent.
I start creeping my way thought and away from them.
"I saw it leap into the building." I head a voice that could sound a bit whinny.
Opening what I'm sure is a back door and peek out of a creak and from what I can tell its clear. I sigh as I slowly poke my head out and look around to make sure its clear but to my surprise I see a odd shiny castle. I try to comprehend it but shrug it off as I look for a place to dash to then take my chance on a ginger bread house as I rush to it. But I get stopped but a purple wall as I slam into it and bounce off it onto the ground.
"Stay right there." I head a light voice as I get up to look. Its a purple alicorn. Not wanting to stay to see what happens if I give give up I ran and hear what sounds like gun shoots as I see the splashes from the bullets near me.
"THE FUCK!" I get tackled by a orange pony in a cowboy hat and the first thing I do is throw a punch at it and got it off me as I get up and run. Soon I notice the town's people are coming out with tools and weapons.
"Fuck!, Fuck!, Fuck! " Its all I can think off as I run as fast as I can.
I parkour onto the roof tops and just run before tripping and falling down onto the ground as I pant and slowly get up. Once I got up I see colorful ponies surrounding me with weapons and tools at the ready. Once up I back up to the wall then fall thought a open window.
"Come out right now!" I hear someone say.
I look around for useful stuff as I grab some alcoholic drinks and cloths and quickly make some fiery cocktails but only pocketing two as I sigh and look around some more. I wont go down with out a fight. I head upstairs and looks around some more and find a short barrel revolver, a few bullets, and gold coins it as I pocket them. I hear the door being bust down as I light a cocktail and throw it down the stairs as the bottle breaks and the flames start to eat at the wooden cottage. Smiling a bit I open a window and rush at the crowd as I draw the gun and pop a few shots at them and make my way thought them.
I can feel the herd chasing me down like scum of the world. I get tackled again as I get the wind knocked out of me as punch it's throat and hear it coughing out his lungs as I push him off me.
"Fucker!"
I go back to running into a woodland area and as I run I get jumped by a canine looking thing but made out of wood. I hold my arms out to stop it from trying to tear my throat out as I squirm. I do my best to hold it back with an arm as I draw my hatched and start wracking and hacking at it as I mange to get it off me. I press on as glance back and see the ponies making barricades around the town. I reload my gun and walk away and into an apple orchard. Smiling a bit I grab one and start eating. "Best apples ever." I pick some apples as I get to where the land owners seem to not to care much about the area as I see a bit of a cluster fuck of trees and a tree house. This is the point where I should walk away from it and deeper into the woods.
Hours have passed as I see the sun set, I'm still wondering this forest, looking for a way out but I find a cave to stay in so it looks like I have to give it a rest for now. I grab some sticks and make a small fire for warmth. "if only I had my things." I snuggle myself up against a cave wall and eat an apple and drink a bit of my water before going to sleep.
In Princess Twilight's castle the mane six gather around to check out the human's pack.
"These cloths are ugly and I don't even know what the things on them are." Rarity said.
"But it has lots of goodie snacks!" Said Pinkie as she eats a pockie.
"Pinkie you shouldn't eat that, you don't know where its been." Said Rainbow Dash to Pinkie.
"But whatever it is it packed some food, water, spare cloths, and a sleeping bag. Witch means it has been traveling. But I never heard of these snacks or drinks." Said Twilight who is examining the things closely.
"Well girls its getting late, maybe we should head home and sleep." said Fluttershy.
"But that thing is still out there somewhere!." Dash exclaim to the group.
"Whatever it is Celestia said that Luna will be coming here with a few troops to catch it and learn about it." Twilight told the group.
"But we should all get some shut eye." Said Spike as the ponies nod in agreement as they head to their homes.
After a dreamless nap I shoot up awake and then check the time on my watch. Its 2:13 am I should maybe go and get my pack back. -I get up and head back to town, being careful as to make sure no one sees me. My first place to check out is inside the castle. I walk around and try a door and of course its lock. I draw my knife and wage it in there and manage to undo a lock and creak it open as I sneak in. Its pitch black at first but when my eyes adjusted I at least barely see my own hands and a few dim night lights here and there. I keep my knife out and at the ready as I creep around and into a open room with a large table with six chairs around it. I see my stuff on it and a large map. I put my sleep bag, snacks, and drinks. I clean the table up and take a picture of the the country and then one of the world map. I hear foot steps as I hide away from the door way as I see light. It passes as I see a short but overgrown lizard walking. I steal some paper to put in my pack then follow it into the kitchen, being careful not to make a sound.
I put it in a chock hold and cover his mouth. "Yell or scream and I will twist your head right off your shoulder." I feel it squirming in my grip for a bit.
"I will let go and you will talk in a low voice." I let go of it as I hold my knife to its throat.
"First thing here am I?" I asked
"In Equstira, in Ponyvillie to be excite."replied as I nod my head.
"Now who are the rulers?" I wait for an answer.
"There are three of them Celestia, Luna, and Twilight." nods as I knock him out and get some honey and look for a book about the rulers. I head back outside carefully then make a made dash to the tree lines.
After what felt like hours of walking I end up back at the ruins of the castle, I swear I went in the opposite of the detraction of the castle. But this time it feels welcoming as I walk to it and feeling as if something is leading me to a torn up room. I look around and find a short sheath for it with a moon on it and a blade in is. I draw the short sword, its a black, thin, double bladed and very light and well balanced and in very good condition. I strap it on to my hip and head back into the armory and takes off some of my cloths and put on light leather armor over my chest and knee caps. Then put my cloths back on and sighs a bit.
I look around some more to see what else I missed until I fell down a trap door and start sliding down onto a pail of old moldy hay. I quickly get out of it as I feel something crawling all over me.
"What the hell!?"
I look down to see a fuck ton of spiders all over me as I panic and try to get all of them off me. Panting I start looking for a way out as I see a broken door as I walk out of the room. I light some torches and check myself for more bugs then chuckles as I see I got all of them off me. I walk back upstairs and into a room full of pillows and even a blanket to lay on. I pullout my sleeping bag and lay it on the pillows as I get snuggle into it and try to go back to sleep.
Meanwhile in the morning for Twilight after she wakes up. She finds Spike and rushes to him and sighs to see he is okay.
"I promise you Spike we will capture that monster, and we will make him pay for what it did." She said in a stern voice.
She looks around and sees that the pack and all but the cloths are gone.
"I need to up guards around here."
I woke up hearing the sound of birds as I get out of my sleeping bag and roll it up and put it back into my pack then eat a few apples and drink some water. After backing up my things I check everything I have then I remember I didn't take my skull mask out of my vest. Smirking I take my hat off and put the mask on as well as shades then put my hat back on. I walk into another room with a hole in the ceiling and start to make a fire pit then go outside and use my new sword to cut veins. I was happy to see how sharp it is as it not only cut the veins but also cut part of the tree.
After some time of gathering supplies I start to make traps, mostly snare traps, trip wires, and small cage style traps. As well as some spike branches near the castle in case anyone or thing comes near it. I head back to the town and stay hidden as I scan and study the town. I see there are what look like soldiers in gold and dark blue armor. But all the guys in gold armor have white coats and blue hair while the guys in the other have reptilian style eyes, dark color hair, and bat wings. But what gets most of my attention is they are unloading creates and one of them says it has ammo in it. As well as a large cage most likely my cell once they catch me if the catch me alive.
I sneak away from them and see a pony pulling a cart into to town. I stay out of her sight, once her back as turn to me I rush in and pistol whip her until she is out cold then looking in the wagon. I see some buckets of fruits as I smile and steal them and rush back to the castle. Once there I stay organizing my things and setting stuff up to my liking. I fill up the fire pit with sticks and make a pail of thick branches in a corner for later use.
I go out with paper and pencil and start to map out the area around the castle then go near the town and do the same. Making marks of important places and take some notes. Once done I go back to the castle and start to read the books I gotten and make notes on them. I get up and use the saw teeth on my knife to cut the branches a bit smaller. Then goes back to the armory and check out the bows and smiles as I see I need to replace the strings on the bows. I check the arrows and smile as I see there good to use for at least once. I grab a arrow quiver and sling it on then then back pack to my main living area and set it down.
After a short time I get broad as decide to draw my sword and start to do some sword play with it. Getting a feel of it and adjusting myself to its weight and style with each swing. Taking a few deep breaths as I get use to it as I put it away and go to the highest point with has a hole in the wall as I get a great view of the forest and see the city that is built on the mountain side.
"That must be Canterlot and the and this must be the castle of the two sisters." I take a few notes as I see colorful blimps flying around it.
"This world is so pretty and yet I made myself public enemy number one and talking to myself." Smiles as I look around. I sigh as I get up and head back to the front entrance of the castle look around. Studying its natural seance and looks.
Mean while back in Ponyvillie.
"I just received a letter from Luna. She could not make it but she sent some troops to try to catch it alive." Twilight informed the others.
"Do you think they can handle it?" Asked Rainbow Dash.
"I'm sure they can." Replied Apple Jack.
"But all we can do is wait for now." Chimed in Rarity.
After walking around this natural garden, admiring its looks and the colorful flowers.
"Gather more supplies and get ready." I heard in a cold yet caring whisper.
I look around but at the same time I thought it came from my head. I been lonely for a long time but I get social with some people at work. But this is scary and not sure I should listen to it. I decide to head back in to get my pack and head to the farm. Maybe there is a barn full of useful things there and hopefully a crowbar. I sling my pack on and head where I saw the apple orchard.
After an hour of walking I found it but I see a few ponies outside. I climb up into a tree and stay hidden as I watch them. I see the orange one with the cowboy hat on rush to them then all of them left. I wonder what that was about but I jump out and rush into the barn. After looking around I grab a box of nails, screws, glue, rope, duck tape, a small can of oil, and a small crowbar. I look around then rush into their house to look around, I grab a few glass bottles of apple juice in the kitchen. After looking around some more I find a short barrel pump action shotgun and some buck shots for it.
Smiling I take them and see they have a bolt action rifle with a scope on it as I sling it on and steal ammo as well. I think I over stayed my welcome as I decide to rush out of the house before they get back. After a mad dash to the tree line and bushes I get low and sneak around to the town. And once there and still hidden I draw my rifle and get a good look at the ones in armor. It looks like there about to set out as the purple alicorn addresses the town.
"Just one shot could make your life easier." I head the voice tell me.
But I'm in enough shit as it is without a assassination of a political leader. But why would I have the thought of killing her? Is this world changing me mentally? Fuck if I know, I better look around. I zoom in on the clock tower and see a sniper nicely hidden up there with a no doubt a military grade rifle. Thinking this is a dumb idea I should head back to my hide out and do so slowly and carefully.
Once inside the castle I start to make barricades at some doors and holes I haven't use yet with wood and old furniture. I nail some nails thought thin wood boards and bury them in soft ground and cover them up, saving the rest for later. Once done making more traps I sit in a dark corner and put ear buds in and play some music to calm me a bit. I sing to the song as I take apart each gun and examine each one carefully, I am happy to see each gun was well taken care of before I stole them. Then I count each bullet I have and smile as I have enough to get me by if I use them well. I put them back together and away then open a cocktail and add some oil in it before closing it back up.
I notice movement in the coroner of my eye as I turn to look at it. Its a moving shadow of a large looking alicorn. I rush up and draw my revolver and knife.
"Do not be afraid my child." It spoke exactly like the voice I heard from my mind.
"I only wish to help you." It draws a sword.
"Who are you!?" I asked a bit panicked.
"I am the goddess of the night Nightmare Moon."
"I read a story about you. Your a living form of shadows and darkness itself."
"That's right young child. I see you need some help and therefor I will help you." She said as a matter of fact.
"I will teach you the way of the sword and shadows. You may not be able to use magic but I give you some helpful tips."
"Whats the catch?" I asked as I put away my weapons.
"You see I have a traitor in my cult. Luckily for you he is here in town . Kill him and I shell teach you things."
"I will but what does he look like?"
"His fur is light brown, has a candle for a cutie mark, and has blond mane and tail."
"Got it I will kill him tonight." I grab my rifle and sling on.
I grab my pack and head back to town and hide as I scan for this guy. After looking all around I find him and follow him back to his home and stay hidden in a box as I wait for night. This night is damn dark with a the moon being a curve slit in the sky as I make my way into the home. I carefully use the crowbar to break in and close it. I look into each room and see my target sleeping I creep to him as I draw my knife and stab him in the throat as he shots awake and tries to scream and squirm then goes limp as blood flows out of his throat and onto the bed sheets and floor as I slowly pullout.
I wipe my knife clean on the bed sheets and light a candle at the highest point. I turn on the gas stove and rush outside and a few moments later the whole house goes into a fiery explosion as I watch the flames eat away at the building and anything else near it. Smiling as every pony comes out to see whats going on as they try to put out the fire. I rush back to the castle and see a shadowy form of Nightmare Moon.
"Good job." She smiles.
"Thank you goddess." I give a slight bow.
"Now I shell teach you how to use that blade. But you must go to sleep."
I nod and go to lay down on my sleeping bag and fall asleep. After sometime I pass out and wake up in a white room and see she with a smile as we get our blades ready. Soon I do as she does and sprawl against her for what felt like hours. Soon I wake up with the bright sun shining in my face as I get up and draw the sword and try out what I learn in the dream. I smile as I see how well I did and put it away. I get something to eat and drink then heads out to the creek.
I get some more water and filter it out then strips a bit and drives into the water and washes up some. After a bit I put my cloths back on and heads back to the town. I see every pony is still in dismay about what I did as the troops investigate. I smile as I smell smoke, burnt meat, and some blood. I head near the market area and it seems normal there. But I see a few guys that seem to dress the same, they are wearing dark blue suits.
I feel something grab me and drag me far back into the wood. Once I stop I get up and look around. Soon a monster made out of all kinds of animal parts with a pair of white eyes with red pupils.
"So you must be the one cause a bit of chaos and fear." He said in a English style accent.
"Yup. But in my defense they started it first."
"Oh I know but here is a fair warning. If you harm Fluttershy in anyway I will end your spree for good."
"So what are you and whats your name?" I asked a bit puzzled by its looks.
"I was the former god of chaos Discord and I am a draconequus." He smiles as he said it with pride.
"I like you cause some chaos around here in this world but try not to go overboard." He fade away and drop something as he said that.
I pick it up and look at it. Its a very detailed map of the whole town and a train schedule to different towns and their times along with a digital watch. I put the watch on and and fiddle with it to see what it all can do. Smiling I head back to the castle and lay the map out on the floor and put paper weights on each corners of it and study it. Right away I notice a land mark north of here circled in red saying "Stop them!" I grab my rifle and my pack and head there.
Once there I walk into a canyon and see a shack and see dogs walking on their hind legs and talking to a unicorn. I draw my rifle and zoom in on them as I see the pony giving them a big bag as the dogs bring out a create. The pony draws a gun and shoots on of them as the other kills him as two more rush out.
Getting ammo ready and take a few deep breaths I snipe them one at a time as the drop and bleed. I wait before moving out or my hiding place and head to the shack with my revolver drawn.
"Fuck yea."
I look the money and ammo they had on them then look into the shack to see a stock pail of all kinds of weapons and ammo. I smile as I get two .45s with extended mags, ammo pouches, a semi auto sniper rifle with the best scope I can find for it as well as sound suppressors for it and my pistols, ammo, and a compact AR with a flash suppressor, drum mags, normal mags, and a red dot scope on it.
I rush back to the castle to set them down then head back to the shack and loot some more. I keep doing this until I cleaned out that shack. And as I loot I see I got some C-4, land mimes, smoke grandes, and normal pine apple grandes. I move the bodies into the shack then blow it up as I run back to the castle. Once in my room I see that the train schedule had marks on it. There is a circle around a location, Hoffington- 2:15 pm. I set up a explosive trap around some door ways where the stretcher is weak in case they find my hide out.
I saw the date is tomorrow and grab my suppressed UMP .45 and ammo for it and put it in my pack then grab some C-4 and head to the train tracks. Carefully I set some into the ground under the tracks at each end of each other.
I set up a hidden camp near the tracks, ready to hop on it once it gets here. I eat a bit and drink once in awhile as I take a long nap and simply wait. I wake up with the bright sun hitting my face as I sit up and look at the time. Its 11:26 am. Damn that was a long nice sleep. I eat a bit of fruit I had and go deeper into the woods for a bathroom break before going back and stocking the tracks.
Right on time the train came and wait for it to start moving again as I dash to it and hop on the back and hold on to the bar as the soldiers sees me and try to hit me as I rush in the caboose and set off the C-4 on the tracks to destroy them as I hear screams on the inside as I draw my UMP and cock it.
"If any of you turn on the safety breaks I will kill every children on here!" They hold their children close to them as I shoot a guard on broad.
"I'm not afraid to kill anyone in my way!" I enforce this statement by shooting griffin with my 1911 pistol.
Everyone cowered in fear as the get away from me. After about two hours I move back to the caboose and unhook the cart as the train keeps going as I slowly stop and steal some food and drinks. Once they are far enough away I get off and follow the track to the town. Staying close to cover in case soldiers followed. Later, close to night fall I find a trail as I decide to follow it. Up ahead I can see a log cabin with two old looking ponies rocking in their rocking chairs on the porch. Both holding shot guns and taking shoots at trash with happens to me near me as I get to cover.
Panting a bit I rush away and find a river and follow it to the town I decide to go to. I keep moving as I hear wolves howl in the distance as I see the glow of a big city. Smiling I get another step as I get caught in a snare trap as I hung a few feet off the ground as I swing around a bit. I draw my knife and cut the rope as I drop and pick up what fell off of me. I keep walking as I hear meany clicks of firearms as I look around and see ponies pointing ARs at me. I notice all of them are dressed in a spec ops style gear and wearing a moon patch.
"Your the human?" One of them asked me in a rough voice as I nod my head.
They lower their weapons. "Follow us." They start walking as I follow them.
Soon we get to a blimp as they get on it as I do as well. Its nice looking on the inside as I take a seat as they give me odd looks and stare at me.
"Can you take off your mask?" A mare ask me.
"I can but I don't want to." I replied as I lay back.
"We have the package." I heard the leader speak into the radio system. "ETA one hour."
They sit and wait until an hour later we land on a tall skyscraper. We all get off as the blimp flies away. As we see more ponies armed with ARs and SMGs as the stand in a line.
"Don't worry, they wont shoot unless you do anything threatening." He walks off.
We follow him inside and into a elevator down a few floors and then head to a large wooden doors.
"You have to go in alone." I nod as I open the doors and walk inside.
After about three days of this underground prison I lay on my bed and sigh. The door opens as guards walk in as one picks me up and pushes me out. I get back up as they lead me out and to a box.
"Your stuff."
I open the box and puts my old cloths on along with my vest. I check my things and I have all but my weapons and ammo on me. Once ready the lead me up and out and around the castle until we reach to a door with a crescent moon on it. They knock on it as the door open.
"Let him in and stay by the door." I hear a voice told them.
They push me in and close the door as I look around. Its large and lovely looking room. Its seems to be a night themed. Soon my gaze turns to a dark blue alicorn sitting at a table with a pot of tea and a few snacks.
"Please, come and take a seat."
I walk to her and sit on the pillow across from her as she pours me some tea. I take it and sip it then grab a cookie and start to eat it.
"Glad to be out of there?" She ask.
"Yea, getting tired of others trying to take my food or fighting me."
"We saw. You know a thing or two about hoof to hoof. As well as weapons judging by your gear and actions."
"They started it first thought."
"That may be true but you didn't have to blow up train tracks or kill innocents."
"Good point."
"But I'm letting you have a second chance."
"Thank you." I said as I get another cookie to eat.
"Please stand up."
I stand up as she uses magic to measure my body then writes it down.
"I'm making you a member of the Night Guards." She hands me my sword and 1911.
I take them and put them on. "Just the chest plate, knee pads, and crotch pad."
She nods and writes it down. "One of the guards outside will escort to the armory."
I nod and head outside as she tells them to lead me to the armory. Soon we stop at the armory as I head in and grab some ammo and a AUG. I notice a dark blue, almost grayish pony with bat eyes walk up to me.
"Please follow me for a brief."
I nod and does so. We get to a bright white room with tables and a screen on the wall as he takes his place.
"Listen here, the only reason why you are out is because we got the wrong thing." He tells me clearly.
"Wrong thing?" tilts my head a bit
"Yes, in Ponyville there is a creature seemlier of your look and build is terrorizing the town."
"Let me guess, you want me to go there and hunt it down?"
"Kind of, we need you to protect the town and see if you can draw it out."
"So I'm bait and defender?"
"More or less."
"When do I leave?" I said as I get up.
"In one hour, at the decks."
I nod and head to the decks and sit down on a create. I pullout my ear buds and play some music . The weather is a bit chilly as I see colorful and steam punk style zeppelins. I guess this will be my ride to the town. I turn my head to the lovely view, letting me know I am very high up in this city as I notice the castle not far from this base.
When it is time for me to go I get lead to one of the airships and gets in. Its a bit cozy as I take a seat as someone offers me a drink and a bag of peanuts. I take them and eat and drink as I thank him. The trip was shirt when we land near the town as I get out.
"This will be fun."

Hi guys, sorry I been busy. I know this is short but I should at least post something.
A little taste of a new life
The guards lead me to the castle as I look around. I get odd looks from the locals but that didn't surprise me as I try to hide my face a bit. I get lead inside thought a back door and head down some stairs into what looks like a lab of sorts and to a metal door.
"This is the day and night guards armory. This is where you will store your weapons and gear when your not using them." I nod as he counties on.
"There is also a workshop if you need to maintain your gear."
"Great." I smile as some ideas come to my head.
"Let me show you where you will be sleeping." He starts to walk off as I follow.
We go up some stairs to a large room with some beds and dressers in front of them. I go to set my things in front of a bed that had my name on it as well as some armor. I put them on and adjust them a bit.
"As of today your free to explore the town and relax some."
I check my pistol then slings my sniper rifle back on me as I head outside. Its bright and such a colorful day, I kind of hate it but I'm not so sure why. I go to the clock tower and I see a way to climb up on it. I look around then starts to carefully climb up and get inside and look around. Its a great view, I might get a even better view if the castle wasn't in the way. But at least I can slide down the cable wire to the city hall. Having the idea coming to me I pullout out something I can use as a hook to slide down the cable, letting go before I hit the wall and rolling once I touch the ground.
I get up and head go thought the market place, I notice all of the day guards walking around as well. They look like they are looking for something but its not my business as head on the roof tops and map out the town.
"MONSTER!" It sound like it came from across the town as I and the the guards rush to it.
I draw my pistol as we see a shadowy humanoid that looks slightly like me. -It look at us then starts to run, I shoot at it but it doesn't seem to have any effect on it. We chase it into the forest and I notice that only two of the guards follow me into the dark forest. Shortly we lose it and we stop and slowly walk around.
"We should head back." One of them said.
"Yea." The other agreed with him.
I nod but when one of them took a step a bear trap bites his leg as he cries in pain. His buddy helps him out then we hear gun shots and see the bullet splashes around us as I get to cover. The other guy drag his body to cover next me as he ducks. I try to see where the shots are coming from but the enemy is well hidden. I decided to blind fire and I hear that I hit one of them as one of the guards radio for help. The only thing I can hear from it is something about getting to a open area.
"FOLLOW ME!" I start to rush along cover.
They start to follow me best they can. I decided to head to the rocky valley, its clear and has plenty of cover. We keep getting shot at, I feel a sharp pain in my right side but we keep moving on as the guy on the radio tells someone on the other side of it where we are. We fall into cover, pinned down by assault rifles as I pant. I switch to my rifle and fire at them while the other two us their pistols to fight back.
All of the sudden my vision becomes a blur, ears ringing as I get force onto my ass. I look around and see one of my buddies was killed as his friend cries over it. I take the dead men's pistol as I grab mine, reloading then popping out of cover and firing at them, I feel pain surge thought my body as I drop again. I pant and stare at the sky, I try to get up but something is stopping me.
I see a bright red ball of fire high in sky, then the sound of a high power machine gun as I can see a helicopter landing right behind us. I get up and limb to it, I fall and crawl to it as guards hop out to help us inside as I darkness slowly takes me over and I start to feel cold. I try to stay awake but I just ended up falling asleep.
I hear a annoying beeping sound as I wake up, I open my eyes but close them tightly due to a bright light. I open them again and look around to find that I'm in a hospital room. I look down under the cover to see my torso wrapped in bandages. I move my arms and legs a bit and sigh. The only thing I can do is lay and wait.
A pony walk in dress in a white coat. He checks a clip board.
"How are you feeling mister Watters?" He look at me.
"Alive and thirsty." I said in a raspy voice.
"I will have a nurse get you a cup of water right way."
He does a small check up on me and heads out, shortly a nurse gives me a cup. I quickly down it and she refills my cup and I drink some more. Panting a bit I sit up and look around again and noticing nothing new.
"How long was I out?" I ask the nurse.
"About three days now." I unhook the things on me as I get up and go to get my cloths on.
"Please sir get back in bed." she tries to get me back on the bed.
"Just go hand me the papers to sign."
"Just wait here and let me get the doctor." She told me in a stern voice.
I sigh as I sit on the bed as she walks out. Shortly the door opens as I see Princess Luna walk in.
"How are you Chance?" She asked me in a motherly tone.
"Alive." I starch a bit.
"So what can you tell me about what we are going up against?"
"A small but very well trained army." I walk around a bit.
"Well at least you were lucky enough live to tell the tale."
"What about the other two?"
She stay silent and looks down.
"Oh I see." I look out the window.
"So you know you are in the palace's infirmary. I sigh your paper work so you can walk out of here but your still going to stay in the castle."
"Why?"
"I don't want to send you back to Ponyville just yet. For now just relax some."
I nod and head out of the room and Luna leads me to my own little room. I to to use the bathroom, when done I wash my hands and notice some paper on the table. I look at them and it's a map of the castle and where some rooms are.
I look around and see a big ass fish tank along the wall full of fish, some modern art, and book shelves full of books. No doubt this guy is rich as my gaze turns to the large desk in the center with unicorn mare looking at me.
"Please take a seat." She asked.
I go to sit on the large leather chair in front of her.
She smiled. "Would you like a drink or something to eat?
"Some water and some fruit salad please."
She nods and pushes a button. "We need some water and fruit salad here, now." Her glaze turns to me.
"What are you?"
"I am a human and my name is Chance."
She nods. "I heard about what you did in Ponyvillie."
"For the record, they started it first." I said in a bit of a cold tone.
"I understand. But your safe here." She smiles warmly.
"Not for long." Lays back in my chair.
Someone knocked on the door as it opens as my food and drink comes. I start to eat and drink.
"Looks like you could use some new gear."
"Yea, I could."
She gets up. "Follow me."
She starts walking as I get up to follow her. I look around at the nicely decorated hallways and to a large panting of Luna. She removes it to show a door and puts in a code on the number pad to unlock a room full of guns, ammo, and other things. I go switch out my leather armor for a bullet resistant vest as well as some thing knee pads. I also take some AP rounds for my sniper rifle.
"What is your cult's goal?" I ask as I stare into her rose red eyes.
"To resurrect our goddess Nightmare Moon. Then we shell put her under our control." She smirk.
As soon as she said that the shadows start dancing as we hear laughter of a mad man.
"YOU CAN NOT CONTROL ME!" Nightmare Moon bellowed as she comes in her shadow form.
I ran out of there as the lights flicker and guards rush in to check it out. Soon I hear screams of pain and cries for help as I rush inside an elevator and push the button for first floor. I start hearing gun shots as I wait for the door close as I see them rushing at me as I fire my UMP at them.
I kill some and injure the rest as the door close as I start heading down. After half way down I hear something snap as I drop a bit. I pullout my crowbar and quickly pry open the opens and crawl the hell out and just in time as the elevator drops and crashes at the bottom.
I go to the stair way and rush down as I hear the PA come alive.
"Attention everypony, this is not a drill, evacuate the building immediately."
Soon I see everyone rush to stairs and elevators as well as I try to move as fast as I can. I rush into a empty room as I let a herd of stampeding ponies pass me. I pant a bit as I search around the room and finding nothing of us as I look out the window. I'm still high up as I see crowds as well as fire trucks, cops, and EMTs.
I sigh a bit as I hear a powerful explosion from the roof top. Maybe I should run like hell out of here. I rush down the stair case and into the lobby as law enforcement and fire fighters rush in. I set my guns down and rise my hands in the air as the cuff me and take me to a cart for a ride to a police station and take everything off me and put me in a cell.
I lay on the bed in silence soon soldiers walk in and move me into a more armored cart as they keep a close eye on me as I see they take my things as well. After a short ride we get on a train cart and as I get surrounded by more soldiers.
After about two hours I see that I'm back in the town I came from. As we get to a stop I get picked up and lead to the castle and into the room with the maps and six chairs as I look around at the ponies and the alicorns. A white alicorn with colorful hair walks up to me.
"Why commit the crimes you committed?"
"They started it first." As I said that she turns the others.
"I just came into this town and they attack me."
The soldiers carried me out of the room as the ponies talk to themselves. After a short time they put me back into the room as each of the ponies apologized to me.
"You are coming with me." The white alicorn told me.
"May I have your name miss?"
"I am Princess Celestia."
"My name is Chance."
"We know" She hands me back my wallet as I pocket it as solders lead me to a chariot as I take a seat.
I sit and wait as Celestia comes out and sits on her chair as we start to fly to the city on the mountain. I stay away from the edges, fearing that I might fall to my death. Soon we land as I get escorted to a dungeon as the guards and other ponies watch me. I get toss into a cell with a no windows, a small toilet, sink, and a pail of hay as I sit and sigh.
"Meal time!" As he said that every cell door opens as I step out and follow the crowed to the mess hall.
I grab a tray and gets some slop and bread and go to take a seat. Soon a big yellow stallion takes a seat next to me. I ignore him as I eat, this slop is not all that bad. Until he tries to take my tray.
"Your food is mine now." I look over at him as he smirks.
I chop his throat and make him go into a coughing fit. I slam his head into the table witch seems to have knocked him out as every stares at me as I go back to eating. Minuets later I get cuffed and drag back to my cell. I lay on my bed there and sigh.
"People are strange when your a stranger."

Sorry for the short chapter everyone.
I study the map to see where and whats are around. It seems to have a little be of everything that I could do but I have something that I should do. I step out of my room and head outside and to training grounds. I walk to the armory as the guards posted there stop me.
"Do you have permission?" One of them ask me.
