The Spread of Corruption - Part 1

It was becoming desperate. Samus' corruption levels were at 95%, the rouge Aurora Unit was ready to finish Samus off. If she made one muck-up, the galaxy would be nothing but a solar system of Phaaze. As one desperate final move, Samus charged her Hyper Beam to it's limits and jumped up using her Space Jump Boots. The AU's head chamber opened, and Samus unleashed her Hyper Beam, as well as 5 Hyper Missiles, into the AU's brain, defeating the Aurora Unit instantly. The organic supercomputer  crumbled away, shriveling up and disappearing into dust. Dark Samus was revealed, crying out in agony as she died. She turned to Samus. "I'll return one day...I..will...AGH!!!!" Dark Samus then exploded, becoming nothing more than dust particles.

The Phazon within Samus began to disappear too. She was finally cured of her corruption. But she couldn't celebrate, the entire planet began to crumble! Samus rushed to her ship, and took off before the planet exploded. She escaped through an inter-dimensional portal, while the Federation fleet escaped through the wormhole the Leviathan ship created. Samus was surrounded by a blinding light for a few seconds before arriving at...a high school?
