The Spread of Corruption - Part 1

Samus sat down with the rest of the girls, who began introducing themselves one by one.

"Hey Samus, I'm Pinkie Pie." said the girl who saw Samus and her Gunship.

"Howdy pardner, I'm Applejack!" said the girl wearing a cowboy hat.

"Um...I'm...Fluttershy" said the girl holding a bunny. Samus took notation of how shy she was.

"I'm Rainbow Dash. Or Miss. Awesome!" said the rainbow-haired one. Samus rolled her eyes, obviously realising how cocky Rainbow Dash was.

"Hello Darling, I am Rarity" said the girl with the clothes rack. Samus was pretty shocked at this.

"I'm Twilight Sparkle, nice to meet you" spoke the girl with glasses. She probably knew a lot.

Finally, the girl with red and yellow hair spoke out. "And I'm Sunset Shimmer."

Samus was deciding which girl she should interact with first. Sunset Shimmer seemed to be the group's leader, so she was the most logical option.

"So...Pinkie said otherworldly things happen here. Can I ask what kind of stuff?"

Sunset looked up at Samus. "Oh you know. Evil sirens causing disharmony throughout the school, all-powerful demons tearing open interdimensional rifts in the sky. The usual. So...what happens with you?" Sunset asked.

Samus looked down "You know...parents killed, saving entire civilisations from my old enemies, blowing up entire planets, having alien DNA infused with my own. That kind of thing."

The others girls' jaws had dropped. They couldn't believe it anymore. Pinkie in particular was quite intriged by Samus' story. She moved next up to her and had a pretty curious look on her face.

"Do you have a spacesuit or something cool? You have a spaceship after all!"

Samus took an annoyed glance at Pinkie. Luckily, she managed to silence her. The other girls all stared at Samus with wide-eyed looks. Samus rolled her eyes and eventually closed them. She focused with the thought of her wearing her Varia Suit and, sure enough, it materialised onto her. The girls around her applauded, and Samus decided to explain the suit.

"This is a Varia Suit. It is genetically attached to me through alien Chozo DNA. It comes on through intense mental concentration. It functions are to allow space and underwater travelling, and I am also able to combat enemies via the rm Cannon on my right arm."

A bell rang, signalling the school to go to their classes. Samus followed Sunset and Twilight, since she had nowhere else to go.
