Another Human Turned into a Pony in Equestria

Agent Sneakhoof had been looking for the four missing ponies for quite some time now.

' How could all of those ponies just go missing like that? From right under my teeth, too. '

He pulled out his paper to double check what ponies he was looking for: Rainbow Dash, Starlight Glimmer, Scootaloo, and Sweetie Belle. No need to ask how fast he had obtained that information so quickly.

"HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!" he heard from below.

The Agent put away his paper and listened for where the sound was coming from. He saw a filly with magical butterfly wings gliding down, horror-struck as she watched a filly falling -

"Oh buck!" he said before diving. He couldn't dive as fast as a certain rainbow pony, but he was a trained professional.

"Flitter!" yelled the yellow filly.

The Agent recognized her from his files. Her name was Applebloom and was closely associated with Flitternet. But that didn't matter right now.

"Aaaaaah!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" yelled Flitternet as she approached the ground, that wouldn't do at all.

Sneakhoof reached into his bag and pulled out one of the mini airbags, he didn't like having to work in the air so quickly. He quickly flung the airbag past Flitternet so it would hit the ground before she did.

CRACK!

The sound of Flitter's bones breaking sounded louder than the Agent would normally expect from things breaking. Flitternet had managed to land on the inflated airbag, but it didn't break her fall completely.

"Flitter!" cried Applebloom as she landed and her wings vanished, "Did you catch her?"

Though Sneakhoof wanted to stay and tell the filly that Flitternet would be fine, he couldn't risk breaking his cover. Instead, he dropped a note and took off into the sky.

"Twilight! Twilight!!!" came a voice from outside the castle.

Twilight looked up to see where the shout was coming from.

"Twilight!!!!!" whoever was calling sounded panicked.

Twilight put down her book and teleported outside.

"Twilight!" it was Applebloom, "I need your help!"

Twilight turned and saw Applebloom pushing Flitternet who was lying on her skateboard.

"What in Equestria?" asked Twilight as she ran up to Flitter.

The filly looked like she had broken her front hooves, sprained her back ones, and had a huge bruise over her right eye. Her left eye was closed and covered in blood. There was also some blood dripping out of her mouth.

"What happened? And where's Starlight? And Scootaloo and Sweetie Belle?" she said in a panic.

Applebloom opened her mouth to speak and fainted.

"So she came back with Flitter an' just fainted?" asked Applejack.

"Yes," said Twilight, "And I can't blame her. Flitter looked like she had taken serious damage, and I don't know where Starlight, Scootaloo or Sweetie Belle are! And I heard that Rainbow Dash is missing, too. All of them were in Cloudstale."

One of the doors in the hospital waiting room opened.

"Applebloom woke up, you can come and see her now."

"Thank you, Nurse Healatha." said Applejack before trotting past her in a hurry to see her sister.

"How's Flitter?" asked Twilight.

"Well," said Nurse Healatha in a sad voice, "she broke her front hooves, fractured her back left hoof, sprained her right back hoof, bruised her right eye, smashed her left eye quite a bit, and knocked out nine teeth along with breaking her jaw."

"Will she be okay?"

"Doctor Silverhay is fixing her up right now. He even managed to get that old poison joke off her back hooves." she said with a slightly happier voice, "If you want to, you can visit Applebloom."

Twilight walked past Nurse Healatha and into the room where Applebloom was. She saw Applejack wiping blood (from Flitternet) off of Applebloom.

"Applebloom, are you alright?" asked Twilight.

"Yeah, I'm fine..." she mumbled.

"I was jus t wondering," said Twilight, trying to mask her panic, "Where are the others?"

"The others?... " mumbled Applebloom.

"Yes, Starlight and Sweetie Belle and Scootaloo, where are they?"

Applebloom suddenly sat straight up, "They're missing! So is Rainbow Dash! We were trying to find you! But I was pushed off the clouds! And I managed to start gliding, but Flitter fell off! And then a pegasus flew by me and saved her from dying, but then he left, so I came to see you, Twilight!"

There was as stunned silence after these words.

"So let me get this straight," said Applejack, "You, Scootaloo, Sweetie Belle, and Flitternet were in Cloudstale. They all went missin' along with Rainbow Dash, and you were goin' to tell Twilight, but couldn't get back on to Ponyville. Then you were shoved off a cloud and some pegasus saved Flitter's life?"

"Yeah..." mumbled Applebloom as she fell asleep.

Twilight and Applejack both went back to the waiting room, where Rarity was waiting.

"Have either of you seen Sweetie Belle?" she asked.

Twilight explained what she knew of the story to Rarity.

"How is Flitter?" she asked.

Before Twilight could respond, the door to the Emergency Care room opened.

"Excuse me," said the Nurse, "But the young pegasus filly keeps saying that she needs to see you Ms. Twilight Sparkle. She woke up just as Doc Silverhay finished fixing her up."

"Oh! Maybe she knows where the others are!" said Twilight, "I'm going to go check on her."

Twilight walked towards a room with a large red cross on it.

"Just make sure you keep your voice low, she's not looking so good and we don't think that loud noises will help her at all."

"Sure thing." said Twilight before entering the Emergency Care room.

Flitter was lying down in a bed. Her hooves were all wrapped in bandages along with having splits on them. Her left eye had a patch over it and her right eye had a cooling spell over it to keep the swelling down. Her jaw was being held in place with a metal contraption. Twilight could see that her teeth were already back in.

"Flitter, are you alright?" whispered Twilight.

"Yeah, I'h ohkah." she mumbled.

"Here," said Twilight, she quickly cast a spell that would allow Flitter to talk, but not move her jaw.

"Thanks, Twilight." she mumbled, "Can you do anything for all my aches?" she joked.

"What happened? We got most of the story from Applebloom, but I wanted to hear what you saw happening."

"Well," mumbled Flitter, a little louder this time, "We had gone to the weather factory..." she slowly and quietly spilled out the story of what had happened. Unlike Applebloom, Flitter had told Twilight what happened in a very calm way.

"Is that all?" asked Twilight.

"Yeah. Did you know that skateboards aren't allowed in the weather factory?"

"What?"

"A pegasus total me that I had to but my skateboard away in a locker while we were in the factory."

"Can I see your skateboard?"

"It's under the bed."

Twilight examined the board to see if there was anything different about it.

"I need to analyze this just in case."

"Kay..." Flitter closed her eye and fell asleep.

It had been four whole days, and Twilight still didn't know the whereabouts of Starlight, Rainbow, Scootaloo, or Sweetie. She had added some protective measures to her other friend's houses. However, the pony that she protected the most was Flitter.

She was released from the hospital in only two days (somehow) with braces on all her legs and an eye patch over her left eye. Twilight had made he stay in the castle with her and applied a cooling spell on her right eye until the swelling went down.

The doctor had managed to "dejoke" her back hooves, but not her front ones. Twilight had given her small skates to wear on her front hooves for the moment, as she was still analyzing her skateboard.

She let Flitter outside to get some fresh air at least twice a day, but with a force field around her every time for safety. She assigned Spike to keeping a watch on her while she wrote letter after letter to the Princesses.

Rarity had been helping out Twilight. She looked very worried every time she came over and looked like she had been losing sleep. Twilight could blame her, as her sister was missing.

On the sixth day after the ponies went missing, Spike and Flitter came running into the library where Rarity and Twilight were.

"Guys! Guys!" yelled Flitter.

"What is it, dearie?" asked Rarity

"We saw a Changeling!" piped up Spike.

"A Changeling?" said Twilight, "That can't be good. I read a book that said Changelings never travel without their leader, where were they?"

The four of them quickly hurried towards the Everfree Forest, where Flitter and Spike had noticed the Changeling.

"Look!" whispered Spike.

It was indeed a Changeling, but it looked different from all the other ones that Twilight and her friends had fought. This one was more of a blue than black, had smaller fangs, and looked much kinder.

Not one for taking risks, Twilight looked around for unfamiliar ponies or Changelings. There were none in sight.

"I don't see any other Changelings..." whispered Twilight.

"What should we do?" asked Rarity.

"Let me think for a minute. What is it Spike?" asked Twilight, because Spike had been pulling on her mane.

Silently, Spike pointed back at the Changeling, whom Flitter was causally approaching.

"Flitter!" whispered Twilight as loud as she could without the Changeling hearing, "Get back here!"

"Excuse me," said Flitter.

The Changeling turned around with a puzzled look.

"I was just wondering who you were." she said calmly.

The Changeling cocked her head, and opened her mouth.

' No! ' thought Twilight, too scared to do anything, ' It's going to bite her and hurt her more! '

"You can talk, right?" asked Flitter.

"Yes, I can talk." the Changeling said is a normal voice, "My name is Crissy. Who might you be little filly?"

"I'm Flitternet, and I just remembered that I'm living in a FanFic."
