A new species of Pegasus has been born. The magic Pegasus are the most powerful race in Equestria. But there is only one left in existance, or is there just one?
A new species of Pegasi has emerged. There are apparently, two left in existance. Sinister Symphonic is part of this species. When ponies are not understanding of this new magic, they bully her by calling her a "witch" she abuses her power only just to teach all this ponies a lesson. And after that…she runs away.
