A short length of time after Eli's funeral, Gordon, Alyx and Barney come across a set of strange creatures who the combine have captured and were experimenting on. The humans attempt to help these poor wretches find their way home, and end up accidentally hurling themselves through an inter-dimensional rift.

Now, the trio has to find their way back soon. Before Equestria befalls the same fate as Earth, with Gordon and a certain princess battling the G-Man and his nefarious plans. Whatever they may be.
