Changlings

Changelings are a race of bug like ponies that feed on the love of others. They are normally in groups called hives, controlled by a Queen. The hives are full of drones, under-queens, and workers. They are hatched by eggs hatched by the queen. The drones go out to collect love by transforming into the pony in which the host is in love with. It is almost impossible to detect who is a changeling. They could be sitting right next to you and you wouldn't be the wiser. Now it should be said that most changelings won't drain you to the point of exhaustion. They will most likely get what they need and go. Although in some cases it has been know for a changeling to drain you so you are week, but that tactic is manly used in battle strategies for invasions. Without love a changeling will parish. They don't need love entirely. They can sustain for some time with other good emotions, but it will only delay their demise unless they find a source of love. It has been recently know to see some changelings within your town. Do not panic. There is probably a wedding or some special occasion happening. They will fill up on love and leave. It is best to leave them alone.

New evidence says that changeling are known to get aggressive when at the point of starvation. Changelings however are aggressive by nature. They are capable of speech and transforming into a number of creatures. They are capable of surviving in almost any climate. Be sure to be careful when there has been a changeling sighting. A good indication of a changeling is in your town is if a changeling is sighted, and shortly after you see somepony new walking around.
