The land of Equestria is never to be the same after the pony race discovers the blood of the grate ones, creatures long forgotten by time, more evolved than the simple pony organisms. The consumption of their blood is a big step for the ponies, making them much stronger and healing any illness. But messing with what they cannot understand is an unforgivable mistake, a mistake they can only hope to erase.
