It was a cold and dark night in the Everfree forest. The silent that the forest give was almost a mock to the rampage and destruction that the beast from a foreign land and the princes of Friendship had the day before. The creatures of the forest are silent for the presence of the bug-like creatures that are wandering around the forest. Dozens of these creatures are skipping throughout the trees looking for something. The only prove of these creatures are in the forest is the green light their eyes produce as they moving in a fast paste and in a silent way. Suddenly the creatures stop as a cricket-like sound was hear. "Squad report"-said one of the creatures, as he stops and a group regroup from different spots in the forest and form a line in front of him. "Nothing to report here sir"- "Nothing here either sir"- "Nothing to report sir" ……….. All the reports weren't too different from each other. "We have to find the anomaly that our queen sends us to find"- replay the half bug half pony that was the leader of the squad- "Did all of you forgot what our queen do when things do not go her way?!!!". Suddenly a voice is heard from behind the group, a voice that brings chills to everyone who hears it. "No, please tell me, what do the Queen do when things don't go her way? Hmmm?"- the voice reply as a larger creature appear from the dark of the forest with his green glowing eyes and a large horn with holes appear from the back of the leader of the squad. "My Queen!"- the creature says as he salutes her Queen. " I am sorry to report that the magic anomaly hasn't yet being found, my Queen". "Well, what are you waiting for, keep looking!!"- she response as her green glow from her eyes glows brighter and her voice becomes more intimidating. "I don't need to repeat to you the fiasco that was the invasion of Canterlot. Do I?" "But I thought that was the queen fault because she underestimates the enemy. Isn't it?"-sad one of the squad. "Shhhh, shut up you idiot"- another say in a quiet but strong voice as the full squad feels a chilling sensation run through their spin triggered by the presence of magic coming from their Queen. As the life of all the squad (especially the one that say that) pass through the eyes of the half bug, half pony creatures, and the green flames of their Queen in the point of her horn become more and more powerful a voice is heard in the dark of the forest. "My Queen we found the source of the magic anomaly"- A voice was heard as another creature is running from between the forest's trees. The Queen with a smile as big as her mouth can make that let show her big and sharp fangs order the minion to show where was it. And with a move of her hoof, from the darkest part of the forest, started to appear what it seems hundreds of green glowing eyes and as she starts moving forwards those green eyes start following her. In an Unknown Forest in a foreign land A sudden earthquake was happening in the forest, all the mysterious creatures in there were growling, squeaking and barking as these occur. The earthquake last just a few minutes but it wasn't long enough as one of the residents in their notice nothing unusual about it. But the expression on her face change as the earthquake ends and she come outside of her treehouse living in a desk a potion brew that she was working on and go outside in the forest looking for something. "What was that, I feel some strange magic"- the old women say to anyone in particular. As she walks into the direction of that strange magic, the magic in question disappears living an only the sounds of the forest. "That is estranged"- the old woman say as she walks back into the treehouse. "Maa…, it must be the work of a Mage who is in the forest, that's why I hate humans, disrupting the peace of the forest"- she says angrily as she keeps working in her brew. The Everfree forest "But wh…, why now?" the queen asks to herself as she stood in front of a big crystal tree in the middle of the forest with a smile on her face that was a mixture of happiness and uncertainty. "My Queen, there is no doubt about it, the anomaly is coming from this tree"- one of the minions say as the point of his horn glow with a green light.  "the anomaly is coming specifically from the hole in the ground that was in front of the tree and from where you are standing up". With the Queen's eyes never living sight of the branches of the tree she says: "Attention all, I want everypony to look for any abnormality in the land in the surroundings I want everypony to star looking NOW!!"-  and with that said every creature spread start exploring the area. "Finally after all this time the elements are back where there were created"- the queen say as she smiles and walks back like she was expecting something to happen to the tree. And as an act of premonition, the crystal tree starts to glow with rainbow colors as something like flames starts emanating from where the elements are. These flames were spreading from each of the branches the elements are held, all of them except for the element of magic in the middle of the tree. it was instead growing larger and larger. All the flames of the elements were of different colors, seven elements seven different colors of flames, and as the different flames spread fusing them in the center of the purple element. "HAhahaha!!!"- the Queen laugh with an echo that was spreading all over the forest. "yes finally after all these years I finally see it again, and these time will be mine to use ha ha haha"-  she replied as the flames in the tree stop spreading and start concentrated in the center of the purple element forming a bright rainbow fire and becoming smaller and smaller. Is then that these flame spread through the point of a branch of the tree and concentrating in there. The eyes of the Queen, as well as some others who were supposing to search the area but were attracted by the light of the flames, were looking surprisingly into the flame as they start crystallizing in the point forming what it looks like a seed. This seed starts glowing with a with light and starts radiating strong harmony magic and falling to the ground. "It looks like is time to look for a new home my subjects"- she smiles while she walks towards the crystal seed and as soon as her hoofs touch the seed, it stops glowing and the magic it was radiating stops. "My Queen, we found something"- one of the minions say from behind her. "Hoo, and what do you find exactly?"-  she says as she keeps looking the seed in their hoofs with a smile on her face and examines it. "Well we.. we found a tunnel underground, it looks like it was recently made " – the minion answer. "And what we found in there is some sort of portal with a rather unusual magic coming from it". "Perfect, it looks like we found the door to our new home". x3 //-------------------------------------------------------// Chapter 2 - Dusty Books //-------------------------------------------------------// Chapter 2 - Dusty Books ***Magnolia: these city has a population of 60,000 and is a merchant city. It is located in the center of the southeastern part of        Fiore and with a railroad that connects to the adjacent towns including Clover town Hargeon between others. It is located next        to the sea; this sea is the major responsible for the merchant ways of the city. Through the east of the city is located a forest        that covers 600 squares miles. Since the ancient times, it has been prosperous in magic and these is reflected by the fact that        is the house of one of the strongest Mages Guilds, fai….*** "Twi, are you in there?"- a voice can be heard interrupting the purple alicorn from her reading. "Yes, I am her Applejack, I am in the library"- Twilight reply as she closes the old and dusty book in her hoofs and put it next to a tower of old books that are standing in a stock like a Jenga tower. "Seriously Twi I don't rightly know how you walk around her, there is a lot of halls and doors in these place" – Applejack says as her echo is heard through the door of the library. -"Where are you?" With a giggle, Twilight get up and walk towards the door and open it with her magic, "I am right here girls, the library is these ways"- she says lifting her hoof as she sees not only Applejack but Pinkie and Rainbow with her. "Good morning Twilight, what're you doing?"- the Pink pony asks meanwhile the tree ponies that were in the hall enter the library with their eyes wide as they see the pile of books that are on the floor. Pinkie curious of the books she goes and graves one of them and see how it disintegrated into dust between her own hoofs. -"Organizing again?"- the Pink pony says with an 'O' that her mouth make as she see with curious eyes into the pile of dust the book left. "Twilight, it has been almost 3 months since you move to the castle, are you still moving all the books Princes Celestia sent to you? - Rainbow asks. "Not exactly, I had already organized most the books she first sends but she keeps send it me more books, these time there are really old books or that it seams but I get distracted reading some of them. I am surely glad that the castle is big enough to hold all these." -"Anyway, what are you doing here girls? is there something you need?" "Twi, do you know what day it is? - answer Applejack to the alicorn. "Hoo,, is the… 3rd week after the first day of Summer? - Twilight response with a small smile on her face and with a tune of insecure in her voice. "Ha, nice try but no, Twi it has being a week since we ‘all see ya. We are here to make sure you're ok sugarcube. You haven't let the castle haven't ya?"- say Applejack. "I keep telling her that but every time I say something she keeps telling that only one more book and she stop but she never stops." - "Hello Spike" – the tree ponies greeting the purple dragon that just enter the library with a basket full of cucumber sandwiches. - "Twilight here is lunch"- Spike say as he puts the basket of sandwiches at a table next to Twilight. "Thanks Spike, girls do you want to lunch with me?" "O please say yes, she hasn't eaten well since Celestia sends her those books, she barely eats, she just keeps reading those old books. Maybe with you in here she can eat something"- Spike reply to the tree ponies with a look of worry in his eyes. "Come on Spike, don't be so worry. He is exaggerating, I am not that into these books, am I?"- Twilight says to Spike that has a face that can read ‘really?' all over it. -"Ok ok, I promise I will stop" "Thanks, So I am going to bring tea for four, right?" - Spike stops as he looks to the friends of the purple pony. "Ok, if you insist that much we will stay, i had a rough day is better if we stay with you, right girls?" - the Orange pony asks as she looks at her other two friends. "Yepa no problemou, I haven't eaten anything in all day"-the pink pony says as she grabs a sandwich and put it in her mouth. "Yea, I have nothing better to do anyway" – Rainbow says make Spike go for the tea.  "So what is that you keep in you in those books, I mean, I know you are an egghead and all but for Spike to worry like that, and he knows you his whole life, it must be something important"- Rainbow say as she grabs a sandwich. "No, is not that important is just these old books are really fascinating, they seem to be from different parts of the world beyond what Equestria knows. Some of them describe parts of land I never imagine could exist, underwater cities, cities made out of gold, cities in the sky that is not Cloudsdale made of highly advanced technology instead of magic. There is some land that has a kingdom made completely out of candy even their people, can you imagine"- that make the Pink earth pony to take out her tong out his mouth dropping saying - "Ohhh yea I do overtime I go to bed and dream. Mmmmmm caaaandyyy". "Ice and fire kingdoms, and not only that, other books describe some magic schools that say that are the most famous but I never heard of them. If I remember correctly one of them call Hugarts, Houhurts, or something like that. Mytical beasts that I never seeing before. Magic objects that can do unimaginable things. Magic spells that I can't comprehend, able to control fire, ice, thunder, etc. so many kinds of books I just…..." "Take it easy sugarcube, don't forget to breath"- Applejack says to Twilight whose excitement make her voice have lower and lower pitch as she continues with her explanation. "jes, Twilight take it easy, for me all that sound like fiction, I mean a city in the sky that isn't Claudsdale, underwater cities, fire kingdoms"- "Don't forget the candy kingdom!!   Imagine all that candyyyyyy"- Pinkie reply with a smile in her face to the rainbow mane pony. "That's what I thought first, but these books are very precise. They have a lot of information about the land, the population, the culture, the fauna, the flora, etc. it just is too much to be just a fiction."- Twilight say. As Twilight keeps talking all the other ponies keep taking the sandwiches and eat them. Spike enter the room with the tea and proceeds to serve each pony a teacup. "All these books look old too, are you sure they aren't just old tale's ponies tell to fillies to go to sleep" - Applejack say as she takes a sip to the tea. "No I am pretty sure, and the strange part of these books is that they were transported by accident"- "What you mean?" – Rainbow replay. "Well, Princes Celestia says that these books are here as a product of the failures of long distance teletransportation spells that her students had made throughout the years. But since this day, she can figure out who, where or even when these books were written"- Twilight say. "What you mean when, it clearly has like a thousand years, you just have to look at them to see that"-Rainbow say meanwhile Pinkie try again to read the books but fail as the books keep disintegrating in her hoofs. "Upsy,sorry Twilight" Pinkie say with a smile. "Don't worry Pinkie, if the book becomes dust just by touching it, it can be read it in the first place. "The books I read were the ones that are in a better state. I don't even know how some of them survive all the way from Canterlot to here, but I guess that explain all the dust the bucks have"- twilight reply as she took one of the books and become dust in the air make everypony to caught a little bit. "And these books aren't necessary that old. It appears that the looks of old in these books are made artificially, probably a side effect of the failure spells they were used to bring them. Look"- Twilight say as she opens one of the books she was reading in one of the pages where there was a line in between, on one side of that page looks new, like it was just printed out that same day in contrast to the other side that was darker and wrinkled with a look that it has seen better days. She keeps glance over the books showing the old and new mixture that the look of the pages of the book has. - "The books even have some parts of the text all distorted, because of that I can't really be sure a 100% all I say to you is what it says in the books, is all guesses I made based on the context I can read." "Hold on a second, you're saying that those fancy spells can actually bring unwanted things, like living ponies, it ain't a little bit dangerous? - Applejack ask. "No not at all, the spells are made to just transport not living things, it is totally safe for any pony or any breathing being" "So the spells just teleport books, I guess egghead will be always eggheads" – Rainbow say. "Of course not" – Twilight replay rolling her eyes. "The Books the princes send me are only the books that were brought here by accident, there were other things like rocks, gems, chairs, tables, pens, furniture and more. "Yea is it that great, the Princess even send me these gems that were sent by accident too, they are delicious" – Spike says as he graves one sandwich and opens it to put a green gem in there and proceed to take a bite out of it. "I bet Rarity will love some of these gems". "So where are Rarity and Fluttershy? - Spike asks. "O yea, where are they, they aren't with you? - Twilight asks. "Rarity say that she need to finish an order and Fluttershy go to a trip to see the migration of birds o something but that was a week ago so she shouldn't take long to come back "- Rainbow replay As soon as rainbow says that and she takes a sip to her tea Mayor Mare enters running through   the halls. "Princes Twilight!!!, We need assistant one of the creatures from the Everfree forest is attacking Ponyville and the guards can't do anything to stop it, please help us!! "A creature? o yea, that's what I was waiting for" - Rainbow say as she fly trough the air ready for combat. "And what creature is? A Manticore? A Bugbear? Or is the hydra? - Rainbow say with excitement in her voice. "No, not at all, it is a Gorilla! – Mayor Mare says "A Gorilla? - Rainbow reply with a look of confusion on her face."What is a gorilla doing in the forest?. "Wo maybe it is just looking for a banana, do you try to give him a banana, I have banana cream pie if you want to" – Pinkie says as she pulls a pie out of her mane. "No I don't think so; it keeps saying that he wants pretty women? Or where are the pretty women? or something like that." "Hold on, the Ape can talk?" – Applejack asks with confusion on her face. "Oh great, and were is our animal expert when we need it?" – Rainbow replay. "No time for that, let's go, girls," - Twilight says as the four ponies run through the castle door. Living Spike alone as he eats the sandwich he has in his claws and eat it in a bite. "I hope Rarity is fine" – Spike say as he runs through the castle door too. //-------------------------------------------------------// Chapter 3 - The beast king //-------------------------------------------------------// Chapter 3 - The beast king The four ponies and the baby dragon run as fast as they could until they saw what they were looking for. They see a giant creature in front of the Sugarcube Corner, this creature has the height of the building and blue fur. "You think it's him?" – Pinkie pie says. "Seriously Pinkie? do you see any other creature crashing Ponyville?" - Rainbow say as she points with her front hoofs. "But didn't Major Mare say that it was a giant gorilla? - "yea, and a big blue one for that matter"-  Rainbow answer to the pink pony. "but look it have a tail" . "That's right, it's weird" - Twilight say as she expects with more detail at the creature. The creature is what it looks like a lost link between a monkey and an ape. It has big muscle, big torso with the big large hands characteristic of an ape but in the lower part of its body was clearly of a monkey. It has a short tale y and tiny little legs and feet in comparison to its hole body. It seems to defy the laws of physics how that little legs can carry that huge upper body. It has a blue fur with little with spots over his arms.it also have elongated chins, prolonged pointy ears and pointed head with a little of yellow fur with a pattern that resembles a crown on it. "Ho boy, that's a big monkey" - Spike say nervously. "We don't need to know what it is. We only need to take him back to the Everfree forest. you'll not see what disaster have it made already" – Applejack say as the other ponies as they watch in the surroundings how some houses were without their roofs were others were simply a pile of wood and cement as well some trees and sculptures knot off. "We don't know if this creature is dangerous, it may be just lost and don't know what to do. We just can't assume that every big and unknown creature that cross Ponyville is dang.………" - Twilight was suddenly interrupted by the sound of the roof of the Sugarcube Corner being rise from the rest of the house and the yelling of ponies that were inside it. The huge gorilla-like creature lifts it with one hand and uses the other to reach the inside of the establishment graving Mrs. Cake in one of her hand. Pinkie gasp as she runs towards the big creature. "Take your stinking paws off the Cakes, you dirty overgrown ape!!!" – Pinkie says as she runs towards the creature with fire in her eyes. "Pinkie, wait up!!" – Twilight scream trying to stop Pinkie but with no results. "NOT WOMEN, WHERE ARE PRETTY WOMEN!!!" - the creature yells with a loud sound that shakes the ground. Is then that the creature throws the mare in its grab to the air almost crashing into a nearby house Mrs. Cake!!!!" – Pinkie screams as she runs back. Is then that a purple aura surrounds the mare holding her in midair stopping her crashing into the house and slowly carry her were the four ponies and the dragon was. "Thank you Princes Twilight" – The mare says to the lavender pony. "Don't worry Mrs. Cake, and you can just call me Twilight, you know"- The princes say to the mare making her have a small smile on her face.  "Ho no, my babies!! my husband, they are still in the house!!!". "Don't worry, Pinkie, Rainbow help the Cakes and anypony steal in the building, Applejack and I will try to get its attention so you two can help them" Twilight say to the other ponies as she free Mrs. Cake from her magic grab. "Come on Applejack!" "Right behind ya Twilight" – The orange pony says. "Roger that, let's go Pinkie" – the Prismatic pony says to the pink pony. "And what about me Twilight? – Spike say. "Is too dangerous for you Spike, help Mrs. Cake to go to a safe place. – "but, but" – "no buts, you are too young, just go" Twilight replay raising her voice. Spike with a look of disappointing does what Twilight told him to do helping in Mrs. Cake standing up as it seems that she twists one hoof and she has troubles walking. The four ponies divided in its own team run towards the creature. Pinkie and Rainbow go behind the house trying to not being noticed by the creature, steal hearing screams and crying from inside of what is left of Sugarcube corner. Applejack and twilight try as hard to make them see them. Yelling at it and throwing apples at its face. These seem to upset the creature as he throws the roof from the building stiil in its hand throws the air and making a tantrum. "Look up for the roof, Twi!" Applejack told to the princess as the big piece of roof was close to crushing her. But as soon as Applejack Alerts Twilight, a magic bubble surrounds the pony make it bounce back into the air sending it behind her. "MAA, LET ME ALONE, YOU HORSES!!!!" – the creature yields as its rise his hands and feet up and down make it look like a baby when told him he can do something he wants. "Applejack we need to bring him to the forest were he can't let it destroy anything else," Twilight say. "Right on that" – The earth pony reply with a look of confidence in her face as she takes out her lasso and begins to swirl around with his tale. "He can escape the strength of a hard-working earth pony" Is then that she throws her lasso on one of the creature arms trying to stop its movement but with no results as it slowly pulls back the rope with one arm. "What in tarnation?" – "Applejack! Let me help you!" – "Don't worry I got these you take care of her other hand" Applejack reply to the Princes. "Are you sure?" – "yes, just make sure it doesn't use its other arm" Doing as she was told, Twilight's horn light ups as a purple aura try to surround the other creature arms but with no results. "but what??" – Twilight told to herself as she tries harder to use her magic with no results. And as she looks at the creature's arm again, she sees how these creature pulls Applejack close enough to itself, raising his arm making a fist with his hand. "Applejack watch out!!!" – Twilight screams at her but with no result as Applejack didn't seem to hear and continue to struggle with his teeth in the rope. "Applejack!!!!!" – Twilight continues to scream as she continues harder and harder to grab with his magic the giant hand of the creature. But it is in vain as it's fist moves fast into Applejack direction. From the side of her eye, she sees a white spot running fast towards Applejack. With a flash, the fast arm of the creature creates a strong wind pulling dust into the air. As the air clears up, she sees Rarity next to Applejack on the floor. "Hoo, thanks, Celestia" – Twilight replay. "Darling, seriously you have to look your surroundings. You make me running and sweating and make myself dirty. And I don't like it" – Rarity told to the earth pony that she have in between her hoofs. Blushing, Applejack free herself from the grab of the white mare and stand up. "Thank you, but I had it" – The pride earth pony says. "I really wish you do, Applejack. I hate to come here running because your stubbornness. you know? I mean, what were you thinking, that monkey destroy my boutique with that piece of roof, isn't it? " - The white unicorn say with a frown on her face as twilight runs  towards them. What Rarity was saying makes the princess of friendship to think back what she has done a few minutes ago. "Yes sure the monkey did it, hehe" – she says with a nervous smile. "What happen there Twi? why didn't you use your magic?-  "Sorry, for some reason I couldn't grave his arm with my magic. Something is weird with the ape. – Twilight respond to the earth pony. "You couldn't? But I have seen you lifting an Ursa minor with your magic before, and that's when you weren't a princess." – Applejack respond. "Don't matter. That monkey will pay for what it did to my house and myyy work. You know, I was working in a hard order from a noble family from Canterlot but that… that thing ruins it when half of my house and my boutique were destroyed and with that the work I have done. Do you know how much it is going to cost me to do all over again!!!!" – the marshmallow mare looks directly at the creature in front of them who look really upset. "DUMB HORSE, YOU PAY FOR THIS. WERE ARE PRETTY WOMAN, DON'T HIDE THEM FROM ME!!!!! - The creature says as it jumps at the ponies that were still discussing for trivial things and joining their hands to make a big attack with them. "Girls look out!" - Twilight say as she forms a big bubble around her and her friends shielding them from the attack from the beast. But that didn't stop the attacking but make the beast mad as it keeps attacking the bubble. "But how strong is he?" = Twilight say to her friends who were behind her. "He isn't using any kind of magic?" – Rarity says with surprise at her friend. -" No, but it steals make pressure at the magic bubble. If he keeps attacking like that, I don't think the shield will…." – She was interrupted as a big ‘crack' can be heard as the pounds from the attacks of the beast were echoing through the inside of the shield. That's when pinkie appears in the air being carrying by Rainbow Dash having in her hoofs pies and cakes. "Here monkey, monkey, monkey, do you want banana cream pie?" – Pinkie says as both her and Rainbow throws the sweet treats into the creature eyes blind in them and make it stop from its attacks. "Girls are you all right?" - Pinkie asks the tree ponies in the ground. "Yes, we are all right. Thank you Pinkie, Rainbow" -  the unicorn tells to her friends. "Twilight what are you doing? And you were the one who defeat Tirek? Why haven't you use your magic to blast it away? – the prismatic Pegasus ask as she lands to the alicorn who was on the ground breathing heavily trying to recover for the amount of magic she uses in the shield, "Because …. (huff , huff) I don't have that kind of magic… any… more…(huff)" – Twilight answer recovering her energy. "Besides, I don't want to kill him…. It is strong but it had no magic, no protection against my attacks.  we just need to send it back to the forest, that's it." "Wait!!! It has no magic? you mean that that thing brakes your magic shield with pure brutal force?" _ Rainbow replays. "That's why I have to deal with him, I am the strong of the team after all" – "ha in your dreams" – Rainbow replays to the orange pony. "I am the strongest". "Rainbow may be you are the fastest of all of us, but I am the strongest" – Applejack say with a little tone of anger in her voice as surprise of everypony. "Applejack, what's wrong darling, are you ok?"- Rarity says but Apple didn't have time to response as Pinkie screams alert them all that the beast has clean his eyes already and he wasn't happy at all. With a big scream, the beast was running towards them at a high speed. "Girls we don't have time, we have its attention now. We need to run away from the town at least to the Everfree forest." – Twilight say as the five ponies run having the beast behind them. As Twilight expected, the creature was following them and they reach near the forest. there is when the creature stops, breathing heavily. "He is tired out, that is our chance" – Twilight say make every pony get ready for battle. Applejack was the first to act as she grabs his lasso and try to pull the creature to the forest. Rainbow was next as she flies around the beast distracting it and making it daze. Pinkie was only throwing pies and cupcakes at it, meanwhile, Rarity and Twilight try to grab his tiny feet to knock it down. "Ha, you aren't that strong ah monkey" Rainbow say catching the attention of the beast and making him angry. The creature having enough breaks free from the magic grasp from his feet standing in a more stable position. Is then that Twilight notice that the ears of the creature bend inside. "Girls, the Ape is going to do something watch out!!!" - but it was too late for Twilights warning for the prismatic mare as the creature do a big clap with his hand next to her. The force of the clap was so strong that not only break the windows of Fluttershy's house that was near them, but probably from the entire town that was in a very decent distance. Some birds that were flying near the creature were falling down after that. Lucky for the four ponies that were far enough to protect themselves, but not so much for the flying Pegasus that was the closest to the sound explosion of that clap. Everypony were confused and with her ears ringing, but even with that, they can hear the sound of something falling from in front of the creature. The creature with a big smile on his face sees how Rainbow fall into the ground. "Rainbow!!!!!" – Applejack was the first one to react running towards her follow by Twilight.
