I originally rated this everyone for lack of sex or gore. However, there is some implied or non-graphically described violence. I would rate this one at least 10+. It also concerns suicide, as suggested in the title. This contains a lot of OCs, so if you have an issue with that, then don't read. This is also something of a sadfic, with some depressing scenes.
