My Little Pony Friendship Is Magic Cosmic Flare Comes Too Ponyville

Cosmic Flare: so this is Ponyville huh ok first things first I need to go too the town hall and buy a house so let's see I have three million bits I should be able to get a fair sized two bedroom um excuse me could you point me in the direction of the town hall?

???: of course just turn down that street and turn left so I take it you're new in town I'm Twilight Sparkle what's your name?

Cosmic Flare: nice to meet you Twilight I'm Cosmic Flare I'm just heading to the town hall to buy a house want to come with Me?

Twilight: nice to meet you Cosmic sure I'll come to town hall with you I need to the mare anyway so what made you decide to move too Ponyville?

Cosmic Flare: well things were not going to good for me back in fillydelphia so when I seen the add for Ponyville said that Ponyville was the place to be for ponies that liked making friends I saved up and moved here now I just need to buy a house and furniture.

Twilight: well here We are the Ponyville town hall will you be alright if I go and see the mare?

Cosmic Flare: sure Twilight if I don't see you before I leave how about We meet up in town square tomorrow and We could go and get some tea?

Twilight: ok sure that sounds nice well bye Cosmic it was nice meeting you.

Cosmic Flare: it was nice to meet you too bye Twilight see you tomorrow around 12:30PM if that's ok?

Twilight: that's fine bye.
