Fluttershy tried to follow her friends the best she could, but the crowd was too dense, and she quickly found herself alone. The circus wasn't the worst place to be alone, in fact some would say being by yourself was the way to go, but the timid pegasus begged to differ. Everywhere she looked all she saw were crowds, and her introverted side began to cry out.
Too. Many. Ponies!
She flew up out of the sea of ponies, looking through it for her friends. But it was fruitless. It was just not possible for her to pick out her friends from the crowd.
Sighing, she landed back down. Maybe they would be at the closest attraction, waiting for her to catch up. It was her best bet, so she looked around for whatever was nearby. Spotting the House of Mirrors not to far away, she made her way over to it.
"Excuse me. Sorry. Pardon,"
It took about a minute, but she eventually reached her destination. She found it odd that nopony was lined up, but she still walked up to the entrance, where a red pegasus dressed in a red and white striped shirt leaned against the tent wall, snoring. Fluttershy quietly walked passed him, and inside the funhouse.
At first, it seemed like an ordinary House of Mirrors, but quickly the mare realized what she just got herself into. It became apparent that she was lost when she repeatedly kept running into dead ends quite literally. The only reason she knew that she was going in circles was because her face had smudged the mirrors she had smacked into.
"What kind of attraction is this? The mirrors don't even change how you look,"
It was becoming really monotonous, wandering the maze. Fluttershy was thankful this place wasn't crowded like outside, but was really wishing to exit the funhouse now. Her eyes grew sore, and she let out a yawn. She began to doze off, her eyes closing but her legs kept moving. Maybe a quick rest will-.
Thud!
She awoke the moment her head cracked against yet another mirror. She rubbed her forehead, opening her eyes once more. The mirror before her was like any other, but this one had a redwood frame around it. Cut into the frame was a sentence, but it made no sense to Fluttershy.
"fles eurt ruoy nopu ezaG?" The letters appeared random, but the capitalization gave Fluttershy a clue. She turned around to face the mirror behind, reading the sentence backwards. It formed a sentence now, though it still confused her.
Then she recalled something. She was walking when she hit the mirror, but where is the hallway? In fact, Fluttershy realized with horror that there were no exits at all! She was trapped, the four walls, floor, and ceiling all mirrors.
She panicked, "Hello?" She pushed against the four mirrors, to no avail. Everywhere she looked was her own face, reflected exactly the same. Except for one.
The framed mirror reflected something different. Well, it wasn't really reflected, the doppleganger Fluttershy was moving on her own. The real pegasus stood still, but the fake one moved closer towards the frame. Once she was close enough, Mirror Fluttershy pressed her hoof against the mirror, and a pink gas leaked out from behind it.
Fluttershy backed away from the gas, but it quickly filled the small space. She could easily breath through it, but her body started to tingle. Suddenly, her frame felt heavier, and then got even heavier and heavier. The gas was still too thick to see through, but Fluttershy knew just what was happening. She was swelling up!
Feeling her belly push her legs outwards was weird, but feeling her rump press against the cold mirror behind her and push her forward was just plain awkward! Fluttershy felt her face push against the opposite mirror, realizing she was almost out of room to grow. Her belly now touch the floor and rested there comfortably, creating what the pegasus could only describe as a permanent beanbag.
Her chest pressed against her chin, but she had no more room to grow, so she watched fearfully in her reflection as the yellow mass that was her crept up, engulfing her head slowly but surely like quicksand. Her legs pushed uselessly against the cold walls, but the warm plush covered them up too. What shocked her the most was the fact she could now feel her backside touching the roof! And this wasn't a low hanging ceiling by any means.
Fluttershy saw yellow everywhere now as her head was completely gone, the only thing remaining outside was the tip of her pink mane. It was physically impossible for her to move, and all she could say were inaudible whines. She felt her body squish against every wall completely, she had finally filled the entire room. She felt no more tingles, so she assumed that meant it stopped. She was glad it stopped before she burst!
But before Fluttershy could worry anymore, she felt the walls disappear. She gasped for fresh air as her head was freed, and her limbs touched the floor once more, even if they only barely touched. She was still within the House of Mirrors, so she used her surroundings to get a good look over herself.
Her body had yet to settle from its sudden freedom, still wobbling and jiggling all over. Fluttershy's rump and back rose up higher than her head, doubling her height. Her head itself was only halfway visible since her cheeks were the size of watermelons, and her neck was swollen up enough to engulf her head up to bottom lip.
She wasn't sure how wide she was, but was confident she was at least 30 feet from left to right. From her head to the back of her rear she must have been 20 feet, and she realized she must weigh around two tons!
Fluttershy let her head fall onto her chest, wishing she was back home under her soft blanket, and this was all just a dream. But an idea came to her head, one she just couldn't shake. So the pegasus closed her eyes, imagining herself lying in bed, the warmth of her blanket simulated by her layers of fat. She took a moment to breathe, taking in how soft she was, rubbing her sensitive skin and then smacking it, feeling it wiggle and tickle. She opened her eyes. In those few moments it came to her just how good it feels to be large.
She raised her hoof, then pressed it into her gut. It sunk in all the way up to her kneecaps, and she pressed her him deep into her thick neck. It felt like when she was a filly, when she snuggled up against her pillows an stuffed animals to go to bed. Her breathing steadily became louder and more frequent, until the mare admitted to herself the only thing she thought of.
"Ooh, This feels good! Really good!"
And she continued to play with her new found pride, not caring that she was alone and immobilized. Somebody would be around sooner or later. But for now, she was only thinking about the present.
