Twilight Sparkle's greasy secret.
Rainbow Dash beats her wings hard as she rushed towards the home of Twilight Sparkle, whom had informed her that the new Daring Doo book, “Daring Doo and the mechanist’s ire” was in the library stock reserved for her. As Rainbow Dash neared her target she reared up and flapped her wings backwards into the landing before hitting the ground, skidding to a complete stop just outside the Golden Oaks library’s door.
Rainbow Dash pushed open the door to the library home of the her unicorn friend, walking in she looked around. Twilight and Spike were nowhere to be found, however on the side table, across the room sat the new Daring Doo book. Rainbow Dash’s face lit up with a large smile forming on it. She rushed past the horse statue head knocking it hard enough to topple it over, but Instead of it crashing down to the floor, a slightly loud grinding gear sound could be heard as the ground shook opening up the floor below her hoofs, Dash didn’t have time to wonder what the noise was as a corkscrew staircase leading down finished opening up causing her to fall, as she fell down them Rainbow yelped before crying out in pain.
“Ow..Oww Oww…” Rainbow Dash repeated as she landed and bounced off the stairs. as Rainbow travelled down them she noticed that the walls had lights equidistant from each other. It took a good ten minutes before she hit solid ground with an “ohff! Gah by Celestia’s sexy plot that hurt!” Rainbow Dash grumbled getting to her hooves. She shook herself like a dog to remove the dust and dirt from her coat as she finished getting up she noticed that she was in a tunnel, shrugging she followed it still grumbling as her body ached with each step I hope I don't have to go to the hospital because of that fall. she thought to herself, despite her curiosity she remained cautious.
When Rainbow Dash had reached the end of the tunnel, she was shocked at what she saw. She had found a huge metal plated room filled with gangways and catwalks crisscrossing and hanging from the ceiling and some stairs leading down to a small shack with a light on. Despite the enormity of the room and the engineering feat it represented, it was beaten by the almost complete airship that had no balloon, that would have slowed it down normally. Why the buck is their an airship drydock underneath Twilight's house? Rainbow wondered as she took in the behemoth before her.
The airship was long and sleek, the top deck was covered by a canvas shade, railing trailed the edge of the deck. Along the sides were many gunports on both sides of the ship, The bow was curved back into the shape of an arrow along the lower half of the ship hull were two large ring framed propellers that were positioned horizontally at either side of the airship. At the aft another pair of large propellers were set into its two large wings parallel to the front pair. Also along each of the wings were two large cigar looking things jutting out the rear. On the bow and the stern there were two large windows conforming to the contours of the end they were on, Rainbow Dash had a clear view of the stern window from her position, behind and to the right of the enormous machine. Rainbow looked in the window it looked like a large ornate room with an alicorn sized double bed and a desk off to the left side of the room, which was covered in blueprints. The hull was painted midnight blue with silver curved embellishments along the hull.
Rainbow Dash followed the gangway surrounding the airship, it took another twenty minutes to reach the bow from the stern. She noted that there were parts of the hull that were unfinished which let her see into the interior of the ship, which was just as ornate as the room she looked at the stern of the ship, it was made of what looked like polished mahogany.
As she reached the bow she had notice that from top to bottom it had four pairs of headlights and two spotlights hanging underneath it. As she looked at it she noted panels floating in a lavender glow and the sound of welding. As she rounded the corner and saw Twilight Sparkle the Lavender unicorn mare was spot welding the panels of the airship, She was wearing a welding shield and a wearing overalls. She was humming to herself and happily shaking her plot about totally immersed in her work that she didn't notice Rainbow Dash. From what Rainbow could tell she was also covered in oil, dust and soot.
“Twilight, what in Tartarus is this!” Rainbow Dash shouted causing Twilight to yelp and scramble to turn off the welding torch, before it could cause any permanent damage. Once she did she turned and lifted her welding shield to see who had interrupted her work on her foal. As she noticed who it was her face paled.
“Rainbow Dash!? No!!! Don’t look at me, please I am unclean! You girls weren’t supposed to know!” Twilight wailed as she covered her face with her forehooves.
“Hey Twilight what’s the matter did you misalign an armor plate again?” Spike said with little concern, before he turned to Rainbow Dash whose jaw had now dropped.
“Oh hi Rainbow Dash.” Spike greeted cheerfully. "Twilight I told you that horse head was not a good idea for a secret switch, that never works in the comics. Perhaps now you'll listen to me now." Spike snarked.
“I-I can explain Rainbow Dash, this isn’t what it looks like. I’m not a gear-head I swear!” Twilight tried to explain.
“Twilight, That is…. I wouldn’t show up like that round Rarity’s she’d flip her mane and foalnap you and take you to be all frilly froo froo at the spa.” Rainbow replied offhoofedly.
“Wait you’re not mad? You don’t want to stop being my friend cause i'm into something so coltish?” Twilight asked haltingly.
“What? Nah Twi, I ain’t gonna stop being your friend cause you built this awesome monstrosity of an airship. Say is this your first one? You know I never pictured you as a grease monkey.”Rainbow asked.
“Well you know the EAS Phoenix and Harmony?” Twilight replied with her own question.
“Ah yeah, think so they’re the Equestrian Airship Squadron flagships. Created by Harmony Airship Works. Why do ask?” Rainbow Dash asked.
Twilight waited for Rainbow Dash to catch the subtext of the company name, before sighing after it became obvious that she wasn’t.
“Well they’re mine, designed and built by me and donated from my company Harmony Airship Works to the Princess.” Twilight said beaming with joy.
“Wait what!? Why would you donate them to Celestia? Better yet how come we never noticed?” Rainbow Dash exclaimed “ And also wouldn’t they just rot Celestia never goes to war anymore!” Rainbow dash added.
Twilight ducked her head and sheepishly rubbing the back of her neck. “Well I don’t really participate in the running of my company I leave a lot of the administration to employees. I just design, build the airships and own and provide the finance. We’ve had a lot of high end customers, including fancy pants and the military. Not to mention our civilian models which practically everypony is buying.” beamed with pride.
“As for why I gave them to Celestia? Why wouldn’t I give my marefriend presents? She really loves warships and has long lamented that she no longer needs them.” Twilight said while giggling to herself imagining one of Celestia’s rants. Meanwhile missing the moment Rainbow Dash’s world crashed around her.
”Celestia’s your Marefriend!?” Rainbow Dash exclaimed again.
“Oh yeah she’s so cute and adorable, really submissive actually. All that power had her so weary that she loves that I take charge.” Twilight said giggling to herself as she returned to working on the airship.
“It’s hilarious that everypony is scared of her, she acts so much like a lion at times around the nobles. When really she’s just this cute little playful kitten who wants play but all her toys break because she’s too rough with them. ” Twilight said absently.
“But she really does miss the adventuring warrior lifestyle much like her sister.”
“Wait kitten?” Rainbow locked onto that one phrase and frowned as she tried to imagine Celestia like a kitten. The imagery causing her to blush. Shaking her head she turned back to the airship.
"But Twilight you just admitted to dating the Princess, and weren't you just freaking out?" Rainbow questioned
Twilight froze and considered the question "To be honest Rainbow, that wasn't much of a secret. If you had been paying attention to us and how we acted with each other, I mean all the nuzzles and hugs. Short of actually kissing we were acting like the typical couple, I mean it’s not like you thought she was my mother or something, so it should have been obvious and as for why I calmed down so quickly it is because when I remember my times with 'Tia it's kind of like my happy place." Twilight replied then frowned again
"And now my mood is soured again, thanks." Twilight deadpanned.
"So why did you freak out Twi? I mean this is a pretty big deal but it's not the weirdest thing I have seen a pony doing. Like that one time some colt married his stuffed doll of you and declared that he was married to you. Then he started demanding that no one could dream about you."
"I thought we agreed never to speak of that." Twilight grated as her tail swayed back and forth in irritation.
"Come to think of it Princess Celestia was very harsh when she reprimanded him, about it. Does he still have to work as Blueblood's coltservent?"
"Yes he does, and thank Faust for that. It's almost as bad as that time I found out the great and powerful Trixie had that dakimakura of me" Twilight said with some malice as a shudder went through her spine.
“So is this another present for your marefriend?” Rainbow asked cautiously.
Twilight giggled “Oh no this is for my sister-in-law Luna, she was jealous of Celestia’s toys that I decided to make her one.”
“Toys!? Ow I’m getting a headache. Twilight you are aware that these are warmachines?” Rainbow asked skeptical of her friends relative sanity.
“Oh these things. Pfft I mean yeah to regular ponies they would be, but to mi amore!? Haha they wouldn’t hold up against her for more than 10 minutes at most if they are lucky. Oh and please don’t tell Cadance I called Celestia “Mi amore” I’ll never hear the end of it.” Twilight groaned as she thought of the teasing that Cadance could inflict on her.
There was a dull clunk and a sudden shaking of the gantry. Rainbow Dash had collapsed on the gantry floor. Twilight sighed turned off her torch again removed her welder's mask and ran over to her side, a quick magical medical scan later "Well that confirmed it, concussion. I hope my insurance covers accidental falls down secret passageways." Twilight said as she lifted up the unconscious mare in her magic and called Spike "Spike come upstairs with us get a cold compress for Rainbow and make us some tea."
“Hehehe Cup of tia!” Twilight snickered at her own joke and the cute imagery as they left the room.
When they reached the room a slightly drowsy Princess Luna stood in the libraries main room fiddling with her peytral room.
"You know you're peytral will fall off if you keep playing with it." Twilight snarked as she laid Rainbow Dash down on a nearby sofa.
When her eyes locked on to Twilight’s location, she happily bounded over to Twilight “Lil’ sis is it ready!?” Luna asked like an impatient foal.
“No Luna, it isn’t finished It shall be a couple of weeks at most if all goes to plan.” Twilight responded while nuzzling the Lunar princess who returned the gesture eyeing the mare floating down to the sofa behind Twilight.
“What’s wrong with Rainbow Dash, Twilight?” Luna asked confused at to why the mare was encased in Twilight’s magic.
“Oh she found out that dirty secret I have. Oh and she has a concussion no doubt from all the buildings she crashes into all the time.”Twilight grumbled.
“Oh you mean the one where ‘tia likes wearing the coll mmnf” Luna was interrupted before she could finish by Twilight’s right hoof a wicked smirk made it’s way across Luna’s muzzle before she licked the frog of Twilight’s hoof.
“Ewww Luna what are you a hundred or something!?” Twilight whined jerking her hoof back and then wiping her hoof on Rainbow Dash, while Luna stuck her tongue out at Twilight.
Spike waddled in with a tea tray in his claws. Luna walked over to Spike and relieved his burden before wrapping her left foreleg around his neck and gave him a noogie. “Hello little brother!” Luna greeted cheerfully, Spike tried to, unsuccessfully to swat at Luna. Who was playfully giggling.
“Lu-” Spike started an arched eyebrow from Luna stopped him and he corrected himself “Big sister, can you stop that.”He whined as Luna’s smirk came back in full.
“No it’s a big siblings job to tease, prank and play with their younger siblings!” Luna declared as she released the poor baby dragon and placed the tray of tea on a nearby table as Twilight closed the not so secret anymore passage to her personal hangar and workshop.
“So Lulu, what brings you here besides impatience?” Twilight asked as she served the tea.
Luna cringed and grimaced “I really wish ‘Tia hadn’t told you about my old foal hood nickname. Anyway you are aware of the recent increase in skypirate activity across the gryphon coast?” Luna inquired.
“Yes I have, I heard a rumor stating that the gryphon have taken our inability to eradicate this menace to mean we are doing it on purpose that we are somehow responsible for the pirates is a foalish claim. But still it could enable them to incite their population towards yet another war.” Twilight said sighing. “Why do you ask?” Twilight asked.
Luna’s grin became impish “Despite her wish to avoid a war if possible, secretly she is chomping at the bit for another war in which she can actively take part in. She feels that it will boost research into new technology and relieve her boredom, but equally she’s been worried that the gryphons won’t force her to fight a war. So she is moping about and needs her fiance to cheer her up.” Luna finished speaking and shrugged.
Twilight sighed and facehoofed, “Okay I’ll come and visit her. I’ll bring Rainbow Dash as well so when she wakes up she won’t go around spreading that I’m engaged to ‘Tia she isn’t exactly ready to deal with the nobles yet. And knowing Rarity, if she finds out she's likely to be a bit too generous with the news.” Twilight said motioning to the unconscious mare.
“Twilight you know what’ll happen if you let ‘Tia procrastinate, she’ll never be ready. Why do you think she needs busy body schedulers.” Luna replied with a smirk.
"Yeah, I know Luna.” Twilight said as she went to nuzzle her sister and yelped as the elder mare grabbed and hugged her. Before teleporting herself, Twilight, Rainbow and Spike to Canterlot.

Rainbow Dash groaned and opened her eyes blearily, What happened? She thought to herself. Shaking herself awake she winced as a lance of pain made it's way through her head. Okay new rule no shaking your head Rainbow thought to herself. She stopped looking around when she noted that the room she was in was very ornate with gold bas reliefs, whites, golds and reds filled the room’s walls she was in and she noticed that she was now sitting up in a large four poster bed Where in Celestia’s name am I? she was interrupted when she heard purring on the floor at the foot of the bed crawling on her knees and forehooves to get a better look she saw on a massive pile of pillows. Princess Celestia, laid on her back, her legs curled up exposing her belly, she was without her regalia and crown and had her eyes closed with a massive smile on her face and purring as a lavender hoof trailed up and down her belly. The only thing that came to mind immediately passed to Rainbow’s mouth as she witnessed the surreal scene. “What the buck!?”
Celestia either hadn’t heard Rainbows outburst or was just enjoying herself far too much to care. Twilight’s small smile turned into a large grin as she slid her hooves over Celestia’s teats causing Celestia to moan, which briefly interrupted her purring. Rainbow Dash’s face bloomed into a spectacular crimson color as blood filled her cheeks. “So you’re awake Rainbow, have a nice sleep?” Twilight inquired softly.
“I was asleep huh? Anyway I didn’t think you were being literal when you said Celestia was like a kitten!” Rainbow exclaimed while throwing up her hooves. A devilish grin spread on Twilight’s muzzle as she leaned down and kissed Princess Celestia, whom was now leaning into it. When she broke it she giggled and pointed at Rainbow Dash’s wing boner.
"Looks like someponie's got morning wood." Twilight said her voice mirthful and unrestrained.
“Twilight, I am being serious here!” Rainbow whined. “Why didn’t you tell us?” She continued. With a resigned sigh Twilight beckoned Rainbow Dash to sit next to her.
“‘Tia didn’t want anypony to know really, she wants to have everything perfect for the reveal that I am her fiance. But why are you so interested in my love life Rainbow Dash?” Twilight asked smiling as she caressed the still purring Celestia.
“I’ll answer if you answer this; How long have you been engaged?”
“Ever since I became her student, at the age of thirteen. Remember when I told you ‘Tia likes to fight? Well ‘Tia picks the strongest unicorn mares to become her student, she only takes a student on when she has chosen them as her affianced. She can’t date or marry a normal mare because of the danger it poses to them. So she trains the strongest of the strong in magic and then starts them on an intense lifelong physical strength training and magical body modification therapy all of which is for my own safety. Have you noticed how I am able to keep up with you and AJ? Well that’s because what you normally see is a glamour because the real me is intimidating to normal ponies.” Twilight explained while absently stroking Celestia’s belly.
“But that’s wrong! The princess can’t just” Twilight interrupted Rainbow Dash
“Actually she can, the old laws state that she can have her pick of any mare or stallion that arouses her attention, but no you’re right it is wrong to force love and marriage on a pony and Celestia agrees, that is why she always tells us before hoof and explains it all and what is expected of us as well as giving us time to properly decide, I am ashamed it took me two months to decide but in the end my old school friends helped me, I really need to see them again it's been so long. Anyway, I also already knew before becoming her student what it meant to be her student. All the powerful mage houses like my own Sparkle house, know of this tradition and consider it a great honour, both the ponies who are selected and the house they belong to and honestly ‘Tia prefers to let love grow, and she never cut me off from my friend. There has been few ponies who have rejected Celestia like Sunset Shimmer, but those who don’t almost always fall in love with her. She just has that kind of personality that makes you fall for her. Kind, considerate, warm, adorable and playful. Exceedingly intelligent and beautiful.” Twilight leant down and kissed Celestia under her horn.
"Sorry went off on a tangent then, but I'll show you the results of Celestia's training had on me." Twilight said as she released her glamour, her stature increased and the fat in her body faded away. When the light died down and it revealed a toned, muscular mare in their place similar in height to Luna her body didn’t have an inch of unneeded fat on it. But the way her whole body remained sleek and curved showed that she had trained her whole body so as not to look disproportionate and muscle bound.
“Now my turn why do you care?” Twilight asked.
Heh I didn’t have any chance it seems Rainbow thought ruefully. “It’s because I am attracted to you Twilight, I thought I might have a chance but turns out I don’t. Do you know how hard it is that everypony I know and care about is already in a relationship?” Rainbow asked.
“Oh Rainbow I am so sorry, but surely there's some mare out there for you?” Twilight tried to reassure Rainbow.
“What! Somepony who’s intelligent, adorkable and willing to date somepony athletic and ugly like me?!” Rainbow lashed out.
“Rainbow you are not ugly.” Twilight said but this time Celestia interjected saying the same thing at the sametime.
“I am sure there is somepony who will love to be your special somepony, Rainbow.” Celestia continued.
“Our sisters speak truly, listen to them Rainbow Dash” came Luna’s voice behind her into her ear. Causing Rainbow to freeze, she could hear the smugness in Luna’s voice. She hadn’t noticed Luna behind her until now, but now that she knew that she felt Luna’s hind legs rubbing on her flanks and the forelegs that had been wrapped around her. “And that mare maybe closer than you think.” Luna whispered before nibbling on the tip of Rainbow’s right ear which had joined her face in trying to turn Rainbow Dash completely crimson from embarrassment.

“P.p.princess Luna!?” Rainbow stammered, her face still marred by the deep crimson blush she still sported. Luna hummed in acknowledgement. “How did you get behind me!?” Rainbow asked in confusion.
“Oh it’s simple dear rainbow, magic.” Luna replied, causing Rainbow to groan and Twilight to giggle.
“Specifically shadow magic, which I developed, It is a form of silent teleportation. I do so enjoy being stealthy it’s so much fun.”
An object as big as a pony's head zoomed into the room and stopped in front of Twilight. Its body was surrounded with glowing rings with what looked to be magic shields in the center of each ring, the front of it looked like the beak of a bird of prey. It was a dark grey, shiny and had a curved and sleek body.
“Mistress Sparkle, the prototype Aurora, has been finished and is ready for the first shakedown cruise. Project Daedalus is fifty percent completed” informed an unnatural sounding female voice. Which caused Rainbow to jump out of her coat,
“What in Tartarus is that thing!?” Rainbow demanded,
“Responsive Info Collection Technology or RICT for short, is an advanced AHI Artificial Hivemind Intelligence I created to act as a liaison between me and my various factories she also serves as bodyguard and my assistant, and before you ask project Aurora is a space faring vessel, which I designed with the goal of being the first ponied space flight leading to the creation of colonising ships to colonise planets in our solar system. Currently, it is propelled by mana engines with a mana reactor as its power source that can reach just near light speed. Our first target is colonising the moon. the aurora will act like a vanguard delivering supplies and colony components and pony power.”
“But why would you need to do this?” Rainbow asked,
“Well Rainbow, the world is dying very slowly, but inexorably. Ponies controlling the weather and the celestial bodies is merely a bandaid on an amputated limb. Terraforming technology will enable every species to survive on a new world. That is where project Daedalus comes in, it is an arc/coloniser and terraformer ship.”
“The world is dying?” Rainbow repeated as she tried to process the news.
“But how? Why?” Rainbow asked quietly, Twilight shot the mare a look of sympathy.
“It started even before the wendigos, it was a problem inside the planet’s mantle at the time it wasn’t a huge issue, but when Discord tried to usurp Celestia and Luna’s rule. His brief time as a ruler exacerbated the problem inside the mantle of the planet, with all his chaos. It is projected that the strain will eventually tear apart the tectonic plates, ending life on the planet. When the earthquakes start is the signal that we have at best ten years or less left.” Twilight explained with a solemn look on her face,
“Still we are luckily ahead of schedule, thanks in no small part to a discovery of ancient ruins of an advanced forerunner race that had mastered space flight. In fact a lot of technology we have today is reverse engineered from these ruins. Soon after the discovery of the first we found more and more. Mostly in the remote lands on Equus.” Twilight finished,
“RICT, retrieve my friends and escort them quickly to the aurora docks, time is of the essence, prep for launch, we’ll meet you there.” Twilight ordered the floating machine, which gave a short beeping acknowledgement before speeding off.
Celestia nuzzled against Twilight’s neck as she stood up, “Mnnn, I love it when you take charge.” she complimented and Twilight kissed her.
“I know dear.” Twilight replied smiling before climbing on Celestia’s back,
Rainbow was about to ask why but the question died on her tongue when she yelped, and she felt herself being lifted and placed on Luna’s back. Her blush returning in force as Luna giggled and leaping out of the room from the balcony and dived down towards the Aurora’s docks in lower Canterlot, followed by Celestia both of them were now wearing their regalia.
As we landed RICT’s drones linked up and circled rapid above ground a cylinder of faint blue light glowed with a flash the rest of Twilight’s friends appeared disorientated, Rarity recovered fast enough to see that Twilight was on Celestia’s back, She began spluttering about the indignity of it. Celestia got this look in her eyes, almost twinkling in hidden mirth. She leant down and locked lips with Twilight leant into the kiss before she remembered herself, “‘Tia! I thought you wanted to keep it a secret!? Rarity will blab to everypony she can!”
The rest having recovered from the transportation, froze up at the sight of Twilight admonishing Celestia who had a mirthful smile on her lips.
“Oh come on dear, I think your friends can keep a secret, right?” Celestia replied playfully.
Applejack, Pinkie and Fluttershy all did the motions and spoke the pinkie promise, Rarity however was still frozen stiff.
“Er yer Majesty, what exactly are we keeping secret? If’n you don’t mind telling us,” Applejack asked cautiously, Celestia smiled warmly down at them,
“My little ponies, Twilight is my betrothed, my affianced, My love” Celestia explained as she nuzzled Twilight, “go ahead dear show them,”
Twilight released the glamour that Twilight had reapplied during flight, “This is my true form,” Twilight’s increase in size and musculature shocked all of her friends, “How in Tartarus are you bigger than your brother!?” Rarity blurted out, Twilight looked sheepishly away and rubbed her neck.
“Magical bio modification therapy, so I could survive play time with ‘Tia,” Twilight said blushing,
Which was mirrored by her friends,
“Luna! Please my ear is not a chew toy!” Rainbow complained, trying to swat away the playful princess. Who giggled and dodged Rainbow’s flailing hooves.
Everypony, turned to see Luna nibbling on Rainbow’s ear again and was just in time to see her let go only to pick her up and kiss the rainbow mare on lips, Rarity and Fluttershy faint with matching blushes and Applejack covered her face with her trusty cowpony hat.
Pinkie was celebrating, and talking about a ‘congrats on getting hitched Twilight and getting a marefriend Rainbow.’ party,
“Moving on,” Applejack said trying to steer the conversation into less dangerous waters, “So why are we here Twilight?” she asked,
“I brought you here for the maiden voyage of the Aurora spaceship,” Twilight said as she trotted off and opened a door to an elevator, they all stepped inside with Rarity and Fluttershy being carried inside with magic, overall the journey took 30 minutes, they could see outside of the elevator that led down underground, when they reached the bottom floor they were met with the sight of a huge hanger, that dwarfed Twilight’s private workshop like it was nothing. Inside sat a sleek ship that was sitting on landing gear. The ponies unfamiliar with ships of such scale balked at the ship as tall as Canterhorn mountain it was easily wider than four of the mountain laid side by side, they strained their necks trying to take in the beast as they walked over to a stationary, car. They all climbed in, it sped off towards the entrance to the ship.
They got a good look at the ship it was pure white, shaped like an arrowhead thinner and sharp at the front and wider and thicker behind, behind the ship sat four large thrusters, which were complimented by thrusters under the ship and on top. Below it a large elevator bay was being filled with cargo and smaller single seat ships, pistons attached at the four corners of the platform, leading to a large room in the ship. Around the edge of the wings a solid line of blue light glowed.
Once the car stopped at a red carpet, we all stepped out, the carpet was flanked by EAS soldiers who saluted us, Spitfyre came out to meet us and saluted,
“Meet space battleship Aurora first in her line and flagship of the EAS fleet Admiral Sparkle, Your Highnesses. Element Bearers. She is prepped, and the last of the cargo is loaded.” Spitfyre greeted,
“What!?” Everypony except the Princesses and Twilight exclaimed,
“Thank you Captain, perform pre-flight checks, when ready take us out slowly.watch the paintwork,” Twilight ordered.
“Aye. Aye Admiral!” Spitfyre dashed up the escalator.
“Admiral Sparkle!?” Twilight’s friends exclaimed,
“Oh didn’t I mention that? Ops must have slipped my mind, hurry up and get on the ship we can talk about it later on,” Twilight said as her friends grumbled but complied most went up the escalator first, then Rainbow who was still held captive by an amorous Luna and then Celestia and Twilight.
The airlock shut and decontaminated them, just in time for the engines to roar to life, the hidden doors to the hangar opened revealing the sky and the ascending Aurora slipped through the opening and slowly gained speed as they made their way towards the stratosphere, before speeding up to escape velocity.
We made our way to the bridge, when we reached it, a crewman blew on a whistle and said “Admiral on bridge!” The crew stopped and saluted Twilight.
“At ease, stallions. Stay on course and activate the view screen,” Twilight ordered, the screen turned on showing the space outside and the view of the moon and Equus,
Which was accompanied by the awe filled gasps of her friends, “We are currently in low orbit around Equus, we shall be prepping the moon's initial colony site.”
