  Comet tossed and turned late one night in his cottage. All he could think about was Nightmare Moon's defeat. He remembered something Nightmare Moon said to him before she was defeated. He could be the most powerful pony in Equestria, if he only did one thing. Take care of Galaxy and his friends. Comet's eyes opened, and they were a startling crimson red. Comet smirked. "The shadow......returns." He said to himself. Lightning struck outside, followed by thunder, and Comet's wicked laugh.
