"Shh..my fuckin' head..." I got up, getting dressed. Astrid looked at me, still naked. "Aron..."
"Yeah...?" She got up, hugging me.
"I was trying to find a good time to tell you...about the child..." I hugged back.
"It's fine...I'm still happy that you are with." She smiled a bit and kissed me. I kissed back, holding her ass. The door opened, she pressed herself against me to hide her breasts, looking at the door.
"Oops...sorry..." It was some Viking.
"What is it?" I asked.
"Aron, we set sail soon...just letting ye know." I nodded. He slowly backed out and closed the door. She let off me, getting dressed.
"I'm coming with you, just so you know...just cause I'm with child doesn't mean I'm not able to do shit..." I nodded. I waited and we walked out together. Håkon was waiting for us.
"You two got even more drunk then I did..." He chuckled. "Aron, ye ready to get that warlock?" I nodded.
"More then ever." I said.
"Then let us go." We bored and set sail. I went out on the figure head, looking out over the sea. After about a day of travel, I saw something in the distance...storm clouds.
"Hey!" I looked back, standing. "Storm ahead!"
"Nothing, we can't handle!" Håkon shouted. I got back on deck, looking at the storm approaching. Soon it was on top of us. The roaring of the wind blew my hood back, the cape on my cloak blowing around rapidly. I looked around, Astrid was looking over the edge.
"Mermaids..." I looked over where she was. She was right, they were swimming along side us. They jumped up, looking at us and splashing back down into the water. They kept doing it over and over.
"Whats gotten into them...?" One jumped up, signaling to turn back the splashing back down into the icy cold water. I looked ahead, nothing. "Maybe the storm is just messing with them..." I looked back down, they swam off...fast. There was a noise I had never heard before...almost like a roar. Something hit the boat....something big. I almost fell over. I looked back over the edge, I caught a glimpse of something long, snake like swimming down.
"Aron...did you see that...?!" I nodded, she turned back and shouted. "SEADRAGON!!!!"
"Impo-" Håkon was cut off by a massive roar. I covered my ears. Something emerged out of the water to the side of us. I looked over....she was right....a Seadragon. It was huge It had red and blue scales and webbing around its neck. It's elongated snout was filled with razor sharp teeth. I backed up, looking at it. It roared again, I could smell its breath...I gagged. "SHIT!!! SEADRAGON!!!!" It went back under, hitting the ship good as went under, the scales on its back sliced through the deck. I fell back, quickly getting back up. Håkon drew his battle axe. I looked over the other side, looking for it...there was a ship off in the distance...one I have never seen before. I pointed out to it.
"LOOK!" I shouted.
"LIGHT THE LAMPS!!!" Håkon shouted. "WE GOT HELP!!!" Vikings lit the lamps, making our ship easier to spot. The beast rammed against the ship again. I fell back, quickly getting back up.
"WE WON'T BE ABLE TO TAKE MUCH MORE!!!" I shouted.
"NO NEED!" Håkon shouted. "THE SHIP IS COMING THIS WAY!" I looked over, sure enough, the ship was getting closer. The dragon surfaced again. I backed up as it roared and thrust its head forward, snatching a Viking up, biting him in half. His lower half still on board. I looked back at the ship.
"Uhh....Håkon..." I pointed at the ship. "It's coming right at us..."
"That's the poi-"
"No...I mean RIGHT at us!" He looked at it. "BRACE!!!" I shouted. The ship collided with ours. I fell back, hitting my head on the deck. I heard shouting coming from the other ship. I pulled myself to my feet.
"GET READY MEN!!!" Håkon shouted. "WE GOT A FIGHT!!!" I drew my sword and extended my shield once.
That was then they started boarding us. They jumped from their ship to ours....what they were...made me stop dead. Horses...small horses. I pulled my hood over my head. They ran on their hindlegs with swords and shields. They stood almost as tall as us. I blocked an attack with my shield. I rolled to the side and behind him, jumping up and slashing my blade down on its back. The pony fell and I stabbed my sword into its back, right where it's heart should be. I did a backflip off it, blocking another attack with my sword. More and more continued to flood onto our ship. The dragon struck the ship again. I rammed my shield into one, breaking his deference, then flipping over him, preforming a helm spliter. I turned and slashed him across the back, knocking him forward. I looked at Astrid, who beheaded one with her axe. One dropped down onto the ship. He was a lot bigger then the res. He wore a red cape with black leopard spots on it, along with a crown. He had a horn that at the tip was red. Black mane, dark grey coat of fur. He had some sort of...aurora from his eyes. His horn lit and I was thrust back into the mast. I hit my head against it and blacked out. When I awoke, I was being thrown, the sound of metal grinding against stone, then the jingling of keys, then 'clop clop clop clop clop' I groaned, slowly pulling myself to my feet. I fell to my knees. I sat and fell back.
"Aron....?" I looked to the corner of the room. Astrid was sitting there, looking at me. She looked like shit. She had a bruse over her eye, cuts on her face. I tried getting back up. She made her way over to my, helping me sit. I looked at her, then at her stomach. Her stomach was exposed....a huge bruise covering it.
"I...I'll kill them..." I said. "All of them..." I felt around my head, the back of it hurt badly. I was still in my clothing, cloak and all, but all my weapons and my shield were gone. I groaned a bit. I looked around. We were in some type of cell.
"Aron...take it easy...you've been out for a couple days now..."
"W...Where are we...?" I asked.
"Canterlot Castle...." A voice from the cell next to us said. I looked over. "Or...now Sombra's Prison Camp..." There was another pony. Fur of light blue, rainbow mane...kinda odd. She had wings as well, witch were bound. I stood, with Astrid's help.
"S...Who...?" I asked. The pony looked at me.
"Sombra....King Sombra now..." She looked down. "After her overthrew Celestia and Luna with the dragons...he forced them to surrender the crowns, now he is king...at least...once he marries Twilight..." She hit the ground. "And I couldn't do anything about it..." I leaned against the prison bars, shaking them a bit.
"I'm sorry....but I don't understand..." Astrid said.
"Well, Celestia and Luna used to rule Equestria...then everything changed when Sombra attacked." I looked at Astrid, then back at the multi-colored pony. She stood and looked at us. "He plans to take over the Crystal Empire, then marry Princess Twilight Sparkle to become King of Equestria...then something tells me their honeymoon was include her death...so he will be the lone ruler..." She sighed. "Me and the others tried to stop him using the Elements Of Harmony, but he had back up and split us up...we were useless..."
I looked back at Astrid.
"Astrid...your father....where is he?" She looked at me. "Where's Håkon?!"
"Somewhere here....but he was hurt badly..." She held her stomach.
"Who..?" The pony asked.
"Håkon the Dragon Slayer...one of the most feared Vikings of all time. He killed a dragon with his bare hands one time, if the stories are true."
"Then...you humans brought hope!" She lit up. "We need to get out of here! We need to find him, now! Soon we will be let out and brought to the fields. There we are forced to dig and break open rocks...looking for something, but they wont tell us what. We can find him there and work out a plan!" I nodded.
"Sounds good...I could use the excuse of making a potion to fix Astrid and him up.
"Aron..." Astrid said.
"Yeah, that will buy us more time!" The pony said.
"Aron...!" Astrid said again.
"What if we were to-" I was cut off.
"ARON!" I looked at Astrid. "Aron...can we talk...?" I walked over to her.
"What is it?" She sighed, sniffing at bit.
"Aron...one of them bucked me hard in the gut...they..." Oh shit...I looked at her stomach. I placed a hand on it.
"So...o...our..." She sniffed again. "I...it...s....dead...?" She nodded. I backed up. "I...I..."
"They said they could smell the child...so to make it easier for me to work they..." I clenched my fists. Those fucks would pay for what they did.
"I'll kill them...all of them..." There was the clop of hooves on stone. I felt myself unable to move. Some guard opened the door. He walked to us, binding our feet with chains. He tied our hands behind out backs.
"Let's move...now!" He pulled us forward, against my will, I walked forth. Soon her had racked up a majority of prisoners, including me, Astrid, and that pony. We walked out to the fields. Ponies everywhere, making it easy to spot Håkon. There were only a couple other humans there. We were untied and unchained, pickspades thrust into our hands and told to dig. I made my way over to Håkon. I began digging next to him, as did Astrid and the blue pony.
"Håkon," I said. "We need to get out of here..."
"Really, laddy? I kind of liked it 'ere." He spat. "The food is shat, the bloody horses are wee little bastads, and I love being chained up to thee wall." I lifted the shovel part of my tool and slammed it into the ground. I began to dig.
"I know...but we may be able to plan...then escape..." He looked at me, then the pony.
"It into thas as weel?"
"I'm a mare...ya know...not an it...and I have a name..."
"Then tell me yee fuckin'-"
"Father..." Astrid stopped him.
"Feen...feen..." He sighed.
"My name is Dash...Rainbow Dash..." I nodded.
"Nice to meet you, Rainbow Dash..." I said. "I'm Aron Stone, This is Astrid, and her father, Håkon the Dragon Slayer." Dash nodded. She looked at someponies.
"Those are my friends, over there." She pointed to a group of ponies, working. "They could help, if they want....Rarity is a bit...anti-violence, same with Fluttershy..."
"All these kiddy names...." Håkon said. "I'm gonna end me life..." I reached a rock, I broke it in half with the pick.
"And all the names you have sounds like you're choking when you say them..." I looked at her.
"Dash...I wouldn't fuck with him...trust me...Dragons with bare hands..." She looked at him then quickly kept working. Some pony walked over to us. Orange fur, a blond mane and tail. She looked at Dash.
"Dash..." She had a bit of an accent to her tone of voice.
"Applejack...come here..." I looked at the pony she called Applejack.
"This one of your friends, Dash?" I asked. She nodded. "Start digging...don't make eye contact as you talk..." She did. "We are gonna get out of here...we just need a plan..." She nodded. A guard walked to us. I shut up and kept digging.
"Come on you animals....work harder..!" I didn't speak, I kept digging. He left, going to another group.
"We need to get to the armory...they might have our stuff there..." Astrid nodded.
"Those fucking assholes will pay..."
"Aron...Astrid told yee about thee child..right...?"
"Yeah..." I sighed.
"I'm sorry..." He looked down.
"What about ah...child...?" Applejack asked.
"Astrid was carrying her and my child...one of the guards kicked her in the stomach, killing it so she could work more..." She didn't say anything else.
"Wow..." Dash said. "I..."
"Enough talk about 'et." Håkon said. "Leet's just plan..."
We did just that.
