10 years of digging, it's finally uncovered, we're going to make it, and that damn bitch won't get us

Earth; Home planet of Mankind
Mankind, a violent yet noble and honorable race. They have endured countless battles, tame the weather itself, and built cities of such grand magnitude that would bring shame towards the majestic city of Canterlot. Just 13 years before, the new continent of Equestria submerged from the depths of the southern pacific and soon first contact was made between Human's and Ponies. Unbeknownst to the humans, the Goddess of the sun, Princess Celestia made the daring consumption that all of humanity was evil and was tainted with greed. So she set up covert team's to start turning the humans to a new generation of ponies called; "New Foals." The human's, ever so busy with their war, was too busy to realise the betrayal the ponies did to them, and by the time they start taking notice, it was too late, Equestria starts mass-producing the potion that will transform any humans to ponies. At first their technology seems like they would prevail, but as time passes by, the hordes of potion bombers and large-scale offensive attacks was proven way to much for humanity. All major and minor cities fell to the iron rule of Celestia and her new foal army, whom were being treated as slaves and hard workers. At the end of the decade, only 25 million human remain's and they set off to the old abandoned city of Voi.
The remaining human's were shocked to find massive mining operations being conducted by AI's and Robots working hard to excavate a giant metal dome. They were a bit skeptical at first, they were sent here to see a giant dome, to the regular infantry it sound's absurd, but to the high-ranking officials, this means the very survival of their own species. One day, the team of officials set off to find out about this nonsense the local AI's were talking and chanting about. When they arrived at the so called "Entrance" they were only greeted by the howling wind and the constant clank of metal. One of them touched the sphere in the middle and it displays all installations and where would this one lead to. This place was the gateway to a mysterious installation called, "The Ark." it was so advance, that it was located outside their galaxy, far from the reaches of Celestia and her subjects. After hearing this news, all men and women was set off to do one job; The survival of mankind in the stars.
5 Colony ships, ranging up to 2KM long was ready to hold at least 5 Million civilians, soldiers, and transports, docked at the nearby station for double checking all systems. The head of the project sighed in relief, the gateway to the ark is nearly complete, all they need to do is to contact the dreadnaught and soon they could get the hell out of this place. He was enjoying his moment of silence before his co-advisor of survival enter's his office.
"Sir, the Dreadnaught has been contacted and is heading it's way to earth as we speak" He announced, Tyson merely chuckled. "One step away from this hell hole aren't we John?" He asked, John nodded and replied. "Soon sir, soon"
He pulled away his cigar and lay it on his desk. "The damn bitch would be in a complete surprise when they'll see them" He emphasized the word "Them" for a moment before turning to face John. "Lets hope they'll buy us sometime." John nodded, and leaves the room, leaving Tyson alone to his own vices.
"Spartan's never die" His eyes narrowed toward's another facility across the building, the Greek Warriors, home of the legendary prototypes only known as the Spartans. For the past 5 year's they trained the spartans to be the best of the best of humanity, gets the best augmentations, the best education, and the most harshest physical activities. Out of the 60 candidates chosen, only 30 managed to survive, the rest were either crippled or dead because of the augmentation process, and that was only their second program, the third and fourth however, will be a bummer to the ponies.
The clouds have been brewing up for the past few day's, due to the amount of dust, dirt, and rocks being thrown into the air. The robot's did their job, they excavated all of the dome's area and have activated the process. The sound of thunders join in the mix as the drums of war starts to beat. The ponies have found them.
~~
Princess Celestia was shocked at the display right on front of her. "What are they doing?" She gazed curiously around the site, trying to identify each human facility they had built. "Such a shame that they're going to lose everything" She thought to herself, she had to agree human's were master craftsman but they spent their wasted potential on war. She would have none of it, war is when the corruption in one's species is too strong to maintain, thus they must find their harmony.
A week ago, a pair of New Foal scouts, claims to find their final stronghold, where they are doing something very weird, they weren't training entire armies or building massive weapons to help them, instead they were just digging something, something beyond their comprehension. At first she told them that she'll check it out, but never did so, until news says that a large storm was gathering above the abandon city of Voi.
A Young white stallion, dressed in golden clad armour, decorated with extravagant runes stood right next to the goddess. "Princess, should i send my troops in?" He asked, Celestia pondered for a moment, this place could've been some sort of abandoned mining operation, or this could be their top secret stronghold, containing one of their most deadliest weapons- She snapped back to reality. "Send in everything we got, i don't want any single human alive out of this understand?" She ordered grimly, which made the most bravest knight of Equestria gulped.
"I'll seek to it now, my liege." He turned back to face his army, a force of a two million ponies, most of them were new foals, eager to convert their former brethren's to one of them.
"This is humanity's last stronghold, if they fail, then all of mankind has been freed from the corruption that has tainted them for so long! we will reclaim their harmony! together! CHARGE" The galloping of 2 million hooves made the ground shake a bit, but it doesn't matter anymore, as long as they win, humanity would never stand a chance against this armada.
The ponies entered the city, it seem's quite too quite, almost immediately Shining knew something was wrong, maybe it was a power shortage, or they were preparing an ambush, either way he had to lead his men into battle. As the ponies continue to march towards the huge facility right on front of them, they were getting wary, no way a human can handle this long without shouting, most of them just plain out charge to their own conversion, but here they are, in the street's of Voi, with complete and utter silence.
There was a large horn in the background, no pony moved, only the deathly hollow of a bulldozer plays in the background, then it stops, only to be replaced by the sound of violin in the background, everypony tenses up, then the drums started playing. These were not any kinds of drums, no these drums are the drums of war.
~~
The Spartan grip's his BA25 Battle Rifle harder, the sounds of the drums started playing at the background, signifying their presence. "Alright all spartan team's on me!" He ordered, soon the comm was filled with roars and battlecries.
The Spartan's pushed against the ponies with a tenacity never before seen, 30 Spartan-II's, living up their legendary status as godlike human's who would never be truly bested in combat, and they keep up their name here. The ponies was shocked by the sudden attack from the spartan's, they attempted to throw the potions at them but to no avail, these were something else, they weren't human, no they were god's, coming down to aid humanity against Equestria's sins. But the human's themselves weren't invincible, they were killed one by one, but was never really converted as they set their armour to explode the nearby vicinity, killing anypony near the explosion. There was a click from one of the spartan's weapon and she threw it aside, now resorting to melee combat with her trusty gravity hammer. It shocked the ground and all the ponies near the blast radius was thrown in the air, only to be cut off by the sniper's outside the battle. Soon the smoke started to clear and reveal 28 spartan's standing on top of the bodies. There was a deafening shout, and the human's continued further, this time bringing in the calvary; 10 Mark IX Armoured Defense System, and 6 M850 Main battle tank's sent out to aid the spartan's as much as they can.
They toss the bodies of ponies aside and made way for the massive vehicles to walk past, and if all fail's, they got their orders. They continue the trek, before finally reaching their destination, the hill of Voi. They set up their defences, hid their tank's underneath the dirt and sandbag while leaving the Mantis's on the open, after all, why let a mantis get in a way of a good genocide?
The beat the sounds of war again, beating the drum as hard as they can while the violinists where also busy playing their part. They were to trigger the enemy to come towards the second hordes of spartans, the Third legions. There was silence once more, men began to shudder but hold their positions as strong as they can. The sounds of galloping can be heard above hill and everyone knew what that meant, the second wave is here
~~
The last remaining guard that was sent to extinguished the human's came back, his face covered with bruises while his blue coat mixed with the blood dripping down his forehead and nose. "My liege, the attack backfired" He paused, gulping with grief. "I was the only one that made it out alive"
Celestia paused for a moment, absolutely shocked that the human's managed to survive the potionbombers and hordes of ponies, while exterminating them 'till a single foal. "These human's- no they shouldn't be considered as humans" He paused once more, panting. "We threw every single potions we had against them but their not converting, and they have the strength of a thousand gods."
Celestia pondered for a moment and chuckled. "There's now way a human could survive a potion bomb, maybe you were hit on the head and just hallucinating-" She was interrupted by a familiar voice.
"Actually, what he's saying is actually correct." Shining replied, soon he tapped into his magic and showed Celestia a full scale representation of the battle.
She looked at them, 30 human's charging towards the ponies column in unimaginable speed. They were muscular, and as soon as they clashed against the ponies, one of her subjects flew across the battlefield crashing unto a nearby rock. The battle continued however with the human's continuing to decimate her forces. She stuttered for a moment. "No mere human can do such a feat like this" She whispered, Shining merely nodded and spoke up.
"My personal guard's even told me that they were god's, protecting humanity at all costs-" He was interrupted by an annoyed groan from his majesty.
"Send them the second wave, and if this go down south else well then i'll have to do it myself" She ordered grimly, which made Shining gulped once again.
"It will be done"

[The cartographer, 30 minutes after engagement]
Tyson and John walk upon the great hall's of an ancient civilization, decorated with long, angular, silver pillars floating as if it was controlled by magic. Ughhh i hate that word Tyson thought to himself, almost all of humanity do, after the sudden realization of the ponies betrayal, magic was frowned upon amongst the remnants of humanity. He continued to walk across the hall before standing right on front of a silver door, carved with beautiful angular designs that would make the most experts of architects in disbelief.
They stood there for 5 minutes. "Is this door going to open up?" Tyson asked, he proceeded to walk right to the console and started pressing random buttons. He was rewarded by the door opening slowly, only to reveal another console in the middle.
"I Believe that's it-" John was interrupted when a creature covered with gas sack's descends from up above. John pointed his gun towards. "Hold your fire, we ain't sure if it'll attack us or what" John groaned and lowered his weapon. The creature went up to the console and the whole facility was turned on.
There was a buzz coming up above. "Greetings- A reclaimer? Here?" The orb asked, leaving 2 confused humans to glare at it for awhile.
"What do you mean reclaimer- you know what it doesn't matter." Tyson put his gun in his pocket and walk towards the console, the orb followed him soon after.
"What are you trying to do?" it asked.
"Activating it"
"Activating it- why?" It asked, it's bulb staring at Tyson with curiosity.
"Because we need to get the hell out of here, otherwise we're all going to die" He emphasized, leaving the monitor to sigh.
"From what, my scanners say's there are no flood in the vicinity, though it is getting massive energy readings-" The monitor was interrupted by the familiar buzz he had heard for the last 13 years.
Tyson looks towards the monitor. "Thats the thing we're trying to get away from, we're down to our last 25 million"
"Oh my" It responded, the monitor soon zoomed towards another console that shows the surface. "It seem's like- a dreadnaught? here?"
"Looks like our ticket out of here has just arrived." Tyson grinned, he arrived at the console and give a curious glance at it. "Which one is it-" The green hexagon started blinking right on front of him, which made Tyson a little worried.
"That would be it" The monitor responed, Tyson shrugged and pressed the button. The ground shakes above them, letting crumbling dirt to fall down to his area.
Tyson and John soon start running outside the room, accompanied by the Hurakgok and the Monitor. "Reclaimer, do you still need any of our services?" It asked, Tyson stopped and panted for a full second.
"Actually you can, c'mon we gotta check the results" He ordered, soon the 4 exited the cartographer and went up to a nearby hill.
The sight was absolutely excellent, 12 fork like tail's expanded outside to reveal the depths of the hole. They all looked above to see the dreadnaught landing on top of it, letting out a loud Hisss noise before docking it self on the installation.
"Alright, it's time to evacuate the citizen's, move out!" Tyson ordered and soon all of them went about to their order.
