Octavia has just moved to Canterlot from her hometown of Trottingham just in time for her senior year in high school. Normally this would upset ponies, or at least leave them longing for their friends. Not Octavia, though. She just wants to get this year over with and move on to university.

However, new friends and new problems might make her slow down and appreciate what she has. Hopefully before it's all gone for good.
