Jim Spades moved to Canterlot High at a very bad time, the day of the sirens and their plans to take over the school. Something was wrong though, he wasn't dazed or dazzled by their magic, why? They are going to find out, but they just might not like the truth behind Spades' resistance to their siren call.

He seems too nice, but also too strong, like there's something deep down inside him that grants him a power stronger than them, what could be more powerful than the calls of sea pony sirens?
