What Pinkie's friends and Nurse Redheart saw was horrifying. Twilight and the others saw the dark, black eyed Pinkie, and stared in horror.

"Pinkie..." Twilight muttered.

Pinkie turned and looked at her friend. She giggled creepily. "Hi, Twilight! Pinkie beamed.

"What happened to you?" Twilight asked with a fearful, shaky voice.

Pinkie laughed at the question. "Nothing, silly!" A wide grin appeared on the face of the dark pink mare. She jumped out of the bed and galloped out of the hospital.

The friends had lost Pinkie. Not knowing where she went, they went back to Twilight's castle.

"We lost Pinkie...where did she go?!" Twilight asked between sobs.

"I don't know, sugarcube," Applejack sadly stated.

"We have to find her!" Rainbow Dash shouted. "We can't just let her run away!"

"Rainbow, it's late...I'm not sure it'd be the best idea to go looking for her at night. We could end up falling asleep during the search," Twilight said with a yawn.

"I agree. We simply cannot search for her without the proper amount of sleep, darling," Rarity said.

And with that, the ponies went to bed without a sound.
