It was dusk and the weather wasn't kind the wind blew heavily and the rain was pouring down heavily limiting visibility. The area was scorched of all life burnt trees stood tall in the hill like area. Suddenly a bright flash exploded across the land lighting up the whole area. Shortly after gunshots followed by explosions filled the air silencing the rain. Two different armies one metallic like and one in mixed armor started opening fire on each other, many dying before they could aim at the others. Bodies quickly started to pile up as more and more were slaughtered within minuets of entering the battle field.
{ratatatatatatatatatatatatatatatatatatatatatatatatatatatatatatatata} escaped from a lone gun on top of an metal machine walking up onto the battlefield. The opposing side started to fall back as they began to lose ground. The metallic army halted their advancement, as more reinforcements appeared. Walking machines continued to advance to eliminate the enemy injured that lay dying on the field. "Victory for the
Mal" yelled the metal soldiers. A soldier carrying a lone red banner on his back with the black moon with rings escaping from behind, raised his hand silencing his fellow brothers of arms. "Men, get into defensive positions they will return with numbers overwhelming us, we must prepare for their counter attack" he ordered. "Hail Mal!" cheered his men. "Hail Mal" he exclaimed to his men before they began setting up defenses.
Within an hour the basic defenses were set up: a slanted metal wall with spear like poles sticking out, trenches where squads of a hundred ready for combat, mortars and artillery encampments, bunkers with heavy assault cannons, machine gun and sniper posts for support, and mechs in key ambushing locations. "Commander, we were lucky we didn't lose as much men as we could of" informed a soldier with red lines across the arms and a red hand print on the heart of his armor. "How many?" the Commander inquired. "Four hundred thousand or so injured, and I guess half a million dead" he replied grimly. "Hmm, so not much of a loss huh?" the Commander questioned. "No sir, good thing we scorched the area before we faced them" he informed before leaving to attend to the wounded. {Commander the enemy is making their move} the communicator informed. "Let us purge their existence or join them in hell" he claimed before hearing 'Hail Mal' from every platoon captain.
The battle field was quiet too quiet for the soldiers, they knew their enemy were dangerous in a group alone but these were the heavily trained fighters the ones who were not afraid to be fired on as they charged to their deaths. The metallic soldiers also knew that the enemy had nothing to lose, and if you have nothing to lose than nothing can truly stop you. Suddenly there was a loud horn noise that echoed through out the hill lands signaling that they were coming. Suddenly over the edge of the hill came thousands upon thousands of their enemies without guns instead spears, swords, anything that would hit, cut or slash their targets. The enemy then began to charge strain at the metallic soldiers while being fired upon. An hour had passed before the mixed army reached the front defenses. Once there the metallic soldiers started to become the ones being slaughtered. Eventually the whole entire front and mid section of the defenses fell to the endless hoard that feared not even death.
The Commander was holding his own little ground with what remained of twenty platoons now mainly mortally injured. The Commander was carrying a heavy assault cannon barely shredding the enemy hoard that face him. "All remaining platoons and soldiers, hold your ground at all cost even if you are injured, no man is expected to quit instead dying with a gun or bomb in there hands" yelled the Commander over comms. {Commander this is the Major of S.S. FireHulk, we are giving you an option to annihilate the enemy forces with the purge missiles on board the ship, however we cant give extract you or any of your company from the planet} claimed the Major. "No need we wont need those missiles we can handle these fuckers!" exclaimed the Commander as the assault cannon ran out of ammo. The Commander tossed the cannon hitting two enemies knocking them back, then he grabbed his submachine guns and began firing on approaching enemy. {Commander there is no other remaining soldiers other the six of you there, your whole company has nearly been wiped out. I'm now overriding your jurisdiction the purge will start in a few minuets, Glory to Mal and don't worry your honor will reach the halls of Champions} informed the Major.
Within seconds the Commander was alone fighting against the remaining savage hoard. Suddenly the hoard stopped advancing on him instead they stood still watching the Commander who now ran out of ammo in his guns. Then the missiles hit from all sides of the area vaporizing thousands within seconds. The blast from the missiles were so strong a mini black hole developed pulling the Commander inside, the light less tunnel.
read across the visor of the Commander as he awoke from his slumber. He quickly sat up trying to find his surroundings. It was weird he was in a forest and he saw animals he thought was once extinct. Birds, bunnies, and deer all extinct from millenniums of years ago. He looked own at himself for he couldn't feel his feet or his hands. He jumped as he noticed that he had no hands or feet instead nothing. He quickly dashed to a nearby stream. As he glared at his reflection, he instantly understood what had happen. He had been warped into another dimension, but now he was warped into a horse like creature. His armor had also been warped into the shape of a horse. "Well if I know anything about dimension transporting, the sentient race must be a horse that or horses are the smartest things here" the Comander told himself as he continued to inspect himself.
As he inspected himself more, he started to feel weird like he was being pulled my some force to find something. At first he thought it was nothing till it felt stronger then he believed it was a sign form Mal, so he explored following up stream to a river side. He continued up the side of the river till he spotted a bridge made of old oak wood. He was very nervous about crossing it, for he was bred and trained to survive hardships and never was taught to swim. However he had Mal's faith and so he crossed the rushing waters of the river. Once there he continued till he discovered another bridge to an abandon stone castle left in shambles. "Wow I hope the race who built this didn't die off" he whispered to himself which then became an echo from the gorge below. Suddenly the rope snapped from both sides causing him to plummet downwards to the misty bottom of the gorge.
