Chapter 1
Brooklynn the city that never sleeps the city where everyone is in a rush but mostly the Home of the Museum of Natural History. I know what your thinking sounds kind of boring doesn't it but that's only during the day. What if I told you that at night an ancient magic that was buried beneath the sands of Egypt brings everything to life. Nobody knows where this magic comes from. Nobody except for one man. This man was Larry Daley. Larry was just your usual average Joe with jet black hair green eyes and a lot of New York attitude. Three months ago Larry was just a man with a whole bunch of schemes that never worked until his newest job came with something they never told him. Every night at midnight everything inside the Museum comes to life. During his first night on the job he learned this the hard way by being chased by a T-rex fossil getting caught in the middle of a civil war and being hit in the head by a train. After being saved from the wrath of the Roman Empire Theodore Roosevelt explained to Larry that all the magic came from an ancient artifact in the Egyptian Exhibit called the Tablet of Akmanrah. Now Larry is the sole protector of the Tablet and all its magic. But what Larry didn't know was that tonight would bring a whole new adventure into the Museum. Larry noticed there was A huge crate sitting in the Cargo Bay behind the Museum. The shipping manifest said the contents of the crate was a horse statue donated by a school in California. Larry paid no mind to it and continued his patrol. After Larry left the Cargo Bay the horse statue began to glow with a mysterious green aura.

Two day ago at the Heartstrings Manor Lyra just woke up and was getting ready for School. Lyra was a teenage girl with mint green skin yellow eyes and mint green hair with white streaks in it. Lyra was looking through her closet for her favorite outfit. her pink mini dress with her teal ruffle skirt and her yellow socks and pink boots. After she got dressed she brushed her hair and held it back with her flower hairband. After Lyra got dressed she went to the Bathroom to brush her teeth and apply her makeup. Meanwhile while Lyra was getting ready her boyfriend Silver Chance was waiting by the front gate of her manor. Silver Chance was a teenage boy with light blue skin deep blue eyes and red hair wearing a grey blazer with a grey fedora. Silver was the son of a CEO of a multi billion dollar weapons company. When Silver hit the intercom button on the gate Lyra's mom answered it.

" Morning Silver how are you this morning?" Lyra's mom asked in a cheery tone.

" I'm good Ms.'s Heartstrings is Lyra ready yet?" Silver replied as he checked his watch.

" I will call her and find out," Lyra's mom replied as she turned off the intercom.

Lyra just finished applying her makeup and was putting her cosmetics away when she heard her mom shout from downstairs.

" LYRA YOUR BOYFRIEND IS HERE!" her mom shouted as Lyra put her cosmetics away.

" I'LL BE DOWN IN A MINUTE!" Lyra shouted back as she left the bathroom.

Lyra came downstairs and grabbed her lunch from her mom before she and her dad left for Egypt. Lyra's dad was a famous author and her mother was the one who painted the cover art for his books. Her father's next book was going to be about the great king Ahkmanra. Lyra waved good bye and went to meet up with her boyfriend Silver Chance. While they were on their way to school they noticed a few construction workers breaking the foundation beneath the horse statue on the front lawn. They also saw the new Principal supervising. The new principal was a man with blonde hair blue eyes medium sized muscles and a blue and white suit.

" What are you planning to do with this statue once we remove it Mr.Blueblood?" one of the workers asked the principal as they kept hammering at the foundation of the statue.

" I just donated it to some museum in New York so just put it on the lawn for the truck to pick up” Blueblood told the worker as he continued to supervise the removal of the statue.

Celestia and Luna needed a vacation from all the Equestrian Magic and Evil Demons so they asked their nephew to fill in for them while they visit Savannah Georgia to relax. The Humane Six were just as shocked when they arrived. Rainbow Dash wanted to pony up and kick Blueblood's royal butt but their were some problems magic can't solve so they decided to do things the long way by starting a petition to get their statue back and their freedom. After Celestia and Luna left Blueblood turned CHS into a police state. As the students watched as a eighteen wheeler took the last symbol of their freedom away Blueblood call for a mandatory assembly to discuss his new rules. Once the students were all present Blueblood began by introducing his vice principal.

" MEET WIND RIDER YOUR NEW VICE PRINCIPAL!" Blueblood spoke through the mic as his voice echoed through the auditorium.

Wind Rider was a former drill Sergeant for the U.S Navy until he retired after twenty years of service. Blueblood began explaining his rules. first he reduced all passing periods to three minutes. Then he changed the grading system to consider anything below a A to be very bad. Finally he said that if they got five detentions they would be expelled. After Blueblood was finished Wind Rider used his military voice and told the Students to gets back to class. The Students were so furious some of them lined up at the Front Office to issue transfer requests for CPA except Lyra who filed one for a high school in Brooklyn. Silver wanted to go with her but Blueblood would not allow anymore students to leave. Before she left Lyra and Silver shared one last kiss as a promise to see each other again.

Meanwhile in a Library in Canterlot Trixie was reading up on the battle against Nightmare Moon. Trixie was a blue unicorn with a light blue mane and tail purple eyes and a wizard outfit. The book said that Nightmare Moon used one of the most forbidden spells. The resurrection spell a spell so powerful it could transfer the souls of the deceased into new bodies. This spell requires a lot of magic to use that not only was it declared forbidden after Nightmare Moon's banishment but it could also only be used once. To rectify this problem Nightmare Moon used almost all her power to transfer the spell into a golden tablet. When Nightmare Moon led her battalion against Celestia she was surprised because she thought Nightmare Moon would be drained of her magic for awhile. When Celestia noticed the gold tablet on Nightmare Moon's chest plate the runes on it spelled out the incantation for the resurrection spell. Celestia ran to the front lines and readied her magic to cast a solar jamming spell on the tablet. This was a spell created by Celestia herself. This spell can disrupt any other spells in effect while the sun is out. When Celestia and Nightmare Moon confronted each other things turned brutal. Both alicorns were battered and beaten but neither side gave up. Celestia used the last of her strength to cast her solar jamming spell on the tablet. After nightmare Moon's magic ran out she collapsed and her eternal night faded away. With the sun visible again the resurrection spell ended and the undead army vanished. Three days later Nightmare Moon was banished and imprisoned inside the Moon. Star Swirl the Bearded decided to destroy the tablet since its powers were so dangerous. The body broke but the nine ingots that gave the tablet its power remained in tact so he sent them to another universe. After Trixie finished reading she returned the book and asked the librarian where she could find Twilight's new castle. She told her it was in Ponyville just a block away from where the Golden Oaks Library used to be. The Librarian also asked Trixie a question.

" Aren't you the Great and Powerful Trixie?" the Librarian asked as she looked at the hat and cloak the unicorn was wearing.

" I am" Trixie replied in a nervous tone.

" Can I have your autograph? My grand daughter is a big fan of yours" the Librarian asked as she pulled out a quill and a piece of parchment.

Trixie gave the Librarian her autograph and signed it to Aura Mage. With her research finished Trixie knew where to find the Ingots of Nightmare Moon. Trixie heard they relocated the mirror portal to Twilight's new castle since she wanted to keep a eye on her student Sunset Shimmer. Trixie went back to hating Twilight because of her new status as a princess. Ever since Twilight's coronation almost everypony forgot about Trixie and her shows.

Meanwhile at the LA Airport Lyra was boarding her flight to NY. Lyra was too impatient to wait for the Humane Six to collect signatures so she decided to bring the statue back herself. She did not have a plan yet but she did know where to find it. After she got on her plane she found her seat and put her earbuds in after the plane reached full altitude. Lyra just like her boyfriend Silver likes to listen to music on long trips. Lyra looked out her window to take on last look at California before the plane entered the cloud cover and all landmass was replaced by a sea of clouds.

Meanwhile outside Rarity's Boutique there was a line of students waiting to sign the Humane Six's petition. They needed somewhere where Blueblood would not find them. They knew Blueblood was listening to their conversations so they devised a plan to mislead him and Wind Rider. During lunch Sunset Shimmer and the others were discussing their petition and said it was going to be at the park at 4:00. After Blueblood took the bait and waited in his office to steal the petition each member of the Humane Six told their classmates about the real location and they spread the word until the remainder of the students were lined up waiting to sign. So far the Humane Six managed to collect two hundred and fifty signatures meaning they were halfway to their goal.

Meanwhile at the Park Blueblood was waiting for the Humane Six to show up. He waited for three hours but they did not show up. Just as he was about to give up Derpy came by and asked a man dressed like a magician that was fiddling around with a big blue box for directions. Derpy was a teenage girl with blonde hair yellow eyes wearing a blue shirt with a yellow tie and a green skirt. Derpy also has a medical condition called strabismus which causes her eyes to be misaligned and unable to see straight.

" Excuse me sir I don't mean to interrupt whatever it is your doing but do you know where I can find Canterlot Boutique?" Derpy asked as she looked at the blue box with confusion.

" Sure it's in the Canterlot Mall right above the food court" The man said as he was fiddling with the wires behind the sign on the door.

" Thank you um" Derpy said as she asked for the man's name.

" I'm the Doctor by the way what is your name?" The Doctor said as he asked for the girl’s name.

" My name is Derpy Hooves nice to meet you Doctor" Derpy said in a very upbeat tone.

" Are you going to sign that petition the fiery haired girl and her friends are doing?" the Doctor asked as he remembered hearing Sunset and Rainbow Dash’s conversation at the soccer field.

" Yes I am" Derpy replied in a even more upbeat attitude as she felt happier than she was this morning because of Blueblood’s rules and regulations.

After hearing the Doctor and Derpy's conversation Blueblood waited for them to leave so he could get back to his car and intercept the petition before it reaches five hundred signatures. Derpy was on her way to the Mall and the Doctor went inside his box. Blueblood drove on a different route to the Mall to make sure Derpy did not see him. Once he got there he started heading for the second floor and found the line. Blueblood began to cut his way to the table to steal the petition. just as he was about to steal it Rarity called Mall Security and they apprehended him and throw him out. With Blueblood out of the way the students continue signing the petition. The humane Six now had four hundred and sixty signatures. All the Humane Six needed were the signatures of the thirty-eight students that transferred to CPA along with Silver and Lyra and Blueblood would be fired.

Chapter 2

Meanwhile at Silver's Mansion Silver was exhausted after the first day of the new CHS. All the friendly teachers everyone had loved turned into complete slave drivers. Deep down they hated what Blueblood had turned them into. They would had refused to do things his way but since he was technically their boss and signed their paychecks they had no choice. it was either be mean or be homeless. Silver was tired from running from one end of the campus to the other because of Blueblood's new time limit. After he got to his room he collapsed onto his bed and stared up at his ceiling hoping Lyra was doing well on her end.

Meanwhile at the Manhattan Airport Lyra had just gotten off of her plane and entered the Terminal Building. She went to the Baggage Claim to get her suitcase. While she was waiting she decided to call Silver to see how he was holding up.

" Hello?” Silver said after he swiped the answer button on his phone.

" Hi Silver how are you holding up after the first day of Blueblood's rule?" Lyra asked as she was worried about her boyfriend.

" Not so well," Silver replied as he was getting ready to rant.

" what happened?" Lyra asked with a worried tone in her voice.

" He made our teacher go from good to evil he replaced the menu with awful tasting food and thanks to his rules I almost ended up getting my first strike towards expulsion," Silver ranted as he began to calm down a bit.

“but I'm still alive," Silver added after venting his frustration.

" That's good how is the petition going?" Lyra asked as she retrieved her suitcase.

" so far Rarity and the others got four-hundred and sixty signatures so all they need are ours and the students who joined Crystal Prep and we win," Silver replied with a little excitement in his voice.

" In that case you have my permission to use my signature," Lyra said as she walked towards the parking lot.

" That's great the others will be glad your helping us even from the other side of the country," Silver said as he felt a little more excited that the nightmare was close to ending.

" I gotta go my friend is here to take me to her house while i'm here see you soon I hope," Lyra said as she met with her friend.

Lyra hung up and put her phone back in her pocket. She met up with a cream colored girl in a black sweater red skirt and a hairstyle nearly identical to Twilight's. She opened the trunk of her car and Lyra put her suitcase inside. Lyra and the girl began catching up on old times.

" Thank you for letting me stay with you Moondancer," Lyra said as she felt excited to see her childhood friend again.

" It's not a problem I'm glad you decided to enroll at my school," Moondancer replied as she drove out of the Airport parking lot..

" Me too it's a shame my boyfriend was not so fortunate," Lyra said as she remembered her conversation with Silver..

" How is Silver Chance anyway I hope he is surviving," Moondancer asked as she felt concerned about Silver as well.

" He was exhausted when I called him but he never gives up when the deck is stacked against him as he would say," Lyra replied as she remembered what Silver would say when things got tough.

" Silver always loved that Duel monsters card game maybe I should challenge him sometime," Moondancer said as she stopped at a red light.

As Lyra and Moon dancer talked about old times and caught up with each other they reached Moondancer’s Apartment. As they went inside Moon Dancer showed Lyra to the Guest Room and went to her room to finish her homework. Lyra went to the Living Room and began watching TV. While watching the latest episode of Mystery Diners she saw an ad for the Museum of Natural History talking about their new exhibit. Lyra was interested once they showed a picture of the Horse Statue she came for. They said it would arrive tomorrow. Lyra went to ask Moondancer where the Museum was. She said she would take her after school tomorrow.

At the Museum of Natural History Larry was patrolling the Museum to make sure everyone was behaving and to make sure no one got in or out. But mostly to make sure the Tablet of Ahkmenrah stayed in the Egyptian Wing where it belonged. After Larry made his rounds he played fetch with Rexy. After he threw Rexy's rib bone Rexy had flung Larry into a crate with his tail out of excitement. After hearing Larry scream Teddy and his steed galloped to him.

" Lawrence are you ok?" Teddy asked as he helped Larry up.

" Yeah I'm fine I'm starting to get used to it by now," Larry replied as he brushed himself off.

" Good we don't want that new exhibit to break Ak said he sensed something magical about it," Teddy said as he referred to the crate Larry crashed into.

" Magical? what kind of magic could a statue have?" Larry asked with a skeptical look on his face.

" I don't know but we will find out tomorrow when it is revealed," Teddy said as he left to check on other stuff.

Meanwhile on the outskirts of Ponyville Trixie was pulling her wagon towards the Castle of Friendship. The ponies of Ponyville paid no mind to her as she headed to the town square. She anchored her wagon and began her show for the day. After hearing Trixie announce her entrance Twilight had teleported to the Town Square to see her show. After her show Twilight went to Trixie's Dressing Room to catch up with her. Twilight had offered Trixie to stay at her Castle during her visit and she had accepted. Twilight gave Trixie a tour of the Castle of Friendship. Twilight had showed Trixie her new Library and the crystal mirror. Twilight explained to Trixie about the machine she hooked up to the mirror and how she can use it to force the portal open whenever she wanted. After the tour it was time for Luna to raise the moon so Twilight had showed Trixie one of the Guest Rooms and Twilight had teleported to her room and they both went to bed.

The next day Moon Dancer was showing Lyra around Roosevelt High. After Lyra got her schedule she and Moon Dancer had went their separate ways til third period. Lyra was in music class while Moon Dancer was in history. Lyra remembered the awesome song the Humane Six had used to defeat the Sirens and played it for her class. Lyra told them it was something written by an old acquaintance of hers. After music class Lyra met two of Moon Dancer's new friends Lemon Hearts and Twinkleshine in social studies. Lyra had told them about what happened back at CHS and felt bad for Silver Chance. She assured them he would be fine and that he survived worse odds than these. After third period ended Lyra Moon Dancer and her friends went to lunch. Lyra got to know Lemon Hearts and Twinkleshine very well by now. Moon Dancer invited them to come to the Museum with her and Lyra and they accepted. Moon Dancer needed to write a report about Ahkmenrah's reign of Egypt. Lyra just wanted the statue back.

Meanwhile at the Castle of Friendship Library Twilight was reading the latest Shadow Spade book when suddenly the book above the portal started to glow and vibrate. Normally Twilight would think it was a message from Sunset Shimmer but this felt different. With her magic Twilight levitated the book down and opened it. The message inside said:

New coordinates set: Museum of Natural History Brooklyn NY.

Normally Twilight would freak out over something like this but it made sense to her now. Since she was able to move her end of the portal to her Castle and still reach CHS the same could work on the other side as well. Twilight wanted to investigate but she had other matters to attend to. Another Bug Bear was terrorizing Ponyville and she needed to help her friends fight it. Trixie used this chance to enter the portal and prepared to find the Ingots of Nightmare Moon. Before Trixie could enter the portal Spike used his dragon breath to block her way.

" Don't even think about it Trixie," Spike said with his best macho guy impression.

" How are you going to stop Trixie shrimp?" Trixie retorted as her horn began to glow.

" Like this," Spike replied as he prepared to unleash another breath of fire.

Spike took a deep breath and prepared to unleash a massive fire blast. Spike was planning to signal Twilight and the others by sending it through the window of the Library. Trixie took advantage of the charging time of Spike's attack and used her magic to drop some books on him. Just as Spike was ready to unleash his attack several dictionaries slammed him in the head and forced him to swallow all the fire he built up. Fortunately for Spike a dragon's organs were fire proof but he would still feel the burn of his fire entering his stomach. With Spike out of the way Trixie pulled a black cloak out of her saddle bag and had put it on and then entered the portal.

The Plot Thickens

Chapter 3

At the Museum of Natural History Moon Dancer was writing her report inside the Egyptian Wing. Lemon Hearts and Twinkleshine were amazed by the beauty and craftsmanship of the African Exhibit and all of its animals. They especially loved the capuchin monkey Dexter. Lyra found the statue she and her boyfriend shared a lot of memories of. Lyra knew about the portal and wanted to see Equestria but Sunset and the rest of the Humane Six would not let her. Twilight told them she and Spike always come alone because she thinks if two versions of her friends existed in the same universe chaos would ensue that also meant other ponies or people as well. Now that Lyra found the statue she needed to hide somewhere until everyone left. She searched all the wings until she found a stage coach in the Civil War Room. She climbed inside and stayed perfectly still and made sure to turn her phone off so her cover would not be blown. Moon Dancer and the others were waiting at the entrance for Lyra but she did not come. Moon Dancer tried calling her but she did not answer. Before she could try again the night guard Larry Daley told them to leave because it was closing time. After Moon Dancer told him about Lyra being missing he promised to send her back if he found her. With everyone gone and Larry doing his rounds Lyra waited until he left for the lobby. With his rounds down he waited for the tablet to bring everyone to life. As the moon began to rise the tablet began to hum and glow. After the humming stopped Rexy was panting and waiting for Larry to play with him.

Meanwhile at the horse statue Trixie came out of the base of the statue and tripped over her feet. After getting up she saw her reflection in the polished floor and was shocked to see her new body. She tried walking and almost got the hang of it. Her balance was a bit unstable but she was able to stay standing. She found the Egyptian Wing and found what she was looking for. A fully built Tablet of Nightmare Moon under a new name. After Trixie took the tablet the Museum alarms went off. Lyra was scared that she was discovered so she ran for the lobby. Larry heard the alarms and ran after the thief. As Lyra ran for the lobby she bumped into Trixie and they both fell to the floor. Larry came across both girls knocked out on the floor and went after Trixie to get the tablet back. Both girls came to and Trixie was struggling to escape Larry's stranglehold. With Trixie apprehended Larry lowered her hood to see who tried to steal the tablet. Lyra was shocked to see who the thief was.

" TRIXIE?" Lyra shouted as she saw the magician she and her boyfriend loved.

" What are you doing here and why are you stealing that tablet?" Lyra asked as she felt like her favorite performer was actually a crook.

Trixie knew squirming was useless so she bit Larry's hand and he released his grip on her. While Larry yelled in pain Trixie grabbed the tablet and made a run for the portal. Before Trixie entered the portal Trixie yelled one last taunt at Larry.

" LET'S SEE YOU TRY AND STOP TRIXIE NOW NIGHT GUARD!" Trixie yelled after sticking her tongue out and blowing a raspberry.

Trixie entered the portal and Larry was confused as to what he saw. After Larry calmed down Lyra began to explain what the statue was and why she wanted it back. After hearing her story Larry agreed to convince the Museum Curator to send the statue back if Lyra helped him get the tablet back. Since Larry had no idea what Equestria was like he needed a guide. Since Lyra and Silver hung around the Humane Six a lot Sunset told them about her home. Larry packed his flashlight in case he needed it. Larry was skilled at using a flashlight as a weapon. Larry told Teddy and the other exhibits to guard the portal while they were gone. They wanted to come but Larry reminded them about what happens when they leave the Museum and when the sun rises while they were outside. Larry and Lyra entered the portal and the pursuit of Trixie began.

Meanwhile inside Twilight's Library Trixie exited the portal and was surrounded by Twilight and her friends. After Trixie had left Twilight sensed somepony messed with her books so she teleported from the fight and to her Library. When she arrived she saw several of her dictionaries piled up near a corner. But it was not the books she was worried about it was the tail sticking out of the pile that worried her.

" SPIKE!" Twilight yelled as she began to worry about her #1 assistant.

She levitated the books back to their rightful place and placed Spike on her back. She then carried him to his room and placed him on his bed. After she tended to Spike's injuries she told the others to come to his room. With the Bug Bear defeated the rest of the Mane Six ran to Spike's room. They all gathered around Spike and waited for him to wake up. When Spike woke up Twilight asked him what happened. Spike said Trixie tried to use the portal and he tried to stop her since everypony else was busy. He told them he tried to signal them with his fire but Trixie knocked him out before he could do it. This really made everyone except Twilight angry. Not only did Trixie betray their trust but she also hurt one of their friends.

" I knew we still couldn't trust her," Applejack said as she stomped her hoof on the crystal floor.

" Yeah when she comes back I'm gonna beat her into next Friday," Rainbow Dash said as she slammed her front hooves together.

" Leave some of her for me too," Applejack said as she too slammed her front hooves together.

Twilight was not only hurt that Trixie betrayed her trust but she felt like she failed her role as a princess. Rarity and the others comforted her and assured her she was doing a great job as the Princess of Friendship. Twilight regained her confidence and came up with a plan to stop Trixie. The Mane Six surrounded Trixie as she came out of the portal. Twilight tried trapping Trixie in a anti spell bubble but Trixie teleported before it could trap her.
Trixie teleported back to the outskirts of Ponyville and ran towards Canterlot. Even though Trixie's talent was magic based like Twilight's she did not have enough magic to teleport directly to Canterlot. With the tablet in her saddlebag the first phase of Trixie's revenge was complete. All Trixie needed was a army and she would be ready to fight Twilight and her friends.

Meanwhile back at CHS Silver was running to his fourth period class. Silver barely made it in-time. If he was ten seconds later he would have been locked out and hunted down by the Administrators. After Silver took his seat the History teacher Mr. Chronomaly began reading about the rebellion against King Kahmunrah. Mr. chronomaly was very eccentric when it came to history and would always try to make it sound fun and exciting and sometimes he dresses like an archaeologist. He said Kahmunrah vassals had enough of his insanity and so did his subjects. That night Ahkmenrah led a rebellion against Kahmunrah. The palace guards put up a good fight but the rebels were stronger. Kahmunrah had enough and decided to use his family's tablet to unlock the Gate of the Underworld and unleash the Horus army. Before he could unlock the gate Ahkmenrah stole the tablet and lead Kahmunrah into a ambush. The next day the guards were marching the former king to the scarab pit where he would be eaten alive. As Kahmunrah screamed in pain his final words scared everyone present at his execution.

" SOMEDAY I WILL COME BACK AND CONQUER THE WORLD AND ALL OF YOU WILL SUFFER!" Kahmunrah yelled as he became nothing but bones.

In a way this history lesson was very similar to the present situation at CHS. Silver wished he could start a rebellion against Blueblood but modern day laws would not allow it. Silver just had to pin his hopes on Rarity and the others.

After fourth period Silver met with Rarity and the others at lunch. He did not come for the food but rather to add his and Lyra's signatures to their petition. The Humane Six slid the petition to Silver and he signed both his and Lyra's names. With that done all they needed were the transfers at CPA and they win. Blueblood was looking very nervous right now. The Humane Six were just thirty-eight signatures away from firing him. He was panicking in his office until he came up with a plan. Blueblood knew The Humane Six would travel to CPA to get the remaining thirty-eight signatures they needed and decided to stop them from leaving. Blueblood and Wind Rider went to the Student Parking Lot and dismantled the engines of the Humane Six's vehicles. They hid the pieces inside Silver's trunk hoping to pin the blame on him. His keys fell out of his pocket while he was running to his fourth period and Wind Rider swiped them before he could notice.

Four hours later The humane Six were heading to their cars and motorcycle. They got in their vehicles and tried to start them but nothing happened. They looked under their hoods to find that their engines were missing. Sunset found a trail of parts leading to Silver's car. Silver came by to asked if the Humane Six have seen his keys. Rainbow Dash asked if he tried the lost and found but he told her he already did and they said they did not have them. After Sunset heard about Silver's missing keys she came to the conclusion someone was trying to frame him for their sabotaged vehicles. Pinkie noticed a security camera trained on the Parking Lot and thought maybe it could show what happened. The humane Six and Silver went to the Security Office to find the monitor trained on the Student Parking Lot. They found it and decided to rewind the tape. Once they reached the three hour mark they played it. They could not believe what they saw. They saw Blueblood and Wind Rider taking their engines apart and stashing the pieces in Silver's trunk. That solved the mystery of who stole Silver's keys and the missing engines. Silver saw Blueblood throw something in the bushes. They ran back to the Parking Lot and found Silver's keys. Silver popped the trunk of his car open and the Humane Six gathered the pieces of their engines. They asked Silver to collect the remaining signatures while they fixed their vehicles. They handed him the petition and he drove off to CPA. Blueblood tried tailing him but he hit a red light while Silver kept moving. Silver made it to CPA just in time for school to let out. The thirty-eight transfer students recognized him and went to see him.

" Yo Silver dude what brings you here?" One of the students asked as they recognized their old duel buddy.

" Blueblood sabotaged Rarity and the others so they trusted me to collect the final thirty-eight signatures needed to get rid of Blueblood," Silver replied as he pulled out the petition.

" In that case you can count all of us in," Another one of the students said as the other thirty six gathered around Silver as well.

The transfer students signed the petition and now the Humane Six have the five-hundred signature they need to return their school back to how it was. Blueblood was too late and was banging his head at his steering wheel. The horn alerted Silver to Blueblood's presence so he took off with the petition and drove back to his mansion where the petition would be safe till tomorrow. Once Silver got home he ran for his room and placed the petition in his safe. He then called Rarity to tell her about the situation.

After Rainbow Dash and Sunset finished putting everyone's engines back together Rarity got a called from Silver.

" Hello," Rarity said as she answered her phone.

" Blueblood chased me after I got the signatures you needed so I have the petition safely locked in my room," Silver replied as he locked his safe.

" Glad you told us," Rarity replied as she felt relieved to hear some good news.

" Meet us at the Canterlot Mall in front of my boutique tomorrow morning with the petition and we can put an end to this living nightmare," Rarity added as she got in her car.

" ok see you there," Silver replied as he exited his closet.

With that done Silver hung up and went to bed. Silver stared at his ceiling and hoped Lyra was doing well on her end.

Blueblood's last stand

Chapter 5

Twilight and the others appeared in front of Canterlot Castle. The guards were about to seize them until the flash died down and Twilight became visible. The guards bowed to Twilight and opened the gates for her and her companions. Twilight Larry and Lyra went to the Throne Room to see if Princess Celestia knew anything about the tablet. As they appeared before Celestia Twilight and Larry explained the situation and asked if she knew anything. When Larry mentioned the tablet Celestia looked like she saw a ghost.

" so you do know something?" Twilight asked as she saw the scared look on her mentor's face.

" Yes that tablet you're looking for almost caused eternal night," Celestia replied with a worried tone.

" How can the tablet do that?" Larry asked as he was about to learn something new about the treasure he was supposed to guard.

" It's not the tablet that does it but the pony wielding it," Celestia replied.

" You mean Nightmare Moon?" Twilight asked with a very worried tone as she remembered her first encounter with her.

Celestia told them about the battle between her and her sister. She told them about how Nightmare Moon forged the tablet and gave it its power. Twilight was more determined to stop Trixie now that she figured out her plan. Celestia mentioned if Trixie had the tablet there was only one place she was going. The Canterlot Museum of Equestrian History where all the historical events in Equestria are recorded and displayed. Celestia gave them directions to the Museum but said she could not stop the moon from rising since that was Princess Luna's jurisdiction.

Meanwhile at a Truck Stop in Texas Celestia and Luna were having lunch after driving for three hours. They were watching the news report regarding the petition to save CHS. After they paid their bill they set off on the road again. They got stuck in a traffic jam near the New Mexico State Line because some biker crashed into a passing tractor. The police told everyone to detour on Staubach rd which delayed Celestia and Luna some more. The detour took them through the city of Santa Rosa which made their return to California a bit longer.

Meanwhile in an alleyway near Town Hall Blueblood was waiting for the Humane Six to arrive. The Police had Town Hall surrounded. They knew Blueblood would try and steal the petition in front of everyone so they set a perimeter around Town Hall. Blueblood needed a disguise to get inside Town Hall. He lured a guard from their post by running out of the alleyway and lured him into a dead end. With the guard alone Blueblood struck him with a lead pipe and stole his uniform. Blueblood went through the perimeter and inside Town Hall.

Meanwhile at a Gas Station a few miles past the Carson City limits Celestia was filling their gas tank while Luna got some drinks for the road. The California Desert was extremely hot this time of year so they needed to stay hydrated if they wanted to get back in time to stop Blueblood. With their tank filled Celestia and Luna kept going. After an hour and a half of driving they made it back to their house to park their car. They decided to go to Town Hall on foot since their car would tell Blueblood they were back. It was only ten minutes to reach Town Hall on foot since they lived in front of the suburbs.

Rarity and the others made it to Town Hall on time to present their petition to the Mayor. Since the Mayor was watching the news coverage about Blueblood she asked the Humane Six to meet with her about their petition. After going inside the Mayor escorted the Humane Six to her office to look over their petition. The students who signed the petition gathered inside Town Hall to see the petition be approved and to see the nightmare of Blueblood come to an end. Silver and Bonbon made it as well. Flash Sentry help them to their seats after they found the room the ceremony was in.

" Silver Bonbon you two are just in time," Flash said as he escorted them to the seats that were saved for them.

" did they make it?" Silver asked.

" Thanks to you two they did," Flash replied as they took their seats.

As the Mayor was going over the names on the petition Blueblood was waiting outside the room to make his move. Just as the mayor was about to stamp the petition as approved a bunch of smoke bombs went off and covered the room with light blue smoke. Rainbow Dash recognized this shade of blue smoke as Trixie's work and also remembered Blueblood confiscated all her smoke bombs during the first day of his job as principal. When the smoke cleared one of the guards from outside was holding the petition in his hands. Blueblood shed his disguise and laughed victoriously as he tried to ignite his lighter. Before Blueblood could get his lighter to create a flame two booming voices rang through the room.

Everyone was looking around the room to find the source of the voices until they noticed Celestia and Luna standing by the doorway into the Event Hall.

" IS THIS WHAT WE LEFT YOU IN CHARGE FOR. TO TURN OUR PRIDE AND JOY INTO A LIVING NIGHTMARE," Celestia yelled as her voice echoed through the room.

" I KNEW YOU WERE EVIL BUT THIS IS THE LAST STRAW BUFORD," Luna also yelled as her voice reached the same frequency as her sister's.

" Sorry we're late girls traffic in several states was hectic," Celestia said as she calmed down a bit.

Blueblood was not scared he lit his lighter and was about to burn the petition until Blueblood felt someone grab his hands and put the lighter out. Officer Shining Armor was behind Blueblood holding his arms behind his back and putting him in handcuffs. Shining read him his charges and rights than dragged him to his car and drove him off to jail. Rarity picked up the petition and made sure their were no scorch marks on it. With Blueblood gone the Mayor approved the petition and the students were shouting in excitement over their victory. Celestia and Luna signed the paperwork necessary to remove Blueblood from their family and the students went home really excited to have their favorite principal and vice principal back.

Back at Canterlot Twilight Larry and Lyra found their destination. The Museum of Equestrian History. Larry was amazed by the architecture of the outside. Larry was wondering what exhibits would come to life here. Lyra wanted to see everything inside but she remembered she was on an important mission. Twilight saw this place a lot back when she was a filly and knew where everything was so she decided to guide Larry and Lyra around when finding Trixie. The guard at the front gate asked Larry for some ID but Larry did not have any in his current form. Twilight decided to use plan B. Twilight used her location matrix spell and sent Larry and Lyra a mental image of the Lobby inside the Museum. Twilight used her teleportation spell to warp Larry and Lyra and herself inside the Museum. Now that they were inside the Museum they only had four hours until the tablet's magic activated.

Back at the Silver Mansion Silver chance just got home after a very eventful day. As he went inside he was surprised to see his father Silver Bullet standing in the foyer. Silver Bullet ran up to him and hugged him while crying. Silver Bullet was a man in his forties with light blue skin yellow hair and a gray suit similar to Silver's blazer but with a black tie.

" Chance are you OK? Did that Blueblood jerk hurt you badly?" Silver Bullet asked worriedly.

" He and his partner knocked me out for a bit but I delivered the petition to Rarity and left the rest to her and her friends," Silver replied as his father stopped crying and felt proud.

" That's my boy always believe in your allies they are your true strength," Silver Bullet said as he reminded Silver about what he taught him about how important alleys are.

Silver Bullet was the current CEO of Silver Corp. Silver Bullet used to be a soldier for the Allied Nations Peace Regiment. Silver corp is the biggest weapons company in California. Silver Bullet had one last mission find Blueblood and kill him for hurting his son. Silver Bullet was given special permission to kill any prisoner he felt was a threat. Before he could kill Blueblood Bullet needed evidence that proves how dangerous he was so he left for Allied Nations HQ to check their records office. Since Silver Bullet used to work their and with the former security chief fired for treason and murder he was granted access to the records office. Once he got to the Records Office he found Blue blood’s service record. What Bullet found was perfect enough to have Blueblood executed.

Meanwhile back at the Silver Mansion Silver was testing some of changes he made to his buster blader deck when the phone began to ring. Silver terminated his duel disk and answered the phone.

“Silver residence may I ask who's calling?” Silver said as he took off his duel disk.

“This is the Canterlot Courthouse is Silver Chance there?” The Clerk asked as he checked his list of witnesses.

“Speaking,” Silver replied.

“You have been summoned as a witness in the trail of Buford Blueblood you should of gotten a subpoena in the mail by now,” The Clerk said as he checked his list again.

Silver checked the stack of mail his father left on the table while holding the phone. He looked through nearly two dozen pieces of mail all of which were addressed to his father until he reached the last piece which was addressed to Silver. Silver opened it and found a sepia inside.

“I did receive the subpoena you sent and I gladly agree to come and testify,” Silver replied as he put the subpoena inside his blazer pocket.

“Great see you at eight o'clock,” The Clerk said and hung up.

Silver hung up the phone and was about to go to his room and prepare for court until his father came back and greeted him. Bullet noticed Silver had a subpoena in his hand and asked if it was for him. Silver told him the Canterlot courthouse called earlier and said they summoned him as a witness in Principal Blueblood's trail. After Silver told his father about the summons Bullet gave Silver Blueblood's service record and told him to give it to the prosecutor when he gets to the courthouse. Silver placed the service record in his blazer pocket and left to get ready for the trial.

Betrayal

Chapter 6

A bright flash appeared in the middle of the lobby of the museum. The flash died down revealing Larry Lyra and Twilight. Twilight was shocked to see a lot has changed since her last visit. The skeleton of the first dragon lord was replaced by a statue of the museum's founder. Most of the other exhibits Twilight remembered where either moved or replaced. Larry and Lyra decided to split up to find Trixie and the tablet. Twilight on the other hoof teleported back to her castle to calm down before she goes insane. Larry went to the Star swirl the bearded wing to begin his search. Larry was amazed by all the scrolls and banners that decorated the wing. They even had Star swirl himself looking over a copy of his unfinished spell before Twilight rewrote it. Lyra went to the ancient beasts room to begin her search. Lyra was amazed by all the beasts in the room. the Cerberus in the center of the room really got her attention.

Meanwhile in the Angelus Bay detention center Blueblood was discussing his case with his attorney. Things were looking very grim for Blueblood. In addition to his current charges they pulled up his military background and found out he was not only associated with the international criminal Adel Renard but he was also involved in the Helios 6 incident. Blueblood was really nervous about his trail because of all the evidence stacked against him.

2 hours later at the courthouse in courtroom no 2 the trail of Buford Blueblood was underway. Blueblood was escorted to the defendant's chair awaiting his fate. As the Judge banged his gavel to begin the trial Wind Rider took the stand and testified against Blueblood. After hearing his testimony Blueblood was devastated that his old friend would stab him in the back like that. The other witnesses included the students of CHS. They all testified to how much of a tyrant Blueblood was. With each testimony the knife in Blue blood’s wound went deeper and deeper until Silver's testimony shoved it all the way in.

--Testimony: The Final Statement --
" It all started as a great morning just me and my girlfriend when this tyrant got rid of the statue we loved so much. He split us up by letting her leave and kept me trapped at CHS. Then he tried to kill me in broad daylight by knocking me out with chloroform. Just like everyone else I say this man is guilty of everything. I hope my father makes your execution the bloodiest one ever.

" I think we heard enough testimony for a verdict," The Judge said as he looked at Blueblood with hatred.

" Agreed," The Prosecutor replied as he smiled over his victory.

" THIS COURT FINDS THE DEFENDANT BUFORD BLUE BLOOD GUILTY OF ALL CHARGES," The Judge yelled as he slammed his gavel.

As the court adjourned Blueblood was completely broken as the police hauled him off to the county prison. Silver left the Courthouse with improved confidence after giving the testimony that would end the nightmare called Blueblood once and for all. Bonbon was a bit worried about him. Ever since Lyra left he was becoming more emotionally unstable. Bonbon agreed to stay with him until Lyra returned. Bonbon knew how Silver was when Lyra doesn't stay in touch.

Meanwhile back at the Canterlot Museum Lyra sneezed as she was looking at the other exhibits. Lyra know Silver was thinking about her and she knew he was probably suffering from another out of control mood swing. Lyra now wanted to put an end to Trixie's scheme more than ever. Lyra was about to meet up with Larry until she heard a loud roar come from the ancient beasts room. Lyra teleported and found Cerberus alive and moving and ready to try and eat her. Lyra realized this meant the magic of the tablet has been activated.

Meanwhile in the Hall of Miniatures Larry was getting the strangest case of deja vu from all the exhibits in the room. They had the founding of Pony-ville the founding of Equestria and the temple of the sapphire stone. Larry was about to leave until he heard somepony singing camp town races. Larry was so entranced by the ponies building a railroad that he did not see the ponies from below tie his hooves together until it was too late. Larry's head fell on the tracks and the settler ponies hog tied and hitch him up to the tracks. Their leader an orange earth stallion with a blonde mane and tail and a black stetson ordered his men to fire up the train. Larry saw the light coming out of the tunnel.

" Hey Blondie," Larry said as he felt like he had this conversation before.

" Names Golden Apple," Golden Apple replied with a bit of annoyance.

" Right Golden Apple stop the train please," Larry asked pleading for his life.

" That's a big no can do crackerjack," Golden Apple replied.

" Why are you doing this?" Larry asked knowing what the answer might be.

" somepony's gotta pay for locking us up year after year," Golden Apple replied as he correctly guessed what Larry was thinking.

Before Larry could continue his argument with Golden Apple he received a telepathic message from Lyra. Lyra was screaming for help as she was running from the ancient beasts. Larry was about to tell her to calm down but before he could the train rammed into his head disrupting his concentration.

" OH FOR CRYING OUT LOUD," Golden Apple yelled as the train failed to kill Larry.

Larry had enough and broke free from the ropes that bound him and unleashed a small magic burst around him to flick off the rest of the settler ponies. Just as Larry was about to leave Commander Hurricane had his battalions lined up and were ready to unleash Tartarus on his command. Golden Apple did not like Hurricane butting in on his fight. As Larry was about to sneak off Commander Hurricane ordered his troops to fire their catapults and whip up a massive tornado. Compared to the size of the cloudsdale empire and Larry the tornado felt more like a light summer breeze as for the rocks they really hurt him. Just as Larry was about to get hit by a second wave of rocks a force field appeared around him. Larry looked for the caster of the spell and noticed star swirl standing behind him with his horn glowing and his hoof out.

" take the hoof son," Star swirl said as he extended his hoof to Larry.

Larry took Star swirl’s hoof and they teleported to the ancient beasts room where Lyra was running scared to death. Star swirl told Larry to check the inside of the tree by the timber wolf exhibit. Larry pulled out a ball with a note on it.

" please return this ball back where you found it when your done playing with it in case of another ball emergency signed Pinkie Pie," the note said with Pinkie’s voice in the background.

Larry got Cerberus's attention as he used his magic to wave the ball around. Cerberus was panting and jumping around excitedly like a little puppy dog. Larry knew what Cerberus wanted because he deals with Rexy the same way back at Natural History. Larry passed the ball to Lyra and told her to try playing with Cerberus. Lyra was having fun with Cerberus. Larry asked Star swirl if he saw Trixie. Star swirl said he saw her going to the hall of villains. Larry finally manage to completely piece together Trixie's evil plan she was going to recruit an evil army. Larry and Lyra ran in the direction Star swirl pointed them in and they arrived in time to eavesdrop on Trixie's discussion with her new generals.

" Now that Trixie brought you four back to life you will do Trixie's bidding," Trixie said in a commanding tone.

" WHY SHOULD THOU LISTEN TO YOU WHELP," Nightmare Moon shouted in her royal canterlot voice.

" Yeah we have better things to do than listen to some worthless unicorn," Tirek said in an angry voice.

" I have an empire to reclaim and I don't have time to listen to some weak unicorn on a power trip," Sombra said with a very angry and ominous voice.

" And I have a hive to feed so GET OUT OF OUR WAY YOU WORTHLESS EXCUSE FOR A PONY," Chrysalis yelled as she fired a magic blast at
Trixie sending her into a wall.

Trixie tried to get up but Nightmare Moon used her magic to grip Trixie by her throat. Nightmare Moon took the tablet from Trixie than throw her at the wall she slammed against earlier. The four villains teleported out of the museum thanks to Nightmare Moon. Trixie did not bother getting back up this time because all the hurtful thing they told her sank in. As Larry and Lyra were about to capture Trixie she started crying and pleading for mercy.

" Please be merciful on Trixie all I wanted was everypony to love me again," Trixie sobbed as her wounds began to hurt.

" Well gathering an evil army and taking over the world is not the way to do it," Larry replied as he helped Trixie up off the floor.

Lyra told Trixie about the amazing things her counterpart in her world did and how one of her tricks brought her and her boyfriend together and started their relationship. Trixie remembered how great her shows were not just because of her bragging but because it all came from her heart. Trixie then realized that she might be able to be loved by everypony again if she recaptured the heartfelt way her shows used to be. Trixie calmed down and asked how she should regain everypony"s trust. Larry told her she could start by fixing the mess she made and help them get the tablet back. Trixie agreed to help and the three of them teleported outside the museum.

Meanwhile at the ruins of the Castle of the two sisters Nightmare Moon began to cast her eternal night just as Luna raised the moon. With the moon frozen in place and the other three villains up to their own evil schemes Nightmare Moon used the resurrection spell and the summoning spell to Resurrect Adam Michele. Adam Michele came from the human world but was deceased. When the Ninth Doctor abandoned Adam and left the Info Spike he got from Satellite Five in his brain he used it to hack every single bank account in the twenty first century. But that was just the beginning during his brief stay with the Doctor and Rose he learned how the TARDIS worked and built his own version of a vortex manipulator. His plan was to kidnap all the companions of all eleven incarnations of the Doctor. After he captured all of the companions his partner stabbed him in the back and murdered him. Out of the portal created from the summoning spell came a titanium coffin with the name Adam Michele burned on the lid. The coffin opened and a dark blue Pegasus with a hollow space on his forehead climbed out. This Pegasus was Adam Michele. Adam was freaking out a bit after he regained consciousness and saw his new body. Nightmare Moon calmed him down and explained what happened to him. Nightmare Moon asked him to join her and help take over Equestria but he refused.

"What if I told you I could give you the power to kill the Doctor," Nightmare Moon said in a very persuading voice.

The mention of the Doctor got Adam's attention and he agreed to join her. With their alliance now forged Nightmare Moon used her magic to bring Adam back to how he was before he was killed. Adam slammed his hooves together and a hole opened up on his forehead and out of the hole came a metal horn made of solid titanium. Adam tried using magic and was surprised to see lightning shoot out of his horn. Nightmare Moon told him that she also filled his info spike with all the spells ever written by all unicorns in equestrian history. Adam was pleased with Nightmare Moon's gift and they began planning their invasion.

for those of you who don't know about doctor who Adam Michele was the only companion to get expelled from the TARDIS. I figured if the BBC was not gunna use him ever again I would.

Chapter 7

Inside the Equine County Prison Blueblood was staring at the ceiling of his cell looking back on his life as the clock ticked closer to his execution. While Blueblood was reflecting a guard came in and said he had a visitor. When Blueblood heard that he was a bit worried about who it was. Blueblood's fear was calmed when he saw that his visitor was his former friend Wind Rider. Wind rider pulled up a stool and began talking with Blueblood for this would be the very last time he could.

“ What do you want traitor,” Blueblood said in an upset tone.

“ Buford I’m sorry I testified against you but I can, t be a part of this anymore,” Wind Rider replied.

“ You were my only friend and you turned on me when I needed you most why would you do that?” Blueblood asked.

“ After you resorted to kidnapping and hurting innocent people you went way too far and I could not follow someone who would betray our military oath,” Wind Rider replied as he placed his fist over his heart.

“ What happened to you after I retired seven years ago?” Wind Rider asked his former friend.

“ When you left I was left at the mercy of our squad mates who kept torturing me for two years until Captain Renard decided to enlist me for a secret mission he was conducting,” Blueblood replied with tears in his eyes.

“ Guess my grand daughter wasn’t the only one to lose their way because of my absence,” Wind Rider said as he felt sad a bit.

“ I may have gotten everyone’s respect after Renard's mission but after he was declared guilty of causing the Helios 6 incident I was dishonorably discharged. I was lucky they did not lock me up,” Blueblood said as he motioned to his current circumstance.

“ I'm sorry I can't stop this execution Captain Bullet really wants you dead for hurting his son,” Wind Rider apologized to Blueblood.

“ I guess this is the end for me. Wind promise me two things before you go. One promise to come visit my grave every year on this day if you can and two always be there for your grand daughter it may be too late for me but she still has her whole life ahead of her I’m sorry if I thought my job was more important than our oath,” Blueblood said as the guard came back to escort Wind Rider outside.

“ I promise,” Wind Rider said as he saluted Blueblood for the last time.

The guard escorted Wind Rider outside the Prison. Wind Rider left to ask Silver Bullet if he could let him handle Blue blood’s funeral. Silver Bullet agreed to Wind Rider's request.

Two hours later Blueblood was being escorted to the execution grounds where he was strapped into the electric chair with Silver Bullet holding the switch ready to zap him. But before he could execute him Bullet allowed Blueblood to say his final words.

“ I know the students of CHS can, t hear me or will forgive me for what I done but I would like to say I’m sorry for everything,” Blueblood said with tears in his eyes.

With Blue blood’s final words said Bullet pulled the switch and 10”000 volts of electricity entered Blue blood’s body electrocuting all his internal organs and leaving his body ready to be taken to the Soldier Hill cemetery where California's most honored war heroes were buried. Wind Rider had that arranged as his final gift for his closest friend.

Meanwhile in front of the Museum of Equestrian History Larry Lyra and Trixie witnessed the beginning of Nightmare Moon's eternal night. Larry had no idea where to begin looking for the tablet since Equestria was new to him. Just as Larry was about to give up Twilight came out of the Museum with a unicorn who looked a lot like Sherlock Holmes.

“ Perhaps I could be of assistance Mr. Daley?” The Sherlock Holmes pony said as he tipped his hat.

“ How did you know my name?” Larry asked as he knew what he would say next.

“ Elementary my good man from the way you trot you seem like your not use to being on all fours meaning you're not from Equestria and judging from your cutie mark I say you must be a night guard and from your accent you come from a part of your world that’s the equivalent of manehatten and Twilight told me your name on the way out,” Sherlock replied as he explained his deduction.

“ The name is Sherlock Hooves by the way,” Sherlock added knowing what Larry's next question would be.

Larry asked Twilight when she got here. Twilight told them after Larry's encounter with the Clouds-dale Empire she teleported back inside but on the other side of the museum. She found Larry and Lyra when they were eavesdropping on Trixie's plan but did not want to blow their cover. On her way to find them she saw an exhibit on Victorian Equestria and enlisted the help of Sherlock Hooves. Larry asked if Sherlock can deduce where all four villains went. Sherlock pulled out his magnifying glass and scanned the area until he found a big scorch mark left behind by a very powerful teleportation spell. He also found traces of crystal dust plaster and wax among the scorch mark indicating the spell could not handle their wax and sculpted bodies without some damage. He then noticed hoof prints containing crystal dust heading far north. Wax hoof prints heading for the bad lands and another set heading towards the Everfree Forest. Sherlock explained his deductions and Larry and the others began to plan how to stop the villains.

Meanwhile on the soccer field at CHS Silver shared the word that Blueblood was executed and the students cheered for joy. The student built a fire pit in the center of the field and began throwing all of Blue blood’s banners posters and everything else used to reflect his narcissism into it while Applejack climbed on top of the announcer's booth near the top of the stands with her bow and arrows. Applejack lit the tip of one of her arrows on fire and shot it into the fire pit. The students watched in amazement as the giant bonfire Pinkie and the students set up roared to life. Celestia and Luna approved this bonfire under the condition that everyone cleaned up the mess before they leave. Celestia figured the students deserved to have some fun after all the stress and pressure their former nephew put them through. Luna came in to check on her sister to see how she was doing.

“ Tia don, t you want to join in on the fun pinkie was kind enough to invite us to join them,” Luna said as she felt her sister sadness.

“ Why don't you go ahead Lulu I have some important paperwork to do,” Celestia said as she did not feel like talking right now.

“ OK I will be on the soccer field if you change your mind,” Luna said as she left.

Back on the soccer field the students were dancing around the bonfire and roasting marshmallows. Silver and Bonbon were talking with the Humane Six. Sunset told Silver Lyra would come back because Principal Celestia told her she called the Museum and they said they would return the portal and by my calculation it should be back by Friday night. Silver felt relieved to hear his mint colored soul mate would be coming back soon. Silver and Bonbon joined the rest of the students in the festivities.

Meanwhile near the front of the school Derpy was staring at the night sky. Derpy always hoped she would find that someone that would love her for who she was. While Derpy was stargazing a familiar Scottish accent spoke behind her.

“ You know I can show you the stars up close,” The voice said.

Derpy turned around and was happy to see the man she met at the park before.

“ DOCTOR,” Derpy shouted with joy.

“ I'm glad to see you too Ms hooves,” The doctor said as Derpy hugged him.

After Derpy let go she asked the Doctor what he meant by up close. The doctor pointed to his blue box and then snapped his fingers. The doors on the box opened and what was inside really blew Derpy's mind.

“ Its iiiiiiiiits iits bigger on the inside?” Derpy stuttered as she tried to find the right words to say.

“ This is the TARDIS it travels through time and space and occasionally to other dimensions,” the Doctor explained as he circled the console.

“ So all of time and space wherever whenever where do you want to start?” the Doctor asked as he invited Derpy to come with him.

Derpy accepted his invitation and he began playing with some of the knobs and levers on the console. The TARDIS began to wheeze and the lights inside the control room began to spin. When the noise died down and the lights stopped spinning The doctor opened the doors and told Derpy to look outside. What Derpy saw really amazed her. She saw the Earth from way up in space.

“ Lovely isn’t it well that is just the beginning there are hundreds of universes out there and we have all of time and space to see everything,” the Doctor said as he and derpy watched the Earth.

Meanwhile back at the Museum of Natural History Moon Dancer was studying for her civil war test when she noticed Lyra's phone lying in front of the stage coach. Moon Dancer picked it up and turned it on. Moon Dancer was touched by Lyra's home screen background of her and Silver together. But that was not what Moon Dancer was interested in she was more interested in the message from Bonbon telling Lyra it was safe to come back home. Moon Dancer put Lyra's phone inside her backpack and continued studying. She figured it would be safe to keep Lyra's phone with her until Lyra came back from wherever she was.

Flowers of defeat and poison of victory

Chapter 8

The Doctor and Derpy were enjoying the Sapphire Waterfall on the planet Midnight after they left CHS. The Doctor remembered wanting to come here in a past regeneration but was stuck on the train when a voice stealing entity caused a huge panic and the other passengers almost threw him overboard. The Doctor was grateful this time he could see the waterfall in peace. Usually something bad happens wherever the Doctor goes but just this once he and his companion could enjoy something without the need to save anyone or need to stop some evil entity trying to destroy the universe. Derpy was amazed by how the water turned into solid sapphire as it went down the abyss. As Derpy was watching the process in action several chunks of sapphire flew towards Derpy and landed in front of her. Derpy was happy because it was her lucky day. Derpy showed The doctor what she got and he pointed her to a gift shop near the Train Station and told her they take whatever pieces of sapphire the tourists collect and make jewelery out of them. The doctor gave her a credit bar.

“ Here you are Ms. Hooves pocket money don,t spend it all on sweets,” The doctor said as he remembered using that joke before a long time ago.

Derpy laughed at the Doctor's pun and left for the Gift Shop. While Derpy was away the Doctor received a message on his psychic paper.

“ The darkness is back someone help us,” The message said.

The Doctor ran to find Derpy fast and luckily for him derpy just paid for her souvenir and met up with him. Derpy had her biggest piece of sapphire turned into a necklace with her bubbles engraved onto it. Derpy asked why the Doctor was in such a frantic state. The Doctor told Derpy he received a distress message from someone and he needed to get her before he could go. The Doctor pulled out the key that was around his neck and summoned the TARDIS to their location. The Doctor and Derpy went inside and the Doctor began entering the coordinates from the message and the TARDIS took off. As the TARDIS traveled through the Time Vortex something unexpected happened. The TARDIS began to shake violently.

“ Whats going on why are we shaking?” Derpy asked as she grabbed the railing inside the Console Room.

“ We seem to be experiencing temporal turbulence no big deal it will pass soon,” The Doctor replied as he reached for the stabilizers.

]After the Doctor turned the stabilizers on one of the monitors on the console turned on. The monitor showed that the TARDIS was being pulled somewhere outside their universe. The doctor pulled out his extrapolator and used it to change where the TARDIS would land. After the Doctor change the landing point the recoil of the TARDIS entering another universe knocked both him and Derpy out.

Meanwhile outside the Museum of Equestrian History Larry and the others were decussing who will go after who. Larry and Lyra agreed to go after Tirek since he was the closest to where Nightmare Moon would be. Trixie decided to go after Queen Chrysalis since she and her had a score to settle after she slammed her into a wall twice. And Twilight decided to go after King Sombra since he is going to try and hurt her sister in law and her brother. Just as they were about to set off for their fights a mysterious blue box appeared out of nowhere.

Back inside the TARDIS the Doctor and Derpy manage to regain concionese and noticed that their bodies changed. The Doctor assumed he regenerated because of the dimensional recoil but then he realized this was different. The Doctor transformed into a tan unicorn with a gray curly mane and tail with an hourglass cutie mark with a ring around it. He still had his suit but it was modified so it could fit a pony. Derpy on the other hand turned into a gray pegasus with a blonde mane and tail with seven bubbles as her cutie mark that matched the necklace she bought earlier. The doctor struggled to get up because of his new body. Derpy on the other hand got back up and helped the Doctor get used to walking on all fours. The Doctor checked his screens and could not find where they were. As the doctor kept checking his screens he heard a knock on his door. He opened it and was greeted by a purple pony with wings and a horn.

“ are you ok did anything break?” Twilight asked in a frantic tone.

“ Yes we are fine just a bit disoriented,” replied the Doctor as he tried to stay standing.

The Doctor and Derpy exited the TARDIS and noticed that they were not in their universe anymore. Derpy recognized the mint colored pony among the others. Derpy told Lyra about how Blueblood was executed and how Silver was waiting for her to come home. Lyra was touched to hear Silver was ok. Derpy also said that the portal would be leaving the Museum of Natural History in two days and heading back to CHS. Lyra and Larry were more focused on getting the tablet back now more than ever since the clock was ticking now. The Doctor asked what was going on and Twilight told him everything that happened up to this point. The Doctor knew about the tablet of Akmunrah since he was there when it was re-forged. After hearing the battle plan the Doctor and Derpy agreed to aid Larry and Lyra in there fight with Tirek. Twilight was off to the Crystal Empire to fight Sombra. Twilight did,nt have a plan yet but she would figure one out on the way. Before Twilight could fly off a certain rainbow pegasus pulling a hot air balloon stopped her.

“ Your not fighting King Sombra without us are you Twilight?” Rainbow Dash said as she landed.[

“ You guys flew all this way to help me?” Twilight asked as she shed some liquid pride.

“ Of course darling did you forget how powerful our friendship is,” Rarity replied.

Twilight and her friends set off for the Crystal Empire at twice the speed since Twilight is helping rainbow pull the balloon. Twilight has gotten better at flying by a lot since her fight with tirek she even had enough magic to match rainbows speed. Larry and his team left for the Everfree Forest to fight Tirek. Larry managed to teach the Doctor some of the spells Twilight taught him. The Doctor got levitation down good enough to pull his sonic screwdriver out of his pocket. Trixie left for the Bad Lands to fight Chrysalis. Trixie may be alone but she studied how to fight changelings for moons and this was her chance to apply her studies.

Forty five minutes later Larry and his team reached the entrance to the Everfree Forest. Larry was nervous about fighting a giant centaur that can absorb magic. Lyra assured him he was just a wax statue and was not completely immune to other attacks. Larry and his team made it to a clearing in the Forest that was close to the Castle of the Two Sisters. Tirek was standing on the other side of the clearing ready to fight. Tirek began blasting them with the magic he absorbed on the way. Larry and Lyra created a force field around their team but it barely held off Tirek's attack. Lyra noticed a field of poison joke right behind them and had an idea. Lyra told the others to get away from the flowers behind them. Lyra told them the flowers were poison joke and that they need to lure Tirek into them and he would become weaker. Lyra knew a lot about Equestria since Sunset told her about it. Lyra told Derpy to create a storm cloud and use it to lure Tirek to the poison joke. Derpy found a cloud above the Everfree Forest and grabbed it. Derpy began jumping on it until lightning began to shoot from it. The lightning began to hurt Tirek since his body was made of wax. Tirek ran until Larry and Lyra tripped him with their magic and he fell into the poison joke patch. Tirek began to shriek until he was almost the size of a breezie. The Doctor summoned his TARDIS and went inside to place Tirek inside a jar for safekeeping. With Tirek out of the way Larry and his team proceeded to the Castle of the Two Sisters. Once they got there the place was under a force field. The Doctor pulled out his sonic screwdriver and scanned the barrier blocking their way. The doctor recognized the energy signature as dalek technology. The Doctor also noticed the barrier had six indents resembling a thunderbolt a diamond a balloon an apple a butterfly and a six pointed star. The Doctor said they needed something to open the locks so Larry and his team decided to help Trixie in her fight against Chrysalis. Larry and Lyra were shocked to see how big the inside of the TARDIS was. The Doctor set the coordinates for the Bad Lands.

The Mejestic Tale of a Worthless Unicorn

Chapter 9

Trixie made it to Dodge Junction after three hours of trotting. The train stations were closed for the night so everyone had to find other ways to travel. Trixie followed the sign post leading her to the Bad Lands and could not believe how cold it was because of the eternal night. Trixie pulled out her scarf from her saddlebag and wrapped it around her neck while covering her mouth. The Bad Lands were well know for having frequent sand storms so Trixie needed to shield her mouth if she wanted to survive. As Trixie went deeper into the Bad Lands the sandstorms became more severe. Just as Trixie was about to lose hope she found a giant hive shaped rock formation with twenty caves drilled into it. Trixie tried to get close to it but she was blocked by a green force field. Trixe was zapped by the force field. Trixe thought it was just a spell cast by Chrysalis but the electric shock she just got made her see it was something else.

Inside the hive Chrysalis was talking with Adam about the force field generator he built for her. Adam explained to her about how the field not only keeps the sand storms out of her caves but is also impenetrable and it can even block teleportation spells. Chrysalis was impressed by her new defense mechanism. Before she could tell Adam to report back to Nightmare Moon she felt a bit of an impulse hit her brain.

“What was that I just felt?” Chrysalis asked as she was confused.

“I almost forgot the force field will alert you to any intruders trying to break in to your hive if they touch it that’s why I needed your magic to turn it on,” Adam explained.

Chrysalis was impressed and sent her drones out to deal with the intruder.

Back outside the Hive Trixie was thinking of how she can get past the force field when a whole bunch of changelings erupted from the caves on the Hive. The Changelings began to charge at Trixie ready to sink their fangs into her. The force field opened a hole to let them out and attack Trixie. Trixie prepared some smoke bombs and used her magic to slam them on to the ground. The sand storm would blow the smoke away in ten seconds so Trixie had to work quickly if she wanted to slip inside the force field. The smoke cover blocked the changelings vision long enough for Trixie to slip through the hole inside the force field. Once Trixie made it inside the barrier she went inside the Hive. Trixie was a bit discusted by all the slime covering the walls but she kept going and found Chrysalis's Throne Room. Trixie blasted the doors with a magic blast and ran inside ready to fight Chrysalis. Chrysalis was really upset seeing Trixie blow up her doors and getting past her force field.

" YOU I though i told you to lie down and die you worthless excuse for a pony," Chrysalis yelled as she charged her magic.

Chrysalis fired her own magic blast at Trixie but this time Trixie blocked and deflected it at the ceiling causing the rubble to fall on Chrysalis.

" You had Trixie doubting herself before but now Trixie is feeling more confident in her abilities now that she has ponies who believe in her," Trixie replied.

Chrysalis rose from the rubble and began blasting Trixie but Trixie kept her defenses up while she prepared another smoke bomb. Chrysalis began charging her magic for one final blast when Trixie threw her smoke bomb at her and filled the room with smoke. Chrysalis laughed manically as the smoke failed to stop her. Chrysalis's eyes were stronger than her subjects and her vision can, t be obscured by smoke. Once the smoke cleared Chrysalis fired her blast. Trixie could not see any way out of this and began to cower. Just as Trixie was about to be blasted the TARDIS materialized in front of her and the blast reflected back at Chrysalis causing her horn and legs to melt. With her horn melted her magic began to disappear and her hoard began to crumble to dust. The Doctor exited the TARDIS with Larry Lyra and Derpy ready to fight. Once they got out they saw Chrysalis melted in some areas and stuck on her knees.

“WHAT DID YOU DO TO ME!!,” Chrysalis yelled as her horn dripped.

“When you fire very powerful magic at a trans dimensional time machine these accidents are going to happen,” The Doctor replied as he pulled out his sonic screwdriver and analyzed the generator.

The Doctor was shocked to see the energy signature was the same as the one in the everfree forest.

“Trixie bets it was that blue Pegasus that made that one too,” Trixie theorized.

“What blue Pegasus?” The Doctor asked.

“He was a dark blue Pegasus with a metal horn,” Trixe replied.

“Was he an alicorn like Twilight?” Larry asked.

“No alicorns don, t have metal horns they have real ones,” Trixie replied pointing to her own horn.

As everyone was talking they noticed the Hive was collapsing and everyone ran inside the TARDIS except for Chrysalis who could not move because of her melted state. As the TARDIS vanished the Hive caved in and smashed the generator thus shutting down the force field. With the field gone Chrysalis began sinking into the sands of the Bad Lands and all that was left of her was her jagged horn.

Inside the TARDIS everyone was comparing there notes on what they discovered during there fights. Larry and Lyra explained how they manage to beat Tirek but could not reach Nightmare Moon because of the barrier around the ruins of the Castle of the Two Sisters. The Doctor explained the origins of the technology used to generate these barriers and the six locks on the one in the forest. Trixie remembered what the shapes were and explained what the keys were and how they were gone. Trixie explained to everyone how discord's plunder seeds covered all of Equestria in giant vines and how the Mane Six sacrificed the elements to save the Tree of Harmony and Equestria. This made things even more difficult because without the elements they could not get past the barrier.

Meanwhile inside the Throne Room of the Crystal Palace Cadance and Shining Armor were trying there best to hold off Sombra until Adam teleported behind them and blasted them with a very powerful lightning spell. Cadance and Shining Armor passed out from the massive jolt. With Cadance and Shining out of the way their barrier faded away and Sombra invaded the Crystal Empire. The medics arrived and took Cadance and Shining to the Castle Infirmary. Sombra began to advance toward the Crystal Palace until a very powerful magic blast hit him in the back. Sombra turned around to see Twilight and her friends arrive before he could invade the Crystal Empire any further. Sombra shot down the balloon the Mane Six were riding in and they landed right next to the dome protecting the Empire from the snow and ice. Sombra kept moving toward the Palace until Twilight and her friends teleported in front of him.

Meanwhile back at the Castle of the Two Sisters Adam reported to Nightmare Moon that Queen Chrysalis and her hive had fallen. Nightmare Moon was infuriated that two of her alleys have been beaten by a bunch of no ponies that she almost froze the inside of her castle. Nightmare Moon recently acquired the ability to control ice and decrease the temperature around her. Nightmare Moon dismissed Adam and went back to watching her eternal night. Adam went to his Laboratory inside a hidden part of the Castle and took out Chrysalis’s jagged horn and began transferring its remaining magic into a magic enhancement device he was working on for Nightmare Moon. Adam absorbed so much information back in the human world he learned how to invent stuff.

Meanwhile back inside the TARDIS the Doctor was setting the coordinates for the Crystal Empire to aid Twilight and her friends in Their fight. Larry was practicing some spells he found that could weaken crystals. Lyra and Derpy were talking about Silver Chance and hoped he was fairing well without Lyra. Trixie was brushing the sand out of her mane and tail. The TARDIS began to stop making the noise as it meant they arrived at the Crystal Empire. The TARDIS landed inside the Throne Room of The Crystal Palace. The Doctor exited first and saw no pony around until Flash Sentry entered the room.

“Who are you and what are you doing here?” Flash asked as he pointed his spear at the Doctor.

“I, m the Doctor and would you please put that thing down,” The Doctor replied.

“A Doctor perfect let me show you to your patients,” Flash said as he grabbed the Doctor's hoof.

The Doctor and Flash arrived at the Castle Infirmary and the medics explained they could not tell what was wrong with Cadance and Shining. The Doctor pulled out his sonic screwdriver and scanned Cadance and Shining. The results told the Doctor they were both electrocuted from behind and said they were still alive just unconscious. Flash and the medics were relived to hear that. The Doctor went back to the Throne Room to gather the others and help Twilight and her friends.

Rivival of the Elements and Memories of the Heart

Chapter 10

Twilight and her friends did everything they could to stop Sombra but even as a crystal sculpture he was too powerful for them. Twilight tried blasting Sombra with everything she had but Sombra's crystal body was not budging and showed no signs of melting. Sombra felt annoyed by Twilight's magic and retaliated with his own magic blast. Twilight casted her strongest force field but it took all of her energy to keep it from breaking. Sombra kept blasting at the force field and began to make a crack in it. Just as Twilight was about to faint from exhaustion a powerful lightning bolt hit Sombra and disrupted his assault on the Mane Six. Larry and his team arrived just in time to aid the Mane Six in their fight against Sombra. Just as Twilight was about to thank everyone for saving them when suddenly she past out from fatigue. The rest of the Mane Six began to panic as their friend past out. The Doctor calmed them down and told Larry Lyra and Derpy to get Twilight to the Palace Infirmary while he and Trixie help the rest of the Mane Six fend off Sombra. Larry and Lyra levitated Twilight's unconscious body onto their backs and ran for the Palace.

Meanwhile back inside the Throne Room Adam found the TARDIS and used the spare key he forged from his memory to unlock it. The interior was a lot different than he remembered but the layout was the same. Adam was looking for where the Doctor stored Tirek so he could bring him back to his lab. The TARDIS was like a never ending labyrinth and Adam was getting very annoyed by it. Just as Adam was about to punch the wall next to him he heard Tirek shout from two doors down. Adam followed the sound and found himself inside the Doctor's Drawing Room where he stored all his important keepsakes like his long scarf. The bottle that Tirek was in was dangling above the fireplace. The Doctor knew Tirek was made of wax and also knew that intense heat melts wax so he left Tirek in front of his fireplace hoping the heated bottle would melt him once and for all. Adam grabbed Tirek and tried to find his way back to the Console Room. Adam set his horn to ultra violet to illuminate the floor to trace his hoof prints back to the Console Room. Adam exited the TARDIS and teleported back to his Lab to set Tirek somewhere cold to keep him from melting any further.

Meanwhile inside the Palace Infirmary the medics were keeping an eye on Cadance and Shining when they hear the door burst open with two frantic ponies carrying an unconscious purple pony.

“WE NEED HELP OUR FRIEND IS IN DANGER,” Larry shouted as he and Lyra came in.

“Quickly place the princess between Cadence and captain Shining and we can examine her,” the medic said as she pulled out her stethoscope.

Larry and Lyra place Twilight on the bed between her brother and sister in law and the medic began examining Twilight. The medic was glad to report that Twilight would be fine and all she needed was some rest and she would be ok. Larry and Lyra were relieved to hear that and left to report the good news. Derpy was waiting outside with a storm cloud ready to blast Sombra in case he broke through the others. Larry and Lyra came out of the Palace and told Derpy to bring her storm cloud and return to the battlefield with them.

Back at the center of the Empire Sombra broke through the force field the Doctor Trixie and Rarity formed and knocked everypony down. Rainbow Dash tried getting back up but she could not move anymore.

“I wish we still had Twilight here she would have been able to keep us going,” Rainbow said as she tried to get up.
“So do I,” Rarity replied.

“Me too,” Fluttershy replied.

“Aw shucks we all need Twilight she always knows what to do when things are tough,” Applejack said.

Just as Sombra was about to finish off the rest of the Mane Six along with the Doctor and Trixie another lightning bolt hit Sombra and disrupted his magic. Larry delivered his message to the rest of the Mane Six.

“TWILIGHT IS GOING TO BE FINE SO KEEP FIGHTING FOR HER,” Larry shouted with all his might.

After Larry gave them the message the rest of the Mane Six felt a familiar feeling in their hearts like something powerful was going to happen.

At the Tree of Harmony the six gems that used to be the Elements of Harmony began to glow and shine six beams of light at the ground in front of the tree. Six buds began to grow out of the ground and began to bloom. Out of the buds appeared five necklaces and a crown coated in seven different types of metal simulating a rainbow. The Tree of Harmony transferred a small amount of magic from each of the former elements. The magic began to embed black gems into the slots where the elements would go. With the new Elements of Harmony reforged the Tree sent them to the Mane Six to activate them and save Equestria once more.

Back at the Crystal Empire the rest of the Mane Six began to stand back up and prepared to fight. Before they could attack six beams of light fell from the sky and hit the Mane Six. Rainbow colored necklaces began to materialize around their necks and the black gems on them began to change color. The mane Six knew what the necklaces were and hoped Twilight got her element back as well.

Inside the Infirmary the medics were watching Twilight and her family when a purple beam of light hits Twilight and a rainbow colored crown materialized on her head. The black star on the crown began to turn purple and Twilight woke up with renewed energy. The medics were baffled as to how Twilight recovered so quickly. The medics pleaded with Twilight to remain with them but she told them her friends needed her and she flew out the door and to the battlefield. Twilight arrived just in time to save her friends and the new elements began to glow and the Mane Six began to transform into their Rainbow Powered forms. They rose up into the sky and shot six beams at Sombra and watched as the beans fused together and shatter his body and sent his horn flying toward the Frozen North. With Sombra shattered the crystals his magic created began to vanish and the ponies trapped by them were freed. Sombra tried using his magic to put himself back together but Larry used his gem melting spell to destroy his body. With his body destroyed Sombra's magic began to retreat back to his severed horn that was sticking out of the deep snow. The mane six began to revert back to normal and the energy from their transformations went inside their elements. The Doctor used his sonic screwdriver to analyze the newly forged elements and was glad to tell everyone that the energy signature matched what they needed to dispel the barrier around the Castle of the Two Sisters. Everyone went back to the Throne Room and boarded the TARDIS to confront Nightmare Moon and end the eternal night.

Meanwhile outside the Crystal Empire Adam was digging up the snow looking for Sombra's horn. Adam notices a trail of snow indicating something slid on the ground and dug up where it ended and found Sombra's horn. With the last source of magic retrieved Adam Teleported back to his Lab and began setting up his magic transfer device. The device began sucking the magic out of Tirek and Sombra's horn and sent it into the magic amplifier Adam was making for Nightmare Moon. With The amplifier finished Adam brought it to Nightmare Moon and she was very glad to have more power. Nightmare Moon began dropping the temperature around her to absolute zero and was laughing mechanically as the floor of her Throne Room turned to solid ice. Adam took that as his cue to leave and get ready to fight the Doctor.

Meanwhile at Moon Dancer's Apartment Moon Dancer was writing her history report when she heard Lyra's phone ringing. Moon Dancer answered it and was surprised to hear who was calling.

“hello,” Moon Dancer said.

“Moon Dancer? Where is Lyra and why do you have her phone?” Silver asked worriedly.

“Don't worry Silver Lyra is fine but she vanished when we went to the Museum of Natural History. I found her phone but not Lyra,” Moon Dancer replied while writing her report.

“She must have found the horse statue and tried to bring it back,” Silver theorized.

“Why does she care about that statue so much?” Moon dancer asked.

“That statue has sentimental meaning for me and Lyra it was where we first met and fell in love,” Silver replied.

“So that’s how you two met I wondered why Lyra never told me,” Moon Dancer replied.

Silver told Moon dancer about how during one of Trixie's shows she asked Lyra to help her with a vanishing act. Lyra stepped inside a box with question marks on the three panels on the front. Trixie began skewing the sides of the box with swords being very careful not to hurt Lyra. Inside the box one of the swords accidentally cut the clasp of Lyra's treasured necklace and it fell out of the box and onto one of the fireworks at the base of the box. Before Trixie stuck the final sword into the box Lyra fell down a trapdoor and the fireworks blew the box up and Lyra was nowhere to be seen. One of the fireworks went flying towards the statue at the front of the school and Silver was in the middle of a duel with Diamond Tiara who stole his prized stardust dragon.

“Clear Wing Synchro Dragon attack her directly with whirlwind slash,” Silver declared as his dragon flew high into the sky and dive bombed on Diamond Tiara.

DIAMOND TIARA: 0

As the holograms disappeared Silver noticed a firework heading straight towards him and dodged to the right and let it hit the base of the statue and burn out. Silver noticed something attached to it and took it off. It was a necklace with a broken clasp and all covered in soot from the firework. Lyra came running to the statue looking for her necklace and notice a light blue boy with red hair holding it. Silver saw Lyra coming and asked her if the necklace belonged to her. Lyra said it was and told Silver it was a family heirloom that belonged to her great grandmother. Silver told Lyra he knew someone who could fix it and told her to meet her back here the next day. Diamond Tiara dropped the stardust dragon card and ran with her tail between her legs. Silver took his stardust dragon back and left for the jewelery store at the Canterlot Mall. The next day Lyra came by the horse statue in front of the school and saw Silver waiting for her. Silver gave Lyra a small light blue velvet box and she was very happy when she opened it.

“Its looks as new as the day my great grandmother bought it,” Lyra squealed in excitement.

“I, m glad you like it,” Silver replied.

“My mom likes the jewelery store at Canterlot Mall so my family are well known there so when I asked if they could restore it they said no problem,” Silver said as he introduced himself.

“I'm Silver Chance by the way. Silver said.

“I'm Lyra nice to meet you and thank you for having my necklace fixed,” Lyra said.

“You're very welcome,” Silver replied.

Lyra and Silver exchanged numbers and that marked the beginning of their relationship.

“What a lovely story,” Moon Dancer said as she was shedding tears.

“It's all true I might even pitch the idea to Lyra's dad if he will let me,” Silver replied.

“I got to go now but I will tell Lyra to call back if she returns,” Moon Dancer said as she checked her clock.

“OK bye,” Silver replied and then hung up.

Silver felt relieved to hear Lyra found the horse statue and is safe in Equestria. Silver knew that was where Lyra was because of her desire to see it. With his worries calmed Silver went to sleep knowing Lyra will be back soon.

The Final Battle of Eternal Night

Chapter 11

The next day Silver woke up with a very good mood from his conversation with Moon dancer. Silver grabbed his stuff and left for CHS. As Silver approached the Humane Six Rarity noticed Silver's good mood.

“you seem very happy today darling,” Rarity said noticing his smile.

“I spoke with Moon dancer last night and she told me Lyra found the portal and told me she was transferring back to CHS,” Silver replied.

“THIS CALLS FOR A PARTY,” Pinkie shouted ready to bust out her party cannon before Silver stopped her.

“Lets wait til Lyra comes back,” Silver told Pinkie.

Pinkie was a bit disappointed but she understood and gladly agreed to wait. Silver and the Humane Six left for class.

The TARDIS reappeared in front of the barrier that was encasing the Castle of the Two Sisters. Twilight could not believe how such a huge barrier could cover ruins so small. The Doctor noticed something different from a few hours ago. The Doctor noticed a snow storm going on inside the barrier. The Doctor thought it was a weather machine but Twilight told them it was a powerful weather spell. The Mane Six put their elements on and undid the locks on the barrier. With the barrier. dispelled the snow storm began to cover the rest of the clearing dropping the temperature down to five below. The doctor told everypony to get back inside the TARDIS and bundle up. Everypony followed the Doctor to his walk-in closet and went to look for winter wear. Surprisingly the Doctors cloths also changed when the TARDIS broke through the weak spot in the universal barrier. With everypony dressed more appropriately for the freezing weather the charged right into Nightmare Moon's Stronghold.

Meanwhile Adam left his lab ready to fight the Doctor. As Larry Lyra and the Mane Six kept advancing towards the Throne Room another barrier blocked The Doctor and Derpy from going any further. The Doctor knew Adam did that to separate their forces and decided to play Adam's game.

“DERPY WAIT HERE I'M GOING TO FIGHT ADAM THIS MIGHT GET MESSY SO WAIT FOR THE BARRIER TO FALL AND HELP THE OTHERS,” The Doctor shouted as he ran after Adam.

The Doctor found Adam and was ready to fight him but as the Doctor lunged at him he hit a button on on his saddle bag and a huge warp field engulfed them both.

When the field died down they were both standing in a torn up TV set of an old British game show. After reading a sign that said: The Weakest Link the Doctor Recognized where Adam has taken him.

“Why did you trans-mat us to Satellite 5 or what, s left of it?” The Doctor asked.

“What better place to fight than where our first and only trip was,” Adam replied.

The Doctor tried to attack Adam but the lack of gravity made it hard to move. Adam on the other hoof used his info spike to produce an artificial gravity field around himself anchoring him to the floor. The doctor used his own magic to summon his TARDIS and used its air shield to create his own artificial gravity. With both sides anchored down the fight began. The Doctor tried shorting out Adam's info spike but Adam casted a force field and flew onto the ledge of floor five hundred and them dive bombed onto the Doctor and smashing him into the unstable floor and all the way down to floor sixteen. The Doctor never saw this floor before and noticed some of the medical equipment from the older version of satellite 5 was still there. The Doctor had an idea and tried firing a magic blast at Adam but he dodged it.

“ha you missed old man,” Adam taunted,”

“wasn’t aiming for you pudding brain,” the Doctor taunted back as the tanks of sleeping gas blew up and covered Adam with enough gas to knock him out for the next hour.

The Doctor used this time to preform brain surgery on Adam and do what he should have down three regeneration ago and that was to remove the info spike from Adams head. The doctor succeeded and threw the info spike straight into the sun. With the info spike gone the Doctor also purged any memories of his previous life and of this day. With Adam's memories altered the Doctor summoned his TARDIS and went back to pony-ville and placed Adam inside an empty house and teleported back to The Castle of the Two Sisters. With Adam out of the way The Doctor ran back to Derpy and filled her in on what the Doctor did with Adam. As they ran towards the Throne Room They noticed Nightmare Moon has beaten the Mane Six and only Larry and Lyra were still standing. The Doctor was shocked to see what was on Nightmare Moon's horn. It was a magic amplifier. The Doctor figured this would be Adam's final trump card and pulled out his sonic screwdriver and shorted it out. Nightmare Moon threw the destroyed weapon aside and used her own magic to try and finish off the Mane Six but her attack was blocked by a rainbow force field.

“IMPOSSIBLE HOW CAN THEY STILL USE MAGIC IF I DEFEATED THEM?” Nightmare Moon shouted.

The Mane Six began to stand back up with renewed strength. The elements began to glow and form a rainbow cyclone around Nightmare Moon like last time but this time it obliterated her and left behind a big pile of melted wax and plaster dust with the Tablet of Akmunrah resting on top of it. Larry retrieved the tablet and began to celebrate with the other. As the eternal night ended and the sun began to rise Pinkie pulled out an Equestrian flag and planted it and her front hoof into the pile of melted wax and plaster dust.

“THE BATTLE OF ETERNAL NIGHT,” pinkie shouted as the suns rays shined on her.

“Perhaps the greatest battle Equestria will never know,” Pinkie added as her mane deflated a bit.

“We'll know,” Larry said as Pinkies mane inflated again.

As everypony exited the Castle of the Two Sisters they were greeted by Princess Cadance and Shining Armor alive and well.

“TWILY,” Shining shouted as he ran up to Twilight.

“BBBFF,” Twilight replied as she flew towards Shining with tears in her eyes.

As Twilight and Shining hugged each other Cadance got in on the touching reunion and hugged Twilight as well. The Doctor told Pinkie that there was a new pony in pony-ville called Wind Saw that just moved in and is in need of a welcome party. Pinkie was very very very excited to oblige since she loves meeting new ponies and making new friends. Twilight ran up to the Doctor and asked how he knew that.

“Ms' Sparkle Wind Saw is really Adam Michelle he teleported us to the ruins of an old space station and I used their sick bay to do some brain surgery on him and remove the info spike from his brain and rewrote his memories I figured I would use Nightmare Moon's resurrection spell as an opportunity to give Adam another chance at life,” The Doctor said as he summoned his TARDIS.

Larry Lyra and the Mane Six returned to Twilight's Castle to see Larry and Lyra off as they returned to their world.

Back at the Museum of Natural History Larry and Lyra emerged from the portal and Larry was glad to be back on two legs again. Larry went to the Egyptian Wing to return the Tablet back where it belonged. With the Museum about to open soon Larry sneaked Lyra out through the service entrance and Lyra ran back to Moon dancer’s Apartment. Moon dancer was glad to see Lyra again and told her about everything that happened back at CHS. Lyra told her she already knew that and also knew it was time for her to fly back home. Moon dancer got dressed and grabbed her keys to drive Lyra to the air port. Before Lyra boarded her plane she called Silver to see if he could pick her up when she got back.

“hello,” Silver replied.

“hey Silver I’m on my way back to California could you meet me at the Air Port?” Lyra asked.

“I would be glad to we have a surprise for you back at your house,” Silver replied.

“I can, t wait see you in a few hours,” Lyra replied and then hung up.

Lyra boarded her flight and popped her ear buds into her ears as the plane took off.

Four hours later Lyra's flight came in and Silver was waiting in the Terminal Building for Lyra. Lyra entered the Terminal Building and met up with Silver. Silver took Lyra to his car and they drove to the Heartstrings Manor. As Lyra and Silver entered the Manor Silver told Lyra to close her eyes. Silver guided Lyra to the Ballroom Pinkie used for the welcome home party. When Silver and Lyra entered the room Lyra opened her eyes.

“WELCOME HOME LYRA,” Everyone shouted as Pinkie fired her party cannon with her biggest load of confetti ever. Flash got his band together and they played their greatest hits and everyone danced the night away. Before Flash and his band played their final song he made a short announcement.

“WE WOULD LIKE TO DEDICATE THIS FINAL SONG TO OUR GUEST OF HONOR AND THE MAN WHO'S TESTIMONY SAVED US ALL THIS ONE'S FOR YOU SILVER AND LYRA,” Flash said into his mike as his band began to play.

Silver and Lyra caught up after being away from each other for almost a week now and then kissed as the final part of the song came. Photo Finish took out for camera and took a picture for Silver and Lyra to commemorate this event. The party ended and everyone cleaned up before leaving and Silver told Lyra he would see her tomorrow. Silver went home and went to sleep knowing everything is back to how it should be.

Epilogue

It has been two months since Lyra’s epic adventure in Equestria and things at CHS have returned to normal with the addition of a new student. Moon Dancer decided to move to Canterlot City to be closer to her old friend. The Humane Six were having Lunch in front of the portal when Twilight came out excited about something.

“ TWILIGHT?” Everyone shouted excited to see their best friend.

“ Do you know where Lyra is i have something to show her?” Twilight asked after calming down.

“ She and her boyfriend are by the cliff overlooking the Outdoor Stage,” Rarity said.

“ Bring him too he may want to see this as well,” Twilight said as she and the Humane Six left for the Outdoor Stage.

Lyra and Silver were having a romantic picnic on the cliff overlooking the Outdoor Stage when Twilight and the Humane Six arrived. Twilight told Lyra and Silver to come with her back to her castle. Lyra asked if something bad was happening and Twilight told her everything was fine and that she wanted to show her something. Lyra agreed to go with her and so did Silver. After everyone returned to the portal Silver was a bit nervous since he never went through before and was worried about what he would turn into. Lyra assured him everything would be fine as long as she was by his side. Twilight Lyra and Silver went through the portal.

Inside Twilight’s Castle Twilight Lyra and Silver came out of the mirror and into Twilight’s Library. Silver was getting used to walking around on all fours but what really amazed him was his reflection. Silver turned into a light blue pegasus with a crimson mane and tail with a cutie mark of a crimson crescent moon and a gold die. Silver tried flying but he failed to take off. Twilight offered to have Rainbow Dash teach him how to use his wings after she showed them what she wanted them to see.

Inside the Main Hall of the Castle Twilight was showing Lyra and Silver the stain glass windows depicting her and her friend’s triumphs until they reach the one covered with a tarp. Twilight told Silver and Lyra this was why she summoned them and used her magic to remove the tarp. Silver and Lyra were amazed by what they saw. Under the tarp was a stain glass window depicting what Pinkie called the battle of eternal night. The window showed Larry holding the Tablet of Ahkmenrah over his head with his magic and Lyra and the Mane Six minus Pinkie celebrating with Pinkie planting her front left hoof and her equestrian flag on the pile of melted wax that used to be Nightmare Moon. Silver was impressed by the detail and workmanship that went into the window but mostly was proud to be the coltfriend of a heroine of Equestria. Twilight told silver about how all Lyra could think about was him when she kept fighting. Silver asked Twilight if he could have that flying lesson she promised him. Twilight and the others went to find Rainbow Dash and see if she could teach Silver to fly.

Meanwhile on the Starship EQ the Doctor and Derpy were having some crystal berry pie on the top deck of the ship. After Derpy and the Doctor saved the Space Whale that carried the ship they decided to stay for awhile until the phone inside the TARDIS began to ring. Derpy picked it up and asked who was calling. They said it was the prime minister and the doctor asked which one. Derpy asked which one and they said it was the british one and the Doctor asked which british one. Derpy asked which british one and they said it was Winston Churchill. Derpy told the Doctor it was Winston Churchill. After hearing that the Doctor answered the phone and asked how he was doing. Winston told the Doctor he needed his help because Great Britain was being invaded by the Cybermen and he was worried after the Ironside project went rogue. The doctor told Winston he and Derpy were on there way and to hold on long enough for them to arrive. The Doctor entered the coordinates and the TARDIS began to make the noise and both the Doctor and Derpy shouted GERONIMO.

Meanwhile inside a hidden room inside Crystal Prep Academy the human counterpart of Twilight was doing for physics homework when her computer began beeping and flashing. Sci-Twi closed her book and looked at her computer and saw that an anomaly was going on at CHS. Sci-Twi activated her scanners and noticed an increase in power from her last readings and began rearranging her finding on her bulletin board along with her new information.

“ No doubt about it Spike there's definitely something strange going on at that school,” Sci-twi said as she stroked her chin while Spike just barked in agreement.

Chapter 4

Larry manage to regain consciousness and noticed a mint green unicorn that looked a lot like Lyra. After Larry asked if it was Lyra she replied yes and told Larry to look at himself. Larry looked in the crystal floor and saw a reflection of a tan unicorn with a black mane and tail and a flashlight and key ring cutie mark. Larry asked Lyra how they transformed when they heard someone else answer their question.

" That's what happens when you enter the portal from your world to Equestria," The voice said with a hint of annoyance.

Larry and Lyra looked for the source of the voice until they noticed a purple unicorn with wings enter the room. The unicorn looked annoyed by her new visitors.

" Who are you two and what are you doing in my Castle?" The unicorn asked in a angry tone.

" I'm Larry Daley and this is Lyra and you are?” Larry replied as he felt like he and Lyra were not welcome in this land.

" I'm Twilight Sparkle and I'm the princess of this Castle," Twilight replied as she began to ease up on her visitors.

" And by the way I'm an alicorn not a unicorn," Twilight added knowing what Larry was thinking as did everyone else from the human world.

With the introductions done with Larry explained the reason for their arrival and the urgency of their situation. Twilight was more worried than before knowing what Trixie just stole. Larry and Lyra wanted to start searching for Trixie and the tablet but Twilight told them they needed to get used to being ponies before they could do anything else. Twilight was very excited to help Larry and Lyra since they were both unicorns. First Twilight taught them about trotting so they could get used to moving on all fours. Then Twilight tried teaching them most of the spells in her spell books. They both got levitation down decently enough. When they got to illumination Larry created a beam of light similar to his flashlight. Lyra was amazed by Larry's spell she tried mimicking it but only managed to cause her horn to glow like a glow stick. They moved on to teleportation. For this one Twilight showed them around Ponyville for some destinations to use for practice. When they got back to the Castle Twilight told them to think of where they wanted to go and the spell would send them there. Larry tried teleporting to Carousel Boutique and manage to appear in front of it with a little fatigue. Lyra tried teleporting to Sugarcube Corner and appeared inside just in time for her turn in line. Lyra always wanted to try some of Equestria's delicacies and this was the perfect time to do so. Larry and Lyra teleported back to Twilight's Library. Lyra re-appeared with raspberry filling on her mouth.

" Let me guess Pinkie's razzleberry pie?" Twilight asked as she remembered pinkies newest pie creation.

" Yep The Pinkie Pie of this world is as talented at baking as the one in our world," Lyra replied as she licked the filling off her mouth.

" She sure is," Twilight replied returning Lyra’s compliment.

Twilight and Lyra were laughing at the memory of their friends. Pinkie's baking was amazing no matter which world they were in. Larry would've also liked to try it but they needed to find Trixie before it was too late. Twilight used a spell she was working on to improve the teleportation spell to implant a mental image of canterlot in to Larry and Lyra's heads. This spell was meant to help unicorns who can teleport warp to places without needing to be at them. Twilight Larry and Lyra teleported to Canterlot to see Celestia and Luna. Their collective fields generated by their spells fused and generated enough magic to send them to Canterlot.

The next morning at Silver's mansion Silver woke up to his favorite song The Weekend Whip and got ready to meet Rarity and the others. Silver unlocked his safe and grabbed the petition. He also put on his lucky hat since he needed all the luck he could get today. Silver grabbed his keys and ran for his car. This time he hooked them to his belt loop so no one could steal them. He drove off his driveway and to the Freeway. What Silver didn't know was that Blueblood has been tailing him since yesterday. Blueblood followed him to the Mall and waited for Silver to let his guard down. Silver parked his car and went inside the Mall. Since Silver had plenty of time before he needed to meet up with the Humane Six he went to check up on Bonbon at her sweets kiosk. Bonbon was doing ok but she still missed Lyra. While Silver and Bonbon were talking Blueblood snuck up behind Silver and placed him in a headlock and dragged him off but not before Silver told Bonbon to deliver the petition to the Humane Six. Bonbon ran for Canterlot Boutique with the petition. Blueblood noticed and throw Silver over to his accomplice Wind Rider while he chased her. Bonbon found the Humane Six and told them about Blueblood and how he captured Silver. Blueblood grabbed Bonbon by her neck and dragged her off. In the Food Court Shining Armor was on his lunch break enjoying his Five Guys burger when he heard Bonbon's scream for help. Shining grabbed his lunch and chased Blueblood out to the parking lot. Blueblood threw Bonbon in the backseat of his car and drove out of the parking lot after hitting seven cars that were leaving. As Shining Armor chase Blueblood he radioed for backup.

" All units near Town Hall I need a roadblock on the intersection of Starswirl and Yearling I'm in pursuit of a kidnapper with blonde hair blue eyes and a fancy white suit driving a blue prius repeat Starswirl and Yearling over," Shining said over the radio.

" Copy that setting up a roadblock now over,” An officer replied and then instructed his men to construct the roadblock.

Starswirl and Yearling was just a block away from Town Hall. The Police were setting up a roadblock and asked all drivers to detour through Clover Dr. Blueblood noticed the roadblock and stopped his car and continued to Town Hall on foot. As Shining saw Blueblood stop his car he stopped and tried to stop Blueblood by himself but Blueblood used a smoke bomb he confiscated from Trixie to escape. Shining opened the trunk and back seat door of Blueblood's car to save his two captives. A news van stopped and questioned Silver and Bonbon. Silver told the media about Blueblood's underhanded tactics to stop his friends from saving their school from his tyranny.

Meanwhile in a Hotel room in Savannah Celestia and Luna were watching the Red Wings vs Maple Leafs match when a news report from Canterlot interrupted it.

" We interrupt this program with some breaking news. The Principal of Canterlot High School kidnapped two of his own students in broad daylight at the Canterlot Mall. Both students are ok but the culprit escaped. Young man can you tells us about this man," The reporter asked as the camera focused on Silver.

" Is that Silver Chance?" Luna asked as she recognized his favorite hat from anywhere.

" Yes he is the tyrant that turned our once peaceful school into a police state and now he's trying to stop my friends from delivering their petition to Town hall to save us all," Silver said through the mic in a frantic tone on the second part.

" Sunset and the other are in danger we need to help them," Celestia said as she was worried about her six favorite students.

" I agree," Luna said as she already had her and Celestia’s bags packed.

After Celestia and Luna packed their bags and checked out of their Hotel they set off for Canterlot. They got onto the crowded Georgia Highway and were delayed for a few hours. They turned on their radio to catch the rest of the news report.

" We now have the identity of the kidnapper thirty three year old Buford Blueblood he is also wanted for attempted rape and arson," The Reporter said and also said they would show more details at ten.

After hearing that Celestia and Luna were more determined to get back and disown Blueblood. They made it to Jacksonville and kept going toward Tallahassee. Despite the time difference Celestia kept driving until they returned to their timezone. It was getting late so they stopped at a hotel in Arkansas. They needed rest before they could keep going.

Meanwhile at Canterlot Boutique Rarity and the rest of the Humane Six were waiting for Silver to return their petition when they saw the news report involving Blueblood and noticed Silver and Bonbon were miles away from the Mall. Just as Rarity was about to call Silver she heard the bell above her door ring and was surprised to see Silver tired and nearly out of breath. She offer him some water and he gladly accepted and guzzled it down. Now that Silver was rehydrated he handed Rarity the petition. Silver hid the petition inside the pocket of his blazer since he thought Blueblood would resort to something this low just to protect his job. Silver's Dad taught him to always be one step ahead of your opponents. He also taught him to believe in his friends when things looked hopeless. Bonbon returned to her sweets kiosk to close up shop and check on Silver to see if he is doing alright.
