One morning Kiyo woke up to find a rather strange present from his father. Instead of money or clothes his father decided to send him a child and a book? And what made things worse was this weird kid had the power to shot lightning out of his mouth! Now Kiyo and his new roommate Zatch must fight to protect their peaceful lives.
