Three girls, or sirens as some would say, were sitting outside the school. One looked sad, one looked bored, and one looked ticked off. Here is how our story begins.
"Whhhyyyyyy..." Sonata groaned loudly, her head lying on the table. "This is the worst thing that has ever happened to us." Sonata dramatically sighed. Yes, this was definitely by far, the absolute worst thing to ever happen. Like, for realzies this time.
"Yeah, yeah sure, this IS the worst thing to happen to us. Definitely not the time when our pendants shattered into thousands of pieces." Aria said with her usual monotone voice with a small hint of sarcasm.
Okay. Maybe a LOT of sarcasm. Haha, classic Aria.
"I know! Right?" Sonata said finally looking up. "At least you understand me, Aria." Sonata looked at Aria with hopeful eyes.
"Ughh, no one understands you." Aria said rolling her eyes. Well, the hope was there until Aria crushed it.
"Hey! I'm totally sure a lot of people understand me!"
"I'm sure thousands of people understand you in that little fantasy land you call your mind."
"You got that right, they sure do understand m- wait, what?"
"You're seriously just the worst."
"No, you're the worst!"
"No, yo-"
"SHUT UP!" Adagio screamed at her sisters, which instantly silenced the bickering duo. At the moment, Adagio looked about ready to pull her hair out... That is really saying something too, because she has a lot of hair.
Adagio glared at her Siren sisters, they pretended not to notice her death glares.
"Let me settle this; you are both the worst for driving me insane!" Adagio whisper/yelled through clenched teeth. "Sonata, just get over it already! You are overreacting over something so stupid!"
"I am not! What day is it?" Sonata asked.
Adagio sighed, and then answered, "Tuesday."
"Yeppers, and what was the school serving for lunch today?" Sonata asked.
"Meatloaf surprise."
"There you have it! Twenty-five points for Adagio! Case closed!" Sonata said standing up with a triumphant grin.
"Sorry, you lossed me the moment you opened your mouth, what's your point?" Aria bluntly said. Sonata looked back at Aria. Her mouth was agape with shock.
"What's my point? My point is that today is Tuesday, and they aren't serving tacos for lunch!" Sonata waved her arms in the air for emphasis. Sonata looked like she was about ready to go down onto her knees, look up to the sky, and dramatically ask the world why tacos were not served for lunch today.
"Where is my Taco Tuesday?!" Sonata whined.
"Must I repeat myself?" Adagio asked.
"No." Aria said, but Adagio ignored her sister's rude remark and continued anyway.
"Get. Over. It. The food in this world sucks anyway. The only reason we eat it's cruddy food is because we have to." Adagio said increasingly getting more and more annoyed. Sonata sat back down in defeat.
"Sorry. I just wish-" Sonata started until a loud noise cut her off.
Splat!
The sudden object that had fallen in front of them caught their attention. The three Sirens looked at what had fallen onto their table. What they saw had shocked them all.
A taco.
Sonata gasped.
"Its a taco!" Sonata squealed.
Splat! Another taco.
Splat! Splat! Splat! And another, and another, and another. Tacos just kept falling from the sky. Until it was literally raining tacos. It was like snow, but taco snow.
Right now, Sonata is literally dying, dying from pure taconess. (Yes, I just made up a word) Tacos falling from the sky only ever happens in Sonata's dreams.
"OH MY GOSH! Please tell me this isn't a dream. Somebody pinch me! Wait, don't pinch me. Pinching hurts. I don't like pinching, anyway." Sonata held out her hands and a taco landed onto her open hands.
"What the heck?" Adagio said her eye twitching slightly. After everything Adagio has had to put up with for all these centuries, tacos raining from the sky probably will get her that much closer to being driven completely mad.
"Thish ish absolutely amazing!" Sonata had her mouth full with tacos. One taco in each hand.
"Why is this happening to me? Actually, how is this happening to me?" Aria said looking up toward the sky. "First of all, this is impossible. Seco-" Before Aria could even finish ruining the fun, a taco nailed her in the eye.
"OWW!" Aria yelled recoiling from the pain that that stupid hard shelled taco gave to her. Sonata, who currently was on the ground making taco angels, instantly laughed.
"HA! Serves you right, you non-believer! Hey, now you can be a pirate too!" Sonata said with a grin. Sonata then proceeded to eat another taco. Aria scowled at her remark and glared at Sonata with her one good eye. "Just keep eating your stupid tacos you taco loving freak!"
"Gladly!" Sonata said ignoring Aria's insult. Sonata opened her mouth as wide as she could awaiting a taco to fall into her mouth.
"I cannot believe this is my life now!"
"This is just the worst!"
"THIS IS AN ABSOLUTE MIRACLE!"
Meanwhile in the music room...
"Wowie! It's raining tacos!" Pinkie exclaimed pointing a drumstick to the window.
"What?" Everyone else said in confused unison.
Rainbow Dash, Fluttershy, Sunset Shimmer, Rarity, and Pinkie Pie all went over to the windows to see that it was raining tacos.
"My goodness, the tacos are even raining down on the street!" Rarity said completely flabbergasted.
"I'm pretty sure that's a safety hazard for ongoing cars." Fluttershy said mouth slightly agape.
"Woah, it's like an all you can eat taco buffet out there." Rainbow Dash said.
"Yum?" Sunset Shimmer said with a raised eyebrow before turning to Applejack. "You're not gonna come over and see this, AJ?" Sunset Shimmer asked. Not even once has Applejack looked up from re-tuning her bass.
"Ah have seen sirens, Equestrian Magic, and us 'ponying up'. Now, I reckon' Ah'd believe just about anythin'." Applejack said simply. You had to admit though, she had a pretty could point.
"Okay, now that that's settled, let's all go out and have a taco fight! OR we could have a tacoman building contest!" Pinkie Pie said suddenly appearing in a heavy coat, boots, and mittens, running out the door.

"..Do you think they'll cancel school over this?"
Author's Note
Soooooo. This is obviously based off that song that came out years ago. Sonata + Tacos = Taco song. Hopefully you all like tacos.
I'd appreciate some constructive criticism, my first FIMFic definitely isn't the best in the world. So any suggestions on how I could improve really helps me a lot.
