You got up, and showered. The showers and electricity were working perfectly well, despite the fact they're in the apocalypse. After you got dressed, you grabbed your utility belt, and bullet-proof vest. It was also a zombie-proof vest, because they couldn't sink their teeth hard enough to bite through it. Your jacket was a bit useful if only one tried to attack you, but if it was a horde, you stand no chance. You also grabbed your machine gun, and sniper rifle. You thought you were forgetting something. Then, you grabbed your book. It contained all types of zombies, plus their weaknesses, and weak points. You grabbed your machete, and put it into a part of your belt. You went downstairs, and saw Sans squirting a packet of ketchup into his mouth. "Hey sleepyhead!" he said. "Sorry." you said. He grabbed a plate of bacon and eggs, and tossed it over to you. You grabbed a fork, and started eating. When you finished, you heard a knock on the door. You got up, and opened it. You were greeted by Pinkie Pie's sister, Maud. The only one who survived among 3 of Pinkie's sisters. She had a soldier helmet on, and a crossbow slung over her shoulder. "Hey Maud." you greeted. "Twilight's waiting for you and Sans." she said. Then, she headed towards Sugarcube Corner. That was her station for today. At the roof. Sans got up, and both of you headed for the north side of Ponyville. Twilight was at the top of the walls, looking around in her binoculars. Sans summoned a Gaster Blaster, and you both hopped on. When you reached the top, you saw a whole lot of zombies of different shapes and sizes. Big ones, small ones, Pegasi, Unicorns, regular ones. But you've seen them all before. They were all jotted down on your book. Twilight noticed you two, but kept looking around. Sans had his own weapons, but he still had a shotgun, and a hunting rifle. Twilight put the binoculars inside her saddlebag, and brought out her chainsaw with her magic. "I see a survivor." she said. She flapped her wings, and went towards the direction of the survivor. Sans made the Gaster Blaster follow Twilight. When she stopped, You and Sans knew who she was. "It's Princess Luna!" you said. He lowered to the ground, and saw Twilight and Luna fighting at least 20 zombies. Luckily they were all regular kinds. Sans aimed his shotgun, and fired. His bullet was a special kind designed by you. You saw it in the movie, Resident Evil:Retribution. His slug was filled with bits, that created an area damage bullet. It killed 3 zombies, and hit the leg of one. You brought out your machete, and rushed in. One of them noticed you, and lunged at you. You moved out of its way, and sliced his head off. Sans went beside you, and kept firing. His gun clicked, and he reached into his jacket for more bullets. You slashed at another zombie. There were only 4 left. Twilight got one with a chainsaw, Sans put a bone through one's head. You took care of the last two, by smashing their heads together. All of you started to catch your breath. "Are you okay Princess Luna?" Twilight asked. "Yes." she said, "Thanks." "C'mon." you said, "Let's discuss this behind the walls." FlashbackingThe next day was a regular day. It was someone else's turn to guard the walls. You spent the day talking with Cheese. You jotted down the notes on your notebook. That's when he asked something. "What were you doing when this all started?" he asked. You started to remember everything. You were at the Golden Oaks library. You and Sans were playing thumb wrestling. Twilight was outside talking with Rarity. You were about to pin him down, when Rarity and Twilight burst in. Rarity was grabbing knives and putting it in her saddlebag. Twilight was packing stuff. "What's wrong?" Sans asked. "It's the apocalypse!" Twilight said. Then 3 fillies burst in. You knew them a, Apple Bloom, Sweetie Belle, and Scootaloo. They were covered with blood, and several parts of them were bitten off. Rarity came, and tossed a knife to you and Sans. She had a knife in her magic aura, and stabbed Scootaloo. Sans threw the knife, and it hit Sweetie Belle's head. She fell to the ground, and Scootaloo fell on top of her. Apple Bloom Lunged at you, but you raised your knife, and she was cut in half. Twilight came down, and all of you evacuated. You told all of this to Cheese. "That's harsh." he said. "It's the apocalypse." you said, "Everything's harsh." The final chapterYou jolted up. Sans was on the balcony looking at something, and Twilight was still asleep. You rubbed your eyes, and got up. You showered, and got your gear. When you went down, you saw Luna getting up. "Enjoy your dream?" she asked. "No." you said. Then, there was a knock on the door. Luna opened it with her magic, and was met by Fluttershy. "Everypony is to meet at the center of town." she said. Before Luna could say anything, Fluttershy started flying towards the center. Twilight and Sans were already down, and it looks like they heard everything. The four of you ran to the center. Rainbow Dash, with their group behind her, was talking to Princess Cadence. "Cadence!" Twilight said. She turned to see you, Twilight, Sans, and Luna. "Twilight! Aunt Luna!" she said. A familiar face popped up from behind Cadence. "Shiny!" Twilight said. The 3 princesses and Twilight's brother all hugged. "Where have you been?" "In Canterlot." Cadence said, "But there are lots of zombies there. We went looking for others, and saw these walls." You heard something. Like something was banging the metal on the walls. Cheese probably heard it too. Because he ran off into a random direction, with you on his tail. You were close to the wall, when you saw zombies coming in through a hole. Cheese grabbed his pipe, and began bashing the zombies. But he didn't notice a Cutter. You got your whip, and flicked it towards the Cutter. It tangled around its leg, and you pulled. The Cutter came flying to you, and you swung your machete. It hit its wing, and it dropped to the ground. You brought out your machine gun, and shot multiple rounds at the Cutter. A Blaster hit you, but luckily, you had your bullet-proof vest. It pushed you back, but you were fine. There was the sounds of multiple guns firing, and you turned to see the others fighting back. You began shooting at any zombie you can find. There were a few special ones, but they weren't too tough. One was a Double-Header. It's created, when 2 zombies get stuck together. One of the heads tried to lunge at you, but ended up disconnecting his own head and his body. The second ran to me, but you sliced it with your machete. You started panting. They kept coming. Your machine gun was out, and you dropped it. You grabbed your sniper rifle, and fired away. The bullets ripped through the zombies. You tried to fire more bullets, but there were too much, and you were too tired. The others were too, which is probably why they started running. All of them went in a different direction. You followed Sans. You two went inside the Sugarcube Corner, and barricaded the doors with a table. "Man!" Sans said, "That's a lot!" "I grabbed my machine gun, but I left my machete." you said. Suddenly, there was a loud explosion, and there was a hole where the door was. "Blower!" "What's that?" Sans asked while shooting the zombies with his shotgun. "A unicorn that knows a lot of spells. So if it doesn't get what it wants, it will explode." You removed the old magazine of your machine gun, and put in a new one. You and Sans kept fending them off, while walking back. You saw something behind the counter useful. 2 things actually. You got the chainsaw, and gave it to Sans. You grabbed the mini-gun, and started firing. Sans ran, and started swinging the chainsaw this way and that, but he was careful not to stand in your way. The zombies dropped like flies. Blood was all over Sans, and you were tired of carrying the mini-gun. There were 20 zombies left, but you were out of ammo, and Sans was out of fuel. He backed up, while loading in more slugs for his shotgun. Your sniper rifle took out 4. You used your whip to take one out. Sans fired 2 shots, which took down 8. Your machine gun handled the rest, and there were no more. You fell to your knees, and started panting. "You okay kid?" Sans asked. "I'm (pant) fine. (pant)" you said. The both of you went out, and heard nothing. Twilight and the others were walking back to you. "Are you fine?" she asked. "I'm good." you said. "We aren't safe anymore." Rainbow Dash said, "We need to go somewhere else!" "Where will you go?" Cadence asked. "How about Canterlot?" you say, "We can fend off the zombies, and continue our life." "It's a plan!" Rainbow Dash said, "Let's go!" Doom comesA few minutes later, Twilight, Sans, and you had Luna at your house. She had a wound on her stomach where she was sliced by a Cutter. Pegasi zombies, with wings that reveal their bones. The bones are hard enough to slice anyone. Luckily, if you've been sliced, you won't be infected. Twilight bandaged up her wound, while Sans went to tell the chief of the village, and you grabbed some soup for her. When she finished it, a knock came on the door, and Twilight opened it. Sans was there beside the chief. Rainbow Dash. "We have Princess Luna." Twilight said. "How is she?" Rainbow Dash asked. "She's fine." "I'm assigning her to your group." She left, leaving the 4 alone. "Where's Princess Celestia?" Twilight asked. "Dead." Luna said sadly. Then they heard something. It was the alarm. Something bad happened. InvadedThe 3 of you rushed to the noise of the sound. There, you saw Maud ringing it. Pinkie, Rarity, Rainbow Dash, Fluttershy, and Applejack were already there. "What's wrong?" Rainbow Dash asked. Maud pointed at a broken part of the wall. But they saw something weird. It was a zombie, attacking another, with a pipe. "Look!" you said pointing to the 2. But the others were busy killing the zombies. You brought out a machine gun, and fired away. Most of them were regular ones, but there were a few special ones. One of them was Blaster. A unicorn, if enraged, it will blast you with its magic. You heard Twilight scream. You turned to her direction, and saw a zombie trying to bite her face. She tried to blast him with her pistol, but she couldn't concentrate. You grabbed your whip from your utility belt, with a few sapphires on it. You flicked it at the zombie, and the end wrapped around its neck. You pulled, removing the neck of the zombie. You put your whip back, and continued shooting. When half of them were killed, everyone had to reload quickly. You removed the old mag, but before you could reach in, a hoof reached out with a magazine. You looked to see it was the zombie who was beating up the other zombie. "You dropped one." he said. Then you realised who it was. Part of his shoulder was bitten off, and his cutie-mark was bitten off. But even without his cutie-mark, you knew it was none other than, Cheese Sandwich. You got the mag, and put in your gun. The rest finished up, but were oblivious to the fact that Cheese was there. They continued shooting, and Cheese assisted with the pipe. When the entire horde was gone, they noticed Cheese. "Watch out!" Pinkie said, "This'll hurt me more than it will hurt you Cheese!" Looks like she knows it's him. "Pinkie wait!" he yelled. She lowered her gun when he spoke. "D-did he just speak?" "Yes." you said, "It's as if he has his memory." "Is that in your book?" Twilight asked. "No." "Should we let him stay?" Rainbow Dash asked. "We can let Buttley study him!" Sans said. "I can do that!" you said. "Then he's staying." Rainbow Dash said. A little talk in the nightA few hours later, Luna's moon hit Celestia's sun down, and her moon was up. Everyone was sleeping, but you were at the balcony of your house sitting down, and looking at the stars.. Twilight was downstairs doing something, Sans was on the floor sleeping, and Luna was sleeping on the couch downstairs. You heard someone behind you, and turned around to see Twilight. She went towards you, and sat on your lap. "This is terrible." you say, "We're in the apocalypse, Cheese is a zombie, Princess Celestia is dead, who knows what else?" "Buttley." Twilight said, "At least we have friends, Cheese has a mind, sure she's dead, but we've got Princess Luna! And whatever the apocalypse throws at us, we'll do our best to withstand it." You smiled at her, and she gave you a smile back. You leaned in closer to her, and kissed her. The warmth of her lips calmed you down. She pulled back, and nuzzled your neck. "Now let's get some rest." The both of you walked to the bed, and you went under the covers. She got up next to you, and rested her head on your chest. At least you guys were safe. For now. NightmaresYou were having a dream. You, Twilight, Vinyl Scratch, and Sans, were gathering survivors. You guys decided to check Sugarcube Corner. Twilight had a pistol in her magical grasp. "I only have 3 bullets left." she said. Vinyl surrounded a wooden plank in her magic aura, and got ready to swing it. You held your bat up, and Sans got ready to throw some bones. You kicked it open, and you saw Mrs. Cake eating Mr. Cake. She looked at you with her lifeless eyes. Sans launched a bone at her, and it went straight through her head. "Me and Vinyl will check the kitchen." you say, "Twilight and Sans, check upstairs Maybe Pound and Pumpkin are okay." They all nodded, and you and Vinyl looked in the kitchen. There was blood everywhere, and you saw a gray mare, feasting on one of the twins. Pumpkin. "Octavia!" Vinyl said. She looked at you two, and growled. You raised your bat up, and she lunged at you. You swing your bat, and Octavia's head pops off. Vinyl removes her glasses, and tears form in her eyes. "Something had to be done Vinyl." you said. She wipes her tears, and nods. Twilight and Sans come back down. But both have been bit. "Pound's okay." Twilight said, "One was trying to get her, but she was missing a leg, and the others were broken. Sans walked up to her, but she bit him when he was too close. I went to help, but she bit me too." You stared at the two. "I can't live without Octavia." Vinyl said. She grabbed a nearby knife, and stabbed herself on the head. She fell down, and you stared at her with wide eyes. "Unfortunately," Sans spoke, "You're on your own kid." "Let's hope we find more survivors." you say. "Sorry Buttley." Twilight said, "But me and Sans are already gonna die." Then, you blinked, and everything was black. There was a little glow, which you identified as Luna's magic aura. "Luna?" you said. "Yes." she said, "It's me. You won't wake up until you are truly scared so I shall help." "How?" "Like this!" A brick appeared, and she hit you with it.

"I only have 3 bullets left." she said. Vinyl surrounded a wooden plank in her magic aura, and got ready to swing it. You held your bat up, and Sans got ready to throw some bones. You kicked it open, and you saw Mrs. Cake eating Mr. Cake. She looked at you with her lifeless eyes. Sans launched a bone at her, and it went straight through her head. "Me and Vinyl will check the kitchen." you say, "Twilight and Sans, check upstairs Maybe Pound and Pumpkin are okay." They all nodded, and you and Vinyl looked in the kitchen. There was blood everywhere, and you saw a gray mare, feasting on one of the twins. Pumpkin. "Octavia!" Vinyl said. She looked at you two, and growled. You raised your bat up, and she lunged at you. You swing your bat, and Octavia's head pops off. Vinyl removes her glasses, and tears form in her eyes. "Something had to be done Vinyl." you said. She wipes her tears, and nods. Twilight and Sans come back down. But both have been bit. "Pound's okay." Twilight said, "One was trying to get her, but she was missing a leg, and the others were broken. Sans walked up to her, but she bit him when he was too close. I went to help, but she bit me too." You stared at the two. "I can't live without Octavia." Vinyl said. She grabbed a nearby knife, and stabbed herself on the head. She fell down, and you stared at her with wide eyes. "Unfortunately," Sans spoke, "You're on your own kid." "Let's hope we find more survivors." you say. "Sorry Buttley." Twilight said, "But me and Sans are already gonna die." Then, you blinked, and everything was black. There was a little glow, which you identified as Luna's magic aura. "Luna?" you said. "Yes." she said, "It's me. You won't wake up until you are truly scared so I shall help." "How?" "Like this!" A brick appeared, and she hit you with it.
