The Nimitz class Aircraft carrier was alight with activity, It's deck lit with the Moon's brilliant light.
The mostly quiet night was broken with the sound of a F-35's Afterburners, and the Ship's steam catapult.
Once I had enough speed, I turned left to get on my patrol route. I was to patrol beyond the Carrier's radar, and intercept any enemy fighters that intend to destroy the Ship.
Once I had reached my route, I set the controls to auto-pilot.
I took a deep breath and exhaled. I thought about how I got into this mess in the first place.
<><><>
It was like any other day. I was like most 22 year olds. I lived in an Apartment by myself in Washington DC, and had an okay paying job. I was just watching the news.
"Hello, this is Channel 21 news, and we have shocking live video. It seems North Korea has launched and ICBM Missile, and it is headed to DC."
The screen then shows live footage of the event. My heart was pumping really hard.
"Here we have two fighter jets that have been sent to destroy the Nuclear missile."
The camera was zoomed in on the jets and missile. One jet slowed down slightly to let the other jet in front. The said Jet launched a single missile toward the ICBM. It hit it's target, and the ICBM broke up in a ball of fire.
It was barely a week later when
I received a letter in the mail stating I had been drafted into the US Navy.
<><><>
My thoughts came back to the present task at hand. I sighed.
My radar started to beep, and showed 3 red blips on my helmet visor. Soon, my plane's
A.I told me my Jet was being scanned by a radar. 2 out of 3 of the red blips scattered, but one stayed. He wanted to take me head on. Okay... I'll play that game. The other two enemy fighters would try to flank me, based on the way they were moving. I took off Auto pilot.
"Tower control come in, Tower control come in." I said to my radio, Keeping my calm.
"Titan I read you loud and clear."
Tower control replied.
"I have a code red, I repeat, code red! There are two enemy Aircraft! I have Identified one as an F-16 Fighting Falcon!" I said with a hint of fear, due to being outnumbered.
"Titan, I copy that, sending friendlies in, hang tight." Tower control replied to my bad situation.
"Okay, Titan out." I said in response, hoping things would turn out good. The enemy was now close enough to shoot. He still wanted to fight head on. I fired a burst of fully automatic 40 MM Cannon rounds at him, and quickly gained height. I did this in the nick of time, and narrowly avoided his 30 MM Cannon rounds. He, was not so lucky.
My shots were Incendiary, and they hit his wing fuel tanks. The fuel tanks were set on fire, and the fire quickly destroyed his fly-by-wire control system. He went into a dive, and Ejected.
His friends though, were finally behind me, and angry. They were already firing their Cannons. Both were also F-16's. I made a hard right, and I was pulled to the left side of the cockpit. It wasn't too long before I started getting Tunnel vision due to the lack of blood in my brain. My breath got heavier and faster every second. I finally pulled out of the sharp turn. They were still behind me, but this time, my A.I warned me they both had a lock on. Finally, one of the Enemies launched a Sidewinder missile from the tip of his wing. I quickly deployed flares, and did an Aileron roll. The Sidewinder passed right next to the Canopy, and was so close I could read it's side.
Death to America
Yet they were using American Aircraft. Idiots. Both Jets still tailed behind me, so I had to think of a way to get behind them. I pulled my air brakes and throttle, and slightly pulled up. This act slowed me down incredibly, and both Fighters passed in front of me. I pulled in my brakes, and increased throttle, and got going after them. I soon got a lock on, and fired one of my ARAMM missiles. The other pilot was not as skilled as me, and got hit. His Aircraft was engulfed in flames, and his fuel exploded, sending Shrapnel everywhere. Suddenly, the last plane did an entire loop so fast if you blinked you would have missed it. He was now behind me, and very, very, mad. He fired his cannon in reckless abandon, and fired all his missiles without a lock on. He did get a lucky shot, though.
WARNING
FUEL LINE CUT
SHUTTING OFF ENGINE.
Oh no. I started to lose altitude quickly due to no thrust, and my little wings made for high speed flying were not helping. Finally though, back up arrived. Sadly though, my Jet had been caught in some Jetwash, and was now in a fast spin. I felt 9 times my own weight... I couldn't reach the Ejection handle... low height.
FIVE HUNDRED
That's bad.
FOUR HUNDRED
THREE HUNDRED
I can't die like this.
With great struggle, I looked up. A shot had ripped through the enemy's wing, tearing it off. The guy couldn't eject. If he did, he would break his back. I smiled. The person responsible for my death is going down with me.
TWO HUNDRED. PULL UP.
...
ONE HUNDRED. PULL UP.
...
FIFTY. PULL UP.
THIRTY. PULL UP.
TEN. PULL UP.
A bright light engulfed me as I almost hit the ocean. It was so bright I had to close my eyes. Even that barely did anything, and the light seeped through my eyelids. So this was death. I should've hit the water by now. I hope this isn't the afterlife. Just a simple bright light.
I didn't the 9G's if force on me anymore. The feeling was gone.
So this is how I died. A hero. Or just another number.
<><><>
"Alright Spike, double check my list, would you please?" I asked Spike, my number 1 assistant.
Spike grumbled as he said "Fine."
"Alright we ha-" Spike said as I interrupted him.
"Ssshhh! Do you hear that?" I said in an ominous whisper.
"Hear what?" Spike said, clueless, and slightly annoyed that Twilight had cut him off.
"Ssshhh!" I shushed him again. This time, Spike stayed quiet.
We both listened quietly to the weird, unknown sound. It was getting louder, so whatever was making it is getting closer.
I looked into the horizon, and saw a tiny gray dot. It was getting bigger by the second.
Spike strained his eyes to see what I was looking at. "Is gray dot making the noise?" Spike asked.
"I think so..." I replied, uncertain.
"I wonder what it is." Spike pondered.
By now, some of Ponyville's residents were looking at the gray dot too. Some just shrugged it off, and went about their daily business.
I once again focused on the gray dot. It was close enough now to see it's features. It was big. That's for sure. It seemed to have some kind of wings as well. I also noticed something else. Light smoke was trailing from it's rear, and it seemed Rainbow Dash was following the... Creature I guess?
The creature was losing height fast now, and was getting ever closer. Rainbow Dash trailed right behind it, slightly above it, and that's when I started to worry. The thing was maybe a few hundred feet from the ground when some legs came out it's belly.
The thing was slowing down. It then dawned on me that it was going to land on Ponyville's main road!
"Everypony out of the way! Out of the way!" I yelled loudly to the small crowd.
The citizens that had been watching the creature ran first, and ponies that didn't see the thing ran when they saw their fellow ponykind run. I ran too. Once I was safely out of the way, on the side of the road, I watched.
Turns out, the thing was even bigger than I expected. It displaced a lot of air, making a strong whoosh.
The thing finally hit the ground, it's leg like wheels screeching at the incredible speed it was going.
When It passed me, my mane felt like it would fly off from my body, and I was almost lifted off the ground. The wings were mere feet from slicing my head clean off.
Rainbow Dash stopped to check on me, seeing I was more important than what she had been pursuing.
"Twilight! Are you Okay!?" Rainbow Dash asked, worried.
"Yes, I'm fine just... shaken up." I replied, coughing in the dust cloud that had formed.
We then both looked toward the
Creature. It was still going pretty fast, but It was slowing quickly. However, Town hall was in the way of the creature. Ponies were bound to be inside, at least Mayor Mare and her receptionist. We weren't sure if the beast would stop in time.
But it did. It stopped only a few hundred feet from Town hall. Mayor Mare and her Receptionist came out, with a look of disbelief.
Rainbow got to the thing first. I followed. I stood there, near the thing. It was huge. But it wasn't responsive. It only made the sound of settling metal.
Realization hit me.
I turned to Rainbow. She was glaring at it, waiting for the smallest movement.
"Um... Dash?"
"Mmhh"
"I don't think this is a living thing..."
"Huh? Why?" Rainbow responded to my comment.
Suddenly, a certain pink pony jumped out of my mane and landed in front of Rainbow, an inch from her face.
Rainbow took a step back in surprise.
"Well Dashie, the answer to your question is that the thing is made outta metal!" Pinkie Pie squeaked in her high voice.
"So it's a machine? How can it fly without flapping it's wings?!" Rainbow Dash said, not believing it.
"Dash... You know how when you were trailing behind this thing there was a lot of heat coming from it's rear?" I asked, seeing if my theory was right, based on what I saw from the ground.
"Yeah... There were also..., strong wind so I flew slightly above it so I wouldn't lose control." Rainbow Dash stated, getting a puzzled look on her face toward the end of explaining things to me.
"Rainbow Dash... I know this may or may not bore you, but back in the time of Starswirl the Bearded, it is said he discovered a new way to fly. It involved great wind pushing the user forward... put it was only a myth, and the technology was never found." I explained.
"So... are you saying... IT'S AN ALIEN?!" Rainbow Dash freaked out.
"Well, the thing is using a mythical technology to fly, so maybe..." I said, hoping the Alien would be friendly, so I could study it.
<><><>
Blood rushed into my brain. I opened my eyes quicker than Usain Bolt can run. I took a moment to take in my surroundings.
I looked my controls. My Plane was level. Engine still off to reduce risk of fire... Fuel line closed to stop leakage of fuel... Nose was dipping slightly below the horizon.I turned around in my seat to check my back.
There was a... Blue flying horse. What the fuck. It also had Rainbow hair, as if it being a flying horse wasn't enough.
It flew above me, still following me. But, that was the least of my worries. I was losing speed. I looked around for a place to land. There was a small town. A small town, even though I was over vast Pacific ocean a minute ago. Anyways, it had a nice, and long, Main street. Maybe two and a half kilometers long, but, there were two problems. One, it had a large building in the center, and two, I would never make it unless I turned on my engine for a speed boost. I made the decision to turn on my engine. My A.I asked me if I was sure.
Yes
With great difficulty, my engine turned on. I turned up the throttle to as strong as it could get without it's afterburners. I quickly sped up. Once I had decided I had enough speed, I turned the engine off.
I turned around, and sure enough, the horse was still trailing behind, even though I was going at 180 MPH.
FIVE HUNDRED
I lowered the landing gear, it's lowering mechanism making a loud audible groan, due to this plane sitting in the reserve hangar for 10 years.
FOUR HUNDRED
Once I had my gear down, I pulled down the flaps to slow down.
TWO HUNDRED
I looked down toward the Earth. There were other horses getting out of my way.
Good...
ONE HUNDRED
I was getting close to stalling.
FIFTY
CRITICAL SPEED. INCREASE SPEED.
CRAP CRAP CRAP!
STALLING! STALLING! STALLING!
My wheels hit the ground. Hard.
I grunted as I bounced up in my seat.
I activated my Air brakes, and engaged the brakes. A giant cloud of dust flowed, since this road just dirt that had been walked on for generations.
I looked to the the right. Time went painfully slow as I noticed all the details. A purple horse, which had a horn AND wings. She stood on the side of the road, which my wings covered every square inch of. The tip of my wing slid right in front of her nose, missing her by an inch. She hadn't escaped all harm though, as she was almost sent flying into the air by my sheer speed, her hair almost flying off her body.
I started turning left and right slightly to slow down even more.
The large building was now very close, but I had almost come to a complete stop. After that small tense moment, my Jet finally stopped.
I took in a deep breath, as that had been harder than landing on an Aircraft carrier.
I looked around the cockpit, getting an idea of the situation, since I had landed on a Town's Main street.
There were even more horses, gawking at me.
Heh... I wonder if they think I'm a God or something...
However, to my right side, there was the Purple horse from earlier, and the Rainbow hair horse from earlier, that had been following me. They seemed to be arguing, but then again, maybe not. The Rainbow one had the look of pure confusion.
I just hope they are discussing something that does not involve execution, or scientific research.
I have to get out of here.
I grabbed the emergency kit behind my seat, which had a single strap for use as a backpack, and prepped myself. I had seen a forest beyond the large building that I almost crashed into. I opened the Canopy.
The canopy closed behind me as I jumped off the nose of my plane. I did a roll to break the fall. Then, I ran. I ran as fast as could.
"He's getting away!"
<><><>
Rainbow and I were after him. Rainbow, of course, took to the sky. She dashed in a straight line. The thing just moved slightly to the left, and Rainbow crashed into a market stall, barely missing the giant crowd that had gathered.
The thing jumped on a crate, and using it's momentum, did a front flip, clearing the entire crowd. It performed a roll to break it's fall, and kept running.
I, however, flew slowly over the crowd, not used to my new wings yet. Once I landed, the creature was about to enter the Everfree forest. I made a split decision, and even though I wanted to keep peace with the thing, I had to save his life. I summoned a magical barrier in front of him.
He simply ran through it, as if it wasn't there.
I couldn't believe it. Rainbow Dash stopped next to.
"You alright?" Dash asked, concerned.
"H-h-he g-got away..." I said, words struggling to form.
"I think he's immune to magic..." I said, just loud enough for Dash to hear.
"Why?"
"He went straight through my magic barrier that I had cast... He went through it like it wasn't even there, the barrier didn't even crack, he...just went through it..." I explained, it dawning on me nobody could resist magic like that.
"But... I thought nopony could be completely resistant to magic?" Dash wondered.
<><><>
I finally stopped after I could no longer breathe from running so much. I sat on a rock for multiple minutes, and once I my heart rate returned to normal, I kept moving, just walking now.
I was in this forest, which the horses wouldn't pursue me in. That thought worried me.
What the hell is in this forest that worries them so much?
I didn't have time to dwell on the thought. I had to survive. I placed my Emergency pack on the ground, and took off my flight suit. It was hot here, and that thing acted like a Winter Jacket. Underneath, I had a T-Shirt that in Proud bold letters had the words US NAVY .
Under that was a Destroyer class ship firing its large guns.
For pants, I had simple Camo colored cargo pants.
I put my flight suit on the ground, and grabbed my kit.
I opened it up. The goodies inside were as follows:
One 9MM Handgun
Three Magazines with 15 bullets each
One small first aid kit
28 Meals ready to eat
One Non-rust, Steel blade, flashlight built in, with flint bar, and built in handle whistle, survival
Knife
I looked at the bottom of the box. Nothing else. But hey, who's complaining? I put everything back in box, except for the Knife, and the gun.
I made sure the gun was on safety, and inserted a clip. I put the gun in my large pocket. I held the Knife. I then remembered my suit. I stuffed it in the kit. I then put the pack on. I moved on. Night wasn't coming for another 5 hours.
<><><>
"Thank you for coming, Princess Celestia." I said as Celestia landed near the craft, with a Squadron of guards.
"Thank you for having me Twilight." Celestia replied.
"No problem!" I replied, glad to see my mentor again.
"So this is the craft you wrote to me about? Where is the creature?" Celestia asked, inspecting the machine.
"He got away." I replied, a hint of failure in my voice.
"Was he friendly or hostile?" Celestia asked, done doing a simple inspection.
"I'm not sure. He simply got out of the craft, and ran away." I answered.
"Hmm... how did he exit the craft?"
"I don't know... I was talking with Rainbow Dash, the only thing I saw was him doing a roll, to break his fall, from what I assume from jumping off the top of the machine." I said.
"Did he show any special abilities?" Celestia asked.
"Yes, Two of them in fact." I replied.
"Go on."
"Do you know the ancient art of Parkour? How back before Equestria, the Earth pony tribe used it to their advantage?" I explained.
"Yes... I know of it."
"In his escape, he used Parkour to get away."
Celestia nodded, to convey that she was listening.
"Also... He is Immune to magic. He is beyond magic resistant, he is literally immune to all magic."
I explained grimly.
"Guards! I want you all to look for the creature in the Everfree forest! We must bring him back alive!"
Celestia declared.
Oh if only she knew. If only she knew this creature was unstoppable.
<><><>
Okay, I think I know why the horses were worried.
I could hear trees falling down, and loud roars in the distance. It was coming this way. Or maybe not. The roars didn't seem to be getting any closer.
This continued for ten minutes. My curiosity couldn't take it anymore. I went to the source of the roars. I wasn't that scared, since I did have a gun.
It took me 20 minutes to get there. I was greeted by two 9 foot tall Lion/Scorpion Hybrids, fighting. Each had serious wounds, and were bleeding heavily. They were too caught up in their battle to notice me.
*CRACK*
*CRACK*
Two bullets left my gun barrel, making both beasts fall.
The ground shook as the 2 ton monsters fell in a pool of their own blood.
I ran up to one of the bodies, and used my knife to carve out a large dinner sized slice of meat. I ran, not waiting to see whatever scavengers this place had to offer.
<><><>
A few guards and I flinched as two loud cracks filled air, as loud as thunder.
"What was that?" A guard in the back of the kill circle muttered, clutching his sword with his magic.
"That must be the creature. Full alert, he's nearby." Celestia declared.
It was ten minutes later when we were met with a grim sight. Two fully grown Manticores, dead. Large cuts littered their bodies, a pool of blood underneath them. One had a slice of flesh carved out.
New recruits vomited at the sight. I almost did too.
"Twilight, I think you'd like to have a look at this." Princess Celestia said as she inspected a Manticores.
"Yes, Princess?" I said I trotted over.
"Look at this. There is hole in this Manticore's neck..." Celestia said as she used her magic to pull out a small piece of metal from the body. I cringed as dark, clotted blood flew out.
"What is that?" I said, once I regained my composure.
"Lead." Celestia said, inspecting it with her magic.
"Why is there lead in there?" I asked, looking around nervously.
"I think the creature did it. It explains the bangs, since this has gunpowder residue." Celestia explained.
"Isn't gunpowder only used for cannons and explosives?" I asked.
"Yes, my little pony. It must be some Alien technology. I'm... not sure." Celestia said, choking on her words slightly.
<><><>
Night fell an hour ago. I tried to set up a snare, But it was a very hasty one, and I abandoned the project.
Anyways, I haven't even seen a small animal yet. Only big, hostile ones.
I decided to make a fire. Even though I was being chased, I had two weapons, and I'm pretty sure horses can't even hold a stick without falling over, let alone walking.
Starting the fire was relatively easy. Just get tinder, and fuel. The big problem, was that every single branch that could be burnt was situated at the highest points off these trees.
I'm not risking my life for firewood. So, my fire wouldn't last long with the few branches I did find.
I cooked up the meat I had, as this was as good a time as any. My hands were caked in Dry blood, and felt disgustingly dry and hard. I Spit on both hands, and tried to wash the blood off. It worked, and anyways, your own spit is better than dried blood from something else.
Once the meat looked well done, I picked it up by using my shirt as an oven mitt. Although it tasted very burnt due to me just lying on top the fire, I wolfed it down. I drank a water ration to help with the thrist and terrible aftertaste.
The fire had turned to embers by the time I closed my eyes and slept.
<><><>
Off in the distance, I could see a faint light and faint smoke. We knew who it was.
"It bothers me that we can't get him. He's right there for crying out loud!" I said to Princess Celestia, who was also looking at the fire.
"I know Twilight. But you know how dangerous it is at night. We are in a bad situation as it is." Princess Celestia said solemnly.
"Yes Princess. I know."
Behind us was our small Camp. It consisted of tents, and a large bonfire in the middle. Some guards were on patrol around the perimeter. Most were asleep, though.
"I just hope nothing bad happens tonight."
"Of course, Twilight. I wish the best for this night as well. Good night."
"Goodnight." I said as I walked toward my tent.
I was awoken by the sound of rushing air, like the flapping of very large wings.
I sat up quickly from the ground. I looked up just in time to see a fucking Pterodactyl taking up half a Lion Hybrid. It turned around and flew toward a range of mountains.
What the actual fuck...
With this rude awakening, I got all my belongings, and booked it, the light of the early morning guiding my journey.
<><><>
I got out of my tent, the sound of Celestia waking me.
Celestia looked at the moon, the blue light illuminating her.
She materialized a Scroll, a quill, and completed the spell with with a ink pot.
She started to write a letter, the quill etching perfect calligraphy onto the paper. She was soon done, and she rolled it up after using a spell to dry the ink.
The letter disappeared in a flash of magic, Princess Celestia looking at the swirl of magic making its way to Canterlot, which we could see from here.
"If you were wondering, I simply sent a letter to Luna, as she is taking care of everything back in Canterlot. I
also told her that I'll be raising the Sun." Celestia explained.
"Okay then..." I replied.
"If you'll give me a moment Twilight, I must raise the sun."
"Of course." I said as I took a step back.
Celestia smiled as she walked forward, and started flapping her wings. Her horn lit up, and as she flew higher and higher, the Sun rose behind her, while at the same time, the Moon set down for a well deserved rest.
Celestia set down just in time to see a flying featherless bird take up half a Manticore a few hundred feet behind us. It gathered altitude, while blood and guts rained down, thankfully not on us. I could see all the guards got uncomfortable by this, including me. Blood wasn't a regular occurrence, especially this much.
However, when a Liver fell and came flying down to the ground, I almost threw up.
<><><>
I stopped at the bank of a swamp. The swamp was enormous, and the water as green as water can be.
I couldn't go around, the swamp was way too big. Anyways, small islands dotted the swamp, acting as stepping stones.
Fuck it. Let's do this.
I jumped to the first island, no problem. Then to the second. Then to the third. Everything was going good until I was around halfway through.
I almost slipped and fell on the mud when I heard a mighty roar.
I turned around, dreading what was there.
It was a giant three headed lizard.
I had a staring match with the monster. I examined the monster
In the short time I had. It was scaly, had sharp teeth, two short legs, and a Spiky tail. It's scales were green, but it's spikes were a dark red.
Without warning, it charged.
I had two choices. Fight or Flight.
I charged at the thing too.
<><><>
"Was that a roar?" I said to nopony in particular.
"I think it was, Twilight. I think it's right ahead." Celestia replied.
The guards in front of us cut through the last bit of vegetation,
revealing a large swamp.
What peaked our interests, however, was what was going on in the middle of the swamp.
The creature we had been following for more than a day was doing a rodeo on a Hydra. A actual three headed Hydra.
"Are you seeing this?" I asked Celestia, who replied with silence as she intently watched.
The creature was clearly winning, one of three heads was limp, blood gushing from multiple wounds on top of it's head. The creature was currently stabbing the living daylights out of the the second head, which was releasing a quiet roar in futile hope of survival. The blood loss of two heads made the third head's movement slow, and slurred.
Before the second head went limp, the creature jumped on top the third head, which could barely support it's own weight. One stab was all it took for the mighty beast to fall.
The creature rolled to break it's fall, and stood up as quickly as it could. It breathed heavily, and was obviously tired. He was covered in green blood, as was his knife.
"We come in peace." Celestia said in her godly voice.
"Then why the fuck have you all been following me?"
"We have been trying to stop your journey into this forest. It is very dangerous here, and we fear for your safety, although you handled yourself pretty well against that beast." Celestia explained, although she did leave out that we wanted to question him.
<><><>
So it turns out the horses, or Ponies, as they refer themselves, speak English. The big white one, who was the land's ruler, wanted me to follow her back to town.
Against my better judgement, I agreed. The only animals in this forest are large predators. And if every fight was going to be that draining, I'd rather go with the ponies. I kept my guard up.
<><><>
The trip back was uneventful, and we were back in a few hours, as I had set off pretty late yesterday.
The whole time, "Twilight" was asking me questions. I only answered my name, rank, and serial number, as I did not trust these ponies enough to let them delve into my life.
Twilight gave up after that.
When I entered town, I saw a few of Celestia's soldiers guarding my Aircraft. Residents whispered to their friends, already making rumors.
<><><>
A loud *THUMP* resonated through the cabin, signifying we had landed. The carriage slowed as we sped down the very short runway, 500 feet at most. Celestia had sent me to her Capital city for questioning. The city was the same city I saw from the forest I had occupied hours before. It was called "Canterlot".
The carriage finally stopped, halfway down the Asphalt. The door was opened by one of the Pegasi that flew Me here. Not even question how they flew, let alone LANDED while pulling a carriage, a Heavy horse Princess, and a human.
I was escorted by the same pony, him keeping a poker face the whole time we walked. He led me to a room, with a small table, and two chairs. I instantly noticed a mirror. I thought about a small stretch before I examined the window, but decide against it.
"Wait here, her Majesty will arrive soon." The guard said, in a monotone voice. He left, and closed the door behind him. I quickly walked to the mirror. I placed a finger on the glass.
It was a one way mirror. Somebody was watching me. Training took over as drew my gun, and made sure it's safety was on, before I used the gun butt to hit the center of the mirror. The whole mirror broke, glass shards falling to the ground.
My eyes met with a surprised Princess.
<><><>
"Why were you watching me, Princess?" I hissed at Celestia.
"I'm sorry, Titan. I was just checking with my Psychologists... who were going to analyze your behavior. I'm sorry, I should have told you before." Celestia replied, embarrassed.
I was pretty upset that they didn't check with me first, and Deity or not, I had the right to know.
"That's fucked up, what's your reason for not checking with me?"
"Well, we thought you'd say no..."
Celestia replied, the guilt in her voice nearly undetectable as she tried to keep a straight voice.
"Would you still like to be questioned?" Celestia asked.
I was a bit taken back by this. Why would a Princess give me a choice? Especially in front of her subjects!
"Uh... okay." I replied, uncertain of Celestia's intent.
<><><>
We sat in the room for an hour and a half, Celestia asking me questions such as where I came from, and how my jet worked, and a female Unicorn wrote everything down.
That's so weird... I've only seen one guy this whole time... it's all just women here. I should ask Celestia later...
In the end, Celestia had a Guard escort me to a Guest room, one of many, since there was a whole section of this giant castle devoted just to rooms. The long hallway which I could barely see the end of, was full of doors leading to rooms. At least ten guards were stationed along the hallway, five on each side.
Security sure is lax here... Dangerous.
The guard took me to the first room, and left. I opened the elegant White door, which had Celestia's "Cutie Mark" painted on it. Inside, the room was pretty nice, a king size bed, pillows and blankets of silk on the bed, and a door leading to a Bathroom with a tub a little bigger than your average one, and a Toilet which was also slightly bigger than average. I exited the Bathroom and stood in the middle of the bedroom thinking about why I was In a Pony Princess castle.
I walked over to the enormous window, which reached the ceiling.
It was Night, and a full moon shone light into my mostly dark room.
I quickly shuffled away from the window, the soldier inside me telling me not to make myself exposed to Sniper attack.
My eyes scanned the room as I slowly checked the room for any Cameras. I even checked the few vents there were. Nothing.
Probably a tiny camera... hiding in a good spot.
Even though I was quite paranoid, I laid down on the bed. It was EXTREMELY Comfortable. I was out soon after.
<><><>
"Mr. Titan? Mr. Titan, it is time to wake up."
I quickly shot up, hearing the voice.
"Mr. Titan?"
I opened the door, and what I assume was a servant, stood there. It was actually a dude, probably.
"Her Majesty requests your presence in the dining hall, for Breakfast."
"Uh, sure, lead the way." I said, since I did have my Military fatigues on. My gun was still on me, so I felt safe enough.
With a nod, the Servant led me through the twisting halls that occupied the Castle.
<><><>
The Dining hall's table was huge. Celestia sat at the end, with a Dark blue pony, that was only slightly smaller than Celestia herself.
"Titan, please come sit." Celestia said, a hint of plead in her voice.
I complied, and sat two seats away from her.
"Titan, this is my sister, Princess Luna." Celestia said in a warm voice.
"Nice to meet you, Princess Luna."
"It's nice to meet you as well, Titan." Luna replied with a smile.
Our conversation was cut short by a Unicorn waiter, who held three plates of food in her magical aura.
She set the plates down in front of each of us, with me receiving a smaller portion of food. I immediately could see I couldn't eat this. It was hay. Fucking hay, with a side of grass.
"I can't eat this." I said, staring at the "food".
The waiter looked like she was about to have a heart attack, and picked up the plate with her magic.
"I'm so terribly sorry for the inconsideration. Please forgive us. What would you like to eat?"
The princesses watched the scene unfold in silence, with Luna already taking a bite of Hay with a fork that was held with her magic.
These were ponies, so asking for a Juicy steak was out of the question. I decided on a fruit salad.
"A fruit Salad will be fine, thank you."
The waiter left with a nod, eager to disappear.
"So... what do we about my plane?" I asked, breaking the silence.
"Well, we could have it transported here, to one of our empty warehouses." Celestia said as she took a bite of her hay.
"That sounds okay... How will you get it here?" I asked, thinking.
"I could simply teleport it here." Celestia suggested.
"Yes, I think Celestia is right. From what she has told me, this Aircraft is very large, and would not fit in a train." Luna said, backing up Celestia on her suggestion.
"I think teleportation is the way to go. I'm okay with doing that." I said, nodding a bit.
"Very well. We'll do it today." Celestia said.
I saw the waitress come over to the table, this time with a fruit salad.
She laid it in front of me, and left with a nod. I dug into the juicy fruits.
