A tale from the ocean, the earth, and the sky

In the very beginning, there existed only two orbs resting on an plain of nothingness
The first orb was a brilliant orange that emanated nothing but pleasant warmth
The second orb was faultless milk white, which gave off nothing but light
They circled one another since the beginning of time without a sound
Then for the first time, there was a noise, a deafening sound. A crack
The crack formed on the orange, disturbing it’s seamless form
The crack spread throughout, unleashing fire and light from these new openings
When the pieces of the orb fell delicately into the abyss, followed did the sound of splashes
The orb was now gone and in it’s place was a single being, one of light and fire
The second orb, now disturbed by the heat and noise of it’s twin, followed suite
While the first orb opened slowly, it’s sister exploded with bright light and fury
The second being was smaller, a construct of marble and dim white light
The first being was stoic, brave and curious.
The second was timid and afraid of its newfound existence.
The first looked down upon the second with kindness and welcoming
The second looked up at the first with shyness and hesitancy.
