Rarity and Rainbow Dash are signed up for a program that sends volunteers to different businesses around Equestria to help young adults gain new skills and experience new things.

Rarity finds herself at a family run apple farm and hates every minute of it and more importantly she hates the farm girl she is being forced to work with.

Rainbow Dash is sent to a small volunteer based animal shelter and could easily think of at least 10000 better things she can be doing instead of looking after stupid animals with the shy pink haired girl who hasn't spoken to her yet.
