A mare was walking around the edge of the Everfree forest when she felt something enter her vagina. She fell forward from the force of the creature. She then felt excruciating pain as it forced open the her cervix the mare passed out due to the pain. She woke up a couple hours later noting it was now nighttime. When she went to get up the mare noticed a new weight in her womb. She looked down and saw her rather large belly. She knew then she needed to get to the hospital soon. After a couple of tries she finally got up on her hooves. After walking a couple of feet the creature in her decided to make itself known. The creature was shaped like a foal but had tentacles on its back and one as its weener. After 30 seconds of thrashing it calmed down and went back to sleep. The mare on the other hoof was out of breath and knew there was gonna be bruising in her womb. It took 30 minutes to get to the hospital. She left the bathroom and started walking the she guessed the creature went luckily all the other medical personnel were out of town on a retreat leaving her there and given the ability to close up the hospital because there was a clinic in town. She trotted to the main doors making sure they were locked and there was a sign telling ponies to go to the clinic. After that she found herself in the maternity ward. She looked into a delivery room and wondered what it was like to be a pregnant mare in here. She got on the bed and put her hind hoofs in the stirups. He then left the hospital and went deep into the Everfree forest never to be seen again. Red was left in an awkward position. Then all the new hatchlings all went to her cervix where they all somehow got past it. Red immediately grabbed a bed pan and put under her entrance. She caught all of the hatchlings in the bed pan. After that she put a covering over the pan to keep them from escaping. She looked at her belly and Red saw she looked overdue with one now. She could feel the semen in her womb sloshing around. Red then decided that she would need to go somewhere no pony would know her. She got up and went to the front desk where a train schedule was at. There was a train leaving for Las Pegasus at midnight tonight. She packed all her belongings and wrote a note saying she wouldn't be back for awhile. She then tried to clean up the hospital the best she could with her belly and very active children. She knew her uterus would most likely be bruised from all the kicking. Once it was 11:45 pm Red got her belongings and tried to hurry to the train station with her belly. She made it right on time. Once she found a seat she payed down and fell asleep. She awoke an hour later to the train coming to sudden stop. She looked out the window and saw sheep were blocking the way. She wanted to get to Las Pegasus by sunrise so she grabbed her stuff and got off the train to start the trek to Las Pegasus. She had been walking for hours when her children decided to have a kicking contest in her womb it seemed. Red gritted her teeth while still moving along. Red made it to Las Pegasus by daylight. She found a hotel and checked in to it. She then went to her room and layed down falling fast asleep. She awoke a couple hours later to her children kicking. She looked at her surroundings. She seemed to be in an old mansion. She got used to waddling in this form. She came across a room that looked like a bedroom. She entered it and found a queen sized bed a decent sized closet with a couple of clothes in it. She saw she was naked and seeing how it looks like nobodies lived here for a while she took a one piece swimsuit which looked to be the easiest to get on.
