Fury Tempest is another example of a child feeling the effects of a broken home, but able to escape using comics. For Fury, the only things that help him deal with his life is his Aikido tournaments, and reading comics. Maybe it was bound to happen, studying martial arts, reading comics, and taking that next step might have happened regardless, but, then again, who knows. If he hadn't of been where he was, when he was, would he be who he is?
