King Dainn of the Caribou gripped his battle axe tightly. His guards stood with him. The door of his throne room was barricaded and the sounds of strong impacts could be heard coming from the other side.

This is basically my response to how the caribou might fall. It's a bit ironic since the thing that killed them is their desire for the pleasures of the flesh.
