A/N: This is the start a hopefully brilliant story and I hope it will make the featured box because apparently stories with less than 500 views can do that. Magicks By Tehmustachedbiscuit --x-- 247 After Nightmare Moon, 6th of Equiven... Celestia trotted briskly through the high-ceilinged castle hallways, paying no heed to the usually enticing pieces of artwork and furnishings that dotted the wall; A tell-tale sign of her urgency. She winded through the various passages of her castle, no hesitation of her direction. She paced onwards through the rooms until she finally came upon the Golden gilded door of one of the many different guest chambers in the castle, this one specifically being her present protégée's quarters. "Vis! May we come in?" Celestia called with a slither of fear in her tone, banging on the door with her hoof anxiously. "Yes Tutor!" A faint call came back, the slightest tone of maliciousness encroached in the sound waves. Celestia quickly pushed open the door, but still conscious of not slamming it. She slowly walked in scanning the room for her student until she caught sight of the all to familiar two-toned purple mane. "Why art thou here Teacher?" Vis said in a slightly jovial tone, not turning around. "We were worried about you dear Student." Celestia said in a flat manner but still managing to make it sincere and emotional. "I thank you for the concern, Teacher" She started to turn around "But I think thou will find we are just fine." She faced the Sun goddess, a maniacal grin plastered across her muzzle to match her green glowing irises against the obsidian black of her eyeball. Vis immediately slammed both her front hooves down which caused a powerful wave of green magic to spread across the floor in pulsing ripples, causing Celestia to loose her hoofing and fall heavily onto her stomach. The plum coloured mare started to pace towards Celestia wearing her maniacal grin the whole time. "What happened to thou Vis?" Celestia asked calmly at realization that she could do nothing to act against her power corrupt protégée. I am simply more powerful." She stated. "No." Celestia said flatly. "Thou knows that more hast changed." "Why does thou say that Teacher? Vis returned. Leaning her head to the side in inquisition, her glowing irises dimming slightly and her maniacal grin turning into a frown of uncertainty. "Art oblivious to thou's changes?" Celestia said coldly. "Thou is delusional!" Vis yelled with the power of something close to the Royal Canterlot voice."I am the same as-" The doors suddenly brutally swung open, revealing two marble coloured Unicorn stallions ready to charge at the impending danger of there beloved princess. "Stand down!" The first one shouted before stooping his body slightly lower and charging. "No one, interrupts me!" Vis shouted, showing visible shockwaves flowed from her mouth before her horn began to glow a strong lime colour. The Stallion's waist immediately contracted, a lime aura that matched the surroundings of Vis's horn flowing around it, this was followed by a large amount of bloodshed as the Stallion's nerves viciously exploded and his skin ruptured in million's of places at once, resulting in a huge, gore-filled explosion of blood and various different organs painting the vicinity of the doorway a new colour. Celestia fought of the vicious urge to vomit as she caught a glimpse of the bloodshed behind her, and the sight of the other guard as he stared at the remnants of his colleague before backing away slowly and then galloping down the hallway. As she noticed Vis had not turned around Celestia took action and started to back away slowly, her horn beginning to flow with a colour similar to the sun's ethereal rays. "Uh, uh ah." Vis chorused as Celestia's horn began to glow with the same coloured aura that had obliterated the guard previously. "You can try... teacher." She said the last word with detest in her voice. "But there is a rare chance you will win." Celestia clamped her eyes shut in determination as she started to fuel her spell with more and more of her raw magical ability, the green aura slowly receding from her magical conductor. "You..." She looked up towards the maniacal unicorn. "Are not my student." She said, shouting the last few words. Suddenly are large glowing orb that could be compared to a minature sun appeared before shrinking and dissappearing again to be replaced by a solid wave of celestia's magic, striking every pony within half a mile off their hooves. Vis, being the closest was thrown backwards, hard into the wall before falling forwards onto the floor. "Tis' that all thou... Haha... Has?" She said before her eyes widened and her pupils shrunk in shock. Celestia started forward, galloping as fast as she could towards Vis, bending her neck down as so to impale Vis on her horn. She continued forward before striking Vis square in the chest and impaling the end of her horn in the wall Vis had previously been slammed into. Vis slumped over, sliding down Celestia's horn ever so slightly. Celestia smirked as her eyes started to tear up. "Thine life has not ended yet, Teacher." Celestia quickly glanced up. Glaring back at her Vis' looked with an expression of muted joy and detest but before she could move Celestia charged her horn again, "Ta ta..." she said before releasing a more compact but powerful shock wave, ripping Vis apart and coating the room in even more gore than what already covered the once pristine, white marble walls. "Guards!" Celestia called, her request being noticed within seconds."Ye..." The usually never emotional guards suddenly held a face of horror as soon as they glanced into the room. "Have this room cleaned to pristine condition and hold a funeral for Silver Sword tomorrow. We shall leave and indulge thine's being in a long bathing session." The sun princess walked passed the guards, not paying anymore attention to them and she walked back to her royal chambers. As she walked out the ethereal sun Guards quickly glanced about the room again before they both walked out the archway, slamming the door as they went, determined to let the maids clean the mess. A Bronze necklace dropped to the floor, a purple gem pulsing with light, the bronze link chain faintly glowing before ceasing its light, along with the gem. Here it is! Something that somehow took me more than a month! I hope you enjoy it and I can safely say that the next chapter shall be no later than... wait for it... Two weeks! I know I'm a bloody miracle worker. Stupid writers block.
