What Should Have Happened

Princess Celestia smiled to herself. She had just sent Twilight the two tickets to the Grand Galloping Gala, with five more on hoof. She knew that Twilight was going to learn a good friendship lesson, and then she would give her the other tickets.

To her surprise, a letter much quicker than she expected. She grabbed it with her magic and read over what Twilight had sent her.

Dear Princess Celestia,

Could you possibly send me five more tickets so all of my friends can also go to the Grand Galloping Gala?

Your Faithful Student, Twilight Sparkle

"Oh my, I wasn't expecting that..." said Celestia before sending Twilight the other tickets, "Guess that lesson didn't work out..."
