Twilight walked through the halls at CHS. It's been a few weeks since the events at the friendship games and a few days since the equestrian Twilight went back to her world. She easily finished the first part of the day and now went to her favorite time of the day. Lunch, not because she needed a break or absolutely loved food. It was just the time where she could see all her friends at once.

"Twilight Sparkle over here!" Pinkie Pie shouted while waving her over. Smiling Twilight walked to them and sat down with her tray next to then.

"Why darling your going to have to change your wardrobe sooner or later," Rarity told her while looking at her outfit. It was generally the same one she wore at Crystal Prep, but when she said darling Twilight's mind flashed to Sunny Flare. Who was just as elegant and self confident as Rarity, but was arragont and rude where as Rarity was generous and friendly.

"Hope you don't have anything planned for tomorrow because I'm throwing you an official welcoming party!" Pinkie Pie screeched.

"Oh you don't have to do that for me," Twilight quickly said.

"Dont worry about it, she does this for like. Every new student at CHS." Rainbow Dash assured her.

"Well ok then," Twilight replied happy to know she wasn't the one who would be singled out as the one getting a welcoming party.

'Two hours later'

Twilight walked into her house. She now lived with her big brother Shining Armor. When she left Crystal Prep she also moved out of the Crystal Prep dorms. Those were reserved exclusively for Crystal Prep kids. Not that it was any better. Her brothers work left very little time to be home and she pretty much had the place to herself. Taking off her bag she carefully set it down and began to relax when her phone rang. Twilight quickly grabbed her phone hoping that it was him. He hadn't called or sent a single text since she left Crystal Prep. Not that he didn't have an excuse. His grandpa was in the hospital when she left. It was one of the reasons principal Clinch blackmailed her into the friendship games. She was his substitute.

Twilight was a little disappointed to find it wasn't him, but was still happy to see it was Pinkie Pie.

Sleepover at my place. Be there or be square :)

Grinning Twilight quickly responded and began to pack her things along with a sleeping bag. "Spike, I'm heading to Pinkie Pie's. Do you need anything before I go?" She asked her dog who was chewing on a bone.

"Could you refill my bowl? I'm hungry and all the food keeps disappearing," Spike said. Twilight laughed.

"That's because you eat it," Twilight told him while filling his bowl.

"Oh, right," Spike said before slamming his head into his doggie bowl.

Smiling Twilight left for Pinkie Pie' s sleepover.

At the sleepover she did her homework with Sunset Shimmer who was just as academically inclined as she was. Rainbow Dash and Applejack were playing video games while the rest were doing their nails. Every thing was simple to Twilight, but a memory of a certain boy back at Crystal Prep flashed into her mind. Suddenly she felt extremely guilty at leaving him. She never even said goodbye.

"Is something wrong?" Sunset Shimmer asked.

"Oh, it's nothing really. I'm just really missing my friend from Crystal Prep is all," Twilight said. That got the others attention.

"Wait, I thought you said you didn't have any friends back at Crystal Prep," Rainbow Dash said.

"Did I? That wasn't correct. I did have one friend from Crystal Prep." Twilight told them.

"Can we meet him? He sounds like fun and I like fun!" Pinkie Pie screeched.

"Normally you would, but he hasn't called, texted, or attempted any form of combat since I left Crystal Prep." Twilight told them.

"Nothing? Not one single thing?" Applejack asked.

"Well, when I left I didn't exactly have time to say goodbye," Twilight said nervously.

"Why darling, he's probably missing you right now. All you have to do I call and I'm certain he will forgive you. After all, friendship doesn't just up and vanish after a few weeks," Rarity exclaimed.

"Do you really think so?" Twilight pondered. All her friends nodded in agreement. Taking in a deep breath Twilight pulled out her phone and scrolled down her contract list. It didn't take long since he was second on the list after Applejack. Finding Aurea Stone in bold letters she took in a nervous breath and pressed call.

Aurea's POV

Aurea Stone sat in the chair in Principal Clinch's office. The whole place was dark and dimly lit with a single lightbulb above her desk. "I know you recently lost someone very close to you, but the time to continue with life has come," Principal Clinch said.

'Wow she actually gave me a whole week to grieve my own grandfather. I'll bet my life savings she wants me to do something," Aurea thought.

"You see, the friendship games ended in a tie. This can not be allowed to happen." Principal Clinch said.

"So what, redo, assassination?" Aurea asked.

"A tie breaker, one final event with both schools single best athletes competing in a extended competition. And do you know who CHS's best athlete is?" Principal Clinch asked.

"That girl with the rainbow colored hair," Aurea said while realizing what she was about to ask. He didn't want anything to do with CHS with Twilight there.

"And I trust you know who our best athlete is," Principal Clinch said.

"Indigo Zap?" Aurea asked with half a glimmer of hope.

"If it was a team competition then she would be the choice. However since this is a one on one competition, you will be representing Crystal Prep," Principal Clinch said.

"I feel so mentally rich right now," Aurea said.

"What was that?' Principal Clinch asked.

"When shall this competition take place?" Aurea asked.

"The competition will take place at the end of the school year. This will give both athletes enough time to prepare for the event," Principal Clinch explained.

"Is there anything else?" Aurea asked ready to leave. When she shook her head Aurea left the office and met Sunny Flare, Sugar Coat, and Sour Sweet outside.

"So how did it go?" Sugar Coat asked.

"Let me know I'll be taking on Rainbow Dash in a one on one competition a year from now." Aurea told them.

"Wow, that seems a little overkill," Sunny Flare stated.

"She's letting him know now so he won't have an excuse to fail," Sugar Coat explained.

"You know you can be really charming, If you learned how to filter your mouth!" Sour Sweet said.

"Hey no reason to freak out," Sugar Coat said.

"No she's right, sometimes things should be left unsaid." I said agreeing with Sour Sweet.

"Now dearie, no need to get worked up," Sunny Flare said while brushing her hand across his chin. Aurea's  skin turned to ice where she touched. Aurea was so suprised that he couldn't even come up with a smart comeback. Luckily he didn't have to. His phone rang. Picking it up he looked at the screen and scowled.

"Want is it?" Sunny Flare asked.

"Twilight Sparkle, now there's a name I'm not excited to see," Aurea said with a sinister smile.
