Sunset is damaged by an explosion, and is left blind. Fortunately, she has "audio pulses" on her side. Unfortunately... there seems to be an evil that can only be seen with those "audio pulses".
Sunset is blinded by a small explosion. She now has to deal with heavily impaired vision in her everyday life. Fortunately for her, she has a strange ability that allows her to create "audio pulses" from sound that is helping her out, as well as her dear friends.
But she should only be seeing the color black with white outlines to define the shapes of objects and people around her whenever there is noise being made nearby her, which were the audio pulses.
There is an evil in red, though, only visible with those pulses. It happens to find Sunset… appetizing.
Based on the horror/survival game: "Lurking"
I came up with this idea after watching a bunch of horror game videos by my three favorite 'let's players', and reading a cute fanfic featuring the CMCs. The fic didn't have much to do with this story, but still, it gave me a weird… dark inspiration.
And yeah, the categories of this story make it look as edgy as that one kid at school who pretends that they lost their girlfriend for 20 years in their 12 years of life, but this is just a scary kind of story. A little experimental, as well.
