ONI- or the Office of National Intelligence, has picked up multiple unknown anomalies in the small city of 'Crystal Cove.' Though the anomalies were dismissed the first time it was detected. However when a second anomaly and a third anomaly soon followed, the agency was becoming wary about the current situation.

This the reason why I'm here. Head of the technological and exploration crew and civilian agent, I was tasked by Chief Director Mendez to investigate the source of the anomalies. And if it was deemed harmful to civilians, I had permission from both ONI and the president of the U.S.A himself, to quarantine the entire town for further investigation in any given time I want.
