Equestria has long since fallen to the Caribou and while there are those who still resist as best as they can the facts stand the Caribou rule Equestria and have enslaved all the mares of the land.

Things are about to change.

In the wilderness where only animals call home a town has appeared just before dawn.

While the ponies of this town attempt to figure out what force brought them here and how their bodies have changed the Caribou see only fresh slaves to take.

However if the Caribou think this small town will fall as easily as the rest of Equestria then they are in for a surprise.

Lost, outnumbered and surrounded on all sides by hostile territory the soldiers and civilians of the town of Hope will not surrender and they will defend their homes To the Last.
