The prophecy of sparkle

A scream echoed through the deserted streets of canterlot. Citizens thought little of it, few even heard it. But to others it meant something totally different. 3 royal guards burst into Celestias room scanning their surroundings, too slow. 3 gunshots echoed through the empty halls of the hospital. Slowly Luna flew into the room.

"Drop your weapons, i mean you no harm" she boomed,

"Tell me everything, now." Twilight commanded,

Luna explained of starswirls prophecy, an how twilight would lead to the end of equestria. Celestia knew she couldn't kill a child of a family so close to the royal family, so she begged twilights parents to let her attempt to enter magic school. She decided she would keep twilight under her wing and guide her down a different path. Celestia broke the egg during the exam, and made twilight a princess to veer her from the killings.

"So...what about nightmare moon?" Asked twilight.

"It was all staged. I was never sent to the moon, celestia just used all my power to stage everything that happened so correctly.

"I dont know what too say."

Silence filled the room. Luna assessed the damage. Twilight had left no evidence, holding the knife in her hand to take with, and having not touched the room at all. The bodies were untouched on the floor, blood pooling on the floor.

"Truce?" Luna asked reaching out her hand

A final scream rang through the streets that night, and the night, and day came to an abrupt hault. No sun or moon could be seen in the sky.
