A Beginning, Starts With an EndView OnlineDanteA Beginning, Starts With an EndLaughter surrounded the table of minotaurs, there were about eight. One mighty one sat at the end, drenched in a royal blue cape. He rose a mug in the air, and the foam of the ale inside toppled out. "TONIGHT MY BROTHERS! WE CELEBRATE! FOR TOMORROW!! OUR ENEMIES SHALL WEEP!" The minotaur all held mugs in the air, cheering! Without warning, the large heavy set wooden door crashed in, a body of a guardsman flew onto the table of food, the eyes had been gouged and hung freely, the tongue cut out. The abdomen had been sliced open, intestines leaking out wastes. In the door way stood an armored stallion, it's eyes glowing a bright red, as it approached the minotaurs found themselves paralyzed with fear, Each felt their hearts race, as they couldn't move, the stallion jumped upon the table; slowly walking. "Your enemies are my people..." Said the stallion with a deep voice. He spread his wings, bladed by the armor. As the stallion slowly walked, he flicked them, slitting the minotaurs throats. He stepped upon the body of the guard he killed, his innards squishing against the bottoms of his hooves, he continued to walk to the largest one. They met eye to his shining eye, the stallion grinned bearing his fang like teeth. "General... It's an honor to meet the one who has slaughtered my men, and hung them as.. Warnings, examples..." The minotaur sat there in his chair, panting. His eye's darting. "Your children enjoyed watching their mother be skinned alive and burned... Then, they watched their older sibling share the same fate... One, after another, the youngest cried for you to help him.. But, where was daddy?! He was off slaughtering prisoners! Don't worry, your men died no quick and painless death! No no! You see that body on the table there? Your, elite guard? He's an example of how some of them died..." The stallion spoke, each word shook the minotaur, the general cried upon hearing the fate of his family... "Oh ho ho.. Now now, no need for tears! You'll be with them soon enough!" He said spreading his wings, the blades upon the dripped fresh blood, along with his horn. "Th-The King will make you pa-" The stallion punched him hard, making the general spit blood. "Your king, is dead! My mother sends her offer of peace!" The stallion spins slitting the generals throat. Blood splatters on the floor, and a gold trim on the chest plate of the stallion's armor glistens from the candle light.... Dante. Dante slowly walked away, the halls littered with tortured corpses he had tormented with magic, a minotaur was still alive in agony, begging for the pain to stop. Dante remembered him, he was making him burn from the inside out. The halls were soaked with blood and organs, bodies hung from the ceiling and walls with binds formed from them, they were cut open, and leaked fresh blood. He held his tongue out to catch droplets, they tasted oh so sweet, so..... Delicious. Those who here still living were left to die, as he stepped out of the castle, he grinned licking his blood covered mouth, he looked back one time and his horn sparked. The castle went up in flames, the screams of the living were not long, but he stood there listening. Sweet melody, he thought to himself, the sounds of peace..
Going homeView OnlineDanteGoing homeA stallion opened the flap of the tent, Dante stood there looking in the mirror. He was much different from the night before. He looked normal, blue eyes, normal teeth. "Sir, the men are assembled and battle ready as ordered." The stallion saluted, a bandage covering his left eye. Dante smiled and looked at him. "Jackson, why are you in your armor?" He said turning to him with a slight glare. "I-I can still fight!" Dante chuckled and slid his helmet on. "Lets go lieutenant." Said Dante, stern and loud. He stepped out onto the grass, and walked to the cliffs edge. He gazed upon his army, massed in the shiny gold armor! His bravest and best stood at the front, looking up at him, ready to follow him into hell itself at a given order.. Wind tossed his mane, flowing to the side. "Today! We prepare ourselves for a fight! When you look up at me! I am your brother am I not?!" His voice boomed over the silence that plagued the crowd, "On these grounds, in this armor! I am your leader because you choose to follow me! Not because I am your prince! Not because I am the son of Celestia! Because I am your brother and you know that I would throw myself in front of a blade as each of you would for me! Our enemies say we are weak! I say those fields littered with the rotting corpses of their soldiers prove other wise!" The crowd erupts in roars, they cry for blood. Dante holds his hoof up, the crowd silences. "Men, each and everyone of you here, were trained be me. I've buried too many of my fallen brothers... Too many... Today, I will not bring you to battle. The wars over men." Dante glides down to the field. He stares at all of his men their faces showing confusion. "Well?! I made you assemble your gear! Pack up camp! Don't you all want to go home?!" The crowd's essence changed in a heartbeat, already they had began to run off and pack the camp. One soldier stood in front of him, an astounded smile across his face. Ace, is what they all called him, he was a dead shot in the sky, fastest flier too, he stuttered and mumbled looking up at him. "Y-You mean it sir? W-We're g-going home? I-I get to see my baby girl be born?!" Dante smiled and nodded, Ace's face lit up like he was alive again, all the men here were cold, colder than machines. Dante himself felt a change in the air. A sense of peace... But a looming burn still deep within his chest, a clawing anger, wanting to be unleashed upon the unsuspecting world... He wanted to kill some more... It was like sex to him, the feeling of someone struggling on the other end of the blade, he was drooling just thinking about it... He was lost in his thought, thinking of every life he took, hundreds of screams and cries flashed by him, he stood there, a smile large across his face... He came too and blinked, the soldiers had already started marching out some pulling wagons of supplies, he shook his head and thought quietly... "What... What's happened to me..."
Sorrows Held WithinView OnlineDanteSorrows Held WithinDante stood there, contemplating on whether to enter or not, he was the prince after all. What if he had changed too much, what did he mean, what if. He was no longer the bright and cheerful stallion he was praised to be, at least, on the inside. Inside lurked a darker force, a force that led him to... Feed his hunger. "Sir! Are you alright?" Asked a pony in a servants attire. He turned his attention to her and smiled. "Oh yes, it has been a restless night. You know how those can be." He emitted a chuckle and took her image in, a feeling itched at the back of his head, something he couldn't quite scratch. She was a small girl, white as a cloud; unicorn. Her mane a fiery yellow-orange with the eyes to match. "Heh.. Hah... Yes I uhm... Must return to my duties now..." She smiled backing away, not a happy smile, the kind of smile that says, you're nice and all; but you're a freak. He found himself entranced in her image as he watched her trot off, he had no sexual passion for her, he saw something else in her, he felt a drive. To, grab her and run, that sort of feeling, the need to keep her from danger. Dante leaned against the wall for a moment to gather himself, he closed his eyes and fell unconscious. He awoke to find himself on the field once again, the battle raging around him. His vision cleared as he stared into the smoke and ember filled sky. He saw a figure hulking towards him. He shook his head again, clearing the haze he was in. It was a minotaur, as it grew closer and closer Dante tried to move, his muscles refused to move. The beat grew nearer and nearer, he gasped as he saw a war hammer being brought down upon him. Quickly he had rolled in time, his left wing being the victim of the massive hammer. Dante jerked in pain as he felt the armor compress and bone shatter, the wing lay slack as the minotaur reared the hammer back for another strike. Dante stood his ground ready to take the hit. He grit his teeth as the hammer swung, he was too injured to fight back, he was barely standing. A pony charged the minotaur knocking him off balance the hammer missing Dante by a hair, Dante buckled to his knees trying to force himself to move. He looked on as the brute overpowered the small pony, grasping her neck and lifting; slamming her down as if she were a mere rag doll. Her helmet flung off and she lay there gazing at him. White as snow, a Maine a fiery as the sun itself with eyes to match. The minotaur laughed at her inferior weakness to him the fear within her eyes, Dante felt something break inside him. He stamped one hoof at a time, standing up, his breath steamed from his nostrils, he gathered his might and charged at the beast. His horn stabbed right through it's back, it howled in pain as its kidney and liver burst, He yanked free and walked around, he stabbed the abdomen pushing the minotaur back into a brick wall. Dante yanked his horn from the belly of the monster and spun, the bladed edge his right wing gashed the belly open, intestines flopped out and dangled loosely he grabbed them in his teeth pulling them out. "No! NO! S-Stop!! P-Please! I-I-I AAAUGH!! I Surrender!! AUUUGH!!" The Minotaur cried out in pain, Dante was lost in the kill, he enjoyed the screams, his first kill, the blood was so... Thrilling! More more! He craved to hear more cries of pain from his poor victim. Dante let go of the fresh innards and walked to the war hammer, he gripped the handle in his teeth, and looked back at his defeated opponent who had fallen to his knees. Slowly Dante dragged the heavy weapon across the ground, picking up speed as he neared, lifting the hammer. The hammer smashed the head of the minotaur through the wall, his body lay there twitching in pain. He grinned watching the body twitch, the feeling of knowing that he took a life, was so orgasmic to him, he shivered with thrill. "S-Sir..." The pony called out behind him, Dante immediately lost the feeling he had seeing one of his own in pain, he ran to her he laid on his knees and placed her head on them, he felt her blood run down. "I.. C-Can't feel my b-body s-sir... I-it hurts... T-to breath..." She laid back coughing out blood, the fear in her eyes. "S.. Sir... End the pain... P-Please..." He shut his eyes and looked away. "A-Are you sure...." He grunted, regretting his words, she nodded. He peeked at her she gave a faint smile he laid her head down and places a hoof on her neck, she closed her eyes and he hesitated and stomped down, the crack made his heart shatter. He looked down at the ground and back at the battle ensuing behind him. He dashed off and jumped right into the fight.. Dante found himself on the floor as he awoke, he gently stood and wiped some tears he had let loose in his time of unconsciousness. Dante took a deep breath and looked at the giant wooden doors as he pushed them open. "Mom! I'm home!" He shouted looking up at Celestia..
Just A PartyView OnlineDanteJust A PartyI can do this, I can do this... Dante paced back and forth, his shiny armor clanking as the royal blue cape hung to his right side. I’ve fought in wars for goodness sake; I mean I can handle a litt- A knocking at the door cuts him short of his internal pep-talk. “Sir, are you ready?” “Uhhhh I… ^Cough cough cough^ I think I’m sick…” The lock of the door glows and jostles around as it turns itself; Celestia walks in in a flourishing dress, glistening in even the slightest of light. “Now son, I do believe this is your first actual appearance to the public for the hundreds of years you have blessed me with being my child. Now you WILL get OUT of this room, and you WILL attend the Gala. Do I make myself clear young man?!” Celestia glares at poor Dante, the glare only a mother could give to her child. “Yes mother…” “Good. Who knows, you may find yourself a nice girl.” “Moooooom….” “I’m only saying! Now be down in an hour, or I will come up here, and drag you down myself.” Celestia turns to exit and walks down the stairs, a dark red Pegasus leans his head into the doorway, his black mane falling over one eye. “Man you’re how old and you’re still getting yelled at by mommy?” “Shut up Crimson.” “Or what?” “I will destroy you.” Crimson dashes in and tackles him, their identical armor crushing together, Crimson slams Dante down and places a hoof on his chest plate. “No you won’t, you love me too much brother.” Dante tosses him off hard and he slams into the wall cracking it, laughing as he leans his head back. “I’ve been kicking your ass since the day we became friends.” Dante grunts as he stands up, his horn glows as he begins to reshape and unscuff their armors. “Hah, yeah you have, saving it too.” “Ah the good old days right?” “How long ago was that, maybe fifty or so?” “I lose track Crim.” “Either way, let’s go princess, if we must attend this party, might as well get hammered.” “Count me in.” Dante says attaching the sword to his side as he places his wing over the sheath. Crimson peered over his shoulder as he looked back. “Gonna come with?” “You go ahead… I’ll catch up..” Dante nods at Crimson who understandingly walks out, shutting the door behind him. Dante sighs as he quietly walks out to his balcony, he overlooked as the ponies piled in, coming in massive numbers dressed elegantly. The wars have had a massive effect on the population, so many stallions had died during the war and very few remain in Equestria, and it was hard for most mares to get pregnant with the magical forces that keep Equestria in balance. He wasn’t looking forward to talking with the people this night, he didn’t speak like them, nor did he want to be an embarrassment to his mother. He heard a swooping noise and the light tacking of hooves behind him as he turned his head to see his Aunt. “Enjoying the night are we?” She came over sat next to him, brushing against her nephew to act as a hug, “Hey Aunt Luna! I really always wanted to meet you…” He smiles at her, never meeting his aunt before. “I used to always sit out here at night and stare up at the moon, hoping you’d be allowed to come back…” Luna giggles a bit and hugs her wing around him. “I know, I’d watch you from the moon sometimes, you were so adorable staring up at me with those big blue eyes of yours. You concerned me as you grew however…” He turns his head to her, a saddened expression displayed across his face. “Why?” He questions, pondering all that he did as a young alicorn. “Your war form… It carries immense power… Dark power…” She shivers a bit. “I do not wish my fate to come upon you..” Dante sighs a breath of relief, “That’s nothing, I have complete control over my battle form, it’s who I really am, this is my fake form.” She seems confused as she looks at him dead in the eyes. “You’re really a omnivore?” “Yep, I live off the fruits and stuff, but I take meat when I can, it’s delicious, and the fangs came in handy as a weapon on the battlefield.” Luna gasps in shock. “You didn’t..” “Yeah, heheh… Ripped a minotaur’s throat out… the blood tasted so good… Have you ever seen the look of captured prisoners as you take one and tear the heart from their chest, then hold the still beating organ in the air while drinking the blood dripping from it, oh the fear in their eyes as you chew on it and spit it out next to the twitching body…” He licks his lips as he looks up at the sky. “D-Dante… That… That’s aweful…” She takes her wing back, and takes a few steps back. “Why? Do you know what they did to our prisoners? Do you?! They cut them up in front of each other, made them into meals, and sometimes forced my stallions to eat their brothers. Fair was fair… There is no modesty on the battlefield, only death.” Dante looks at her with a red glow replacing the blue in his eyes, slowly the fade to their normal sapphire blue. “Oh jeez… Sorry Aunty Luna… I-I didn’t mean to scare you…” She nuzzles him calmly as she opens the doors. “Don’t worry about it, just caught me off guard… Come on, your mom will kill me if she found out I was the one stalling you from the party, hehe, let’s see how many girls swarm my handsome nephew. Luna giggles as she walks down the hall and turns the stairs. Dante sighs as he walks down the hallway, and stops at the stairs. “It’s just a party… Just a party….”
Only a dreamView OnlineDanteOnly a dreamDante stepped down slowly, his hooves clacking down the marble steps. Getting to the platform he scanned the party, sure enough he saw Crimson chatting with a mare, drinks in their grasps. That option for sure was out of the window. Dante sighed; he knew what he had to do to appease his mother… Talk, ugh. Luna was nowhere to be found and Celestia would force him to chat. Some party he thought to himself; descending the second stair case his dirty white mane and tail flowing freely as he looked around keeping to himself. He sighed figuring he should just go back to his room, there was nothing here for him. Until… Well heard his mom. “Dante, Daaaaante over here!” Celestia called waving next to a few mares. Oh great, just what he needed, his mother trying to make him meet girls. But.. It was his mom after all. Time to go be social. He thought to himself trotting over, nothing he could do would get him out of this, besides… The girls were pretty cute anyways… So why not. “Dante I want you to meet Twilight Sparkle, my student! Twilight, this is my son, Dante.” Celestia smiled pushing them closer together. She looked extremely nervous. “Uh, it’s nice to meet you prince…” She stood there shakily as she looked up at him, she was adorable making Dante smile. Blushing as she held her hoof out, he lifted it and kissed it looking up at her. “Et c'est un plaisir de faire votre connaissance mademoiselle Sparkle.“ Said Dante as he looked up at the purple mare with his rich sapphire eyes. She blushed rapidly. He backed away from her smiling having his fun he turned his attention to his mom whom he quickly walked beside. “What was that all about?” Dante asked questioning his mother. “It was nothing than a friendly introduction Dante!” She giggles givingly, showing her intentions. “I don’t need help mom… I can find a girl on my own you know.” He sighs squinting his eyes in annoyance. “Awwww but you two would make such a cuuuute pair!” Celestia makes a small mom squee, pictureing the two together. “Uuugh..” Dante rolls his eyes and makes his way to the front balcony, overlooking the courtyard. He sits and makes a bottle of hard liquor phase through. He tries to take a swig and stops himself. Glaring at the bottle; he smashes it on the ground falling back to sit. “I don’t belong here anymore… I…” Dante just sighs hanging his head low. He looks to his side and pulls his silver sword. Though having just been cleaned the sword was stained with the paint of war, he stared deeply into the blade. The screams, the cries of agony, the pain all rang through his head, a small ember burned deep in his chest and he could not stop it from hurting. Something tore at him. Wanting out, the sword dropped against the hard cold concrete, ringing through his ears as he held against his head, he opened his eyes staring eye to eye with a bloody child, he was small, black. An alicorn just like him, White mane and all except a yellow in his eyes, his mane dripped fresh of blood as he sat there crying. “Hey.. Kid, what are you doing… Where’s your mom?” Dante approached slowly asking, trying to calm the child. “D-Daddy? You.. You’re alive! No… No.. You’re dead… We’re all dead… You left me alone… You left mommy alone… It’s all your fault daddy… How.. How could you…” The kid looked at him angry, as Dante’s heart filled with immense sorrow. “I… I don’t have a child… Nor do I a love… What… What are you talking about…” Dante sat there frozen, his heart wrenching. Frozen against his will, he stood there. “I hate you daddy! I hate you! You’re a monster! DIE DADDY!” The child grew fangs from his mouth and leaped at Dante’s throat. With a tremendous gasp, Dante awoke on the solid concrete panting as his heart raced, he looked around and saw the party inside was still going, he broke out into a coughing fit; spitting up blood as he still panted and icy stabbing at his heart. Looking over at the sword, he sheathed it and looked over to the spot where the child was as tears of an unknown sorrow splashed down, it was just a dream… wasn’t it?
Have a bit of funView OnlineDanteHave a bit of fun“Okay, so maybe he’s a bit different, but he is a growing boy!” Celestia said arguing with her sister away from the crowd. “There’s nothing wrong with him blowing off some pent up steam how he was taught!” Luna laid her face in her hoof shaking it in disappointment. “You cannot be serious Tia, you send a boy who is barely the age of sixteen years to fight a grizzly war for so long and you say that he is fine? He’s clearly in need of help!” She lifts her head to glare at her sister. “He is an alicorn, not some simple unicorn. His magic is dark and destructive just as his father, but it’s not enough, no! He has your power as well, who knows what he is capable of! Look, Tia, look at his mark. A skull and bones crossed… Does this not worry you?!” Celestia looks over her shoulder at Dante laying in a lounge chair alone away from the guests, he stared out the window ignoring the party. “He… Just needs some time is all, Luna… Please… Just let that be it…” Luna turned to him beside her and stood sorrowfully “If he breaks….” “No banishment, death.” Celestia uttered in a mere whisper. “Tia... You can’t do tha-“ Luna sputters out only to be cut off by Celestia’s voice choking back tears “I will not have my son suffer anymore than he has too… He has one thing you did not, he is my son… I cannot live with knowing he is in torment… I will end his misery.” She turns to wipe a tear away, her back to Luna. “I will hear nothing more on this matter. Understood?” Celestia turns and walks away leaving Luna to herself. Dante’s horn ceases to stop glowing as the conversation was over, he wasn’t surprised of the decision, a whisper picks up his ear. The ballroom became cold, dark and empty. The main doors creaked open as a mist leaked in, it was black as the night itself, through it stepped a dark figure Dante snarled as it grew closer. “Hello, my son.” The black figured muttered sympathetically keeping distance in the dark. Its mane cut short into the military buzz hawk that the guards all wear, eyes glowing a very light red in the dark. “Go away.” Dante said with shame turning to look away out the window as the figure grew closer, stepping into the light, Dante whom refused to look him in the eye was a spitting image of the alicorn aside from the bat-like nocturnal wings, eyes and curved horn. “Is that anyway to treat your father?” The stallion said staring out the same window. “I expected that I raised you better than that.” “You’re dead you should have stayed in the ground where I left you.” Dante snapped back at his father angrily. “Son… I know that you’re upset.” He walked to put his hoof on his back “But I need you to listen, I need you to not lose yourself like me.” “Why?! You seemed perfectly fine! You found no trouble in trying to kill me! You son of a bit-“ The stallion booms over Dante with ease as he interrupts him. “But you did not when you ran your horn through my chest! You can’t look yourself in the mirror now without seeing that moment, over and over. And now I do not want you to go through it, I do not want your mother to have to do the same. You’re better than this, you’re the only one of your kind, you walk in the plane of death and amongst this world. You are the reaper the dead fear, you are death. You’re fearless! You have the blood of Void in you!” Dante looked down and got out of the chair and looked his father in the eyes. “I’m sorry dad..” Void laughed heartily and smiled “You didn’t kill me, you killed the other me, you know, kinda like your aunts other persona?” “And I took your life as well..” “It was the price son, and you paid it without hesitation… I’m proud you made that decision. You’re the last of our kind in this world now, remember that. Half breed.” Void gives Dante a fanged smile as he fades away. The ballroom comes lively again as Dante is left standing, Luna waving her hoof in his face. “Dante! Hellooooooo? Wake up child!” “Huh? Oh hello aunt Luna!” Dante cracks a smile looking at her. “Are you alright? I called your name you kinda just stood up and stared off for a while…” Dante shakes his mane to get out of his eyes “Yeah, I’m fine, I uh I just had to think for a moment is all… I heard the talk… Don’t worry Aunt Luna, okay?” Luna couldn’t help but look down, sadly. “I know what it’s like, not having control.” “Don’t worry okay? I got this.” Dante smiles and poofs a jacket on him. “This place isn’t me, I’m going out to a bar, you have some fun. I’ll be back later.” He makes his way to the front door gathering two guards along with Crimson as they walk out he stops and makes eye contact with that white pony he met earlier. He smiles largely offering a wink as he leaves catching a blush on her as her blue friend nudged her grinning. Walking in He, two guards and Crimson make their way to the bar, Dante is nudged by Crimson as he drinks a bottle. “We’re here to get hammered and get into a brawl aren’t we?” “Oh hell yeah we are.” ………………….. Celestia receives a letter in the morning from a guard and glares reading it as she stands up, putting her tiara on, she flies out of her window towards ponyville landing at the local guard station, she follows a guard who brings her to a cell with Dante and Crimson, scuffed up a bit, and six farm hand looking stallions who are beat down. The two guards are nowhere in sight as Dante told them to leave before they got caught, he smiles up at his mom missing a tooth. “Yeah, those two are mine…” She huffs annoyed glaring at Dante.
Never growing upView OnlineDanteNever growing upThe doors swung open with tremendous force as the young alicorn stepped through, trailed by Celestia who seemed all but happy rushing in front of him in a hurry to cut off his escape. “You and I are not finished Dante! Hey! Listen to me!” Celestia shouted with disappointment in her voice. Dante lay down where he stood his hooves massaging his head. “N… Not so loud mom… Ugh my head hurts…” She huffed and glared continuing to shout making a scene, “Do you think I care about your poor head? Maybe if you had somewhat -tried- to use the organ placed in there you would not be in such a mess as this! Look at me when I am talking to you!” “I would mom, oh believe me I would but I just don’t want to.” Dante said with annoyance as his skull throbbed. “You can NOT be serious, you are a prince! I expect you to behave as so!” She picks him up forcing him to stand. “Not completely obliterating a bar because you and Crimson had something to prove to some navy recruits?!” Celestia gets him to walk beside her down the hall of the castle. “Now In my defense, it wasn’t a few recruits… It was… One two… Four? No no, three! Three different ship crews.” Dante walks wobbly into a table crashing over and shattering a vase laughing. “Oh nooo I broke the broken thingy…” “For the love of me, why did you.” Celestia lays her ears back her eyes shut half way not in any way happy. “They… They said the kraken was fake! My head still hurts… Mooooom my head hurts!” The sound of Celestia’s hoof meeting her face echoed through the. “You are never going to grow up are you…” She continued on walking past him as he lay spread out over the shattered ceramic. “Shower and brush your teeth, now, I catch you asleep at all today I will have you and Crimson running drills till dawn do I make myself clear” “… Maybe…” “Dante!” “Alright alright…” He walked to his chambers to bathe getting his head on straight. Looking in the mirror he sighed casting a spell to rid the headache. Looking into his wardrobe he saw many fancy clothes to wear then caught himself looking back in the mirror he grinned at his bare self, winking “I already look good anyways” Dante found himself at rest for once in his room staring at his trophy collection from his past, one in particular. The glass jar housed an eye labeled ‘kraken’ “The Kraken is real…” Grunted Dante like a pouty child. Dante figured it wouldn’t hurt to visit around Equestria now, Ponyville in particular. He headed to the door stopping abruptly making a turn to his wardrobe. He squinted his eyes and reached in pulling out a decorative saddle, he never bought any of this stuff, his mom always picking clothes for him to wear. He tilted his head scratching it looking at it confused. “Why the hell do people wear these things…?” He shrugged and tossed it out of the window by his bed only wearing his dog tags walking to the throne room to speak with him of his departure. Celestia cautiously decided it couldn’t hurt as long as he didn’t cause trouble. Dante was gone in an instant the word okay slipped his mother’s lips she watched as be became a black dot in the sky muttering to herself “What have I done… Somepony bring me a bottle of wine. No… Bring it to the hot tub… I need to relax before he breaks something” She walks off towards her personal spa. Dante landed in the middle of the city looking around and the life going about. “Ah, it’s a nice cloudy day.” As if cursed it began to rain he smiled looking up at the sky eyes closed as the droplets pat the ground. “My mane!!! Oh no!” A mare’s voice cries out Dante makes a magical umbrella over her and smiles, it was the mare from the party, her eyes sparkle with her mouth agape “P-Prince! Oh thank you!” She trots over holding materials the umbrella keeping everything dry her sapphire blue eyes glimmering as she looks up at him “Thank you so so so much!” “It’s no problem, Rarity yes? May I escort you to your home?” “I uh… I YES! I mean, please it would be so kind of you!” Rarity spoke under her breath excitedly. “A prince! A prince!! Okay Rarity, okay be calm, be smoooooth.” With a bat of her eyes she smiles up at him. “My home is this way, if you would walk with me?”
Strange ActionsView OnlineDanteStrange ActionsTurns out the gala wasn't as great as it's been told of, just really a bunch of gossiping rich ponies. Not really his type of crowd, Dante found himself in the armory after he had snuck past his mother. The room smelled of metal and old musky sweat, a truly rancid smell. He found himself wandering up the rows of weapons, soon dropping his royal blue velvet cape with his sword as he attached a shield to his wing and blade to another. Dante stepped into the practice yard and floated out the magical training dummies, wooden pony shaped creations that gave full combat experience with the life magic offers. He spread out his front hooves and adorned them with real swords , activating them they all turned to him charging with the intent to kill. Being an alicorn gave no prestigious skill to him, he learned everything he knew from the midst of battle, he couldn't control the sun, or the moon like his mother, he wasn't exactly sure of his purpose, all he knew was that he was good at one thing. Fighting, fighting to the death, the training dummies all leaped in, he tossed himself down rolling. A dummy tried bucking back at him, he swayed to the side to avoid it and brought down a crushing blow upon it, the blade on his wing splintering the wooden dummy, the others swarmed at him showing no intent on mercy, no soul. Dante screamed as he charged in which attracted attention from the ongoing royal celebration, onlookers came out to see him fighting the wooden dummies wielding deadly weapons. He cared not, he was lost, a blood lust raged within him. He lived for this feeling, he ducked as one swung a sword clipping a ear, as he stood he slammed his sheilded wing out to his side smashing the dummy, it's head cracking and splintering from the force the other two showed fear and hesitated. Dante merely grinned as his mist turned into a misty blood red, his armor took a gothic form, black and spiny, his wings turned bat like. His horn took a curved shape and formed a razor sharp edge, as he bared menacing fangs, this was his true form, given to him by his father. He was death, he was destruction, he was the essence of war. For there to be harmony, there has to be chaos, and he was but just one element within those powers. The dummies began to show awareness, they dropped their weapons and backed away, he had no intention of sparing the living crafts of wood, they both floated up, struggling trying to break his grasp on them. It failed, they creaked and groaned as they slowly were torn apart, piece by piece he tore them, small splinters would fly up with each piece. Dante dropped the bodies and put them all in a pile by the yard. He lost his form as soon as he looked up at the crowd watching his mother staring in sadness, he had nothing to say, no reaction, no feeling. Nor did the audience, they were speechless, or perhaps they saw something to fear, something sinister lurking deep within their prince. Impossible, he's a hero!
