Fluttershy is curious as to why her boyfriend has become so distant lately. But when she asks him about it, she discovers how haunted he still is by his past... and one event in particular that might be the seed of his fear.
Coppermane hasn't been himself lately. He's become distant. Quiet... somber... like when he first came to Canterlot High. As his girlfriend, it's Fluttershy's duty to talk to him and ask why he's been so silent. More importantly, it's her job to cheer him up.
But this task will soon prove to be no small feat. The secret to his sudden depression spell goes way back. Way before his time at CHS, when he used to attend Crystal Prep. And what happened to him might be one of the biggest reasons why he used to be so scared of everyone; of being betrayed by his friends in the beginning.
